Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze directly and indirectly the influence of the effectiveness of digital attractions and promotions on visiting decisions through visiting interest as an intervening variable in the coastal tourist area of Jember Regency. The sample size for this research was 400 respondents. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 7.0. The results of data analysis show that the variable Effectiveness of attractions has a significant influence on interest in visiting, digital promotion has a significant influence on interest in visiting, Effectiveness of attractions has a significant influence on the decision to visit, digital promotion has a significant influence on the decision to visit, interest in visiting has a significant influence on the decision to visit. Indirectly, the effectiveness of digital attractions and promotions has a significant effect on visiting decisions through visiting interest as an intervening variable. The results of data analysis show that the variables of effectiveness of attraction, interest in visiting and digital promotion partially have a significant influence on the decision to visit the coastal tourist area of Jember Regency.

Abstract

Human resources who serve as officers or employees in a company or institutional organization are always considered a vital asset for an organization. Performance or work achievement can be interpreted as achieving work results in accordance with the rules and standards that apply to each organization. Performance can also be said to be the result or output of a process. The purpose of this research is to find out directly the influence of work engagement and knowledge sharing on employee performance at RSD dr. Soebandi Jember. The total sample in this study was 171 inpatient nurse respondents with a minimum work period of 3 years. Descriptive analysis is used to determine the respondent's description. Validity test and reliability test for the validity and reliability of research data. Hypothesis testing was also carried out in this research. The research results show that work engagement and knowledge sharing partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of RSD dr. Soebandi Jember.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the role of work culture, employee service and competence on service satisfaction with the intervening variable of SPBE implementation in Jember Regency Government. This study uses a quantitative method with the Structural Equation Modeling approach with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with a population of 8,454 and involving 140 respondents. This study resulted in work culture having a positive influence on service satisfaction. The competence possessed by employees has not been able to provide a good influence on service satisfaction. While on the other hand, the work culture applied, the services provided and employee competence can make SPBE even better. The Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) has an influence on service satisfaction. The work culture applied has no influence on service satisfaction with SPBE as an intervening variable. While the service and employee competence variables can provide an increase in SPBE service satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Vitalnya peranan aplikasi winstep, terutama untuk menyesuaikan materi pengkaderan dengan kebutuhan peserta, maka Tim pengabdian Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember menganggap sangat urgen untuk mendelivery teknologi ini kepada Tim Majelis Pendidikan Kader dan Sumber Daya Insani (MPK-SDI) Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah (PCM) Sumbersari Kabupaten Jember. Oleh karenanya telah dilakukan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang menghasilkan kesepakatan agar Tim Pengabdian segera melakukan transfer knowledge dan teknologi kepada Tim MPK-SDI Sumbersari. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar Tim MPK-SDI Sumbersari Kabupaten Jember memiliki kemampuan memanfaatkan aplikasi winstep untuk menyesuaikan materi pengkaderan dengan kebutuhan peserta. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam 5 (lima) tahapan pengabdian. Kelima tahapan pengabdian itu diantaranya pertama, Sosialisasi penerapan pemanfaatan aplikasi winstep. Kedua, Pelatihan pemanfaatan aplikasi winstep. Ketiga, penerapan pemanfaatan aplikasi winstep. Keempat, pendampingan dan evaluasi penerapan pemanfaatan aplikasi winstep. Kelima Keberlanjutan Program terdiri dari pembentukan Tim khusus pemanfaatan aplikasi winstep. Hasil evaluasi terkait pemahaman peserta mengenai materi yang diberikan pada program pengabdian ini menunjukkan ada peningkatan kemampuan yang sangat besar. Sebelum program pengabdian dilaksanakan nilai rata-rata peserta pengabdian sebesar 15. Sedangkan setelah dilaksanakan program pengabdian meningkat menjadi rata-rata sebesar 80. Hasil evaluasi Kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini telah mampu meningkatkan kemampuan peserta yakni tim Majelis Pembinaan Kader dan Sumber Daya Insani (MPK-SDI) Sumbersari Kabupaten Jember dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 65. Sebelum pelatihan peserta memiliki kemampuan dengan kategori tidak terampil dan berubah menjadi terampil membuat Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Winstep. Oleh karena itu, pemanfaatan Aplikasi Winstep harus diterapkan secara berkelanjutan dalam kegiatan Baitul Arqam oleh tim MPK-SDI Sumbersari, Kabupaten Jember, agar semakin mahir.

