Critical thinking skills are skills students must have in the 21st century. These skills can improve analytical skills and make students think more carefully This study aims to determine the effect of circulation system e-module based on learning cycle 8e on high school students' critical thinking skills. This type of research is quasi-experimental, which consists of 2 classes, namely XI IPA 1 as the experimental class with treatment using e-module circulation system based on learning cycle 8e and XI IPA 2 as the control class, which uses conventional learning. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant effect of the circulation system e-module based on learning cycle 8e on students' critical thinking skills, where in the control class the average posttest score was far below the experimental class, which was 55.5 and the experimental class average posttest score was 69.5. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, a significant value (2 tailed) was obtained of 0.003 (p<0.05). The use of circulation system e-module based on learning cycle 8e has a positive effect on students' critical thinking skills.

Teacher performance is something that needs and deserves to be examined in depth. Many factors cause problems related to teacher performance. This article will cover the influence of the principal's academic supervision and school climate on the performance of state middle school teachers. This research uses a quantitative-descriptive approach. This quantitative descriptive research systematically, actually, and accurately describes certain social phenomena, with the aim of describing in detail the existing facts and data. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The subjects of the research were 76 teachers at state middle schools. The results of the research show that: 1) The principal's academic supervision has a significant positive influence on teacher performance, with a significance value of 0.022 or smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. 2) School climate has a significant positive influence on teacher performance, with a significance value of 0.000. 3) The principal's academic supervision and school climate jointly influence teacher performance, with a significance value of 0.000 and an R-Square value of 0.590 indicating that the proportion of influence of the principal's academic supervision variable and school climate on the teacher performance variable is 59.0%.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan e-modul laju reaksi menggunakan aplikasi Flip PDF Professional yang valid serta memperoleh respon positif dari pengguna (guru dan peserta didik). Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan subjek uji coba yang terdiri dari 2 orang guru kimia dan 20 peserta didik dari SMAN 15 Pekanbaru dan SMAN 4 Pekanbaru. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian berupa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen lembar validasi dan angket respon pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul yang dikembangkan valid berdasarkan aspek substansi isi, desain pembelajaran, tampilan komunikasi visual, dan pemanfaatan software. Uji coba kepada pengguna menunjukkan respons yang sangat positif baik dari guru maupun peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan e-modul ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif bahan ajar yang menarik, praktis dan dapat mengatasi kesulitan belajar peserta didik pada materi laju reaksi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas serta kelayakan soal-soal kimia pada pokok bahasan elektrolisis. Penelitian ini merupakan model pengembangan atau development research tipe formative research. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan ini dapat diartikan sebagai cara ilmiah untuk meneliti, merancang, memproduksi dan menguji validitas produk yang telah dihasilkan. Produk yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah soal kimia pada pokok bahasan elektrokimia.Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation). Sampel dalam penelitian, yaitu 13 siswa kelas XII MIPA 4 di SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru, dan 10 siswa kelas XII MIA 1 di SMA Negeri 7 Pekanbaru. Hasil penelitian memberikan produk akhir berupa 30 soal yang baik darirancangan awal produk 15 butir. Dikatakan baik karena telah valid dan memiliki nilai reliabilitas 0,862 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Daya pembeda diperoleh soal diterima 20 butir soal. Pengolahan data uji cobakepada peserta didik diperoleh persentase rata-rata seluruh pertanyaan adalah 92,60%. Tabulasi pengolahan data tiga orang validasi praktisi tersebut mendapatkan persentase sebesar 94,00%. Uraian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa soal kimia pada pokok bahasan elektrokimia memiliki kualitas soal yang baik dan praktis serta layak digunakansebagai instrumen penilaian hasil belajar peserta didik.

Kecerdasan interpersonal dan tingkat kepercayaan diri yang bervariasi di antara setiap peserta didik memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap hasil belajar mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan interpersonal dan kepercayaan diri terhadap hasil belajar kimia peserta didik kelas X di SMA/MA sederajat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, yang dilaksanakan di SMAN 15 Pekanbaru dengan melibatkan 159 peserta didik sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, wawancara, serta hasil belajar kimia. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan interpersonal dan kepercayaan diri berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, dengan pengaruhnya mencapai 58,1%, sementara 41,9% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Diharapkan, penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pemikiran dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami materi kimia.

