Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of workload, job satisfaction and employee loyalty on organizational citizenship behavior at PT Dhaha Jaya Persada. The analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, t tests, F tests, multiple linear analysis, and coefficient of determination tests. The population in this study was 180 and the sample used was 65 people due to using sampling techniques non probability sampling with the Slovin formula. The results of research at PT Dhaha Jaya Persada show the results between workload, job satisfaction, and employee loyalty towards OCB: 1. Workload partially has a significant effect on OCB, 2. Partial Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on OCB, 3. Employee Loyalty partially has a significant effect significant to OCB, 4. Workload, Job Satisfaction and Employee Loyalty simultaneously have a significant effect on OCB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh beban kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada PT Dhaha Jaya Persada.Teknis analisi yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, analisi linear berganda, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 180 dan sampel yang digunakan 65orang dikarenakan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan rumus slovin. Hasil penelitian pada PT Dhaha Jaya Persada menunjukkan hasil antara beban kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap OCB : 1. Beban kerjasecara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB, 2. Kepuasan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB, 3. Loyalitas Karyawan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB, 4. Beban Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Loyalitas Karyawan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence Customer Relationship Management (CRM), social media marketing, And Price Discount on Consumers' Staying Decisions at the Insumo Palace Hotel, Kediri City. The population in this study were consumers who made reservations at the Insumo Palace Hotel, Kediri City during August-September 2023, where the sample size was 90 respondents. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire with sampling using techniques Purposive sampling secara accidental sampling. The analysis techniques used in this research are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this research show that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) And social media marketing positive and significant on consumers' decision to stay at the Insumo Palace Hotel, Kediri City, however Price Discount shows no significance to consumers' overnight decisions and simultaneously Customer Relationship Management, Social Media Marketing, Price Discount has a significant effect on consumers' decision to stay at the Insumo Palace Hotel, Kediri City. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Customer Relationship Management (CRM), social media marketing, Dan Price Discount terhadap Keputusan Menginap Konsumen Di Hotel Insumo Palace Kota Kediri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang melakukan pemesanan di Hotel Insumo Palace Kota Kediri selama bulan Agustus-September 2023, dimana jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling secara accidental sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji Instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dan social media marketing positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap konsumen di Hotel Insumo Palace Kota Kediri , akan tetapi Price Discount menunjukan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap konsumen dan secara simultan Customer Relationship Management, Social Media Marketing, Price Discount berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Menginap Konsumen di Hotel Insumo Palace Kota Kediri.

