Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with library services at SDN 2 Sukahurip. The research used a quantitative descriptive method with percentage analysis. The population consisted of 40 students from grades IV and V, and the sample was 36 students selected using the Slovinformula. Data were collected through questionnaires based on service quality indicators. The results showed that 100% of students expressed dissatisfaction with the library services. This indicates that the quality of library services has not met students' expectations, particularly in terms of facilities, book collections, and staff responsiveness. Therefore, improvements are needed to enhance service quality and support students’ learning activities. Furthermore, the findings are expected to be a reference for schools in evaluating and improving library services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students’ perceptions of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program at SDN 1 Tarogong. Students’ perceptions are an important factor in the success of educational programs as they influence motivation, attitudes, and student engagement. Although the GLS program has been implemented regularly, preliminary observations indicate variations in student participation, where some students show high enthusiasm while others are less engaged. This study employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The sample consisted of 36 students selected randomly. The instrument used was a questionnaire based on a Likert scale covering cognitive, affective, and conative aspects. The results of the study indicate that students’ perceptions of the GLS program fall into the “good” to “very good” categories. In the cognitive aspect, students demonstrate a good understanding of the objectives and benefits of GLS in improving reading habits and knowledge. In the affective aspect, most students show positive attitudes, although some are still less interested. In the conative aspect, student participation in literacy activities is considered good, but not yet evenly distributed. These findings suggest that the success of the GLS program depends not only on its implementation but also on students’ perceptions. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of the program through a wider variety of reading materials, more engaging methods, and enhanced teacher guidance to optimize students’ reading interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan permainan monopoli story (monstor) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi pada siswa kelas 4 di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Research and Development(R&D) dengan menggunakan tahapan ADDIE. Penilaian kelayakan dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan guru wali kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes (soal pilihan ganda) dan non-tes (angket). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan permainan monstor dikembangkan dengan menggunakan tahapan ADDIE mendapatkan rerata kelayakan dari ahli materi dan media sebesar 4.50, serta guru wali kelas sebesar 4.52 sehingga ketiganya termasuk ke dalam kriteria “Sangat layak”. Adapun rerata skor uji coba perorangan sebesar 4.51, uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 4.63 dan uji coba lapangan sebesar 4.62 ketiganya dengan kategori “Sangat baik”. Pengembangan permainan monstor juga berdampak terhadap kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil uji efektivitas pada skor tes (pretest dan posttest) dengan nilai N- Gain sebesar 0.8105, sehingga diinterpretasikan kedalam kategori “Efektif”.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much distance learning use Interactive learning media based on lectora inspire influence on the learning process and Mathematical Problem Solving Abilities. This research uses collaborative research between lecturers, students, and teachers in 2020 at one of the primary schools in west Java.This research was a quasi-experiment research with Pretest-Posttest Control Design. Data collection techniques tests. the result of the research is to find out how the impact of the use of learning media lectora inspire based interactive on students approach is proven to improve Mathematical problem solving abilities in primary schools.The conclusion of research was that there was a difference of effect of distance learning use lectora inspire-based interactive learning media on the Mathematical Problem Solving Abilities of students between control and experiment classes and Students' attention was also more focused so it is easier to concentrate on receiving lessons.

