Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of developing learning media based on Telegram Bot in subjects and to determine the feasibility of the media. This study uses the research and development (RnD) research method. This study adapts the ADDIE model along with the developed by Dick and Carry. The ADDIE research model consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.the meansurement scale used in this study is using a likert scale. The data obtained in this study used a validation assessment questionnaire by validators of media experts, linguists, and material experts. This research was declared feasible with the evidence of linguists expert validation results of 95%, media expert validation results of 85%, and material expert validation results of 79%. Thus, the developed learning media is declared feasible to use.

Abstract

Abstract: Learning in the 21st century not only emphasizes cognitive aspects, but also must equip students with the skills needed to become a competent and competitive generation. Skills in the 21st century include: critical thinking, collaboration, communication, creativity, culture and connectivity. Collaboration skills are one of the important, collaborative peer interactions that will trigger more student engagement with cognitive and meta-cognitive peer interactions. The aim of this research is to implement a problem-based learning model with video media to improve collaboration skills and student learning outcomes. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection which are carried out in two cycles. Research data shows that there is an increase in collaboration skills in cycle 1 and cycle 2. The learning outcomes of students from the post-test score data also show that students have achieved learning objectives in cycle 1 and achieved learning objectives with enrichment in cycle 2. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Prolem-Based Learning (PBL) model with video media is able to improve collaboration skills and student learning outcomes in the material of non-cash payment instruments. Abstrak: Pembelajaran di abad 21 tidak lagi hanya menekankan pada indikator kognitif, namun juga harus membekali peserta didik dengan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan untuk menjadi generasi yang kompeten dan berdaya saing. Keterampilan pada abad ke-21 meliputi: berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, komunikasi, kreativitas, budaya dan konektivitas. Keterampilan kolaborasi adalah salah satu yang penting, kolaboratif interaksi teman sebaya yang akan memicu lebih banyak keterlibatan peserta didik dengan kognitif dan interaksi teman sebaya meta-kognitif. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan model problem based learning dengan media video untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi yang dilaksanakan sebanyak II siklus. Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan keterampilan kolaborasi pada siklus I dan juga siklus II. Hasil belajar peserta didik dari data nilai post tes juga menunjukkan peserta didik sudah mencapai tujuan pembelajaran pada siklus I dan mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dengan pengayaan pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebutdapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi model Prolem-Based Learning (PBL) dengan media video mampu meningkatan keterampilan kolaborasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi alat pembayaran non tunai.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the increase in motivation and learning outcomes of students in economics subject matter of non-cash paymen instruments after implementing the Number Head Together (NHT) learning model ini class X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Malang. This type of research is collaborative classroom action research with the subjects of all students in class X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Malang, totaling 36 students. Data on students motivation and learning outcomes were collected by looking at motivation questionnaires and test questions. Furthermore, the data was analyzed using quantitative qualitative analysisi methods. The results showed that the application of the Number Head Together (NHT) learning model could increase motivation and learning outcomes in economics subjects on non-cash payment instruments. It can be seen from the results that have been obtained on precycle learning motivation obtaining an average of 50,36 including the low category, but ini cycle I there was an increase with an average of 66,37 in the sufficient category, and in cycle II there was a significant increase with the average value of 76,5 category is very high. While the results of the analysis of the learning outcomes of class X IPS 2 students in the pre-cycle obtained 27 percent in the very unfavorable category, but in cycle I there was an increase with a score of 63 percent incluing in the fairly good category very good. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the Number Head Together (NHT) learning model in economics subjects on non cash payment instruments can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of class X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Malang. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi materi alat pembayaran non tunai setelah implementasi model pembelajaran Number Head Together (NHT) pada kelas X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Kolaboratif dengan subyek seluruh peserta didik kelas X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Malang yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Data motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik dikumpulkan dengan melihat angket motivasi dan soal tes. Selanjutnya data tersebut di analisis dengan metode analisis kualitatif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Number Head Together (NHT) dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi materi alat pembayaran non tunai. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil yang sudah diperoleh pada motivasi belajar pra siklus memperoleh rata-rata 50,36 termasuk kategori rendah, namun pada siklus I ada peningkatan dengan rata-rata 66,37 kategori cukup, dan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan dengan nilai rata-rata 76,5 kategori sangat tinggi. Sedangkan hasil analisis dari hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X IPS 2 pada pra siklus memperoleh 27 persen dengan kategori sangat kurang baik, namun pada siklus I terjadi peningkatan dengan nilai skor 63 persen termasuk kategori cukup baik, dan pada siklus 3 mampu memperoleh 83 persen dengan kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Number Head Together (NHT) pada mata pelajaran ekonomi materi alat pembayaran non tunai dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Malang.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is undermined because in the learning activities students are less active and the learning outcomes are still less. This is because teachers do not apply the appropriate learning methods for each student. The research aims to enhance student engagement or learning activity and learning outcomes during learning activities in the classroom. In research, this class action is carried out up to two cycles with a make-a-match learning model. Each cycle lasts for one meeting and three hours of teaching. Planning, implementation, observation/observation, and reflection are phases that will be carried out. Class X IPS 2 State High School 2 Malang is a research subject with a number of students as many as 36. Observation, tests, and documentation are data collection methods used in research. As a result of pre-cycle learning activeness research, the percentage of activeness was 40 percent, experienced an increase in cycle I by 55 percent, then again increased in Cycle II by 75 percent. For student study outcomes the percentage of accuracy in the pre-cycle amounted to 27.8 percent, then in cycle I increased to 66.7 percent, and in the cycle II the percentual accuration increased by 86.1 percent. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the model make a match can improve the activity and learning outcomes of students on non-cash payments materials. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena dalam kegiatan belajar siswa kurang aktif dan hasil belajar masih kurang. Hal ini terjadi karena guru tidak menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk setiap siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa atau keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar selama kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. Dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan hingga dua siklus dengan model pembelajaran make-a-match. Setiap siklusnya berlangsung selama satu pertemuan dan tiga jam pengajaran. Perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan/observasi, dan refleksi merupakan tahapan yang akan dilakukan. Kelas X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Malang menjadi subjek penelitian dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 36. Observasi/pengamatan, tes, dan dokumentasi merupakan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Sebagai hasil dari penelitian keaktifan belajar pra-siklus, persentase keaktifan sebesar 40 persen, mengalami peningkatan di siklus I dengan persentase 55 persen, kemudian meningkat lagi di siklus II dengan persentase 75 persen. Untuk hasil belajar siswa persentase ketuntasan di pra-siklus sebesar 27,8 persen, kemudian di siklus I meningkat menjadi 66,7 persen, dan pada siklus II persentase ketuntasan meningkat menjadi sebesar 86,1 persen. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulan bahwa penggunaan model make a match dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi alat pembayaran non tunai mata pelajaran ekonomi. Abstract

