Abstract

Proses penetasan telur dapat dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu secara alamiah dan otomatis dengan menggunakan teknologi bantuan. Inkubator merupakan teknologi buatan membantu proses penetasan telur. Konseptual dari inkubator adalah dengan membuat lingkungan yang memiliki suhu ideal untuk penetasan yaitu 38oc-40oc dan dengan tingkat kelembapan ideal 46-60 %. Proses penciptaan suhu yang ideal dengan menggunakan lampu pijar sebagai pengatur suhu dan kipas sebagai pengatur kelembapan untuk mencapai hal tersebut dibutuhkan sensor yang dapat membaca nilai suhu dan kelembapan yang presisi. Konseptual tersebut sangat sulit didapatkan dengan metode penghitungan konvensional. Fuzzy logic dapat membantu menetapkan besaran nilai dari proses input dan output dari inkubator sehingga dapat tercipta alat inkubator dengan suhu dan kelembapan yang sangat ideal untuk penetasan telur.

Abstract

The increasing stock condition of cotton combed 30s t-shirts causes Convection to require optimal production planning, influenced by demand, safety stock, and selling price. The analysis of forecasting demand for t-shirts obtained a need for 217 t-shirts using the Multiplicative Decomposition forecasting method with MAD = 22.47 and MAPE = 0.17. Based on demand data for 1 year, the Safety Stock that must be maintained is 126 shirts/month or 3 shirts/week. The optimal production defuzzification results are 369 t-shirts with 81 fuzzy rules used. The Master Production Planning (MPS) directs the production schedule to be carried out in January, scheduled for the 4th week of December the previous year, as many as 123 shirts and ended on the third Sunday in January as many as 92 shirts to maintain stock conditions and meet the demand of consumer.

Abstract

Hydroponic greenhouses is a form of maintenance optimal plants with minimal water use. However, growing plants in this environment requires careful monitoring and control of various parameters such as pH and nutrient availability. In this study we used NFT Hydroponics (Nutrient Film Technique) a soilless plant cultivation technique that uses nutrient solutions flowing in shallow channels under plant roots. This method allows efficient and optimal plant growth with less use of water and nutrients compared to conventional cultivation. The pakcoy quality monitoring system in this hydroponic greenhouse is made using an Arduino Uno microcontroller equipped with a dfrobot pH sensor and a dfrobot tds sensor to monitor the quality of the bok choy plants automatically. We get the data by the tool will be processed using fuzzy logic to control the pH quality of the water and the nutrients of the bok choy plants to maximize the efficiency and production of the bok choy plants. The results showed that using this technology can monitor and control the water quality and environment for bok choy growth efficiently and accurately.

Abstract

The focus of the research is monitoring data from sensors on the agricultural sprayer. The monitoring system support by some sensors in camera, tank capacity, boom sprayer balance and battery capacity. The research method was carried out using the waterfall model, because according to the needs that require a sequential flow in the process. This model is divided into four parts, namely analysis (to identify problems and needs), design (plans to solve problems to be solved), implementation (implementation of plans that have been made), and testing. Engineering of Information Monitoring System Sensor Reading Data Based on Smart Wireless using NVDIA Jetson Nano and Arduino Uno on Agricultural Spraying Machines. The test results for the CNN model for the detection of the “Jajar Legowo” object were carried out to obtain 90% accuracy, 82.35% precision and 100% recall. Tests an accuracy value cappacity tank of 100%. Testing the balance sensor, if rotates clockwise on the Y axis the output voltage decreases, and vice versa. However, if the sensor at rest, the output voltage will same as the offset value. Besides that, testing the optimum PWM value fuzzy approach is carried out with aim that the droplets hit the target zone when sprayer is working. The result are Arduino IDE and Matlab produce same value, which is 42 for the optimum PWM value. Testing the battery capacity sensor get accuracy value of 100% by difference in the voltage increase of 0.5 volts is equivalent to increase of 10%. Abstract

