Abstract

As time goes by, more and more new factories appear producing different products. The manufacturing industry is related to tools that support the creation of a corn and grain processing process. PT. Seger Agro Nusantara is a company processing agricultural products such as rice and corn. One of the tools used at PT. Seger Agro Nusantara (SAN) is a forklift to help reduce worker energy in lifting and moving goods. The problem that often occurs with forklifts is the hydraulics. Hydraulics are the main part of a forklift which functions to move, lift and move goods from one place to another. The advantages and disadvantages of hydraulics are that they can transfer large amounts of power using only relatively small components, operate smoothly, do not cause noise or unimportant vibrations in the machine, can be rotated in the reverse direction (reversible), make it easy to move heavy materials in one lift. , or moving goods up to tons in weight. And the service life is quite long, so you can save on the cost of buying new equipment. Meanwhile, the disadvantage is that it requires intensive and regular maintenance. One method that can be used to find the root cause of a problem is a fishbone diagram. Because the fishbone diagram already knows the problem but doesn't know the cause.

Abstract

Peningkatan hasil pertanian di Kabupaten Sumbawa mendorong pertumbuhan usaha penggilingan padi yang signifikan. Hal tersebut menimbulkan persaingan yang cukup ketat dalam perdagangan hasil pertanian di Sumbawa. usaha-usaha penggilingan padi memerlukan strategi bisnis yang efektif agar dapat terus meningkatkan penjualan. Salah satu strategi bisnis yang penting adalah pemilihan supplier bahan baku terbaik untuk menghasilkan produk berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu manajemen usaha penggilingan padi UD. Barokah dalam pemilihan supplier terbaik menggunakan metode Promethee. Metode Promethee merupakan salah satu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penentuan dan pengurutan dalam suatu analisis multi kriteria. Kriteria yang digunakan yaitu kualitas padi, pelayanan, pengiriman, harga, dan ketetapan jumlah. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan tiga rangking tertinggi berdasarkan nilai Netflow yaitu UD. Ilham Abadi 0,2400, UD. Nusa Indah 0,2000 dan Pak Sidiq 0,1200

Abstract

The Sumbawa University of Technology uses an academic information system (SIAKAD) to improve the quality of academic administration services.  Based on the observations, there is a limited source of the information on the evaluation of SIAKAD at the University. Therefore, it is necessary to assess the SIAKAD performance as it can be used for further decision making and the development in leading the academic services. To achieve the research objectives, a success analysis was carried out using the DeLone and McLean success model and the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the Lisrel 8.8 program approach. The population in this study are 105 people which consisted of SIAKAD users at the Sumbawa University of Technology including lecturers, students, and staff.The results showed that the level of use of SIAKAD was 78%, the level of satisfaction with using SIAKAD was 91%, while the net benefit level of SIAKAD at the University of Technology Sumbawa was 54%.The Sumbawa University of Technology uses an academic information system (SIAKAD) to improve the quality of academic administration services.  Based on the observations, there is a limited source of the information on the evaluation of SIAKAD at the University. Abstract

Pada umumnya abon ikan biasanya diproduksi secara manual dengan proses dibuat dari suwiran dan penirisan minyaknya kurang efisien. Pentingnya teknologi tepat guna tersebut diharapkan bisa meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi makanan olahan ikan bandeng. Program penerapan teknologi tepat guna diharapkan menghasilkan produksi ikan bandeng meningkat dan pendapatan. Metode yang dilakukan adalah pengembangan teknologi produksi olahan ikan bandeng yang dimulai dari mengindentifikasi kebutuhan mitra terkait operasional produksinya, merancang dan membuat mesin, melakukan pengujian terhadap mesin yang dibuat, melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada kelompok PKK Desa Mbawi. Hasil kegiatan ini yaitu dapat membantu kreativitas dan inovaasi olahan ikan bandeng menjadi olahan abon secara efektif dan efisien, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pendapatan kelompok PKK Desa Mbawi.

Abstract

Grab berdiri pada tahun 2012 di Malaysia dan berkembang di berbagai negara Asia Tenggara termasuk di Indonesia, dan pada tahun 2021 masuk ke kabupaten Sumbawa. Salah satu layanan yang diberikan oleh Grab adalah Grabfood dan berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan kepada pengguna Grabfood di Sumbawa ditemukan beberapa persoalan yaitu masih dirasa kurang puas oleh pengguna diantaranya adalah kualitas pelayanan, harga yang cukup tinggi terutama di Grabfood terdapat selisih harga yang cukup signifikan dengan harga beli secara langsung ditempat, serta promosi Grab di Sumbawa masih kurang. Berdasarkan persoalan tersebut maka perlu dianalisis kepuasan pelangganpengguna Grabfood terhadap kualitas pelayanan, harga dan promosi. Metode yang digunkan dalam penellitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan software Lisrel 8.8. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kualitas pelayanan memiliki hubungan positif 17% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Grab, harga memiliki hubungan positif 51% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Grab, sedangkan promosi memiliki hubungan positif 14% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Grab. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan bagi pengendara Grab untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya di kota Sumbawa Besar.