Abstract

Sektor kesehatan di Indonesia menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam hal kesetaraan dan kualitas layanan kesehatan yang diberikan kepada seluruh masyarakat. Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya di Puskesmas, menjadi fokus penting dalam upaya meningkatkan sistem pelayanan di berbagai daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM), gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan motivasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Puskesmas Mayang, Kabupaten Jember. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif dan kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Puskesmas Mayang yang berjumlah 73 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data melibatkan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Smart PLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi SDM dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Selain itu, motivasi terbukti memediasi hubungan antara kompetensi SDM, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan kualitas pelayanan. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah pentingnya pengelolaan kompetensi SDM, penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang transformasional, serta peningkatan motivasi tenaga kesehatan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Puskesmas Mayang. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kebijakan di sektor kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Sarana prasarana merupakan faktor penunjang penting dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai di rumah sakit dapat memberikan kenyamanan bagi pasien, mempercepat proses penyembuhan, serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan secara keseluruhan. Sebaliknya, ketidakcukupan atau kualitas sarana prasarana yang rendah dapat menurunkan kenyamanan dan rasa puas pasien terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sarana prasarana dengan kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan jenis uji korelasi. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan quota sampling dengan jumlah 150 responden. Menggunakan statistik Chi-Square dengan nilai p-value kurang dari 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sarana prasarana yang baik akan memberikan kepuasan pada pasien. Hasil Uji Chi-Square adalah p = 0,020 dan koefisien kontingensi 0,374. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat hubungan yang lebih kuat antara sarana prasarana dengan kepuasan di Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Muhammadiah Jember. Kesimpulan penelitian ini dapat memperbaiki atau meningkatkan fasilitas yang ada, demi tercapainya pelayanan yang lebih baik dan kepuasan pasien yang optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dilingkungan Rumah Sakit Paru Jember. Jumlah populasi seluruh pegawai “Rumah Sakit Paru Jember” yang diambil sebanyak 325 orang pegawai, maka populasi dalam penelitian ini bertindak pula menjadi sampel, atau penelitian ini dapat dikatakan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Analisis data dan permodelan persamaan struktural dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS 4.0. Penelitian ini termasuk explanatory research. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja, untuk mengetahui apakah kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja, untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk mengetahui apakah kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja, untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja melalui kepuasan kerja, dan untuk mengetahui apakah kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja pada pegawai rumah sakit paru jember melalui kerja  kepuasan. Hasil uji menyatakan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, hasil uji ada pengaruh signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, hasil uji ada pengaruh signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen kerja, uji tidak berpengaruh signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap komitmen kerja, hasil uji terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen kerja, hasil uji tidak terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen kerja melalui kepuasan kerja, dan hasil uji terdapat pengaruh kompensasi terhadap komitmen kerja melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Paru Jember.

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to analyze the effect of populations administration information system technology on the performance of operator’s populations administration service through organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable. Method: Research design can be classified as explanatory/confirmatory research. The population to be studied is all employees of population administration service operators in sub-district offices throughout Jember Regency, amount 132 people. Hypothesis testing in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the WarpPLS statistical tool. Results:  Findings of this research state that populations administration information system technology has significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior and the performance of operator’s populations administration service. Organizational citizenship behavior has significant effect on the performance of operator’s populations administration service. The population administration system has significant effect on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior. Novelty: This research uses a model of the influence of information system technology on service operator performance by involving organizational citizenship behavior as mediator or intervening. Thus, this model is the answer to the existing research gap related to staff performance.

Abstract

Objective: This research is intended to analyze the influence of career development on employee engagement and employee performance, analyze the influence of employee engagement on employee performance, and analyze the role of employee engagement in mediating career development on employee performance. Method: This research uses explanatory research. The population in this study were all sub-district employees in Jember Regency who in taking samples applied the Saturated Sample method/Census Method, the data analysis technique used in this research was path analysis using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model or Structural Equation Model with the Warp PLS 7.0 program. Results: The research results show that career development influences employee engagement. Career development influences employee performance. Employee engagement influences employee performance. And, career development influences employee performance through employee engagement. Novelty: This research uses a model of the effect of career development on employee performance by involving employee engagement as intervening. Thus, this model is the answer to the existing research gap related to employee performance.
