Abstract

This research aims to design, create and test a prototype calculating heart rate in certain conditions, especially in activities outdoors. The method used in the manufacture of heart rate as a measure of heart rate using the method of data collection and lab methods. Making this robot begins by making the concept of the project is a tool created by the library method of source books, journals and manual book, then continued design of heart rate and heart rate program disoftware Arduino IDE. Making the final task performed in the robotics lab, Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Making the final project assignment tool worked since May 2016 until July. Heart rate has conducted testing and measurement that is manually and using a heart rate in comparison to other heart rate measuring devices, namely smart watch. Tests and measurements manually and use the resulting number of cardiac heart rate for 10 people is 78-90 BPM. In bluetooth distance measurements were taken and the results are effective and can still connect with the heart rate is 0-9 meters. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, membuat, serta menguji sebuah prototype penghitungan detak jantung dalam kondisi tertentu terutama pada kegiatan diluar ruangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pembuatan heart rate sebagai pengukur detak jantung menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dan metode praktikum. Pembuatan robot ini di awali dengan membuat konsep dari project alat yang dibuat dengan metode kepustakaan dari sumber buku, jurnal dan manual book, kemudian dilanjutkan perancangan heart rate dan program heart rate disoftware IDE Arduino. Pembuatan tugas akhir dilakukan di lab robotika, Jurusan Teknik Elektro, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pembuatan project alat tugas akhir dikerjakan sejak bulan Mei 2016 sampai dengan Juli 2016. Heart rate ini telah dilakukan pengujian dan pengukuran yaitu secara manual dan menggunakan alat heart rate dengan pembanding alat ukur detak jantung lain yaitu smart watch. Pengujian dan pengukuran secara manual dan menggunakan heart rate dihasilkan jumlah jantung untuk 10 orang adalah 78 – 90 BPM. Pada bluetooth dilakukan pengukuran dan hasil jarak yang efektif dan masih bisa terhubung dengan heart rate adalah 0-9 meter.

Abstract

The research objective of House Renewable Energy System Prototype is to make monitoring and switching systems for household renewable energy as an alternative energy, where the energy sources used are solar cells and wind turbines. The energy produced stored in a 12 Volt DC battery which then converted into 220 Volt AC voltage that used to activate the electricity consumption load at home. This system monitors the voltage and current generated by each source, the energy that has been stored in the battery, and also the load used, by utilizing voltage and current sensor module INA219 displayed on a 20 x 4 LCD, this system also switches energy sources to charge battery using Arduino UNO as the microcontroller. Tujuan penelitian Prototipe Sistem Energi Terbarukan Rumah-Tangga ini adalah membuat sistem monitoring dan switching energi terbarukan rumah-tangga sebagai energi alternatif, dimana sumber energi yang digunakan adalah sel surya dan turbin angin. Energi yang dihasilkan disimpan pada aki 12 Volt DC yang kemudian diubah menjadi tegangan 220 Volt AC untuk digunakan mengaktifkan beban pemakaian listrik dirumah. Sistem ini me-monitoring tegangan dan arus yang dihasilkan tiap sumber, energi yang telah disimpan pada aki, dan juga beban yang digunakan, dengan memanfaatkan modul sensor tegangan dan arus INA219 yang ditampilkan pada LCD 20 x 4, sistem ini juga melakukan switching terhadap sumber energi untuk melakukan pengisian pada aki dengan menggunakan Arduino UNO sebagai mikrokontrolernya.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop luggage information systems using RFID-based microcontrollers with vibration sensors and SIMA6 SMS modules. The method used in this study consisted of measuring the vibration sensor response and testing the instrument. The proposed system is built using 4 main components namely Arduino Mega 2560, SW420 Vibration Sensor Module, SIMA6 GSM SMS Module, and Servo Motor. The results of system testing have been successfully designed and realized. Suitcases can provide information to the luggage owner's handphone via SMS if the suitcase is slammed and gets a vibration of more than 10,000Hz. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi koper menggunakan RFID berbasis mikrokontroler dengan sensor getaran dan modul SMS SIMA6. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pengukuran respon sensor getar dan pengujian alat. Sistem yang diusulkan dibangun menggunakan 4 komponen utama yaitu arduino mega 2560, modul sensor getar SW420 , modul SMS SIMA6 GSM, dan motor servo. Hasil pengujian sistem telah berhasil dirancang dan direalisasikan. Koper dapat memberikan informasi ke handphone pemilik koper via SMS jika koper dibanting dan mendapat getaran lebih dari 10.000Hz.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the flow of cultural, informational, and technological exchanges underscores the importance of mastering foreign languages as a tool for cross-national communication. In Indonesia, proficiency in foreign languages has become increasingly relevant, especially in supporting the development of technological and vocational education. As foreign languages dominate various aspects of life, the rich local culture with its traditional values risks being marginalized. This phenomenon is particularly evident in the education sector, where many students prioritize foreign language proficiency to meet the demands of the global labor market while understanding local socio-cultural values becomes increasingly neglected. This study aims to find strategic solutions to integrate foreign language proficiency without compromising the nation's socio-cultural identity in technological and vocational education. The research method used is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted through web and metadata search applications for research articles. Data analysis followed the Miles & Huberman model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the interaction between socio-cultural factors, including foreign language skills, has a significant impact on the development of technological and vocational education in Indonesia. The implications of this study recommend that policymakers give substantial attention to these factors to enhance technological and vocational education rather than hinder it.

