Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between trust and organizational commitment of Senior High School in East Jakarta Administration City Region 1. The method used is survey method with the correlational studies and quantitative approaches. Samples were as many as 91 teachers. Sampling using simple random sampling by the formula Slovin and data collection using questionnaires. From the results of hypothesis testing, obtained t count equal to 22.62, which means bigger than t table 1.99. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) are accepted positively. Of the coefficient of determination, confidence contributed 85.19% to organizational commitment of Senior High School in East Jakarta Administration City Region 1. Then, based on the results of the research, it is known that the higher the confidence, the higher the level of organizational commitment of Senior High School in East Jakarta Administration City Region 1.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between organizational cultureand job satisfaction of honorary teacher Elementary School in district Pulogadung EastJakarta. This research is quantitative with two variables, namely: (X) Organizationalculture as the independent variable and (Y) job satisfaction as the dependent variable.The research method used is survey method with the correlational studies andquantitative approaches. Samples were as many as 73 honorary teachers. Samplingtechnique using simple random sampling by the formula Slovin and data collection usingquestionnaires. From the results of hypothesis testing, obtained tcount = 6.38, which meansbigger than ttable = 1.9939. Thus it can be said that the hypothesis can be received. Itmeans null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Organizational culture contributed 36.46% to thejob satisfaction of honorary teacher Elementary School in District Pulogadung EastJakarta. Based on the results of the research note that the increasingly strongorganizational culture, then the higher job satisfaction of honorary teacher ElementarySchool in District Pulogadung in East Jakarta. It can be concluded that there is a positiverelationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction of honorary teacherElementary School in district Pulogadung East Jakarta.

Abstract

Organization Citizenship Behavior is an individual behavior which is not compulsory, explicity recognized by the reward system and very contributive to the effectiveness an efficiency of the fuction of organization.The Objektive of this research is to know effect of Control and Reward to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of eraly children non formal teachers in Kabupaten Manokwari. This research be expected can give a better eraly children non formal education contributionin real at Manokwari.The method used in this research is the survey method using a quantitative approach, and explain the causal relationship with path analysis.Data were collected by quesioner. The target population of the research amaounted to 133 early children non formal teachers in Kabupaten Manokwari. In this research The results result of research indicates:1)There is a positive direct effect of control to ocb, 2) There is a positive direct effect of reward to ocb, 3) There is a positive direct effcet control and reward to ocb.

Abstract

Elementary school administration is an activity to support the success of thequality of education in elementary schools. The scope of school administration activitiesincludes the management of official letters and school archives. Management of officialletters and archives in primary schools is carried out by the principal, assisted by a schooloperator. Their ability to manage official documents and school archives is still lacking.Efforts to increase the capacity of school principals and elementary school administrativepersonnel can be provided with training on managing official letters and school archives.The object (target audience) of the training activities is 150 people consisting of 2elementary school supervisors, 58 school principals, 83 school administration staff and 7SDN teachers in Jatinegara sub-district. The partners involved are the Regional EducationOffice of East Jakarta Administrative City. The training has been carried out for a day onThursday, October 8, 2020 through virtual zoom cloud metting. The training materialconsists of: school leadership and administration, management of official letters andmanagement of school records. The three materials were delivered by 3 lecturers of the UNJFIP Education Management study program with the lecture, question and answer andassignment method. The results of the training were very satisfying to the participants andthe organizing committee, because all the materials had been delivered well and were veryuseful for all training participants.

Abstract

Elementary school administration is an activity to support the success of the quality of education in elementary schools. The management of official letters and archives in elementary schools is carried out by the principal assisted by a school operator. Their ability to manage official letters and school archives is still very lacking. Efforts to improve the capacity of principals and elementary school administration personnel can be given training on the management of official letters and school archives. The object (target audience) of the training activity was 25 heads of elementary schools in Pulo Gadung sub-district. The partners involved are the Tribe of the Education Office Region I of the East Jakarta Administration City. The training has been carried out for a day on Monday, August 15, 2022 via virtual with zoom cloud metting. The training materials consist of: entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education in schools; the role of the principal in entrepreneurship; and primary school entrepreneurship management. The three materials were delivered by 3 lecturers of the Education Management study program FIP UNJ with lectures, questions and answers and assignments. The results of the training were very satisfying for the participants and the organizing committee, because all the material had been delivered well and was very useful for all training participants.

Abstract

To improve professionalism, a teacher is obligated to develop himself. Teacher's self-development can be done by participating in the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program. The purpose of CPD program is to improve teachers' competences and as a mean for their career development. The evaluation of the CPD program is very important to be carried out in order to measure the level of achievement and to provide supporting information for further decision making to maximize the program. The purpose of this study is to analyze the evaluation of the CPD program in the field of self-development which emphasizes on the final recommendation confirming that an object can be maintained, improved, repaired or even terminated in line with the data that has been obtained. This research method is an evaluative research with a discrepancy evaluation model. The results showed that self-development activities have a positive influence, especially in learning activities. However, there are still gaps in each stage of design, installation, process, product and comparison. Therefore, the self-development field in the CPD program must be improved by doing adjustments in each of the existing gaps.

