Abstract

Tempe supply chain is managing the distribution flow of production until it reaches consumers. The distribution flow must be arranged and managed effectively and efficiently to increase the company's productivity and minimize costs. Method is used in this research are Saving Matrix for optimizing route and Break Even Point (BEP) for evaluating the mode Transportation. The research results show that selected route to consumers is obtained via the G-C1-C2-C5-C6-C3-C4-G route with an optimal capacity of 1500 boxes. Meanwhile, an evaluation of the transportation modes owned shows that the company can leaseif the average delivery in one year is below 1000 boxes and has its own mode if deliveries are above 1000 boxes.

Abstract

Permasalahan pasokan dan harga dalam rantai pasok telur ayam dimulai dari Agen telur dimana agen telur merupakan key aktor dalam proses distribusi produk sampai kekonsumen akhir. Pemilihan supplier yang dapat merealisasikan jumlah dan kualitas produk telur ayam menjadi permasalahan. Permasalahan pasokan yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan dipengaruhi oleh harga (Rp/peti), lead time pengiriman (hari), dan kapasitas distribusi (peti). Berdasarkan hasil analisis penentuan supplier ideal menggunakan model Composite Performance Index (CPI) didapatkan bobot tingkat kepentingan kriteria untuk harga adalah 0,4, lead time pengiriman adalah 0,3 dan kapasitas distribusi adalah 0,2. Berdasarkan hasil CPI didapatkan nilai alternatif supplier agam adalah 104,2; supplier hejo 113,46; supplier maju berkah 125 dan Supplier Mandiri adalah 95,28. Berdasarkan nilai CPI didapatkan supplier terpilih untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasokan agen telur adalah supplier hejo dengan nilai CPI 113,46. Berdasarkan hasil analisis CPI maka supplier telur ayam yang memiliki kemampuan untuk pasokan sesuai dengan kebutuhan kualitas dan kuantitas telur ayam adalah supplier hejo.

Abstract

This study aims to develop “Maps of Gita” learning media on grade V fraction material to help students improve their concept understanding. This research was conducted at SDN Cemplang 01 Bogor Regency and involved 58 grade V students in the 2023/2024 academic year. The research method used is a research and development model using the ADDIE model with stages: (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation. Data were collected in various stages, namely: (1) analysis stage, need assessment and curriculum analysis; (2) design stage includes the preparation of media design, materials, and assessment instruments; (3) development stage includes making media, validation by material experts and media experts, and revision based on input through expert validation questionnaires; (4) implementation stage, involves limited trials to grade V students through pretests and postests to measure students' understanding of concepts before and after using the media; (5) evaluation stage, assessing the effectiveness of the media in improving students' understanding of fraction concepts through student response questionnaires. The results showed that the maps of gita media is feasible to use as a fraction learning media for grade V students. This media obtained a "very good" assessment from material experts (90.55%) and media experts (92.60%). The limited trial also showed that this media is effective in improving students' understanding of the concept of fractions. The pretest score of students' concept understanding was 53% and the post test was 86.33%, with an average response to the use of media of 93.33% with a very good category. Thus, "maps of gita " media can be an interesting and innovative alternative learning media to help students understand fraction material in elementary school.