Abstract

This research is based on a phenomenon about the leadership style of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk which is authoritarian. In addition, there is also the problem of compensation in the form of overtime wages which are unevenly distributed by PT Gudang Garam Tbk. In this case, if allowed to drag on, it can affect the level of discipline owned by each personnel. This study uses a quantitative research method. The sample used in this study was 80 respondents using the random sampling/probability sampling method with the ara sampling technique. The data analysis techniques are in the form of technical data analysis, descriptive statistics, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial tests of the coefficient of determination (R Square) as well as path analysis and sobel tests through the SPSS program 25.0 for windows. The results of this study: (1) The Authoritarian Leadership Style Variable (X1) partially affects but is not significant on Work Discipline (Z) with a statistical value of sig. t 0.179 > 0.05. (2) The Variable of Financial Compensation (X2) partially has a significant effect on Work Discipline (Z) with a statistical value of sig. t 0.037 < 0.05. (3) The Authoritarian Leadership Style variable (X3) partially did not have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a statistical value of sig. t 0.381 > 0.05. (4) The Financial Compensation Variable (X4) partially affects but is not significant on Employee Performance (Y) with a statistical value of sig. t 0.096 > 0.05. (5) The Work Discipline variable (X5) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a statistical value of sig. t 0.000 < 0.05. (6) There is an influence but not significant Authoritarian Leadership Style (X6) on Employee Performance (Y) through Work Discipline (Z) with an r value of 0.076 and the calculation value of 1.292 < ttable 1.991. (7) There is an influence but not significant Financial Compensation (X7) on Employee Performance (Y) through Work Discipline (Z) with an r value of 0.118 and a calculation value of 1,963 < a table of 1,991.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh Non Performing Loan Terhadap Return On Asset, (2) Pengaruh Kecukupan Modal Terhadap Return On Asset, (3) Pengaruh Firm size Terhadap Return On Asset dan (4) Pengaruh Net Profit Margin Terhadap Return On Asset. Jenis pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh laporan keuangan triwulan mulai dari kuartal 1 tahun 2014 – kuartal 1 tahun 2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan sumber sekunder. Pada teknis analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial Non Performing Loan Terhadap Return On Asset. Nilai ttabel 2,05183 > thitung 1,416. Nilai sig 0,168 > 0,05. (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial Kecukupan modal Terhadap Return On Asset. Nilai ttabel 2,05183 > thitung 0,726. Nilai sig 0,474 > 0,05. (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial Firm Size Terhadap Return On Asset. Nilai ttabel 2,05183 > thitung -0,872. Nilai sig 0,391 > 0,05. (4) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial Net Profit Margin Terhadap Return On Asset. Nilai ttabel 2,05183 > thitung 1,128. Nilai sig 0,269 > 0,05. (5) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan Non Performing Loan, Kecukupan Modal, Firm Size, Dan Net Profit Margin Terhadap Return On Asset Nilai Ftabel 2,73 > Fhitung 0,586. Nilai sig 0,676 > 0,05. Perhitungan analisis Regresi Linier berganda dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi diperoleh dengan nilai Y = 0,334 + 0,298X1 + 0,018X2 - 0.018 X3 + 0,12 X4 .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and trust on consumer satisfaction in J&T Express delivery services in Kediri City. This type of research is quantitative research. The data for this study were obtained through primary and secondary data. The population in this study were consumers of J&T Express in Kediri City. The sample in this study was 100 consumers with the sampling technique using accidental sampling. The analysis techniques used were validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study showed that the partial t-test results of the price and trust variables influenced consumer satisfaction. The results of the simultaneous F-test showed that price and trust influenced consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation, work discipline, and burnout on employee performance at the Kilisuci Regional General Hospital in Kediri City. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Kilisuci Regional General Hospital in Kediri City and analyzed using the SPSS Version 25 application. The data analysis techniques used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-Test, F Test, and R2 Coefficient of Determination Test. In the Validity Test, it was found that all question items (X1, X2, X3, and Y) had a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that each variable was declared valid. Then in the Reliability Test, each variable was declared reliable because it had a Cronbach's Alpha value of > 0.60. Then in the t-Test, it was found that the financial compensation variable. and burn out simultaneously on employee performance at the Kilisuci Regional General Hospital, Kediri City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa signifikan pengaruh integritas kerja dan profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Kediri yang berlokasi pada Jl. Erlangga, Tugurejo, Kec.Ngasem, Kabupaten Kediri, Jawa Timur 64182. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang menyertakan hipotesis sebagai dugaan awal pada penelitian. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 41 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunkan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial integritas kerja berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Kediri. Profesionalisem secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Kediri. Sementara secara simultan integritas kerja dan profesionalisme berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Kediri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, nilai koefisien determinasi terdapat pada R Square yaitu pegawai sebesar 0,243 atau 24,3% artinya integritas kerja dan profesionalisme memengaruhi kinerja pegawai sebesar 24,3% sisanya sebesar 75,7% variabel kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions at Ayam Djoeprek Ngronggo, Kediri City. Quantitative methods were used with a sample of 91 consumers taken randomly Incidental Sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, R², t test and f test. The results of this research indicate that service quality partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Promotion partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, Service Quality, Price and Promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine : (1) the influence of communication (X1) on employee performance (Y), (2) the effect of work stress (X2) on employee performance (Y). This type of research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of Surya Melati Ngletih Hospital, namely 116 people. The sample in this study was the total number of employees in the nurse section consisting of 34 nurses at Surya Melati Ngletih Hospital. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study at the level of 5% indicate that (1) There is a positive and significant partial effect between communication (X1) on employee performance at Surya Melati Ngletih Hospital. The value of t arithmetic 2.916 and a significant value of 0.007 <0.05. (2) There is a positive and not significant partial effect between work stress (X2) on employee church at Surya Melati Ngletih Hospital. The value of t count is 1.831 and the significant value is 0.077> 0.005. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between communication (X1) and work stress (X2) simultaneously on employee performance at Surya Melati Ngletih Hospital. This is proven by the calculated F value of 24,650 and the significant value of F is 0,000. The calculation of multiple linear regression analysis using the regression equation is obtained by the value Y = 3.127 + 0.653X1 + 0.159x2.

Abstract

This research aims to test and explain the influence of promotions via social media Instagram, price and location on purchasing decisions at Ayam Goreng Sreeng Ngadiluwih partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods and the population studied is all consumers who purchased Ayam Goreng Sreeng Ngadiluwih within the 1 month research period. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents, and the sampling method was used accidental sampling. Data collected through questionnaires, while analysis techniques use validity tests, realism tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, R determinant tests2, t test, and f test. The research results show that (1) the influence of promotion via Instagram social media partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05, (2) price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the t valuecount 5.076 and sig value. 0.000 < 0.05, (3) location partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig value. 0.001 < 0.05, (4) promotion via social media Instagram, price and location simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig.F value of 0.000 < 0.05. Purchasing decisions at Ayam Goreng Sreeng Ngadiluwih are influenced by these three variables amounting to 63.9% while the remaining 36.1% is influenced by other factors outside this research.
