Abstract

The rapid information technology that is happening now has a significant impact on human life, including various activities that occur at the village office. The village head is responsible for managing funds at the village level including the collection and accountability of funds in accordance with the provisions of law no.33 of 2004 concerning the balance of central and regional governments. This study aims to implement a decision support system by combining two methods, namely the promethee and borda methods in selecting village budget plans in Tegal Sari village based on priority. The method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) method. The method used for calculations is the PROMETHEE and Borda methods. The PROMETHEE method is used to manage individual decisions from each decision maker, while the Borda method is used to manage group decisions resulting from the PROMETHEE ranking method. The criteria in this study are Cost, Completion Time, Impact on Regions/Society, Profits from Sustainable Investment, Factors of Interest. The results obtained from this research are Pemb. Health Sarpras as an alternative priority for the village budget.

Abstract

Rice is a plant that is very susceptible to attack by pests. There are various types of pests that can attack rice. Each attack has different symptoms and of course will require different pesticide handling, so a decision support system is needed in choosing the right pesticide. Pesticides are currently very important in their use in a plant, especially in rice plants. Farmers in Rumbia Village really need pesticides for their rice plants. So that the rice they plant is not attacked by pests which causes the rice to fail to harvest. The choice of pesticides greatly affects the yields of rice plants for farmers in Rumbia Village. However, farmers in Rumbia Village have not been optimal in determining the best pesticides for rice plants. The purpose of this study is to determine a decision support system in selecting the best pesticides for rice plants. By using the Fuzzy Sugeno algorithm and Profile Matching in determining the calculation of the best pesticide yields on rice plants. The system was built using the programming language Java, PHP and MySQL as the database. Meanwhile, in developing the system, the writer uses the Rapid Application Development and Unified Modeling Language (UML) methods as system design. The final results of this study are a decision support system for selecting the best pesticides for rice plants in Rumbia village based on android that can be used by the community, especially for them. Farmers in Rumbia Village in choosing pesticides for their rice plants.

Abstract

Smartphone technology is much loved by the public because there are many features that make it easier for public services, especially in the health sector. Obstacles that occur in clinics are the lack of transparency of registration information. conventional treatment, causing patient service treatment to be long. This research has the formulation of the problem of how to make a registration system that can be accessed by patients and can be carried out by the general public such as the community. The aim is to increase the quality and quality of polyclinic services and maximize the system more than before. In addition to building patient service applications as a digital health media with the Android platform using the React Native framework and the JavaScript programming language and MySQL database. So that it can make it easier for users to carry out registration, obtain accurate information, and be able to save more time without having to arrive early just to get a queue number in the Yazid Pratama clinic service. The officer experienced the same thing because the officer was able to provide the files before the patient arrived the previous day, so when the patient arrived the officer had already provided the necessary files, only requiring verification of the patient's data so he could continue for treatment. System development uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method and the acceptance result of this system is 88.5% using the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method. It is hoped that this application will make it easier for patients to get effective, efficient, humane, fair health services without discrimination.

Abstract

Development of information technology in the business sector can be seen with many business people marketing the sale of their services or products by utilizing social media platforms and also e-commerce because it can make it easier for buyers to get the desired information anywhere and anytime. The optimization of social media and e-commerce has been implemented by Fifan Glasses Store to sell their products. Generally, buyers will try on the frames one by one until they decide to buy them. But, online buyers cannot try on the frames and can only see the frames based on the pictures in the catalog provided by Fifan Glasses Store. For this reason, an Android-based Augmented Reality eyeglass frame application will be built at Fifan Glasses Store. The purpose of building this application is to facilitate online buyers in trying on the frames that have been provided and minimize the occurrence of damage to eyeglass frames by prospective buyers. This research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in building the application and this research will also analyze the effect of the application of Augmented Reality glasses frames using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The final results of the analysis of the effect of Augmented Reality on eyeglass frames by testing the outermodel, inner model, and hypothesis show that Augmented Reality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions for glasses at Fifan Glasses Store.

