Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas layanan, perceived value, perceived usefulness, dan perceived ease of use terhadap passenger satisfaction dan passenger loyalty pada layanan travel di Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Metode penelitian termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 135 penumpang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian diolah menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Temuan penelitian menunjuk­kan bahwa kualitas layanan, perceived value, perceived usefulness, dan perceived ease of use berpenga­ruh positif terhadap passenger satisfaction, serta passenger satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap passenger loyalty.

Abstract

This study examined the role of attitude toward paying, along with subjective norms and perceived behavioral control, to form the willingness of Indonesian consumers to pay Joox music application. Data were gathered by disseminating questionnaires to 394 respondents, then were analysed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings confirmed that perceived benefit, perceived sacrifice, and free mentality had a significant influence on attitude toward paying. The results also showed that attitude toward paying, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control on customer willingness to pay. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menguji peran attitude toward paying bersama-sama dengan subjective norm dan perceived behavioral control terhadap customer willingness to pay pengguna aplikasi musik Joox di Indonesia. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner pada 394 responden, lalu diolah menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa perceived benefit, perceived sacrifice, dan free mentality berpengaruh terhadap attitude toward paying. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa attitude toward paying, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control membentuk kesedian konsumen untuk membayar aplikasi music Joox.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between procedural justice, know­ledge sharing and innovative work behavior. The research model and hypothesis were developed from related literature. The data was collected through survey method on 297 supervisors of four and five star hotels in East Java, Indonesia. The obtained data from the questionnaire were tested with Partial Least Square (PLS) to investigate the research model. The results confirm that pro­cedural justice has positive impact on knowledge sharing. While the effect of knowledge sharing on innovative work behavior is another finding of this research. The implications of this study are discussed in the conclusions section of the study

Abstract

People's lifestyles that are increasingly paying attention to appearance cause the bridal and make-up service business to be increasingly in demand. Bridal and make-up service businesses are now serving weddings and various events. This condition causes the bridal and make-up businesses must be more competitive. Service providers must be able to understand the factors that can satisfy consumers and make them willing to make repeat purchases. This study aims to test whether service quality, product quality, and price reasonableness can increase satisfaction and generate repurchase interest in bridal and make-up business customers in Surabaya. This study used quantitative research methods by surveying 250 bridal and make-up business consumers in Surabaya. Then the data obtained was processed using Partial Least Squares. The results of the study prove that service quality, product quality, and fairness of prices have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction and repurchase interest.

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study is to compile a synthesis of the application of leadership in building organizational resilience, especially when the organization faces a crisis or difficulty. Design/Methods/Approach: The approach used is a literature review, with a systematic search from a database of scientific journals indexed by SCOPUS as an indexing organization for reputable research journals. Selected journals that match the theme will be reviewed and data synthesized. Findings: When the organization is down, leaders play various roles in building organizational resilience. The leader develops and disseminates the organization's vision, builds awareness, ensures the learning process runs, builds capability and adaptability, strengthens physiological capital, and builds an organizational culture and team resilience. These roles are doable by implementing the right leadership style and strategy, configuring resources, and building relationships and collaborations. Furthermore, this research also identified the stages of the process and their mechanisms. From the results of this study, there are several opportunities for future research. Originality: This research generates a literature review on building organizational resilience with a leadership perspective and its synthesis model. Practical/Policy implication (optional): This research provides a more comprehensive understanding of how resilience is fostered in organizations and best practices regarding the role of leaders in building organizational resilience.

Abstract

To compete in a dynamic environment, companies must continuously innovate. Therefore, companies need to encourage their employees to have innovative behavior. This study examined the effect of structural, cognitive, and relational social capital on innovative work behavior, using knowledge sharing as mediating variable. This study uses quantitative methods, by surveying 328 employees of holding companies. The data is processed using Partial Least Square. The results point out a positive and significant effect of cognitive and relational social capital on knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing on innovative work behavior.

