Abstract

Evaluasi dalam pendidikan Islam memiliki peran yang sangat krusial sebagai alat untuk mengukur sejauh mana siswa telah menyerap pengetahuan dan menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Islam. Evaluasi tidak hanya terbatas pada penilaian akademis, tetapi juga mencakup penilaian terhadap sikap, perilaku, dan integritas moral siswa. Evaluasi yang baik memberikan informasi yang diperlukan untuk pengambilan keputusan yang tepat dan menjadi dasar untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan dalam proses pendidikan. Melalui evaluasi, pendidik dapat memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif kepada siswa, membantu mereka mengenali kekuatan dan kelemahan, serta mendorong mereka untuk mencapai potensi penuh mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana evaluasi yang efektif dapat diimplementasikan dalam pendidikan Islam dengan pendekatan filsafat Islam, sehingga mengurangi perbedaan pendapat yang mungkin muncul dan menghindari hasil yang kurang optimal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan, di mana berbagai teori dari sumber-sumber yang relevan dihimpun untuk memberikan panduan praktis dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi yang holistik. Hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan ini diharapkan tidak hanya mengukur aspek kognitif, tetapi juga menilai sejauh mana siswa memahami dan menerapkan ajaran Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk sikap seperti kejujuran, keadilan, kesabaran, dan ketaqwaan, sehingga pendidikan Islam tidak hanya berhasil di ranah akademis tetapi juga dalam membentuk karakter yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam.

Abstract

Stroke remains a major global health concern, ranking as the second leading cause of death and the third leading cause of disability worldwide. Among the common residual effects faced by stroke survivors is impaired walking balance. To address this issue, this study investigated the effectiveness of core stability exercises in improving walking balance, as measured by the Timed Up and Go (TUG) test. The study involved 12 participants aged between 40 and 70 years and adopted a case study approach. A quasi-experimental one-group pre-test and post-test design was used. The dependent variable was walking balance in post-ischemic stroke patients, while the independent variable was the implementation of core stability exercises delivered through tele-physiotherapy.Statistical analysis using the Shapiro-Wilk test revealed a significant improvement in walking balance after the intervention. The results showed a pre-intervention mean TUG score of 17.500 (SD = 5.351) and a post-intervention mean of 12.333 (SD = 3.228), with a significance value of 0.000 (df = 12). These findings indicate a statistically significant difference in performance before and after the intervention. In conclusion, the null hypothesis (H?) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H?) is accepted, demonstrating that core stability exercises delivered via tele-physiotherapy significantly improve walking balance in post-ischemic stroke patients at Budhi Dharma Clinic, Kreshna Foundation.

Abstract

Orthosiphon aristatus ( cat's whiskers ) is traditional medicinal plant that contains many secondary metabolite compound such as flavonoids, phenolics acids, and diterpene derivatives and can be used to treat metabolic disorder including inflammation , urinary tract disorders and diabetes. This study aims to compare the secondary metabolite profile of 30% ethanol extract of cat's whiskers leaves from tissue culture and conventional cultivation. Extraction was carried out using Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction (UAE) method and the compounds were identified using Liquid Chromatography–High Resolution Mass Spectrometry (LC-HRMS). The analysis results showed that there were 5 types of dominant compounds in the tissue culture extract, including rosmarinic acid (20.46%), malic acid (6.34%), quinic acid (5.52%), chicoric acid (4.52%), and vanillylmandelic acid (3.4%). The cultivated extract contained rosmarinic acid (11.36%), malic acid (4.7%), ferulic acid (9.46%), vanillylmandelic acid (4.95%), and methylmalonic acid (4.15%). The compounds epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), isoquercetin, quercitrin, and carmine were only detected in tissue culture. These results indicate that tissue culture techniques can influence the biosynthesis and accumulation of certain secondary metabolites in plants, thus potentially being used to produce high-quality raw materials in the development of phytopharmaka products.

Abstract

The development of digital commerce through marketplace platforms has given rise to an escrow system, which places the platform in temporary control of payments in sales transactions. Normatively, the legal relationship of sales and purchases is subject to Article 1457 of the Civil Code, while the legal requirements of an agreement are regulated by Article 1320 and the principle of pacta sunt servanda in Article 1338 of the Civil Code. Electronic contracts as the basis of the relationship between the parties are recognized in Article 18 of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law. This study aims to analyze the legal certainty of the seller's payment rights in the escrow system and the balance of the parties' contractual rights and obligations. This study is a normative legal study with a statutory and conceptual approach. The results show that the escrow system is valid as long as it is regulated in an electronic contract that meets legal requirements. However, legally, the seller's payment rights arise when the buyer fulfills the payment obligation, while escrow only functions as an administrative mechanism. The unclear time limit for holding funds has the potential to create legal uncertainty and contractual imbalance. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen regulations and interpretations based on the principles of proportionality, good faith, and legal certainty so that protection for sellers in the marketplace ecosystem can be guaranteed fairly.