This article will discuss the influence of time management and teacher commitment on teacher performance at junior high schools in Tualang District, Siak Regency. This research uses a quantitative-descriptive approach. This quantitative descriptive research systematically, actually, and accurately describes certain social phenomena, with the aim of describing in detail the existing facts and data. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The subjects of the research were 107 teachers in public middle schools in Tualang District, Siak Regency. The research results show that 1) time management has a significant positive influence on teacher performance, with a significance value of 0.000 or less than an alpha value of 0.05. 2) Teacher commitment has a significant positive influence on teacher performance, with a significance value of 0.000. 3) Time management and teacher commitment jointly influence teacher performance, with a significance value of 0.000 and an R-Square value of 0.569, indicating that the proportion of influence of time management variables and teacher commitment on teacher performance variables is 56.9%.

This study aims to describe and analyze about: forms of e-learning-based distance learning activities carried out at the Department of Social Studies FKIP Riau. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data to be collected is ordinal data, which comes from the results of e-questionnaires(google form). The data collected is summative response scale,using a modified Likert scale with 3 answer options. Student responses are organized based on 3 levels of Likert Scale: 1 = Yes; 2 = No; 3 = Hesitation. The data obtained is then analyzed through a descriptive statistical analysis of percentages. The results showed that the form of implementation of distance learning activities carried out in the department of Social Sciences FKIP Riau University refers to the indicators of distance learning, namely: clear learning objectives, relevant to the needs, quality of education, efficient and effectiveness of the program, equality and expansion of learning opportunities, independence, integration and sustainability.

This study aims to describe the influence The Influence of Rewards and Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction of Private Kindergarten Teachers in Tembilahan District. The type of research used in this study is correlational research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in Tembilahan District. The research subjects were 80 private kindergarten teachers. To analyze the research data, simple linear regression and multiple linear regression were used. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a significant influence of the reward function on the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers in Tembilahan District. This can be seen from the value of Fcount>Ftable (71.717>3.96) with significance (0.000<0.05). With the determination of the reward function on the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers in Tembilahan District resulting from the study, which is 47.90% and the remaining 52.10% is influenced by other variables that were not studied. There is a significant influence of organizational culture on the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers in Tembilahan District. This can be seen from the value of Fcount>Ftable (90.774>3.96) with significance (0.000<0.05). With the determination of organizational culture on the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers in Tembilahan District resulting from the study, which is 53.80% and the remaining 46.20% is influenced by other variables that were not studied. There is a significant influence of rewards and organizational culture on the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers in Tembilahan District. This can be seen from the value of Fcount>Ftable (48.675>3.12) with significance (0.000<0.05). With the determination of the reward function and organizational culture on the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers in Tembilahan District, the results of the study were 55.80% and the remaining 44.20% were influenced by other variables that were not studied.

Learning motivation is an important factor in science learning, but it is still uneven among students. The particular study aimed to analyze the increase in student learning motivation after applying the Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) learning model compared to conventional methods. The method used descriptive quantitative with a structured survey technique. The subjects were seventh-grade students of MTs Darul Falah Langgam in the 2024/2025 school year. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, consisting of 48 students, who were divided into two classes, namely VII A and VII B, each totaling 24 students. The research instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 30 questions with six indicators of learning motivation. The results showed that the POE learning model was more effective in increasing learning motivation than conventional methods. Students’ learning motivation in classes using the POE model increased by 68% (high category), meanwhile conventional methods increased by 58% (medium category). This finding indicates that the POE approach create a more interesting learning experience, increase student engagement, and help them understand concepts more deeply through the stages of prediction, observation, and explanation.

In the 21st century, learning in higher education must be meaningful and interactive. In physical chemistry learning, students often experience difficulties because it is theoretical. Based on this, interactive teaching materials are needed to support learning and are in accordance with the demands of the times. This study aims to develop a chemical thermodynamics E-LKM based on PjBL-SSI (Project Based Learning-Socio Scientific Issue). This research was conducted at the Chemistry Education Study Program, University of Riau in the physical chemistry course. The population in this study were 5th semester chemistry education students. The sample in this study was chemistry education students. The type of research used in this study is development research with the ADDIE model. The results of the study indicate that the developed E-LKM is valid according to the material and media validator. The developed PjBL-SSI E-LKM is practical according to the physical chemistry lecturer with a very good category and the developed E-LKM is interesting according to students with a very good category.
