Abstract

Preeclampsia is a serious pregnancy complication characterized by high blood pressure, potentially leading to organ damage, making early risk prediction crucial to reducing maternal morbidity and mortality. This study aims to develop a preeclampsia risk prediction model using medical and clinical data from 80 patients at Rumah Bersalin Sadan. The data include demographic profiles, blood pressure, weight, maternal age, preeclampsia history, body mass index, number of previous pregnancies, as well as genetic and environmental factors. The dependent variable is the risk of preeclampsia, either as a binary outcome (yes/no) or as a continuous risk score. The predictive model was built using multivariate linear regression and the Random Forest algorithm. The results showed that the Random Forest model achieved an accuracy of 65.22%, with an F-statistic of 7.345 and a very small p-value (1.908e-06), indicating that the model effectively explains data variability. However, the low Kappa value suggests room for improvement through feature refinement, hyperparameter tuning, or exploring other algorithms. Although these findings suggest that Random Forest is a promising method, further evaluation and model optimization are needed to enhance predictive performance and determine whether this method is the most suitable for the dataset used.

Abstract

The area of the Batu Bulan dam is less than 183 hectares with capacity of 15 liters per second, the largest dam on Sumbawa island, located in Batu Bulan village, Moyo Hulu sub-district, Sumbawa regency, West Nusa Tenggara. Batu Bulan Dam is planned to be able to meet the irrigation needs, raw water, and has a potential for hydroelectric power plants. Considering the latter plans and the limited water supply from the dam, it is necessary to have a study for the optimization of the Dam's water allocation. By this study, the water allocation can be optimized and the planting patterns are managed. The goal of this research is the optimization of Batu Bulan Dam waters allocation for irrigation utilization, which is expected to improve dam operation patterns, to obtain the best cropping patterns and to obtain optimum benefits of rice and corn plants planted in the irrigation area. One method that can be used to solve the water allocation problem is linear programming with the objective is maximizing total profits and the constraints is water availability and land area

Abstract

Kre Alang merupakan kain tenun khas yang berasal dari kabupaten Sumbawa provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). Kre Alang merupakan produk daerah Sumbawa yang memiliki ciri khas yang unik serta memiliki nilai sejarah yang tinggi. Namun, sampai saat ini produk Kre Alang dapat dikatakan masih belum dikenal oleh banyak orang dibandingkan kain tenun dari daerah lain, salah satu faktornya adalah produk Kre Alang menawarkan harga yang terlalu tinggi dengan kualitas yang hampir sama dengan produk kain lainnya. Selain itu, masalah lain adalah promosi produk yang dapat dikatakan belum baik, dikarenakan promosi masih dilakukan melalui mulut kemulut.  Berdasarkan masalah tersebut tentunya dapat berdampak dan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Semakin baik produk maka semakin baik keputusan konsumen, sebaliknya semakin buruk produk maka semakin buruk keputusan pembelian konsumen. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian.Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perencanaan strategis pemasaran tenun Kre Alang menggunakan metode SWOT dan bauran pemasaran. Adapun hasil dari penelitian  antara lain memperthankan kualitas produk, memperluas penjualan dan distribusi, memperbaiki strategi harga, serta memperbaiki metode promosi yang dilakukan agar semakin memperkuat dan menarik minat konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Kre Alang.

Abstract

CV Fajar Samudra is a company that manages rice in Sumbawa. The rice processing process per day can produce + 3 thousand tons of harvested dry grain (GKP) and also produce 50 tons of milled dry grain (GKG) which can later produce around 30 tons of rice. Based on the results of the interview, the problem with the rice grinding machine occurred because the v-belt of the machine broke/loose so that the machine stopped and did not operate for +4 hours. This research uses OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) calculations, namely measuring the level of effectiveness of machine use by calculating machine availability, performance and quality of the products produced. OEE calculates availability, performance and quality. The calculation results from this research show that the availability value is 94.34%, performance 52.44% and quality 99.62%. The OEE value obtained was 47.79% (low). So it can be seen that the highest Losses of CV Fajar Samudra on the rice milling unit machine is the Reduce speed Losses of 39.33% in October 2023.

