Background: Based on data obtained from the Cikedal Community Health Center in Pandeglang Regency, over the past three years, the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding for infants has continued to decline and is far from the government's target of 80% of infants receiving exclusive breastfeeding. In 2019, exclusive breastfeeding coverage reached only 74.65%, in 2020 it decreased to 73.26%, and in 2021 it continued to decline to 66.9%. Purpose: To determine the relationship between participation in prenatal classes, formula milk promotion, and husband's support for exclusive breastfeeding. Method: This study used a descriptive analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample size was 75 respondents. Results: This study showed that of the 75 respondents, 69 (92.0%) attended prenatal classes, 71 (94.7%) participated in formula milk promotion, and 55 (73.3%) received husband's support. There was a relationship between prenatal class participation and husband's support for exclusive breastfeeding, with a statistical test showing a p-value <0.05. However, there was no relationship between formula milk promotion and exclusive breastfeeding, with a p-value of 0.572 > α (0.05). Conclusion: There was a relationship between prenatal class participation and husband's support for exclusive breastfeeding, while formula milk promotion had no significant relationship with exclusive breastfeeding, with a p-value of 0.572. Suggestion: Community health centers can increase promotion and education about exclusive breastfeeding to improve its implementation.
