Abstract

CV. Ikhwanudin is a company engaged in tofu production in Sumbawa Regency which was founded in 2013. CV. Ikhwanudin has a fairly large production site with a production capacity of 150 kg of soybeans per day. Based on the results of observations, it is known that the working environment temperature was 45.8°C in the CV production room. Ikhwanudin. The environmental temperature is higher than the worker's body temperature. Based on work environment problems at CV. Ikhwanudin, it is necessary to design equipment to minimize heat in the tofu production room. Workload is measured using a Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) questionnaire and designing tools to minimize worker burden due to the work environment using the Value Engineering (VE) method. Based on the calculation results of the working environment temperature at CV. Ikhwanudin is quite high, namely an average of 34.80 degrees because there are 5 tofu cooking stoves in the production room. , Workload of workers at CV. Ikhwanudin is quite high so improvements need to be made. There is no significant influence between the work environment and workload based on the results of the correlation test and tools with values of 4.9 x 10-4, 7.4 x 10-2, 2, are obtained. 3x10-3 based on proposal 1 with a very low cost of IDR 7,650,000.

Abstract

As time goes by, more and more new factories appear producing different products. The manufacturing industry is related to tools that support the creation of a corn and grain processing process. PT. Seger Agro Nusantara is a company processing agricultural products such as rice and corn. One of the tools used at PT. Seger Agro Nusantara (SAN) is a forklift to help reduce worker energy in lifting and moving goods. The problem that often occurs with forklifts is the hydraulics. Hydraulics are the main part of a forklift which functions to move, lift and move goods from one place to another. The advantages and disadvantages of hydraulics are that they can transfer large amounts of power using only relatively small components, operate smoothly, do not cause noise or unimportant vibrations in the machine, can be rotated in the reverse direction (reversible), make it easy to move heavy materials in one lift. , or moving goods up to tons in weight. And the service life is quite long, so you can save on the cost of buying new equipment. Meanwhile, the disadvantage is that it requires intensive and regular maintenance. One method that can be used to find the root cause of a problem is a fishbone diagram. Because the fishbone diagram already knows the problem but doesn't know the cause.

Abstract

Peningkatan hasil pertanian di Kabupaten Sumbawa mendorong pertumbuhan usaha penggilingan padi yang signifikan. Hal tersebut menimbulkan persaingan yang cukup ketat dalam perdagangan hasil pertanian di Sumbawa. usaha-usaha penggilingan padi memerlukan strategi bisnis yang efektif agar dapat terus meningkatkan penjualan. Salah satu strategi bisnis yang penting adalah pemilihan supplier bahan baku terbaik untuk menghasilkan produk berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu manajemen usaha penggilingan padi UD. Barokah dalam pemilihan supplier terbaik menggunakan metode Promethee. Metode Promethee merupakan salah satu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penentuan dan pengurutan dalam suatu analisis multi kriteria. Kriteria yang digunakan yaitu kualitas padi, pelayanan, pengiriman, harga, dan ketetapan jumlah. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan tiga rangking tertinggi berdasarkan nilai Netflow yaitu UD. Ilham Abadi 0,2400, UD. Nusa Indah 0,2000 dan Pak Sidiq 0,1200

Abstract

The Sumbawa University of Technology uses an academic information system (SIAKAD) to improve the quality of academic administration services.  Based on the observations, there is a limited source of the information on the evaluation of SIAKAD at the University. Therefore, it is necessary to assess the SIAKAD performance as it can be used for further decision making and the development in leading the academic services. To achieve the research objectives, a success analysis was carried out using the DeLone and McLean success model and the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the Lisrel 8.8 program approach. The population in this study are 105 people which consisted of SIAKAD users at the Sumbawa University of Technology including lecturers, students, and staff.The results showed that the level of use of SIAKAD was 78%, the level of satisfaction with using SIAKAD was 91%, while the net benefit level of SIAKAD at the University of Technology Sumbawa was 54%.The Sumbawa University of Technology uses an academic information system (SIAKAD) to improve the quality of academic administration services.  Based on the observations, there is a limited source of the information on the evaluation of SIAKAD at the University. Abstract

Pada umumnya abon ikan biasanya diproduksi secara manual dengan proses dibuat dari suwiran dan penirisan minyaknya kurang efisien. Pentingnya teknologi tepat guna tersebut diharapkan bisa meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi makanan olahan ikan bandeng. Program penerapan teknologi tepat guna diharapkan menghasilkan produksi ikan bandeng meningkat dan pendapatan. Metode yang dilakukan adalah pengembangan teknologi produksi olahan ikan bandeng yang dimulai dari mengindentifikasi kebutuhan mitra terkait operasional produksinya, merancang dan membuat mesin, melakukan pengujian terhadap mesin yang dibuat, melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada kelompok PKK Desa Mbawi. Hasil kegiatan ini yaitu dapat membantu kreativitas dan inovaasi olahan ikan bandeng menjadi olahan abon secara efektif dan efisien, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pendapatan kelompok PKK Desa Mbawi.