Abstract

This study intends to create a statistical learning model by integrating theory and practice, using the SPSS software application with case studies of problem solving in Computer Engineering and Informatics students at the Medan State Polytechnic. The design of this study began with a literature review before making lesson plans with the task of making teaching materials and providing content to students. Besides that, after the writer led the discussion, he was given the task of determining cases based on the subjects chosen by the students according to their interests. In this study there were 70 students who participated as the research sample. NONCase and STDCase both have standard deviation values ​​of 1.62001 and 1.84694, respectively. Because the average learning outcomes of NONCase 74.2571 and STDCase 78.8857 show that descriptively there are differences between NONCase-based learning and case study/STDCase-based learning. The NONCase method and the STDCase learning method using the SPSS program have a significant linear relationship between the variables, according to case study-based research. Using the formula F count = 0.982 > F table = 1.507 It can be concluded that there is a significant linear relationship between the mastery of the STDCase learning approach and the SPSS program because F count is smaller than F table

Abstract

Abstrak: Musim kemarau di Kabupaten Sumbawa ditandai oleh tingkat kekeringan yang sangat tinggi, yang berdampak pada terbatasnya ketersediaan pakan ternak. Kondisi ini berpotensi menurunkan produksi sapi, sehingga menghambat pencapaian program NTB Bumi Sejuta Sapi. Desa Poto, Kabupaten Sumbawa, merupakan salah satu daerah dengan produksi jagung yang melimpah berdampak pada meningkatnya jumlah limbah jagung. Produksi jagung yang melimpah menghasilkan limbah dalam jumlah besar, yang umumnya dibakar oleh petani untuk membersihkan lahan, meskipun hal ini menimbulkan polusi. Padahal, limbah jagung masih mengandung nutrisi yang bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan ternak. Melalui program pemberdayaan kemitraan masyarakat, dilakukan pelatihan kepada Kelompok Tani Ternak Lenang Rea III untuk mengolah limbah jagung menjadi pakan alternatif menggunakan mesin pencacah (Hammer Mill). Pelatihan ini bertujuan meningkatkan hardskill mitra dalam fermentasi limbah jagung dan formulasi pakan ternak. Meningkatan softskill dalam kesadaran akan pentingnya inovasi, keberlanjutan lingkungan, dan potensi ekonomi dari limbah jagung. Tiga tahapan kegiatan meliputi diskusi, pelatihan pembuatan silase dengan metode Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), dan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan peserta cukup tinggi dengan skor total setiap variabel berada dalam rentang antara 0,72 hingga 0,88, yang mengindikasikan bahwa nilai pada masing-masing indikator berada pada kategori sedang (medium). Secara keseluruhan, nilai Technology Readiness Index (TRI) sebesar 3,14, menandakan kesiapan moderat dalam menerapkan teknologi pengolahan limbah jagung.Abstract: The dry season in Sumbawa Regency is characterized by very high levels of drought, which impacts the limited availability of animal feed. This condition can potentially reduce cattle production, thus hampering the achievement of the NTB Bumi Sejuta Sapi program. Poto Village, Sumbawa Regency, is one of the areas with abundant corn production, which impacts the increasing amount of corn waste. Abundant corn production produces large amounts of garbage, which farmers generally burn to clear the land, although this causes pollution. Corn waste still contains nutrients that can be used as animal feed. Through the community partnership empowerment program, training was conducted for the Lenang Rea III Livestock Farmers Group to process corn waste into alternative feed using a shredder (Hammer Mill). This training aims to improve the hard skills of partners in corn waste fermentation and animal feed formulation. Increasing soft skills in awareness of the importance of innovation, environmental sustainability, and the economic potential of corn waste. The three stages of activity include discussion, silage-making training using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method, and evaluation. The evaluation process involved [specific details about the evaluation process]. The evaluation results showed that the level of participant satisfaction was relatively high, with the total score of each variable ranging from 0.72 to 0.88, indicating that the value of each indicator was in the medium category. Overall, the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) value was 3.14, indicating moderate readiness to implement corn waste processing technology.