Abstract

Saat ini semakin banyak institusi pendidikan yang menyadari pentingnya kegiatan Service Learning (SL). Ini terbukti dari banyak Universitas yang melaksanakan kegiatan tersebut. Latar belakang kegiatan SL adalah masih banyak ketimpangan yang terjadi di masyarakat, baik masyarakat pedesaan terhadap perkotaan maupun antar masyarakat dalam kota itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini dilakukan di Dusun Tegalsari Jabon Sidoarjo yang mengalami krisis air bersih berupa air payau. Dimana sejak puluhan tahun yang lalu, masyarakat hingga saat ini masih belum dapat memenuhi kebutahan air bersih mereka, dikarenakan air yang dimanfaatkan adalah air payau yang mereka beli sekitar Rp. 150.000 – Rp. 250.000 per kepala keluarga setiap bulannya. Kegiatan ini merupakah lanjutan kegiatan dari 2 penelitian yang telah dilakukan sejak tahun tahun 2017 dengan tema banjir Rob dan pemurnian air payau dengan pemanfatan material lokal yang berkelanjutan. Adapun tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan air bersih. Metode yang digunakan diawali dengan survei dalam pra pelaksanaan, dilanjutkan dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan pembuatan dan pemasangan alat pemurni air payau dengan material lokal (ALPAMAL), dan diakhiri dengan wawancara oleh Mahasiswa yang merupakan paska pelaksanaan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berdampak langsung dan bermanfaat untuk mengubah air payau menjadi air bersih yang siap digunakan masyarakat. Hasil lain dari kegiatan ini adalah sebanyak hampir seluruh (93.5%) mahasiswa merasa terbantu dalam dunia perkuliahan mereka dan seluruh warga (100%) warga Desa Kupang merasa sangat puas dengan diadakannya kegiatan ini.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of service quality and shop environment impulsively through positive emotions on Sociolla. This type of research is quantitative research with a sample of 119 respondents. Data processing techniques and data analysis in this study used SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the store environment has an effect on positive emotions, service quality has no effect on impulse buying, service quality does not affect positive emotions, the store environment does not affect impulse purchases, positive emotions do not affect impulse purchases, positive emotions do not mediate the effect of service quality. on impulse buying, positive emotions do not mediate the influence of the store environment on impulse buying.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara konflik peran ganda, komunikasi interpersonal, serta lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja yang dihasilkan perawat. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan sebanyak 106 perawat perawat Rumah Sakit Anwar Medika Sidoarjo ditetapkan sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggungkapkan bahwa konflik peran ganda tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja perawat, namun komunikasi interpersonal dan lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja perawat. Lebih lanjut, hasil uji F mengkonfirmasi konflik peran ganda, komunikasi interpersonal, dan lingkungan kerja mampu meningkatkan kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Anwar Medika Sidoarjo. Kata Kunci: Konflik Peran Ganda, Komunikasi Interpersonal, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Perawat

Abstract

As higher education institutions were facing strong competition to attract new coming students, the contributions of lecturers were acknowledged as one of the driving resources of the university’s competitive advantage. Besides teaching, all lecturers were required to conduct research and social services. While fulfilling these tasks, some lecturers focused on one aspect only and neglect the others. This situation created a disparity in lecturers’ creative mindsets, as they keep on doing similar tasks repeatedly. Creativity developed by the lecturers could become the competitive advantage of their university. The objective of this study was to examine how lecturers’ creativity is constructed. Two influencing factors, which are affective commitment and knowledge sharing, were tested to see their influences on creativity. The data were collected from 170 randomly selected lecturers of private universities who obtained an “A” accreditation. Since this was quantitative research, the collected data were processed with the Partial Least Square technique. The results showed that lecturers’ creativity was significantly affected by knowledge sharing as well as affective commitment. However, knowledge sharing did not mediate the relationship between affective commitment and creativity.
