Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya bernalar kritis pelajar Sekolah Dasar pada pokok bahasan organ gerak hewan dan manusia. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh bernalar kritis pelajar yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis projek dan metode diskusi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelajar kelas V salah satu SD di Sulawesi Tenggara Tahun 2022. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pelajar Kelas Va sebagai kelompok eksperimen yang diajarkan dengan pembelajaran berbasis projek dan pelajar kelas Vb, diajar dengan metode diskusi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan program SPSS 21. Metode penelitian berupa tipe quasi experiment dengan rancangan pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan bernalar kritis menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis projek dan metode diskusi. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah: terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan bernalar kritis pokok bahasan organ gerak hewan dan manusia antara pelajar yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran berbasis projek dengan pelajar yang diajar dengan metode diskusi dibuktikan dengan adanya pengaruh nilai rata-rata posttest pelajar dan nilai G-gain pada masing-masing indikator bernalar kritis

Abstract

Sanggar Sapu Jagat is a studio located in Teluk Pinang Village, Ciawi District, Bogor Regency, which has a Pencak Silat cultural heritage. Pencak Silat is a cultural heritage that has historical values, martial arts and spiritual values in the Islamic tradition. From an Islamic perspective, Pencak Silat can be understood as a form of physical and mental training that is in line with the concepts of balance and discipline. By utilizing this cultural heritage wisely, we can achieve economic gain while still upholding spiritual values and local wisdom that are in line with Islamic teachings. In its development, currently Sanggar Sapu Jagat is experiencing a very significant economic decline from year to year. There are many problems that occur, one of which is the interest of the people of Teluk Pinang Village in preserving Pencak Silat culture. This causes the economic income generated from this studio to decrease. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the economy of Sanggar Sapu Jagat. According to the Big Indonesian Dictionary, Edition III 2003, effort is an attempt to achieve a goal, solve a problem and find a way out. In this journal, researchers have a program to increase the economic income of Sanggar Sapu Jagat by making a Pencak Silat Documentary Short Film which will then be uploaded on social media. However, to fulfill these efforts, support is needed from the government, related institutions and the community in maintaining and developing to achieve sustainable results.

Abstract

Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP) is one of the infectious diseases in cats caused by the Feline Corona Virus (FCov). This disease can occur due to lack of knowledge regarding animal health, causing many health problems in cats. The purpose of this study was to determine the number of cats experiencing FIP cases, to find out how to diagnose the disease and to find out the prevention and treatment of FIP in cats. The research method used an interview method with a descriptive approach. The results of the study showed that there were 3 cases of FIP that attacked domestic cats with 2 types of FIP, namely wet FIP ​​(effusive) and dry FIP (non-effusive). Diagnosis of the disease is based on the clinical symptoms that appear, medical history, physical examination and ultrasound examination. Treatment actions that can be taken are in cases of wet FIP, removing fluid that accumulates in the cat's abdomen and giving vitamins/antibiotics to dry FIP sufferers. FIP disease is easily transmitted and fatal. Therefore, it can be prevented by maintaining and caring for cats properly and separating cats that have been infected with FIP from healthy cats.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, there needs to be a balance between education and appreciation of local wisdom with the ability to adapt in an increasingly integrated world. One way that can be done is through culture-based projects, such as traditional Nusantara dance training. The implementation of the Project for Personal and Social Responsibility (P5) with the theme of Local Wisdom through Nusantara Dance Training at SMKN 9 Wajo, aims to increase student creativity while introducing them to cultural diversity. This project integrates traditional dance learning with the development of student creativity within a broader cultural framework. This project shows an increase in student appreciation of local culture as well as a better understanding of cultural diversity at the global level. Data were collected through observation and interviews, then analyzed descriptively. This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental design to assess the impact of Nusantara dance training in the Project for Personal and Social Responsibility (P5) on the creativity and understanding of diversity of SMKN 9 Wajo students. The results showed a significant increase in student motivation mastery, highlighting the effectiveness of game-based learning in creating a fun and interactive learning atmosphere.

Abstract

The increasing pace of globalization presents various challenges that affect multiple aspects of human life, including the economy. This phenomenon necessitates immediate change and innovation. One effective approach to addressing these issues is equipping the younger generation with entrepreneurial skills, preparing them to compete in an increasingly competitive market and creating new opportunities that can enhance national competitiveness. This study explores how entrepreneurship contributes to fostering creativity among students at SMK Muhammadiyah Watansoppeng. By integrating entrepreneurial concepts into classroom learning, students gain the opportunity to develop creative ideas, solve problems, and enhance their creative thinking skills. The research demonstrates that when entrepreneurship is applied in education, students not only learn to be innovative and entrepreneurial but also build the necessary competencies to succeed in the modern workforce. Abstract

This research aims to find out whether learning resources in the form of science flipbooks can be valid, practical and effective in increasing student activity. With the help of this media, students are encouraged to actively participate in their own learning and gain a deeper understanding of the subject matter. Analysis, planning, development, implementation and evaluation of data collected through observation and questionnaire methods is part of the ADDIE model research development (RnD) approach. This media is "very valid" based on research results which show a media validation level of 96% and a material validation level of 82%. Both teachers and students give high marks to the media because of its usefulness; the teacher gave it 85% and the students 89%, so the combined total was 87.5%. If we look at the use of science flipbook learning media, it can be seen that the level of student activity increased from 59.18% (the "fair" level) at the beginning of class and increased to 77.56% (the "high" level) after using the flipbook. The research conclusion is that the science flipbook learning media has succeeded in making students more involved in learning.