Abstract

Grab berdiri pada tahun 2012 di Malaysia dan berkembang di berbagai negara Asia Tenggara termasuk di Indonesia, dan pada tahun 2021 masuk ke kabupaten Sumbawa. Salah satu layanan yang diberikan oleh Grab adalah Grabfood dan berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan kepada pengguna Grabfood di Sumbawa ditemukan beberapa persoalan yaitu masih dirasa kurang puas oleh pengguna diantaranya adalah kualitas pelayanan, harga yang cukup tinggi terutama di Grabfood terdapat selisih harga yang cukup signifikan dengan harga beli secara langsung ditempat, serta promosi Grab di Sumbawa masih kurang. Berdasarkan persoalan tersebut maka perlu dianalisis kepuasan pelangganpengguna Grabfood terhadap kualitas pelayanan, harga dan promosi. Metode yang digunkan dalam penellitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan software Lisrel 8.8. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kualitas pelayanan memiliki hubungan positif 17% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Grab, harga memiliki hubungan positif 51% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Grab, sedangkan promosi memiliki hubungan positif 14% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Grab. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan bagi pengendara Grab untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya di kota Sumbawa Besar.

Abstract

Salah satu aspek penting dalam menjalankan aktifitas dan memengaruhi keberhasilan sistem perindustrian adalah model transportasi dan distribusi yang diterapkan oleh industri tersebut. Didukung dengan meluasnya permintaan konsumen atas produk yang dihasilkan ke berbagai pelosok daerah, menjadikan masalah transportasi dan distribusi menjadi poin utama dalam pengembangan perusahaan. Untuk mengetahui penerapan model transportasi distribusi yang dapat diusulkan terhadap rute transportasi distribusi Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) pada PT. Javarko yang berdiri di kota Sumbawa Besar, maka dapat diusulkan dengan menggunkan model Clustered Generalized Vehicle Routing Problem (CGVRP) dan algoritma Dijkstra. Dimana pada model CGVRP toko-toko (vertek) tujuan dikelompokan berdasarkan kelurahan dan kapasitas armada kendaraan. Sehingga  diperoleh total jarak untuk kendaraan pertama adalah sebesar 14.410 km dengan rute distribusi gudang (0)→ UD. Fatimah (10) → Primart (5) → UD. Dua Putra (6) → UD.Hana (2) → UD. Bayu Rejeki (9) →  UD.Irma (1) → UD. Mandiri (7). Sedangkan jarak yang diperoleh untuk kendaraan kedua adalah sebesar 11.120 k m dengan rute pendistribusian . gudang (0) → UD. Dua satu (13) → UD. → Berlian Indah (12) → UD. Citra (11) → UD. Gonofit (3) → UD. Adiit Daputra (15) → UD. Yeyen Lengas (14) → gudang (0).

Abstract

Currently, in the sub-district of Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara province, there are many modern retail shops that have become competitors to the existence of traditional retailers that have existed before. Therefore, the aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the existence of traditional retailers with the existence of modern retailers in Sumbawa sub-district. This study uses a quantitative approach to statistical analysis using path analysis. The data used in this study is primary data, which is obtained through distributing questionnaires. It is known that the total population of the Sumbawa sub - district based on population data in 2019 is 61,518 people, so using the Slovin formula the number of samples for this study is at least 100 people (with an error rate of 10%). From the analysis using SEM and LISREL software obtained a mathematical model for the existence of traditional retails: existence = 0.59 decisions + 0.5 products - 0.078 price - 0.085 place + 0.49 with a value of R2 = 0.51 means the existence of traditional retail in the sub-district Sumbawa is influenced by decision, product, Price, and place varies by 51%, the remaining 49% is influenced by other variables. Meanwhile, from the results of the hypothesis analysis, it is found that the purchasing decisions of Sumbawa sub-district residents at traditional retail are influenced by price and place, while their existence is influenced by product variables and purchasing decisions. The factors that have a direct influence on the existence of traditional retail in the Sumbawa sub - district are product factors and buyer decision factors, while the factors that have an indirect effect are product factors through buyer's decision factors.

Abstract

Many universities at the national and local levels have resulted in the emergence of competition between universities in obtaining prospective students. Therefore, universities have to show all their potential and advantages in every aspect, including the Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa (UTS), even though it is ranked in the top five universities in West Nusa Tenggara. This study aims to analyze the factors of service quality, customer satisfaction, and experiential marketing that UTS has implemented has influenced the marketing of word-of-mouth techniques optimally or not in attracting prospective students to study at UTS. This study's results can provide an overview for UTS in providing services to students with administrative services carried out by staff and lecturers in teaching. This study's population was UTS students who were still actively studying with a research sample of 165 students. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, questionnaire data from respondents were tested by using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method using LISREL 8.8 software. The research results obtained a structural equation: word of mouth = -21 × service quality + 0.3 × customer satisfaction + 0.71 × experiential marketing with R2 = 71%. The hypothesis testing results show that of the three variables, only experiential marketing variables have a positive and significant effect on UTS students' word of mouth decision.

Abstract

The best service includes providing fast service so that customers can arrive quickly. The service here can be in the form of improving the queuing system. Queues can occur if the need for a service exceeds the available demand. One service sector with a queuing system is the Community Health Center. The Community Health Center is a functional implementing unit that is a health development center for fostering community participation in the health sector. So, research was carried out to evaluate the queuing system at the Unter Iwes Health Center registration counter in Sumbawa District to optimize queuing services. The study results show that the queuing system currently used at the registration counter at the Unter Iwes Health Center, Sumbawa sub-district, namely Single Channel-Single Phase, is still optimal, as indicated by a steady state value of less than one. On Monday, it was found that the average queue in the system (????s) was one person, the average queue in the queue (????q) was one person, while the probability that the number of patients in the queue would not occur (????o) was 0%. The average waiting time in the system (????s) is 0.24 minutes, while the average waiting time in the queue (????q) is 0.15 minutes, the server busy level (K) is 64%, and the server unemployment level (W) is 36%.