Problem-based learning (PBL) aims to enhance students' engagement, creativity, and technological proficiency by offering them autonomous learning experiences. The comprehensive approach to PBL entails acquiring knowledge through collaborative project work and using real-life experiences. This method has demonstrated its ability to foster both academic and soft skills. The study aims to examine the role of a scientific-based problem-based learning model (PBL) in improving the higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) of students in vocational high schools. The study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method, with a total of 56 students in both experimental and control classes. The data was analyzed using the t-test and the n-gain test. The results of the study show that (1) the scientifically based problem-based learning model is effective in improving higher-order thinking skills in vocational high school students; (2) the knowledge transfer indicators in experimental classes have the highest scores, critical thinking indicators in medium categories, and problem-solving indicators in medium categories. In conclusion, PBL greatly contributed to improving students' 21st-century skills.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the use of PBL methods, media, and motivation on critical thinking skills. Quantitative is the method in this research. So this research is included in cause-and-effect research (ex-post facto) because it focuses on variables that have occurred and does not require discussion about which variables will be studied. Collection of text-based test data, questionnaires and documents. 62 students in class VIII C and D were the subjects of the research. The location of this research is SMP Negeri 12 Malang. Sampling used census research techniques, so that the entire population was used as the research population. The research results provide a significant simultaneous influence between PBL, learning materials and learning encouragement on critical thinking skills and several problem-based learning (PBL) models. The media has a partially positive impact. while motivation has a negative impact on critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of professionalism, professional ethics, independence to auditor performance with auditor training as a moderation variable on auditors of Public Accounting Firm in Malang. The research method used is quantitative method, with sampling used is puposive sampling. The variables of this research consist of professionalism, professional ethics, independence, auditor training and auditor performance. The results showed partial professionalism, professional ethics, independence, auditor training had an effect on auditor performance and auditor training strengthened the effect of professionalism, professional ethics, independence to auditor performance. It is recommended that further research is expected to add other independent variables that affect auditor performance.

