Abstract

The problem that is the focus of the research discusses human resource management regarding individual characteristics, abilities and work environment that affect the performance of employees at UD Berkah Mandiri. Population of 89 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was the instrument validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test and hypothesis test through the t test and F test. The results obtained significant values. t of 0.000 <0.05 means that there is a partial influence between individual character (X1) on employee performance. Significant value. t is 0.001 <0.05, which means that there is a partial influence between the work ability variable (X2) on employee performance. Significant value. t is 0.005 <0.05, which means that there is a partial influence between work environment variables (X3) on employee performance. significant value of F of 0.000 <sig. 0.05. Based on these calculations, it can be explained that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. It can be explained that the influence of individual characteristics (X1), work ability (X2) and work environment (X3) on employee performance at UD Berkah Mandiri.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the achievement of work targets that have not been perfect. It showed that the employee's performance was not optimal in completing the work. In this case the authors found indications of work safety, work environment and work discipline that were still not good, such as employees who did not use PPE when they were working, cleanliness was not maintained and there were employees who were late and went to home early. The aim of this study was to explain the significant influence between work safety, work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of CV. Elraya Group. The sample of this study was the entire population of 59 respondents using the sampling method that was saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research was validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. Overall, it can be explained that work safety (partial) had a significant effect on employee performance (sig. t value 0.036 <0.05). The work environment (partial) had a significant effect on employee performance (sig. t value 0.029 <0.05). Work discipline (partial) had a significant effect on employee performance (sig. t value 0.013 <0.05). Work safety, work environment and work discipline (simultaneously) had a significant effect on employee performance (sig. F value 0.00 <0.05). The coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.345 which indicated that employee's performance was influenced by the variables of work safety, work environment and work discipline by 34.5%, the remaining 65.5% was influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kompensasi finansial, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan CV. Hages Jaya Barokah. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV. Hages Jaya Barokah dengan sampel sebanyak 32 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi finansial, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji F dengan signifikan di bawah 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa teori yang menyatakan kompensasi finansial, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini merupakan kegiatan workshop yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada pengelola jurnal di lingkungan Universitas Islam Kadiri tentang akreditasi jurnal nasional dan indeksasi DOAJ. Permasalahan di lapangan bahwa masih sedikit jurnal di lingkungan Universitas Islam Kadiri yang terakreditasi nasional dan terindeks DOAJ. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah masih jarang pelatihan jurnal dan pendampingan akreditasi jurnal dan indeksasi DOAJ sehingga para pengelola jurnal belum memiliki pengetahuan yang komprehensif mengenai persyaratan akreditasi jurnal dan persyaratan minimum dari DOAJ. Untuk itu diperlukan pelatihan jurnal yang berkesinambungan. Akreditasi jurnal merupakan kegiatan untuk meningkatkan mutu jurnal sesuai standar yang ditetapkan oleh Kemendikbudristek melalui sebuah sistem yang disebut ARJUNA. Sedangkan DOAJ merupakan lembaga pengindeks jurnal skala menengah yang populer saat ini yang menyediakan indeksasi untuk jurnal di seluruh dunia. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh perwakilan jurnal di lingkungan Universitas Islam Kadiri. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan diskusi. Narasumber berasal dari Relawan Jurnal Indonesia. Hasil workshop ini adalah pengelola jurnal dapat melakukan proses akreditasi dan pengindeksasian DOAJ. Agar kualitas jurnal di lingkungan Universitas Islam Kadiri semakin baik dan berkualitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh Current Ratio Terhadap Perubahan Laba (2) Pengaruh Return On Equity Terhadap Perubahan Laba (3) Pengaruh Dividend Payout Ratio. Jenis pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahan sub sektor pertambangan minyak dan gas bumi yang terdaftar di BEI dengan menggunakan laporan tahunan dari tahun 2010-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakakan SPSS 25. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Uji Asumsi Klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) . (1) Current Ratio secara parsial berpengaruh, namun tidak signifikan terhadap perubahan laba dan hasil penelitian diperoleh uji ttabel 2,04523 dan thitung sebesar 0,296. (2) Return on Equity secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap perubahan laba hasil penelitian diperoleh uji ttabel sebesar 2, 04523 dan thitung sebesar 5,111. (3) Dividend Payout Ratio secara parsial berpengaruh, namun tidak signifikan terhadap perubahan laba dan hasil penelitian diperoleh uji ttabel 2, 04523 dan thitung sebesar -0,118. (4) Current Ratio, Return on Equity, dan Dividend Payout Ratio secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perubahan laba hasil penelitian diperoleh uji Ftabel 2,93 dan Fhitung 9,875 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Perhitungan analisis linier berganda dengan menggunakan persamaan linier regresi diperoleh dengan nilai Y = -2,628 + 0,337X1 + 29,764X2 - 0.056X3. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan minyak dan gas bumi yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2010-2020 yang berjumlah 16 perusahaan dengan sampel yang terpilih menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling yaitu 3 perusahaan yang terdiri dari PT Elnusa Tbk, PT Medco Internasional Tbk, dan PT Radiant Utama Interinsco Tbk.

