Abstract

Mualim atau guru bacaan Al-Quran adalah seorang guru yang memiliki peran penting bagi setiap anak didiknya, dan Madrasah adalah rumah kedua bagi setiap siswa. Mereka dididik untuk menjadi orang yang berguna di masa depan. Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah merupakan pendidikan Islam informal yang membekali ilmu agama sejak dini. Seseorang yang memiliki kompetensi dan akhlak yang baik, patut menjadi guru. Penilaian kinerja guru dinilai dari kepribadian dan etika, penguasaan, profesional, dan sosial. Pemilihan Mualim sangat penting bagi Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah karena ilmu agama harus diajarkan sejak dini kepada siswa agar kedepannya dapat membawa perubahan yang baik bagi semua orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi kepada Madrasah untuk memilih Mualim yang sesuai dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk sistem seleksinya. Proses seleksi menggunakan kriteria yang meliputi persyaratan untuk menjadi Madrasah Mualim. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah penguasaan bacaan, hafalan Al-Qur'an, ilmu agama, umur, kepribadian dan pendidikan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah rekomendasi nama yang dapat dijadikan keputusan dalam menentukan seleksi.

Abstract

Di masa pandemic balita menjadi salah satu kelompok yang rentan terjangkit virus covid-19. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita menjadi perhatian khusus dengan memperhatikan asupan gizi yang dikonsumsi balita. Posyandu desa Rambung Sialang dengan jumlah balita yang cukup banyak menjadi tugas para tenaga Kesehatan dan kader untuk mengetahui asupan gizi yang tepat pada balita di tengah pandemi. Dengan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) maka rekomendasi asupan gizi balita dapat dilakukan. Memanfaatkan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) yang fleksibel dan sederhana agar dapat merespon kebutuhan pembuat keputusan dan respon Analisa yang cepat maka dapat diperoleh asupan gizi yang dibutuhkan balita. Dengan Kriteria dan bobot yang digunakan yaitu C1 = Menjaga Daya Tahan Tubuh (30%), C2 = Meningkatkan Imun (25%), C3 = Meningkatkan Mendukung Sistem Kekebalan Tubuh (10%). Lalu alternatif yang digunakan meliputi sayur, buah, dan juga suplemen yang dapat dikonsumsi balita. Dari 26 alternatif yang digunakan, maka hasil yang didapat adalah wortel dengan rangking tertinggi 0,61. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah keputusan dengan menggunakan metode. Penelitian ini menciptakan pilihan hasil dengan menggunakan metode SMART untuk mengetahui rekomendasi sumber asupan gizi balita pada masa pandemi yaitu wortel dengan hasil nilai 0,61.

Abstract

Determining the quality of Gayo 1 coffee seeds with manual calculations can affect time efficiency because manual calculations often result in inconsistent and time-consuming calculations. A decision support system is needed to determine the quality of Gayo 1 coffee seeds with consistent and accurate calculations and processed through computational speed. Applying the AHP-WP method can determine the quality of coffee seeds of the Gayo 1 variety at IP2TP Gayo. The discussion that becomes the focus is the application of the AHP method to determine the weight of the coffee seed criteria. The resulting weight can be continued in the calculation of the WP method to determine the quality of the Gayo 1 coffee seed based on the alternative preference value or vector S. The results of the study provide information regarding the quality of coffee seeds that have been tested for quality.

Abstract

Oil palm (Elaeis guinensis) is a plant that has its own charm and plays an important role in people's lives. Plants are categorized as normal if they can process their physiological functions properly. In line with the development and expansion of community-owned oil palm land areas, more and more problems arise due to various types of diseases and pests attack on oil palm plants, especially on the midrib and leaves of oil palm. The existence of diseases and pests that cause losses in plant productivity also results in loss of costs used to restore plants that have been attacked by diseases or pests in nurseries, immature and mature plants. The lack of understanding of farmers regarding how to diagnose and proper control of oil palm diseases and pests as well as the availability of experts or experts in the field of oil palm in smallholder oil palm plantation areas can be overcome by presenting experts or experts or doubling the knowledge possessed by experts in the coconut field. oil palm by building an expert system for the diagnosis of diseases and pests in oil palm leaf midribs. The certainty factor method is used to describe the uncertainty in thinking and express the degree of confidence of the expert or expert in diagnosing the types of diseases and pests of oil palm. The developed expert system is expected to be useful for farmers in the area or ordinary people in diagnosing diseases and pests on oil palm leaf sheaths through the symptoms selected during consultations to diagnose the types of diseases and pests that are being experienced.