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of capital structure, profitability, intellectual capital, funding decisions on the value of companies, property and real estate sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression models. Sampling method using purposive sampling,. The variables studied are capital structure, profitability, intellectual capital, funding decisions and the value of the company. The results of this study showed that simultaneously variable capital structure, profitability, intellectual capital and funding decisions have a significant effect on the value of the company with a significant value of F-test of 0.000. While individually (Partial) variable capital structure (DER) profitability (ROA), intellectual capital (VAIC), funding decisions (DAR) have a positive effect on the value of the company (TOBINS Q). This research proves that intellectual capital has a dominant influence on the value of companies with a standardized regression coefficient value of 0.266 greater than other variables that are researched. Researchers should then use other variables that are expected to affect the value of the company such as dividend policy because the increase in dividends gives a positive signal to investors so as to increase the value of the company

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of using project-based learning methods and students' learning interests on the effectiveness and attractiveness of learning. The research was conducted using a quasi-experimental method. The experimental design used was the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The experimental group was taught using the PjBL method, while the control group was taught using the conventional method. The test subjects were grade 5 students, SDN Laantulajaya1 Morowali as the experimental group and grade 5 students at SDN Laantulajaya 2 as the control group. Treatment was given as many as 8 face-to-face lessons. Data analysis used the Manova test. The results of data processing with Manova obtained the following results: (1) In the Method line, the sig value of the dependent variable student learning attractiveness was 0.000 (<0.05). The sig value < 0.05 means that the application of the learning method affects the attractiveness of student learning. Whereas in the method line with the dependent variable social studies learning outcomes, the value is sig. = 0.000. sig. value 0.000 <0.05, means that the use of learning methods affects the social studies learning outcomes of students. In the interest in learning line with the dependent variable learning attractiveness, the value of F = 4,860 is obtained with Sig = 0.031, while in the interest in learning line with the dependent variable, social studies learning outcomes are obtained with a value of F = 4,838 with sig. = 0.031. Significance value of 0.031 <0.05 means that students' learning interest influences learning attractiveness or it can be stated that students' learning interest influences learning attractiveness and learning outcomes (learning effectiveness). Conclusion: The use of learning methods and students' learning interests jointly affect attractiveness learning and learning effectiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of competence and experience on the quality of regional financial reports with ethics as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the regional financial and asset management agency (BPKAD) of Puncak Jaya district. The data used in the research is primary data collected through a direct questionnaire survey. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis with an absolute difference value approach. Multiple linear regression analysis for competency and experience hypotheses. Multiple linear regression analysis with absolute difference value test for the competency and experience hypothesis moderated by ethics. The results of research using multiple linear regression analysis show that Competence and experience have a positive effect on the quality of regional financial reports. Analysis of moderating variables using the absolute difference value approach shows that ethics is able to moderate competence and experience on the quality of regional financial reports. This means that the better the competence, the more experience and good ethics, the better the quality of regional financial reports in Kolaka Regency.