Abstract

Masalah yang menjadi fokus penelitian adalah Knowledge Management, Kemampuan Kerja dan Penempatan Kerja serta Kinerja Pramuniaga. Populasi adalah para Pramuniaga di Bagian Penjualan Pakaian di PT. Matahari Departemen Store Kediri sebanyak 69 responden dan sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan sebesar 51 responden dengan teknik pegambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji intrumen validitas dan reliabilitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hpotesis melalui uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 11,205 + 0,173 X1 + 0,462 X2 + 0,631X3.Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara varibel Knowledge Management (X1) terhadap Kinerja Pramuniaga Bagian Penjualan Pakaian di PT. Matahari Departemen Store Kediri (Y).Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel Kemampuan Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pramuniaga Bagian Penjualan Pakaian di PT. Matahari Departemen Store Kediri (Y).Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel Penempatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pramuniaga Bagian Penjualan Pakaian di PT. Matahari Departemen Store Kediri (Y). Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel Knowledge Management (X1), Kemampuan Kerja (X2) dan Penempatan Kerja (X3) terhadap Kinerja Pramuniaga Bagian Penjualan Pakaian di PT. Matahari Departemen Store Kediri. Diharapkan PT. Matahari Departemen Store Kediri mampu mempertahankan Knowledge Management pramuniaga dengan meningkatkan standar kerja, melakukan pelatihan kerja agar dapat menempatkan pramuniaga sesuai kemampuannya pada saat menjalankan pekerjaannya. Abstract

The problem that is the focus of this research is the problem of work environment variables, work stress and work motivation. The population of UPTD Puskesmas Campurejo employees is 54 people. Sampling technique with saturated sampling approach. The data analysis technique used in this research is the instrument test of validity and reliability, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test and partial hypothesis testing tested by t test while the simultaneous hypothesis is tested by F test. Overall, it can be explained that the work environment does not partially affect the performance of employees at the UPTD Puskesmas Campurejo, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.069 > 0.05. Work stress does not have a significant effect partially on the performance of employees at the UPTD Puskesmas Campurejo, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.501 > 0.05. Work motivation has a partially significant effect on the performance of employees at the UPTD Puskesmas Campurejo, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.000 > 0.05. Simultaneously the work environment, work stress and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance at the UPTD Puskesmas Campurejo, this can be seen from the significant value of F of 0.000 <0.05

Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess how the 4A components (Amenities, Ancillaries, Accommodation, Attraction) play a role in influencing visitor interest and contributing to the growth of tourism in Kampung keren Kediri. A quantitative research approach was employed, and data were gathered from 270 tourists in Kampung keren Kediri using incidental sampling. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. The findings of the study reveal that (1) amenities do not exert an impact on visitor interest, (2) ancillaries do not affect visitor interest, (3) accommodation does not influence visitor interest, (4) amenities do not play a role in attracting visitors, (5) ancillaries have a significant impact on attraction, (6) accommodation contributes to attraction, and (7) attraction significantly influences visitor interest. Based on these results, it is recommended that all aspects of the 4A components must be adequately addressed to enhance the chances of attracting tourists, ultimately leading to a positive economic impact, particularly benefiting the residents of Kediri City. Therefore, active engagement and cooperation among all stakeholders, from local to higher levels, are vital for the development of tourism areas.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of communication, conflict and work discipline on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 30 Sekar Ayu Kediri employees and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data analysis techniques used included Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity , Linearity), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test, F Test, and R2 Coefficient of Determination Test. In the Validity Test, it is known that all question items (X1, X2, Then in the reliability test, it is known that the Cronbach Alpha value is > 0.60 so that the indicators for each question are declared reliable. In the t test it is known that all items have a positive value and <0.05 so that all items (Communication, Conflict, Work Discipline) have a partial effect on employee performance. Furthermore, in the F test it is known that the value of Sig. for all items together it is 0.000 < 0.05 so that all items are declared to have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. The final test, namely the R2 Coefficient of Determination Test, shows a result of 95.2%, which means that the variables of communication, conflict and work discipline can really influence employee performance and with this result it can be said that this research is successful because it has an Rsquare value > 50%.