Abstract

The digital era in the industrial revolution 4.0 has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including education. With the presence of increasingly sophisticated digital technology and the widespread use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the education system is currently faced with new challenges to adapt to the times. However, the emergence of AI also has a negative impact on education, especially in the context of Technology and Vocational Education, namely increasing plagiarism, excessive dependence, lack of skill development, and weakening of culture, norms, and interactions between students and lecturers. This study aims to analyze the moral and ethical role in the use of AI in Technology and Vocational Education. The literature review research method is used in this study with a qualitative approach. Secondary data collection was carried out with the help of Google Scholar web technology and the bibliometric processing application VOSViewer. The data analysis technique applies the Miles & Hubberman model which consists of: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that morals and ethics play a central role in the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) in Technology and Vocational Education in the digital era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The study also recommends strategic steps to ensure the use of AI in Technology and Vocational Education remains ethical and effective.

Abstract

The integration of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) principles into digital learning resources has gained increasing attention in secondary education, particularly in game development learning at Phase F (Grade XI). This study aims to systematically review the literature on the design and pedagogical implementation of STEAM-based e-books for game development education. A systematic literature review was conducted by analysing peer-reviewed journal articles indexed in major academic databases, including Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, and Google Scholar, published between 2015 and 2024. The selected studies were screened using predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria and analysed through qualitative thematic synthesis. The findings indicate that STEAM-based e-books commonly integrate interdisciplinary problem-solving tasks, interactive multimedia elements, and project-oriented learning activities that support conceptual understanding and the development of creative skills in game design. Reported learning outcomes include improved student engagement, enhanced computational and design thinking skills, and increased collaboration and creativity. However, the review also reveals gaps in empirical validation, long-term learning impact, and alignment with secondary-level curriculum standards. This study contributes to the pedagogical discourse by synthesising current evidence on STEAM-oriented e-book design. It offers recommendations for educators, instructional designers, and future research in digital game development learning.

Abstract

The purpose of making an information system on a Wemos D1-based stove is to design and create an automatic safety system to help human safety while cooking. The hardware used in the information system on a Wemos D1-based stove is Wemos D1 as a central system so that all existing components can interact with good and can work, gas sensor as a gas leak detection system, fire sensor as a fire detector, ultrasonic sensor as a user detector, rtc module as an alarm clock if no one is near the stove for 3 minutes then the alarm will turn on This research method uses research and development methods that include planning, analysis of design requirements, testing and implementation of tools. What has been done, this system has been running according to the program created. The results obtained are when the sensor detects fire then Wemos gives data to the sensor to work and the LCD as an output indicator. Tujuan dibuatnya sistem informasi pada kompor berbasis wemos D1 adalah merancang dan membuat sistem pengaman otomatis untuk membantu keamanan manusia saat sedang memasak.Perangkat keras yang digunakan pada sistem informasi pada kompor berbasis Wemos D1 yaitu Wemos D1 sebagai pusat sistem agar semua komponen yang ada dapat berinteraksi dengan baik dan dapat bekerja, sensor gas sebagai sistem pendeteksi kebocoran gas, sensor api sebagai pendeteksi api, sensor ultrasonic sebagai pendeteksi si pengguna, ,modul rtc sebagai jam alarm apanila tidaka ada orang di dekat kompor selama waktu 3 menit maka alarm akan menyalaMetode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang meliputi perencanaan, analisis kebutuhan perancangan, pengujian dan implementasi alat. Yang telah dilakukan, sistem ini telah berjalan sesuai dengan program yang di buat. Hasil yang didapat adalah ketika sensor mendeteksi api kemudian wemos memberi data pada sensor untuk bekerja serta lcd sebagai indikator output.