Abstract

A zero-one integer linear programming with the Lindo software approach can be used to solve the cyclical scheduler method problem. The cyclical scheduling method is one of the scheduling methods that can be used to schedule work picks from Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP), where each Satpol PP will work within a specified period of 5 days and will repeat periodically. The decision variable solution to the linear programming model is zero or one which becomes the decision of the Satpol PP in choosing the type of schedule. The preparation of this proposed schedule pays attention to the preferred weight of the Satpol PP holidays in each type of schedule that is formed so that the objective function of the linear programming model is to maximize the preferred holiday weights per Satpol PP against the existing schedule types. The results of the analysis obtained an optimal proposal schedule in maximizing the quality of assignments to each shift while taking into account the workload and constraints that exist. Also, it is known comparison between proposal scheduling and scheduling that has been used so far is seen in the aspect of quality, and fairness of the schedule carried out in the proposed scheduling is superior.

Abstract

Many customers prefer ATMs or come directly to bank offices to do banking transactions. It can lead to crowds considering that the pandemic is not over yet. It is one of the considerations of PT. Bank NTB Syariah launched a mobile banking application as a service facility to facilitate customers' transacting. The use of mobile banking is still relatively new to the public. Currently, the number of mobile banking users of Bank NTB Syariah Alas Sub-Branch has not met the number of targets achieved in several quarters. This study aimed to analyze the factors influencing customer interest in mobile banking. The sample in this study amounted to 100, which are customers who are users of mobile banking users of PT. Bank NTB Syariah Alas Sub-Branch. The statistical tool used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL 8.80 statistical software approach. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence customer interest are Perception of Information Technology (X1), Ease of Use (X2), Risk (X3), and Service Features (X4). These factors have a significant simultaneous effect. The coefficient of determination obtained is 84%, which means that customer interest in using mobile banking is influenced by elements of information technology perception, risk, trust, and service features, while the remaining 16% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

A driving License (SIM) is a card that a motorized vehicle driver must own to prove the eligibility to drive a motorized vehicle. There are still many drivers who do not have a SIM. One of the reasons drivers don't apply for a driving license is because they object to follow every procedure in making a driver's license, which takes a long time and causes long queues every day. The application for a driver's license in a city or district is only in one place, namely at the City Police. As a result, many applicants apply for a driver's license in the queue system. This problem also occurs in the SIM-making service system at the Sumbawa Police Station. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the queuing system for SIM-making services at the Sumbawa Besar Resort Police using the queuing theory method. There are two types of submissions in applying for a SIM, namely a new application and an application for an extension of a SIM, and the queuing system model used is Single Channel-Multi Phase. There are three phases in applying for a new SIM: the registration phase, photo phase, and test phase. Meanwhile, the application for a SIM extension has two steps: registration and photos. Based on the results of the analysis, the use of one service in each phase has not been optimal in overcoming the number of queues in the new SIM application process because there is still a steady-state (ρ) greater than one and the number of applicants is still queuing in the system, namely on Monday (phase test), Wednesday (test phase) and Friday (photo phase and test phase). Therefore, it is proposed to add one more service on that day and phase so that the stadium condition (ρ) is less than one and there is only one applicant in the queue (Lq).

Abstract

This study aims to design, develop, and test an e-commerce prototype as a digital marketing medium for ruminant animal feed products and micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) crafts in Poto Village, Sumbawa Regency. Local business actors in this area generally face two main challenges: limited access to broader markets and the lack of optimal utilization of digital technology for product promotion and sales. The study employed a qualitative research method to address these issues with data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The developed e-commerce platform was then tested to evaluate its effectiveness and usability. The results show that the platform contributes positively by expanding the marketing reach of local products, increasing their competitiveness, and simplifying the transaction process. In addition, users expressed favorable responses to the simple interface, the clarity of product display, and the integrated communication features that facilitate direct interaction between sellers and buyers. These findings highlight that implementing an e-commerce system tailored to local needs has significant potential to strengthen the rural economy, particularly through the digitalization of MSMEs and the livestock feed sector. Testing further confirms that all e-commerce features function properly, meet user requirements, and are very easy to operate, thus providing evidence of the system's practicality and sustainability for long-term community use.