Abstract

Rice stalls are one of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that have significantly contributed to efforts to improve the economy. This community service activity aims to increase the ability of SME rice stalls in Bogor to manage Good Food Production Methods (CPMB) to improve marketing performance. The results of the pre-test and post-test identification revealed three potential rice stalls. The evaluation results for the training activities showed that there were three possible rice stalls with the highest post-test results, namely the Pa de Umar rice stall (score 80.00), Kabita (score 73.33), and Selamat (score 70.00). Based on the three rice stalls above, selecting potential rice stalls for mentoring activities was carried out using the Bayes method, and the Pa de Umar Rice Stall was chosen with an alternative value of 4.40. Implementing the CPMB training is expected to increase the understanding and knowledge of Bogor City rice stall participants so that business actors can improve business performance and profits.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the great potential of rice husk as a waste material that has not yet been optimally utilized. The focus of this research is to evaluate the performance of the FFC-15 disc mill machine in producing flour from rice husk charcoal at three different moisture contents. The variations in the moisture content of rice husk charcoal studied were 10%, 15%, and 20%, with the goal of determining the optimal conditions in the production process of rice husk charcoal flour. The methodology used is experimental with repeated testing to produce data on machine capacity, electrical power consumption, flour yield, flour quality (moisture content, ash content, and mineral content), and the physical parameters of the charcoal. The results show that moisture content significantly affects the milling efficiency and quality of the flour produced, with optimal conditions achieved at a moisture content of 10%. Adjusting the moisture content before the milling process can enhance the operational efficiency of the machine and the quality of the final product. These findings are expected to provide benefits for follow-up by a group or industry that wants to optimize the utilization of rice husk charcoal. Keywords: Disc mill FFC-15, Flour quality, Husk charcoal, Milling efficiency, Moisture content.

Abstract

This research focuses on designing a control system for pesticide applicator robots on rice plants. Control is carried out via radio wave communication using a transmitter-receiver (Flysky FS-iA6 2.4 GHz). The remote can control the robot wheel (forward, backward and turn), boom sprayer (raise-fall and open-close), and spray pump. The research method is carried out using the waterfall model because it is under the needs that require a sequential flow in the process. The test results show that the use of a bevel gear gearbox can increase the torque value up to 3 times. The use of 4 electric motors further increases the stability of the robot's movement (RPM and torque) when given the maximum load of the robot. The boom sprayer successfully opens-closes and fluctuates smoothly at the optimum value of PWM 50 and voltage 2.35. The time required for the boom sprayer to open-close, and rise-fall is 30 s. The relay which functions as a switch is successfully controlled, so that the pump can be activated and deactivated in mode 2 at the input. Transmitter-receiver communication test was successfully carried out. Transmitter-receiver communication is capable of up to a distance of < 150 m. Input mode 1 on the transmitter successfully controls the boom sprayer. Input mode 2 successfully controls the motion of the wheels and pump.

Abstract

Produksi tomat sebagai salah satu komoditas ekspor di Indonesia terus meningkat, memerlukan upaya pemeliharaan kualitas dan kematangan buah. Matobot, sebuah alat berbasis teknologi pengolahan citra, dikembangkan untuk mendukung pengelolaan panen yang efektif berdasarkan kematangan buah tomat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi dampak kemampuan Matobot dalam mendeteksi kematangan buah tomat terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna dalam konteks pertanian. Melalui analisis regresi terhadap data survei yang melibatkan 48 responden, ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kemampuan Matobot dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 38,77%. Angka ini menunjukkan seberapa besar kontribusi kemampuan Matobot mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan robot. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa Matobot berpotensi memberikan dampak positif terhadap kualitas dan efisiensi produksi buah tomat serta memenuhi harapan pengguna.

Abstract

PT Marina is a company engaged in bottled mineral water production, where one of its products is glass packaging. The fluctuating demand for glass bottled drinking water products causes companies to plan optimal production. Based on the results of image scanning using the SCAPSA application, it was found that the total return was 2193 glasses in December 2024. Based on the identification results using the Pareto diagram method, it was found that the highest product return from consumers was needle leaks, namely 895 glasses. The identification results indicate priority improvements that will be carried out using the Fuzzy AHP method with triangular fuzzy numbers. At the actor level, the highest normalization result was obtained for the production section with a defuzzification value of 0.78. At the factor level, the highest normalization was obtained for the quality of the glass packaging with a defuzzification value of 0.49. Hence, the optimal tension temperature setting on the felling machine was an alternative improvement for returning leaking needles with a defuzzification value of 0.55 and a consistency index of 0.03. Based on the results of the improvements, it was found that the company could reduce returns on products by 85.70% to 128 glasses.