Abstract

In order to create implementation of regional autonomy policies, especially in improving savings and loan cooperatives, of course we must empower micro, small and medium enterprises which are of particular concern in this use. With that, researchers are interested in knowing and explaining the role of the Pinang Mandiri Savings and Loans Cooperative in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Teluk Pinang Village and to find out whether the cooperative applies Islamic economic principles or not. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods through observation, interviews and documentation. This research involved 6 resource persons, consisting of 6 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise entrepreneurs in Teluk Pinang Village. The results of this research are: 1). The role of the Pinang Mandiri savings and loan cooperative as a provider of business capital. Savings and Loans Cooperatives provide easy access to sources of financing for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises who often have difficulty getting loans from formal financial institutions such as banks. The loan process at Savings and Loans Cooperatives is usually simpler and more flexible. 2) The role of Savings and Loans Cooperatives can also reduce dependence on moneylenders. With the presence of Savings and Loans Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises do not need to depend on moneylenders who often charge high interest rates which are strictly prohibited in Islamic teachings. Pinang Mandiri Savings and Loans Cooperative offers friendlier and fairer interest rates.

Abstract

Animated 3-dimensional PowerPoint is teaching material that is packaged interactively to foster student motivation and learning motivation. The aim of this research is to determine the results of the development of 3-dimensional animated PowerPoint and the level of validity and practicality of 3-dimensional animated PowerPoint in class VIII B science studies at MTs Negeri 1 Sidenreng Rappang. The method applied is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE research and development model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Data analysis in this research is quantitative data analysis in the form of questionnaires for material and media validators, questionnaires for teacher and student responses. The research results show that the results of the development of 3-dimensional animated PowerPoint are classified as very valid for use with an overall percentage of 95.5% and the results in the practicality test show that 3-dimensional animated PowerPoint meets the very practical criteria with a percentage value of 98%. This means that the 3-dimensional animated PowerPoint developed is suitable for use in class VIII B science learning at Mts Negeri 1 Sidenreng Rappang.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the direct  and indirect control wich have been done by a company employee of a slaughterhouse Makassar city in managing slaughters house in Makassar city. The type of this research is qualitative research by describing the form of the direct  and indirect control performance employees. This kind of research is phenomenologycal research. In collecting data, the researcher use observation, interview, and documentation technique. Data analysis technique use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. To determine the validity of the data used triangulation technique, time triangulation, and source triangulation. The results of this research was  indicate that direct and indirect control by employees of local companies slaughterhouse of Makassar city in managing slaughterhouses conciderate that employees performance has not been maximized, the researcher still found productive female animals and  animals died that are not slaughtere, and the slaughterhouses is uncleanliness and it hygiene are also not found.  Keywords: controlling performance,employees

Abstract

Penyakit skabies merupakan merupakan penyakit kulit menular yang disebabkan oleh tungau yang bersifat parasit pada kulit. Penyakit skabies ini disebabkan oleh tungau ektoparasit yang hidup di daerah kulit dengan membuat terowongan pada area stratum corneum yaitu Sarcoptes scabiei. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui jumlah kasus skabies pada kucing domestk di UPTD Pusat Kesehatan Hewan Kota Makassar, termasuk metode diagnosis, pengobatan, dan perawatan lanjutan, sehingga dapat membantu dalam mengidentifikasi risiko dan mencegah penyebaran lebih lanjut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemeriksaan sampel kulit pada bagian wajah, telinga, kaki dan bagian punggung kucing domestik di bawah mikroskop untuk melihat jenis tungau skabies yang menginfeksi kucing tersebut. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu terdapat 7 kucing domestik terinfeksi penyakit skabies dan lesi pada bagian badan, telinga dan kaki kucing domestik dan setelah proses pemeriksaan laboratorium, ditemukan parasit jenis S. scabiei yang menyerang kucing DSH (Domestic Short hair). Hewan-hewan yang terinfeksi memiliki gejala dan tingkat keparahan infeksi yang berbeda sehingga penanganan yang diberikan disesuaikan dengan tingkat keparahan infeksi. Pengobatan yang diberikan yaitu antara lain Revolution for cat® dan Wormectin.
