Abstract

Kinerja mencakup hasil atau pencapaian komprehensif yang ditunjukkan oleh seorang individu dalam memenuhi tanggung jawabnya selama jangka waktu tertentu, yang mencakup berbagai hasil seperti pencapaian kerja, pencapaian target, sasaran yang ditetapkan, atau tolok ukur kinerja yang ditentukan bersama. Salah satu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan bagaimana kinerja dosen dan budaya organisasi berhubungan satu sama lain, dengan dimasukkannya komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediator. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan data primer yang dikumpulkan dari 61 dosen, khususnya memanfaatkan analisis rute dengan software SmartPLS versi 4.0.9.9. Pemilihan sampel yang relevan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Temuan mengindikasikan bahwa budaya organisasi memberikan impresi yang besar dan menguntungkan secara substansial meningkatkan komitmen dosen terhadap organisasi serta memperbaiki kinerja mereka. Meskipun demikian, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi tidak mempunyai dampak langsung terhadap kinerja dosen, dan tidak menjadi mediator antara budaya perusahaan dengan kinerja dosen yang menunjukkan bahwa meskipun budaya organisasi secara langsung berdampak pada kinerja dosen, pengaruhnya melalui komitmen organisasi terbatas. Hasil penelitian ini berkontribusi pada wacana yang sedang berlangsung tentang pentingnya budaya organisasi yang kuat dan komitmen dalam meningkatkan kinerja akademik di perguruan tinggi. Temuan ini juga menawarkan wawasan berharga bagi manajemen organisasi dalam memahami aspek rumit yang berdampak pada kinerja dosen, menekankan perlunya mengadopsi pendekatan komprehensif untuk menumbuhkan budaya kerja yang suportif dan efisien.   Performance encompasses the comprehensive outcomes or accomplishments demonstrated by an individual in fulfilling their responsibilities during a specific timeframe, encompassing multiple outcomes such as work achievements, target accomplishments, established goals, or jointly determined performance benchmarks. One of the objectives of this study was to determine how lecturer performance and corporate culture relate to each other, with the inclusion of commitment from the organization as a mediator variable. For the purpose of this study, quantitative research methods and primary data were gathered from 61 different instructors, specifically utilizing route analysis with the SmartPLS software version 4.0.9.9. The selection of relevant samples was done using the purposive sampling method. The results suggest that the corporate culture has a large and beneficial impact on substantially increasing lecturers' commitment to the organization and improving their performance. Nevertheless, the end outcome indicates that commitment from the organization does not have an effect directly on lecturer performance, and it makes no attempt to mediate between corporate culture and lecturer performance. It demonstrates that although the culture of a business has a direct impact on the performance of lecturers, the significance of its influence through corporate commitment is minimal. The findings of this research make a contribution to the ongoing discussion regarding the significance of robust religious groups and the commitments that these organizations have made in order to enhance the quality of academic work that is produced within the context of a university setting. These findings offer valuable insights for organizational management in comprehending the intricate aspects that impact lecturer performance, emphasizing the necessity of adopting a comprehensive approach to cultivate a supportive and efficient workplace culture.

Abstract

This study aims to provide new insight and fill the gap of previous research by adding online queues to moderate the effect of perceived service quality and organization’s image on perceived satisfaction. Data were collected from 120 respondents who are members of National Health Insurance (JKN) who became patients at Prof. Dr. I Goesti Ngoerah Gde Ngoerah Hospital Denpasar. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to analyze and test hypotheses. This research is quantitative, using a pre-existing measurement scale. The results of this study prove that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Another finding from this study is that an organization's image does not significantly affect customer satisfaction. Online queues could not moderate the relationship between service quality and the organization's image on customer satisfaction. The practical implication of this research is that hospitals must improve the online queue services so patients can wait in line from their houses and come to the hospital at/close to service time.

Abstract

Community health center is a community that has a vital role in the growth of human resources. If health services are low, it will greatly affect all sectors of community growth, including the economy in the area. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of psychological workload and work culture on performance with job satisfaction as a mediator. The population is all employees of the UPTD Puskesmas Banjarangkan I Klungkung with total of 78 people. The analysis technique used is SEM–PLS. The research results show that psychological workload has no significant effect on employee performance, work culture has a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, psychological workload has no significant effect on job satisfaction, and work culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The implication of this research is that community health centers must continue to improve the performance and satisfaction of their employees so that employees can provide excellent service to the community.