Abstract

Toddlers are a vulnerable age group facing issues such as insufficient nutrition and malnutrition. Every year, malnutrition in toddlers emerges as a significant health issue. Several factors influencing this condition include limited access to nutritious food, a lack of parental understanding, and economic challenges. This research aims to develop an expert system for early detection of malnutrition in toddlers based on Android using the Certainty Factor method. Employing the research and development method and system development using the waterfall model, the analysis involves gathering information through interviews, observations, and literature reviews. Subsequently, the system is designed to utilize the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to provide an overview of the intended application. The implementation phase utilizes the Certainty Factor method, incorporating knowledge from experts and symptom data from diagnosed cases of toddler malnutrition as the foundation. The diagnosis results of malnutrition will be presented clearly to users, indicating the success rate in percentage form. Testing of this expert system demonstrates a high accuracy level of 99%. The results of the system testing align with its functions based on black-box testing. This system can make a significant contribution to early detection efforts for malnutrition in toddlers and reduce the burden of malnutrition in society.

Abstract

The challenge of accurately identifying instances of crime and traffic issues has rendered the precise localization thereof difficult, thereby impeding the populace's access to information concerning areas of high risk and safety. Employing a Geographic Information System (GIS)-based mapping system utilizing the K-means clustering method, spatial data pertaining to crime and traffic concerns are grouped. The primary objective is to aid in the identification of high-risk areas concerning crime and traffic matters. The methodology employed in this study revolves around the application of the K-means clustering method to categorize spatial data relevant to crime and traffic issues. K-means clustering represents a non-hierarchical cluster analysis technique designed to partition data into multiple groups based on spatial similarities. Research findings elucidate that through the utilization of the K-means clustering method, three distinct sets of clusters predicated upon the intensity of crime and traffic issues emerge. Consequently, from these clustering outcomes, districts and specific locales falling within each cluster, denoted as moderately vulnerable (C1), vulnerable (C2), and highly vulnerable (C3), can be delineated. This system is poised to furnish recommendations to pertinent authorities for addressing areas exhibiting heightened intensity levels while concurrently facilitating the generation of reports and dissemination of information to the public via a dedicated website pertaining to areas at elevated risk of crime and traffic issues.

Abstract

Dalam bidang kesehatan sudah sering dijumpai peralatan yang digunakan untuk pendeteksi kesehatan dan jenis penyakit dalam tubuh. Oleh karena itu, peralatan yang digunakan umumnya sudah mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Saat ini di indonesia minim dengan pengetahuan dan pemantauan dini, sehingga banyak wanita di indonesia yang terkena kanker leher rahim diantaranya mulai dari usia 15-24 tahun (0,67%), usia 25-34 tahun (11,25%), usia 35-44 tahun (31,40%) dan yang paling sering ditemukan yaitu pada usia 45-54 tahun (42,40%). Kanker serviks banyak ditemukan sudah dalam keadaan stadium lanjut mencapai 80% diantaranya stadium I ( 19,1%), stadium II (32,0%), stadium III (40,7%), stadium IV (7,4%) dan tidak diketahui sebanyak (0,7%). Sehingga banyak menyebabkan kematian. Oleh karena itu, dibangunlah sebuah aplikasi sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosis kanker leher rahim, yang dapat digunakan untuk mempelajari tentang kanker leher rahim berdasarkan pemeriksaan fisik. Dengan menggunakan metode kombinasi yaitu Metode Forward Chaining dan metode Dempster Shafer. Penerapan sistem pakar ini dapat diterapkan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, apabila aplikasi ini dapat membantu masyarakat umum dalam melakukan deteksi dini, pencegahan dan pengobatan penyakit kanker leher rahim serta sebagai sarana untuk menerapkan kecerdasan seorang pakar dalam analisis dan pendeteksian kanker leher rahim.

Abstract

As a part of a government agency, the use of information systems is very important in assisting the performance of the Deli Serdang District Prosecutor's Office Branch in Pancur Batu. At the Deli Serdang District Prosecutor's Branch in Pancur Batu, inputting evidence and found items is still done manually, that is, just by taking notes, so there are difficulties and it is also very time consuming when you want to see or look for information regarding the evidence or found items. For this reason, the Deli Serdang District Prosecutor's Office Branch in Pancur Batu needs an effective and efficient system for managing information regarding evidence and found items. The aim of this research is to make it easier to input data and find information about the evidence and findings that we want. In this research I used the waterfall method, this method is one of the most experienced and easiest programming improvement models, this method includes the stages of system requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The results of this research, namely the output on the report page, prove that the system is running well and at the testing stage the Information System Application for Evidence and Found Items can work as desired. And at the testing stage it is carried out using the Black Box testing method. From the test results, the system runs well so that the Evidence and Found Items Information System application can be used.