Abstract

K-Nearest Neighbor is a good classification technique, but judging by previous studies, the accuracy of the KNN performance obtained is still inferior to other methods. in the classification process, if some characteristics are not good it can cause errors in the new classifier. As for this study, the researcher uses the gain ratio method as a parameter to see the correlation between each attribute in the dataset, and the gain ratio serves as a weighting for each attribute so as to produce a dataset. the correct way of classifying data using the KNN method, this study is very suitable for predicting sales of spare parts at the Panasonic Service Center company, where the company experienced a decline in sales, this research is very useful for predicting sales for the following month. The results of this study produce very precise predictions of distance with an accuracy value of 13%, where the comparison of the highest accuracy value is found in the total attribute with an accuracy distance of 13%, while the lowest accuracy difference is obtained in the month and type of sales dataset with 0.08%. the overall accuracy of all datasets increases by 100% with K=3, and K=5 gets 80% accuracy. so this method can be used to make sales predictions to make it easier for the company.

Abstract

Areca palm has been widely planted by the people of the Asahan Regency. This plant is cultivated not only by the farmers, but also by many people living in this regency. Therefore, an expert system is needed to help villagers in detecting areca palm desease. In areca palm cultivation, pests and diseases attack always happen. The purpose of this research is to apply an expert system as a tool to diagnose and also provide advice for control. This expert system, in the form of a consultation scenario, can be done by answering every question (yes or no); all answers are compared to the areca palm plants needs based-on expert experience. The inference method used is forward chaining. The output of this system is the types of diseases, percentages, symptoms, definitions, treatment, and prevention. Abstract

The Department of Industri and Trade of North Sumatra Province is part of the government in the industrial and trade sector. In carrying out its operational activities, the use of information technology is used to support activities. Some problems that occur are the absence of a system for evaluating information technology governance that is used in a systematic manner. In examining the technology used, it only involves a few expert reasoning skills. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of management and utilization of information technology in the Department of Industri and Trade of North Sumatra Province and to recommend information technology management policy proposals using COBIT version 5. The process of evaluating governance using COBIT begins with domain selection, primary and secondary data koleksi. , the mapping process, the next step is to process the questionnaire data and calculate the value and level of capability. The results of the application of COBIT 5 can explain the situation in resource optimization which includes planning, pengawasan, and adjustments to the implementation of processes and conditions that have not been met, such as making documentation regarding the management of relationships between business and information technology, making SOPs containing regulating coordination.

Abstract

The use of the environmentally friendly traditional fishing gear is very beneficial for fishermen in the fishing process. This needs to be implemented as an effort to maintain the sustainability and sustainability of fish resources in the future. This study aims to identify the fishing gear used in Sibolga City and determine the level of environmental friendliness. The criteria in making this decision are having high selectivity (10%), not damaging habitat (25%), producing high-quality fish (15%), not harming fishermen (30%), and production not harming consumers (20%). Based on the research results, the recommendation in the first rank is Payang with a selectivity criterion value of 1, followed by drift and Dogol which have the same value, namely a high selectivity criterion of 0.5. The conclusion of this study is that the Payang, drift, and Dogol fishing gear are classified as environmentally friendly traditional fishing gear using the SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) method because they can produce catches with high selectivity, minimal habitat damage, high-quality fish production, not harmful to humans. fisherman. themselves and other people around and produce fish that do not harm consumers.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era modern sekarang ini sudah merambat kesegala aspek, baik dibidang bisnis maupun dalam kehidupan sehari hari kita. Untuk itu setiap perusahaan hendaknya mengikuti perkembangan tersebut agar lebih memudahkan dalam pekerjaan. Seperti yang dibahas pada penelitian kali ini penulis memanfaatkan bidang teknologi informasi sebagai salah satu cara untuk memudahkan Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) terkhususnya pada PT. PLN (persero) ULP Berastagi dalam memonitoring pembayaran listrik perbulannya. Aplikasi ini nantinya dirancang berbasis web yang nantinya akan digunakan karyawan atau staff dalam memonitoring pembayaran listrik perbulan pada PT.PLN (Persero) Berastagi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah metode User Centered Design yang dimana metode ini akan membahas mengenai apa saja yang diperlukan dan dibutuhkan user, sehingga desain aplikasi ini nantinya dapat bekerja dengan optimal dan tidak berlebihan dalam segi fitur dan fungsinya. Setelah menganalisis dan memberikan perhitungan terhadap apa apa saja yang diperlukan dan dibutuhkan oleh pengguna maka aplikasi mulai dirancang berdasarkan kebutuhan yang diinginkan.

Abstract

Data security on the website is very important to prevent misuse of data or information on the website. Due to the rapid advancement of technology, many irresponsible persons who are often called hackers or hackers steal data. The author is interested in learning more about the security of the Central Tapanuli website (TAPTENG) as a result of this research. In this section, the author checks the security of the Tapanuli Tengah website using the OWASP ZAP method to assist in determining the actions that need to be taken to mitigate the vulnerability. There are several stages of OWASP that are carried out including Information Gathering, Session Management Testing, Data Validation Testing, and Webservices Testing. From the overall research results detected on the 192.187.99.170 website, the results obtained were 22079 instances with the threat name Timestamp Disclosure - Unix with the threat level at the Low level, which means it is at a low level.
