Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar analisis kinerja pegawai berdasarkan karakteristik individu, disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada sekretariat daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan mengedarkan kuisioner, dengan sampel 78 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan structural equation modeling menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan pengaruh yang signifikan karakteristik individu terhadap motivasi kerja pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi kerja. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja. Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja tidak memdiasi pengaruh karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja memdiasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja memdiasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the extent of the influence of organizational communication, work culture, and participative leadership on work enthusiasm with job satisfaction at the Department of Industry and Trade of Kerinci Regency. The type of research used is quantitative through a survey method. The data collection method was conducted by distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 76 respondents. The analysis method used is structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The results showed a significant effect of organizational communication on job satisfaction. There was a significant effect of work culture on job satisfaction. There was a significant effect of participative leadership on job satisfaction. There was an insignificant effect of organizational communication on work morale. There was an insignificant effect of work culture on work morale. There was an insignificant effect of participative leadership on work morale. There was a significant effect of job satisfaction on work morale. Job satisfaction mediated the effect of organizational communication on work morale. Job satisfaction mediated the effect of work culture on work morale. Job satisfaction did not mediate the effect of participative leadership on work morale

Abstract

This research aims to examine the extent of the relationship between job satisfaction, employee loyalty, and financial well-being on work productivity with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Regional Secretariat of Sungai Penuh City. The data collection method was through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 82 respondents. The analysis method used was structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The research results showed a significant influence of job satisfaction on work motivation at the Regional Secretariat of Sungai Penuh City. There is a significant influence of employee loyalty on work motivation at the Regional Secretariat of Sungai Penuh City. There is no significant influence of financial well-being on work motivation. There is no significant influence of job satisfaction on work productivity. There is no significant influence of employee loyalty on work productivity. There is no significant influence of financial well-being on work productivity. There is a significant influence of work motivation on work productivity. Work motivation mediates the influence of job satisfaction on work productivity. Work motivation mediates the influence of employee loyalty on work productivity. This study aims to test the extent of the influence of e-absenteeism, organizational commitment, and employee additional income (TPP) on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Community Empowerment and Village Office of Sungai Penuh City. The data collection method involved surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 73 respondents. The analysis method used is structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The research results show that e-absenteeism has no significant effect on job satisfaction at the Department of Community Empowerment and Villages of Sungai Penuh City. There is a significant effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction at the Department of Community Empowerment and Villages of Sungai Penuh City. There is a significant effect of employee additional income (TPP) on job satisfaction. There is no significant effect of e-absenteeism on employee performance. Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of work conflict, work stress, and workload on job satisfaction of employees with work motivation as an intervening variable at the personnel agency and human resource development of Sungai Penuh City. The subjects of this research are employees of the BKPSDM of Sungai Penuh City. The type of research used in this study is causal quantitative research, and the data collection method is through distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this research is saturation sampling by analyzing 53 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of the SmartPLS program. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that work conflicts significantly affect work motivation. Work stress does not significantly affect work motivation. Workload significantly affects work motivation. Work conflicts do not significantly affect job satisfaction. Work stress does not significantly affect job satisfaction. Workload significantly affects job satisfaction. Work motivation significantly affects job satisfaction. Work motivation is able to mediate the effect of work conflicts on job satisfaction. Work motivation is unable to mediate the effect of work stress on job satisfaction. Work motivation is able to mediate the effect of workload on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of technological infrastructure, organizational leadership, and time management on employee performance at the Department of Communication and Information in Dharmasraya Regency with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The method used is quantitative with path analysis techniques, distributing a questionnaire to 50 respondents. The research results show a positive and significant influence of technological infrastructure on job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence of leadership on job satisfaction. There is a positive and insignificant influence of time management on job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence of technological infrastructure on employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, employee engagement, and workload on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Regional Secretariat of Dharmasraya Regency. The method used is quantitative with path analysis techniques, distributing 67 questionnaires. The research results show a positive but not significant effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat of Dharmasraya Regency. There is a positive and significant effect of employee engagement on job satisfaction. There is a negative and significant effect of workload on job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. There is a positive and significant effect of employee engagement on employee performance. There is a negative and significant effect of workload on employee performance. There is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance.