Abstract

The best service includes providing fast service so that customers can arrive quickly. The service here can be in the form of improving the queuing system. Queues can occur if the need for a service exceeds the available demand. One service sector with a queuing system is the Community Health Center. The Community Health Center is a functional implementing unit that is a health development center for fostering community participation in the health sector. So, research was carried out to evaluate the queuing system at the Unter Iwes Health Center registration counter in Sumbawa District to optimize queuing services. The study results show that the queuing system currently used at the registration counter at the Unter Iwes Health Center, Sumbawa sub-district, namely Single Channel-Single Phase, is still optimal, as indicated by a steady state value of less than one. On Monday, it was found that the average queue in the system (????s) was one person, the average queue in the queue (????q) was one person, while the probability that the number of patients in the queue would not occur (????o) was 0%. The average waiting time in the system (????s) is 0.24 minutes, while the average waiting time in the queue (????q) is 0.15 minutes, the server busy level (K) is 64%, and the server unemployment level (W) is 36%.

Abstract

Preeclampsia is a serious pregnancy complication characterized by high blood pressure, potentially leading to organ damage, making early risk prediction crucial to reducing maternal morbidity and mortality. This study aims to develop a preeclampsia risk prediction model using medical and clinical data from 80 patients at Rumah Bersalin Sadan. The data include demographic profiles, blood pressure, weight, maternal age, preeclampsia history, body mass index, number of previous pregnancies, as well as genetic and environmental factors. The dependent variable is the risk of preeclampsia, either as a binary outcome (yes/no) or as a continuous risk score. The predictive model was built using multivariate linear regression and the Random Forest algorithm. The results showed that the Random Forest model achieved an accuracy of 65.22%, with an F-statistic of 7.345 and a very small p-value (1.908e-06), indicating that the model effectively explains data variability. However, the low Kappa value suggests room for improvement through feature refinement, hyperparameter tuning, or exploring other algorithms. Although these findings suggest that Random Forest is a promising method, further evaluation and model optimization are needed to enhance predictive performance and determine whether this method is the most suitable for the dataset used.

Abstract

The area of the Batu Bulan dam is less than 183 hectares with capacity of 15 liters per second, the largest dam on Sumbawa island, located in Batu Bulan village, Moyo Hulu sub-district, Sumbawa regency, West Nusa Tenggara. Batu Bulan Dam is planned to be able to meet the irrigation needs, raw water, and has a potential for hydroelectric power plants. Considering the latter plans and the limited water supply from the dam, it is necessary to have a study for the optimization of the Dam's water allocation. By this study, the water allocation can be optimized and the planting patterns are managed. The goal of this research is the optimization of Batu Bulan Dam waters allocation for irrigation utilization, which is expected to improve dam operation patterns, to obtain the best cropping patterns and to obtain optimum benefits of rice and corn plants planted in the irrigation area. One method that can be used to solve the water allocation problem is linear programming with the objective is maximizing total profits and the constraints is water availability and land area

Abstract

Kre Alang merupakan kain tenun khas yang berasal dari kabupaten Sumbawa provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). Kre Alang merupakan produk daerah Sumbawa yang memiliki ciri khas yang unik serta memiliki nilai sejarah yang tinggi. Namun, sampai saat ini produk Kre Alang dapat dikatakan masih belum dikenal oleh banyak orang dibandingkan kain tenun dari daerah lain, salah satu faktornya adalah produk Kre Alang menawarkan harga yang terlalu tinggi dengan kualitas yang hampir sama dengan produk kain lainnya. Selain itu, masalah lain adalah promosi produk yang dapat dikatakan belum baik, dikarenakan promosi masih dilakukan melalui mulut kemulut.  Berdasarkan masalah tersebut tentunya dapat berdampak dan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Semakin baik produk maka semakin baik keputusan konsumen, sebaliknya semakin buruk produk maka semakin buruk keputusan pembelian konsumen. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian.Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perencanaan strategis pemasaran tenun Kre Alang menggunakan metode SWOT dan bauran pemasaran. Adapun hasil dari penelitian  antara lain memperthankan kualitas produk, memperluas penjualan dan distribusi, memperbaiki strategi harga, serta memperbaiki metode promosi yang dilakukan agar semakin memperkuat dan menarik minat konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Kre Alang.

Abstract

CV Fajar Samudra is a company that manages rice in Sumbawa. The rice processing process per day can produce + 3 thousand tons of harvested dry grain (GKP) and also produce 50 tons of milled dry grain (GKG) which can later produce around 30 tons of rice. Based on the results of the interview, the problem with the rice grinding machine occurred because the v-belt of the machine broke/loose so that the machine stopped and did not operate for +4 hours. This research uses OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) calculations, namely measuring the level of effectiveness of machine use by calculating machine availability, performance and quality of the products produced. OEE calculates availability, performance and quality. The calculation results from this research show that the availability value is 94.34%, performance 52.44% and quality 99.62%. The OEE value obtained was 47.79% (low). So it can be seen that the highest Losses of CV Fajar Samudra on the rice milling unit machine is the Reduce speed Losses of 39.33% in October 2023.