Abstract

This research aims to find out that the impact of the MBKM program can contribute to improving the quality of student graduates at FIP ​​UNJ. The research method used is a survey, using a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this research was carried out using a questionnaire designed in the form of a statement with a Likert assessment, then distributed via Google form involving a sample of 323 FIP UNJ students. The sampling technique of 323 respondents as samples in this study used the technique (Proportional random sampling), namely the sample by paying attention to the proportion of the population elements. The results of this study are that FIP ​​UNJ students tend to have a positive perception of MBKM, which is considered to strengthen experiential learning, improve hard skills and soft skills, and prepare them for the world of work. MBKM contributes significantly to improving the quality of graduates and the suitability between education and work after graduation. This program also supports the development of students' intelligence and personality. However, there are several obstacles in its implementation, such as lack of socialization and cooperation with industry, which can be overcome through increased socialization, cooperation, monitoring, evaluation, and provision of adequate resources to increase the effectiveness of the program.

Abstract

Sekolah sebagai salah satu bentuk organisasi pada bidang pendidikan tidak luput dari perlunya melakukan manajemen kurikulum. Dalam pelaksanaannya kegiatan manajemen kurikulum khususnya pada sekolah swasta sampai saat ini masih belum menerapkan secara keseluruhan terkait pembelajaran dan asesmen kurikulum merdeka. Padahal penerapan kurikulum merdeka sangat tepat untuk diterapkan dalam era industri 4.0 seperti saat ini. Nampaknya, salah satu upaya yang diduga paling tepat adalah berfokus pada unsur para guru sebagai pelaksana manajemen kurikulum. Kemungkinan yang terjadi jika mereka tidak memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang cukup tentang kurikulum merdeka ini, maka kemungkinan besar akan mengalami banyak kesulitan dalam mengikuti perkembangan kurikulum merdeka di era industri 4.0. Melalui upaya peningkatan kemampuan dengan cara melakukan pendampingan guru tentang manajemen kurikulum merdeka, diharapkan mereka dapat menerapkan dan memberi pengetahuan dan keterampilan tersebut dengan baik. Dengan dilakukannya pendampingan guru dalam manajemen kurikulum yang baik, akan mengantarkan sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pembelajaran. Upaya peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan manajemen kurikulum merdeka dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai jenis upaya. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah diberikan pendampingan pada guru tentang manajemen kurikulum merdeka di era industri 4.0 secara sistematis, yaitu melatih keterampilan penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, strategi pembelajaran berbasis OBE, dan assesmen pembelajaran dalam kurikulum merdeka di SMP (Sekolah Menengah Pertama). Bentuk kegiatan adalah pendampingan berupa workshop yang dirancang selama dua hari.

Abstract

Pendidikan tinggi sebagai salah satu bentuk organisasi pada bidang pendidikan tidak luput dari kegiatan manajemen melalui penyusunan kurikulum program studi di era industri 4.0 untuk mendukung terlaksananya merdeka belajar- kampus merdeka. Dalam pelaksanaannya kegiatan manajemen kurikulum khususnya pada program studi sampai saat ini masih belum dilakukan secara maksimal. Padahal manajemen kurikulum di era industri 4.0 pada program studi sangat penting untuk mendukung terlaksananya program merdeka belajar-kampus merdeka. Kemungkinan yang terjadi jika mereka tidak memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang cukup tentang manajemen kurikulum program studi, maka akan mengalami banyak kesulitan dalam menangani segala bentuk kegiatan akademik di pendidikan tinggi. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu pendampingan agar para pengelola kurikulum dapat menerapkannya dengan lebih baik di program studi. Melalui upaya pemberian pendampingan penyusunan kurikulum program studi di era industri 4.0, diharapkan dapat mendukung terlaksananya merdeka belajar- kampus merdeka. Dengan dilakukannya manajemen kurikulum program studi di era industri 4.0 yang baik maka diharapkan program merdeka belajar-kampus merdeka akan terealisasi. Upaya peningkatan para pengelola kurikulum dalam melaksanakan kegiatan manajemen kurikulum program studi dengan mengikuti era industri 4.0. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah diberikan pelatihan tentang manajemen kurikulum di era 4.0 guna mendukung merdeka belajar-kampus merdeka pendidikan tinggi secara sistematis. Bentuk kegiatan adalah berupa pelatihan yang dirancang selama 6 bulan.

Abstract

Every school continues to strive to improve the quality of education through teacher performance. Improving teacher performance is influenced by many factors, including the development of the teaching profession and work motivation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the positive influence of professional education and motivation on performance. This research was conducted on elementary school teachers with 210 civil servant teachers who had attended professional education and taught at public elementary schools in the area. The model used in this study is causal. To test the hypothesis proposed in this study, the analytical technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), which is operated through the Moment of Structural Analysis (AMOS) program. Participants in this study were civil servant teachers as many as 211 people. The selection of respondents using the Purposive Sampling Technique. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. Research findings that there is a direct positive effect of professional education on performance. Work motivation has a direct positive effect on teacher performance significantly. Professional education has a positive effect on motivation. For this reason, the implementation of teacher professional education, which is the main factor in motivating teachers, needs to be maintained and controlled by conducting evaluations on a scheduled basis.