Abstract

The research was conducted because of the high number of cases of children experiencing the absence of a father figure, both physically and psychologically, especially in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the academic resilience experiences of fatherless students in the upper grades of elementary school. The method used is a qualitative case study with the subjects being fatherless students, 5th and 6th-grade teachers, and student parents. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews and documentation. The research results indicate that students exhibit differences in building their academic resilience through perseverance, openness to seeking help, and varying ways of managing negative emotions. The main supporting factors are the roles of mothers, teachers, and a supportive social environment. This research is expected to serve as a reference for educators and parents in supporting fatherless students.Penelitian dilakukan karena banyaknya kasus anak yang mengalami ketiadaan peran ayah secara fisik maupun psikologis terutama di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengalaman resiliensi akademik siswa fatherless di kelas tinggi sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus kualitatif dengan subjek siswa fatherless, guru kelas V dan VI, serta orang tua siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa menunjukkan adanya perbedaan dalam membangun resiliensi akademiknya melalui sikap pantang menyerah, keterbukaan mencari bantuan, dan cara yang berbeda dalam mengelola emosi negatif. Faktor pendukung utama adalah peran ibu, guru, dan lingkungan sosial yang suportif. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi rujukan bagi pendidik dan orang tua dalam mendukung siswa fatherless.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the RADEC learning model on elementary students’ critical listening skills. A quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design was employed. The sample involved two classes: an experimental group using the RADEC model and a control group applying the lecture method. Data were collected through pretest and posttest critical listening skill assessments. The analysis revealed a significant improvement in the experimental group compared to the control group (p < 0.05). The N-gain analysis showed a moderate category (0.59) for the experimental group and low (0.27) for the control group. These findings indicate that the RADEC model effectively enhances students’ critical listening abilities. Therefore, RADEC is recommended as an alternative strategy for improving oral literacy learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran RADEC terhadap keterampilan menyimak kritis siswa sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group. Sampel terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model RADEC dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode ceramah. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes keterampilan menyimak kritis dalam bentuk pretest dan posttest. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (p < 0,05). Perhitungan N-gain menunjukkan kategori sedang pada kelas eksperimen (0,59) dan rendah pada kelas kontrol (0,27). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model RADEC efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak kritis siswa. Oleh karena itu, RADEC dapat direkomendasikan sebagai strategi alternatif dalam pembelajaran literasi lisan.

Abstract

Concept understanding is a person's ability to understand the meaning or meaning of information, concepts, or principles in order to interpret, connect and apply and apply this knowledge. But in fact, many students find it difficult to understand the concept. This encouraged researchers to apply leaflet learning media assisted by Canva application with the aim of knowing its effect on students' concept understanding. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method where the subjects were fourth grade elementary school students. The instrument used was a concept understanding test, with data calculation techniques using Microsoft Excel. The results of this study indicate that students' concept understanding in the experimental class is better than the control class. Based on the results of the independent sample t-test test with a significance level of ? = 0.05, the tcount value = 19.52, and the ttable value = 2.025. So, it can be concluded that there is an effect of leaflet learning media assisted by Canva application on understanding the concept of social studies class IV at SDN 3 Sindangratu.Pemahaman konsep merupakan kemampuan seseorang dalam memahami arti atau makna dari suatu informasi, konsep, atau prinsip agar dapat menginterpretasikan, menghubungkan dan menerapkan serta mengaplikasikan pengetahuan tersebut. Namun pada nyatanya, banyak siswa yang sulit dalam memahami konsep tersebut. Hal ini mendorong peneliti untuk merapkan media pembelajaran leaflet berbantuan aplikasi canva dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen dimana subjeknya adalah siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes pemahaman konsep, dengan teknik penghitungan data bantuan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman konsep siswa di kelas eksperimen lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil uji independent sampel t-test dengan taraf signifikansi ? = 0,05 diperoleh nilai thitung = 19,52, dan nilai ttabel = 2,025. Maka, dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran leaflet berbantu aplikasi canva terhadap pemahaman konsep IPS kelas IV di SDN 3 Sindangratu.

Abstract

Textbooks are one of the teaching materials that can influence in learning activities, because they can be a reference for teachers and students. The purpose of this study was to determine the four standard feasibility of a grade VI student book on the theme of globalization in the curriculum 2013. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a type of descriptive approach that is library research. Participants or research objects that act as a source of data research information are the books of grade VI students and teachers. The data collection techniques used are documentation and interview techniques. Based on the results of the research analysis, it shows that the average value of the standardized analysis of the grade student book on the theme of globalization obtained a percentage 85,31% with the title “very worthy”. Thus this book can be used as best as possible.