Rice stalls are one of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that have significantly contributed to efforts to improve the economy. This community service activity aims to increase the ability of SME rice stalls in Bogor to manage Good Food Production Methods (CPMB) to improve marketing performance. The results of the pre-test and post-test identification revealed three potential rice stalls. The evaluation results for the training activities showed that there were three possible rice stalls with the highest post-test results, namely the Pa de Umar rice stall (score 80.00), Kabita (score 73.33), and Selamat (score 70.00). Based on the three rice stalls above, selecting potential rice stalls for mentoring activities was carried out using the Bayes method, and the Pa de Umar Rice Stall was chosen with an alternative value of 4.40. Implementing the CPMB training is expected to increase the understanding and knowledge of Bogor City rice stall participants so that business actors can improve business performance and profits.

Abstract

This research aims to demonstrate the influence of the effectiveness of image preprocessing-based artificial intelligence technology in detecting the ripeness level of tomatoes on user satisfaction and to discover correlations between them. The applied research method is quantitative, with data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to attendees of the IT Festival 2023 Expo held on Sunday, August 27, 2023, at the Baranangsiang Campus, IPB. The data analysis methods used include Pearson correlation test, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination test, and T-test using SPSS 25.0 software. The test results indicate that the effectiveness of image preprocessing-based artificial intelligence technology has a positive and significant impact on detecting the ripeness level of tomatoes

Abstract

This research brings the concept of the Internet of Things (IoT) in creating the Apilastic Robot, a device that aims to reduce customer losses by identifying the causes of rejected items, particularly in frequently returned cups. Through qualitative data collection from a case study with the researcher as the human instrument, the research objective was to develop a device that can recognize the type of damage on the glass, provide support to the user to identify the source of the problem, and take appropriate steps. The results of the analysis showed that product effectiveness had the greatest influence on tool usage satisfaction, explaining 77.2% of the variability in tool effectiveness. It is expected that these findings provide support to users in troubleshooting frequently returned glassware with root cause identification and appropriate steps.

Abstract

Analysis of SrTiO3 ceramics with the doping Cuprum(II) acetate (Cu(CH3COO)2), the variation in the concentration of doping used 0%; 0,5%; and 1% using the solid state reaction method was successful. The annealing process is carried out starting from room temperature then raised to an annealing temperature of 850 oC with a temperature increase of 1,67 oC / minute and held constant for 8 hours. Next proceed with the cooling process until it returns to room temperature for 13 hours. Analysis of XRD data using the Cramer-Cohen method yielded a lattice parameter of 3,909 Å; 3,906 Å; and 3,905 Å, a cubic crystal structure.

Abstract

Rapid advances in technology, particularly in the Internet of Things (IoT), are enabling the development of devices and robots that can be operated remotely. This research explores the effects of APILASTIK Quality Check Robot Appearance and Features on User Satisfaction Level. This tool, developed by Computer Engineering Technology students at IPB University's Vocational School, aims to detect defects in production products. The robot attracted great attention when it was presented at IT FEST 2023, showing the potential for wide use. Evaluations of the robot's appearance and features showed a positive and significant influence on the level of user satisfaction, with each variable contributing 66.4% and 25.4%, respectively. Hypothesis testing confirmed the overall positive and significant impact, with the coefficient of determination (R2) reaching 82.7%. The results of multiple linear regression analysis and t-test show that the robot's appearance and features individually contribute significantly to user satisfaction. With these findings, we can understand the factors that influence user satisfaction with damage-scanning robots. The recommendation is to focus on feature development or appearance enhancement to improve overall user satisfaction.

Abstract

System monitoring water clean quality with for pH value measurement, turbidity and temperature water DS18B20. Process control pH Give Limits that refer to the Ministry of Health's standard table and the pH data can be tested in a laboratory to check its accuracy. The purpose of making this system is to monitor the quality of filled water using the third sensor which is combined with Arduino Uno microcontroller. And to make it easier for consumers to monitor the water obtained. This tool can be monitored through the web in the form of datalog and graphic values ​​in realtime.
