The results of this community service are to create designs and production SOP guidelines that will be used to support business activities in the form of warehouse SOPs, and distribution SOPs which are the biggest obstacles in business.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of multisensory integration through the Cross-Modal Sensory Integration model on the retention and learning motivation of elementary school students. The study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type and a non-equivalent control group design. The study subjects consisted of 54 elementary school grade V students who were divided into experimental groups and control groups. The experimental group obtained IPAS learning using the Cross-Modal Sensory Integration model, while the control group used conventional learning. Data were collected through learning retention tests and learning motivation questionnaires, then analyzed using descriptive statistics and independent sample t-test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the retention and motivation variables of learning with a significance value of p 0.05. Students who participated in learning with the Cross-Modal Sensory Integration model had higher long-term retention abilities and learning motivation than students who participated in conventional learning. These findings show that multisensory integration through the Cross-Modal Sensory Integration model is effectively applied in social studies learning to improve the quality of the learning process and outcomes of elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the creativity of social studies (IPS) teachers in implementing students’ social attitudes through integrated social studies learning at MTSN 1 Malang and to identify the forms of social attitudes developed during the learning process. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects consisted of social studies teachers, guidance and counseling teachers, vice principals, and ninth-grade students selected purposively based on their relevance to the research focus. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data was ensured through triangulation, prolonged observation, and member checking, while data analysis used the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that teachers’ creativity played a significant role in fostering students’ social attitudes through contextual, participatory, and experience-based learning strategies. Teachers implemented various innovative learning methods, such as group discussions, social simulations, role-playing, environmental observation, project-based learning, and the use of audio-visual media. These strategies encouraged students to actively participate in the learning process and internalize social values in everyday life. The study also found that integrated social studies learning contributed to the development of positive social attitudes, including cooperation, tolerance, responsibility, social awareness, discipline, respect, and confidence in expressing opinions. Therefore, integrated social studies learning not only functions as a medium for knowledge transfer but also as an effective means of developing students’ social character and awareness.

Abstract

Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) learning in the Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes the application of contextual learning which utilizes local potential as an authentic learning source. However, the implementation of learning in elementary schools, especially SDN Wonosunyo I, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency, is still dominated by the use of textbooks so that the use of surrounding cultural sites, such as Candi Belahan as a learning resource, is not yet optimal. The gap between the site's potential and learning practices, as well as the weak understanding and learning outcomes of students, drives the urgency of developing innovative learning strategies based on authentic learning resources. This research aims to implement and analyze the use of Candi Belahan as a media and contextual learning resource in science and science learning, especially class VI. The focus is to identify improvements in students' learning abilities, as well as revealing the value of character education and meaningful learning that is built. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and document analysis at SDN Wonosunyo I, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency. Data analysis is inductive to understand the process, obstacles, supporters and impacts of implementation in depth and holistically. Research findings reveal the formation of a mutually reinforcing cycle of improvement between three aspects, namely the creation of meaningful learning for students, the internalization of cultural values and character, and the development of teacher professionalism. This cycle is driven by contextual learning at the cultural site and creates a sustainable transformation in the learning culture at the school.

Abstract

Numeracy competence is one of the fundamental skills that elementary school students must develop to support problem solving in everyday life. However, numeracy instruction on whole number concepts in Grade V continues to face several challenges, including low student participation in learning activities, limited peer interaction, and the suboptimal use of instructional media. These conditions have resulted in numeracy activities that have not yet reached the expected level. This study aimed to improve students' whole number numeracy activities through the implementation of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) learning model assisted by the Smart Number Board. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design conducted in two cycles involving 17 Grade V students of SD Negeri Gadang 2 Malang during the 2025/2026 academic year. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through observations of students' numeracy activities and documentation. The findings revealed that the average numeracy activity increased from 56.43% in the pre-cycle to 73.21% in Cycle I and further improved to 88.57% n Cycle II. These results indicate that the implementation of the STAD learning model assisted by the Smart Number Board effectively enhanced students' engagement in whole number numeracy learning. Therefore, the STAD model integrated with the Smart Number Board can serve as an effective instructional alternative for improving numeracy activities among elementary school students.
