Abstract

This research was conducted with the primary objective of examining and determining the effect of occupational safety, occupational health, and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) on employee performance at UD. Berkah Mandiri, located in Kediri Regency. The background of this study is based on the importance of implementing OHS in the workplace as an effort to minimize the risk of accidents, improve employee well-being, and support overall company productivity. In today’s increasingly competitive industrial world, attention to occupational safety and health is a key factor that not only protects workers but also enhances organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The research method employed was a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The population consisted of 56 employees, all of whom were taken as respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument constructed based on indicators of occupational safety, occupational health, OHSMS, and employee performance. The data were then analyzed using SPSS version 25.0 through validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously. The results of the analysis revealed that occupational safety has a significant effect on employee performance, indicating that the better the implementation of safety standards, the higher the performance achieved. Similarly, occupational health was found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, suggesting that healthy working conditions contribute to higher motivation and work effectiveness. Furthermore, the OHSMS also significantly influenced employee performance, reflecting that proper policies, procedures, and supervision in OHS management create a safe and productive work environment. Collectively, the three variables—occupational safety, occupational health, and OHSMS—were proven to have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at UD. Berkah Mandiri. Thus, this study emphasizes that occupational safety, occupational health, and OHSMS are crucial factors that must receive serious attention in order to improve employee performance and support sustainable business continuity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of firm size, profitability, and liquidity on the capital structure of PT Krakatau Steel Tbk during the 2017–2024 period. The independent variables in this study consist of firm size, measured by the natural logarithm of total assets (Ln Total Assets), profitability measured by Return on Equity (ROE), and liquidity measured by the Current Ratio (CR). The dependent variable is capital structure, proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypotheses. The data used were secondary in nature, comprising quarterly financial statements of PT Krakatau Steel Tbk obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and other official sources. The empirical findings reveal that, partially, firm size has a negative and statistically significant effect on capital structure. This suggests that larger firms tend to rely less on debt financing. Profitability exerts a positive and significant influence on capital structure, indicating that more profitable companies are more likely to use debt to finance their operations. Conversely, liquidity exhibits a negative yet statistically insignificant impact on capital structure, implying that liquidity does not have a substantial effect on the company's capital structure decisions. Simultaneously, the three independent variables collectively have a significant effect on capital structure. The model’s coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that 26.7% of the variation in capital structure can be explained by the independent variables, while the remaining 73.3% is attributable to other factors not included in this study. These findings contribute to the understanding of financial decision-making within capital-intensive industries.

Abstract

Companies face a variety of human resources with varying characteristics and abilities, which significantly impact employee performance. The influence of work culture, work morale, and employee performance, including variables such as discipline, mutual respect, individual passion, team spirit, quality, punctuality, workers, salary, promotions, supervision, and coworkers, is crucial in determining how significantly they influence employee job satisfaction at PT RJN. By understanding this relationship, the director or leader of PT RJN can predict employee responses to job satisfaction, maintain it, and improve it so employees feel more comfortable and at ease in their work. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling method, a non-probability sampling method. This research employed a quantitative approach with a concrete data processing methodology. The population consisted of 40 employees in the production, administration, marketing, and distribution departments. The sample used in this study was derived from primary data obtained from 40 respondents from the production department who were still actively working at PT RJN. Data were obtained through questionnaires and observations. From the results of the analysis that has been done, based on the results of partial testing, the job satisfaction of PT RJN employees is positively and significantly influenced by the variables of work culture, work spirit, and employee performance. Based on the results of simultaneous testing, the job satisfaction of PT RJN employees is significantly influenced by the variables of work culture, work spirit, and performance characteristics. significantly influence employee job satisfaction. This is known from the correlation analysis as follows: r value = 0.377 or 37.7% and then the remaining 62.3% comes from various factors outside this concentration and is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of improving employee performance in the public sector, particularly at the Department of Education of Kediri City, which faces challenges related to work discipline, workload, and the phenomenon of cyberloafing. The study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, workload, and cyberloafing on employee performance. A quantitative research method was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 69 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests to determine both partial and simultaneous effects. The results indicate that, partially, work discipline and workload have a significant influence on employee performance, while cyberloafing has no significant effect. Simultaneously, all three variables have a joint impact on performance. These findings suggest that effective management of employee discipline and workload can enhance performance levels, whereas controlling cyberloafing behavior helps maintain productivity and work focus. Practically, this research contributes to the formulation of strategic human resource policies that can increase efficiency, optimize task distribution, and reduce unproductive online behavior among government employees.