Abstract

Employees are one of the main priorities for many organizations. High work productivity is greatly influenced by various factors, one of which is the quality of leadership and work culture within the team. This study aims to analyze the effect of participative leadership and collaborative teams on work productivity, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable on employees of PT Maha Putra Engineering. This study combines participative leadership and cooperation time as independent variables, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable to analyze work productivity. This study uses a quantitative approach, which aims to measure and analyze the relationship between variables that have been determined systematically and objectively. The population used in this study was 96 employees, the sample in this study was the entire sample of 96 employees. The data analysis technique used was the Patrial Least Square (PLS) using Smart PLS software. The results of this study indicate that participative leadership has a positive and significant effect on productivity and work satisfaction, as well as work productivity through job satisfaction as an intervening variable (partial). Working time has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work productivity through job satisfaction as an intervening variable (full), but does not directly affect work productivity. The findings of this study provide new insights into the importance of job satisfaction as a relationship in the influence of working time on productivity as well as the conditions, organizational culture, and leadership dynamics in working time in companies must be more focused and relevant to the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of quality of work life and job satisfaction in mediating the influence of organizational justice on employee commitment at the UPTD Puskesmas Dawan II, Klungkung Regency. The population used in this study was 69 employees, the sample in this study was 69 employees. The data analysis technique used was Patrial Least Square (PLS) using Smart PLS 4.0.9 software. The results of this study indicate that organizational justice has a positive and significant direct effect on employee commitment. Organizational justice has a positive and significant direct effect on the quality of work life. Organizational justice has a positive and significant direct effect on job satisfaction. The quality of work life has a positive and significant direct effect on employee commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant direct effect on employee commitment. The quality of work life is able to partially mediate the effect of organizational justice on employee commitment. Job satisfaction is able to partially mediate the effect of organizational justice on employee commitment. It is recommended that employees are able to increase their self-confidence, and the company must be able to regulate employee working hours to suit the company's expectations, job satisfaction as one of the considerations in efforts to increase employee commitment.

Abstract

Akhir tahun 2019, Indonesia diresahkan dengan adanya pandemi virus corona atau Covid-19 (Corona Virus Desease-19). Salah satu yang terkena dampaknya adalah sektor UMKM. Di masa Pandemi sektor UMKM mengalami penurunan omset penjualan yang sangat signifikan yang menyebabkan masyarakat khususnya pemilik UMKM mengalami kesulitan finansial. Salah satu usaha yang terdampak pandemi virus Covid-19 ini adalah UD. Kusuma Wijaya. UD. Kusuma Wijaya merupakan salah satu toko bahan bangunan yang berdiri sejak tahun 1996 dan didirikan oleh I Wayan Badra Wijaya. Toko yang beralamat di Jl. Raya Pemogan No. 149 ini menyediakan pipa, kayu, semen, besi, pasir, cat, paku, palu, triplek, baja ringan, sanitary, keramik, tali tambang, sambungan pipa, pintu kamar mandi, dll. Melihat kondisi tersebut, melalui Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar hadir membawa solusi untuk membantu UMKM yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19 ini. Solusinya yaitu dengan membuat program kerja, dimana proker ini memiliki tujuan yakni memberikan edukasi, simulasi, pendampingan dan evaluasi mengenai manfaat internet sebagai media pemasaran yang diharapkan dapat mendongkrak perekonomian UD. Gajah Surya tersebut agar dapat bertahan ditengah pandemi Covid-19 ini.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi Covid-19, berbagai bidang mengalami penurunan, terutama bidang kesehatan dan ekonomi. CV. Ganesha Suwathama sebagai industri garmen yang selalu mengedepankan kualitas sebagai pilar utama produk yang dihasilkan untuk menjaga kepercayaan konsumen. Jika terdapat produk yang mengalami kerusakan, secara langsung akan dilakukan tindakan tersebut, sehingga hasil akhir produk tetap dalam keadaan terjaminnya kualitas. Meskipun pengecekan kualitas telah dilakukan dengan baik, namun usaha untuk mempertahankan tingkat kualitas produk masih kurang. Untuk mengatasi hal ini bisa dilakukan dengan quality control untuk setiap produk yang dibuat, mengelola permintaan produk yang dibuat, mengkomunikasikan pentingnya kualitas-kualitas kepada setiap pekerja sesuai aturan kerja, menyediakan alat dan pelatihan yang tepat untuk setiap pekerja.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan salah satu program wajib di Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar. Disini saya mengambil lokasi di Warung Makan Ibu Agung yang beralamat di Jalan Raya Tegallalang, Desa Tegallalang, Kecamatan Tegallalang, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali. Warung Makan Ibu Agung merupakan warung makan ayam betutu yang sudah berdiri sejak tahun 2015. Warung Makan Ibu Agung ini memiliki peluang yang besar untuk terus berkembang pesat, dikarena rasa ayam betutu yang enak dengan bumbu khas Balinya. Kelebihan tersebut juga tidak luput dari permasalahan yang tengah dihadapi saat ini, dimana kurangnnya kesadaran akan pentingnya keselamatan kerja terhadap karyawan, hal ini justru akan berdampak terhadap kinerja karyawan serta kurang tersedianya peralatan untuk penujang keselamatan kerja. Selain itu pada Warung Makan Ibu Agung belum terdapat sistem pembayaran secara digital dimana hanya terdapat pembayaran melalui cash saja. Solusi yang dapat diberikan yaitu mengedukasi mengenai pentingnya keselamatan kerja dan penambahan peralatan penunjang keselamatan kerja serta membuatkan rekening tabungan atas nama Warung Makan Ibu Agung serta menempelkan barcode Qris untuk pembayaran digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan program kerja tersebut adalah metode pendekatan sosial, sehingga semua program kerja dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan tercapai 100%.
