Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan konsumen berbasis kualitas prodak penelitian dilakukan pada konsumen pada PT. Milko Beverage Industry. Bentuk penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif jumlah populasi tidak diketahui, dengan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow diperoleh jumlah sempel 100 responden dengan menggunakan poposip sempel. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji F dan uji T. bedasarkan hasil uji f hasil penelitian menujukan bahawa semua dimensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sedangkan berdasarkan uji T fitur dan estetika tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the quality of service, both simultaneously and partially, on the satisfaction of patients using the Social Security Administering Agency at the Ciawi Bogor Community Health Center. The sample size was 100 respondents taken using simple random sampling technique with accidental sampling method with criteria; 1) patients who have sought treatment at the Ciawi Community Health Center at least once; 2) patients who are mature enough to fill out the questionnaire are 17 years old. The questionnaire was tested using validation, reliability and classical assumption tests. The results of this test are valid, reliable, and can be used for regression data. The analytical method used in this research is a descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The research results show that service quality variables, both simultaneously and partially, have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Ciawi Bogor Community Health Center. The driver of patient satisfaction using the Social Security Administering Agency at the Ciawi Bogor Community Health Center is reliability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of experiential marketing and product innovation on customer loyalty at D'Bago Cijeruk shop with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Customer loyalty is an important aspect for business continuity and growth, especially in the competitive food and beverage industry. Through a quantitative approach, data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who were customers of Kedai D'Bago Cijeruk.The results of the analysis show that experiential marketing and product innovation have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction is also proven to have a positive effect on customer loyalty. This study concludes that the positive experiences gained by customers through experiential marketing and product innovation can increase satisfaction, which in turn increases customer loyalty. Therefore, D'Bago Cijeruk shop is advised to continue to improve experiential marketing strategies and innovate products to maintain and increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

Pembelian impulsif merupakan fenomena yang umum terjadi dalam dunia retail. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh shopping Shopping Way of life, Mold association, dan store air terhadap motivation buying konsumen di Fahira Mold. Menggunakan regresi linier berganda pada 100 responden. Dengan sampel berjumlah 100 orang konsumen dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunkan adalah non likelihood examining dengan metodenya adalah purposive testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial shopping Shopping Way of life, Design inclusion dan store climate berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap drive buying konsumen pada Fahira Design.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is an indicator of success that every organization wants to achieve. There are several factors that influence this, including service and location. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the simultaneous and partial effects of service quality and location on customer satisfaction. This study's variables are independent variables: service quality (X1), which is related to tangible evidence; location (X2), which refers to access, visibility, traffic, parking, and environment; and consumer satisfaction (Y), which is related to appropriate expectations, desire to visit, and willingness to authorize. Purposive sampling was used to choose the study's 100 participants, who were customers of the Falsafah Ngopi Ciherang Bogor store. There are two types of research: verification and descriptive. Methods for gathering data via questionnaires. Using the IBM SPSS 26 analysis tool, multiple linear regression was performed for data analysis. According to the study findings, customer satisfaction (Y) was positively correlated with service quality (X1), and location (X2), all of which were rated highly by customers. Both location and service quality positively and significantly affect customer satisfaction simultaneously, and they also positively and significantly affect customer satisfaction to some extent. Because personnel are often not attentive when fulfilling customer demands, location and service quality can positively impact customer satisfaction. This is demonstrated by the research findings on location appearance, which have a strong and significant impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the performance and quality of education based on the four perspectives of the balanced Scorecard at Junior high school (SMPN) 8 Insumbrei, Supiori Regency, Papua. The research used a qualitative approach with a case study method utilizing the Balanced Scorecard perspectives, including the financial, customer, internal business, and growth and learning perspectives. The research subjects included 27 individuals, consisting of 9 teachers, 10 students, and 8 community members. Data collection techniques involved documentation analysis, questionnaires, and interviews. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, encompassing interactive data analysis involving data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The research findings showed that: 1) from a financial perspective, in economic terms, effectiveness and efficiency score 4 with a good category, 2) from a customer perspective, it scores 4 with a good category, 3) based on the internal business perspective, the measurement results show a score of 3 with enough category, and 4) from a learning and growth perspective, it scores 4 with a good category.