Abstract

penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antara variabel disiplin kerja, fasilitas kerja dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif karena mengarah kepada metode pengukuran dan sampel untuk menguji variabel dan hipotesis. Dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 28, peneliti melakukan beberapa pengujian antara lain uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji koefisien determinasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang karyawan tetap, dan semua karyawan tetap digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian (sampel jenuh). Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Fasilitas kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan disiplin kerja, fasilitas kerja, dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Hospitals are a crucial sector in a country due to their functions encompassing various aspects of healthcare provision. Factors supporting smooth operations and quality healthcare services in hospitals include human resources, facilities and infrastructure, health information systems, financial management, good customer service, security, occupational health, and other supporting factors. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work environment, and work stress on employee work productivity at Bhayangkara Level II Hospital in Kediri City. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sample in this study amounted to 40 respondents who were employees of Bhayangkara Level II Hospital in Kediri City. The results of the analysis show that partially compensation, work environment, and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Compensation has a calculated t value of 2.500 with a significance of 0.015, work environment is 6.170 with a significance of <0.001, and work stress is 5.305 with a significance of <0.001. Simultaneously, these three variables also have a significant effect on work productivity with a calculated F value of 35.438 and a significance of <0.001. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the hospital management continue to evaluate the compensation system, create a conducive work environment, and manage employee work stress through training and counseling facilities. Further research is expected to add other variables such as internal communication, job satisfaction, and career development to obtain more comprehensive results.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether brand performance predictions have a direct influence on brand loyalty, brand satisfaction and brand trust have a direct influence on brand loyalty, brand satisfaction and brand trust have a direct influence on brand performance and rational market have a direct influence on brand loyalty and market rationally in moderating brand satisfaction and brand trust directly on brand loyalty and brand performance predictions in mediating brand satisfaction and brand trust indirectly on brand loyalty at CV. Wijaya Kembar. The population and sample of 150 customers who bought brand products Wijaya Kembar in March 2024 are used in this quantitative study. This study employed a questionnaire for data collection, and SmartPLS3 was used for analysis. The results showed that market rationality cannot moderate the influence of brand satisfaction and brand trust directly on brand loyalty; market rationality has no direct and negative influence on brand loyalty; brand performance cannot mediate the influence of brand satisfaction and brand trust indirectly and negatively on brand loyalty; brand trust does not have a direct or positive effect on brand loyalty and brand performance; and brand trust does not have a direct or positive effect on brand loyalty but has a direct and positive effect on brand performance variable. at CV. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa adakah hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara perputaran modal kerja terhadap kinerja keuangan dan seberapa besar pengaruh teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini hanya menggunakan satu variabel bebas: perputaran modal kerja (X), dan satu variabel terikat: kinerja keuangan (Y) yang diukur menggunakan rentabilitas modal sendiri. Data diperoleh melalui dokumentasi, wawancara, dan pustaka/literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perputaran modal kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan dan berhubungan positif terhadap kinerja keuangan. Hasil analisis korelasi mendapatkan nilai r = 0,697 atau 69,7% yang berarti korelasinya kuat.

Abstract

Perusahaan didirikan dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Financial Distress dapat diprediksi dengan menggunakan rasio keuangan. Investor menilai suatu perusahaan dalam menanamkan modal di perusahaan melihat dari kondisi keuangannya yang diproxykan dengan current ratio, debt equity ratio serta faktor umur perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap financial distress.Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh data laporan keuangan tahun 1982-2020, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan triwulan PT Sepatu Bata Tbk periode tahun 2012-2019, yakni sebanyak 32 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lukiditas secara parsial berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap financial distress, leverage secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress, ukuran perusahaan secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress. Likuiditas, leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap financial distress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang perputaran kas, perputaran piutang, perputaran persediaan, dan profitabilitas PT. Malindo Feedmill Tbk periode 2011-2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pengaruh perputaran kas, perputaran piutang, dan perputaran persediaan terhadap profitabilitas PT. Malindo Feedmill Tbk periode 2011-2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Profitabilitas adalah kemampuan suatu perusahaan untuk memperoleh keuntungan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu laporan keuangan triwulan PT. Malindo Feedmill Tbk tahun 2011-2020. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini yaitu uji asumsi klasik, uji autokorelasi, uji linier berganda, uji t, uji F, koefisien determinasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perputaran Kas tidak berpengaruh secara parsial signifikansi sebesar 0,316 > 0,05 terhadap Profitabilitas, Perputaran Piutang tidak berpengaruh secara parsial signifikansi sebesar 0,93 > 0,05 terhadap Profitabilitas dan Perputaran Persediaan tidak berpengaruh secara parsial signifikansi sebesar 0,152 > 0,05 terhadap Profitabilitas. Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Piutang dan Perputaran Persediaan berpengaruh secara simultan signifikansi sebesar 0,006 < 0,05 terhadap Profitabilitas pada PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk periode 2011-2020.