Abstract

The low self-confidence of students in Indonesia has an impact on many aspects. In education, students often plagiarize their friends' answers to get good grades. Apart from that, cases of bullying, body shaming, and even suicide are caused by students' low self-confidence. This article aims to bibliometrically examine research trends on self-confidence in Indonesia. This article uses bibliometric analysis to conclude the position of the self-confidence crisis on the research map in Indonesia. With the help of Publish or Perish software from Harzing and VOSviewer, 1,000 articles were obtained. These articles were then analyzed based on scientific impact categories from Google Scholar, assisted by Publish or Perish, as well as visual displays from VOSviewer. The display produced by VOSviewer shows that self-confidence is still something that can be researched, especially if it is associated with several keywords that are far from the word self-confidence. Apart from that, from the search results, it was found that parents and educators have a great impact on efforts to increase self-confidence.

Abstract

Pusat sterilisasi mempunyai peranan sebagai salah satu penghubung dalam proses pengendalian infeksi dan juga mempunyai peranan dalam upaya menurunkan angka kejadian infeksi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis manajemen central sterile supply departement (CSSD) dalam meminimalkan terjadinya healthcare associated infection (HAIs) di RSUD Malingping Provinsi Banten meliputi fungsi manajemen meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi. Desain penelitian adalah analitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dirancang dengan desain studi kasus (case study). Variabel yang diteliti mengacu teori manajemen meliputi aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi. pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Cara pengambilan informasi melalui wawancara adalah dengan purposive, yaitu pimpinan di tingkat manajemen hingga di tingkat pelaksana dengan total informan 6 orang. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perencanaan CSSD sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan (meliputi penerimaan peralatan, pengemasan, pelabelan, sterilisasi, distribusi, dan penyimpanan), serta evaluasi masih belum sepenuhnya optimal, dan pengawasan dilakukan setiap enam bulan. Unit CSSD di RSUD Malingping perlu menambah sumber daya manusia untuk mengurangi beban kerja dan meminimalkan kesalahan. RSUD Malingping juga perlu melakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi rutin terhadap pelaksanaan dan pengorganisasiannya.

Abstract

Hypertensive emergency is a hypertensive crisis characterized by a sudden increase in blood pressure of 180/110 mmHg without organ damage. Hypertensive disease has increased every year due to low awareness of compliance in taking medication and maintaining a healthy lifestyle in hypertensive patients. The purpose of this case study is to provide nursing care to patients experiencing hypertension urgency. This research method uses a qualitative approach with case studies as the main method, using observation sheets, interviews, and documentation studies. This case study chose one patient as the research subject, namely a patient with hypertensive urgency in the emergency room of Gunung Jati Hospital, Cirebon City. Nursing care management is based on meeting the needs of patients carried out in 1 day. The results of the case study showed that after being given nursing care there was a decrease in blood pressure from 195/110 mmHg to 187/104 mmHg. The conclusion is that the nursing care provided is effective in emergency hypertension patients and meets the needs of patients. The implication of this study is the importance of nursing care in managing hypertension emergencies, which can help in the effective monitoring and management of this disease. In addition, this study also strengthens the understanding of the importance of patient compliance in managing hypertension to prevent complications that can arise.

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) dapat berkontribusi dalam menciptakan kesempatan kerja serta menyuplai layanan ekonomi bagi masyarakat secara keseluruhan, berperan dalam proses distribusi yang lebih merata dan peningkatan pendapatan penduduk, mendorong perkembangan ekonomi di Desa Bojonggenteng, dan berkontribusi pada kestabilan negara. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menemukan taktik UMKM dalam memperkuat daya saing mereka lewat pemberian merek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe diskriptif. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk menemukan informan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengurangi dan menampilkan data, lalu menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa UMKM meningkatkan daya saingnya dari segi produktifitas: Penggunaan peralatan produksi yang sederhana dan tingkat pendidikan karyawan pada pelaku UMKM masih rendah meskipun mereka dapat menghasilkan produk berkualitas. Meskipun kualitas dari produk UMKM sudah baik, masih diperlukan peningkatan. Sesi Nilai: Harga dari produk yang dihasilkan oleh usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dapat diterima oleh masyarakat, dan proses pembeliannya pun mudah karena diterima oleh konsumen.
