Abstract

Demi terwujudnya visi dan misi, instansi berupaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada masyarakat. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah kepemimpinan transformasional, kreativitas kerja dan prestasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, kreativitas kerja dan prestasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Karangasem. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 41 pegawai pada Kantor Camat Karangasem. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh yaitu sampel yang menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi untuk dijadikan sampel penelitian. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja, variabel kreativitas kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan prestasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel kepemimpinan transformaisonal, kreativitas kerja dan prestasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Karangasem.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of leadership style, occupational safety health (K3) and organizational culture on the performance of LPD employees in Kecama-tan Tampak Siring. The study took 35 respondents on LPD employees in Keca-matan Tampak Siring. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, then tested through classical assumption tests. The study was obtained through the results of the spread of questionnaires, then analyzed using the SPSS statistics application version 20 for Windows which was used to answer the problem formulation in the study. Test results on hypotheses show that variables: 1). The style of leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2). Occupational health (K3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3). Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Research advice is expected to always establish good relationships with fellow employees so as to improve the performance of the company while improving the company's performance.

Abstract

The success or not of a company is very dependent on human resources owned. Human resources is a potential human ability that consists of the ability to think, communicate, act, and morally to carry out technical and managerial activities in an organization or company. This research aims to find out the effect of reward and punishment on the performance of Vision Villa Resort And Genius Cafe Gianyar employees. The study was conducted at Vision Villa Resort And Genius Cafe Gianyar using a population and sample of 33 respondents. The sample determination technique used in this study is by saturated sampling method or census method. Data collection is done through interviews, observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS software version 23.0. Based on the results of the analysis, this study showed that rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and punishment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Vision Villa Resort And Genius Cafe Gianyar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of monitoring human resources, organizational culture and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously on work discipline. The location of this research is in the Lpd of the Kedonganan traditional village. The population uses Lpd Kedonganan traditional village employees and a sample of 40 employees. The data analysis technique uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, F Test and t Test. From the results of the study, it was found that (1) human resource supervision had a significant positive effect on work discipline, (2) organizational culture had a significant positive effect on work discipline, (3) job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on work discipline, (4) simultaneously supervised resources. human resources, job satisfaction and job satisfaction have a significant effect on work discipline. The suggestion that can be given by researchers is that the leader of the Village Credit Institution (LPD) of the Kedonganan Traditional Village should be firm in giving warnings, sanctions and punishments to employees who make mistakes at work. (LPD) Kedonganan Traditional Village should provide training or guide employees and increase the amount of wages given to employees.

Abstract

The success and success of a company is largely determined by how the company manages its resources. The role of human resources in the company is a very vital factor to carry out functions and achieve company goals. Therefore, companies need to understand and treat employees appropriately. Employee job satisfaction is a phenomenon that is often encountered in a company and employee job satisfaction must also be a concern of the company. Low employee job satisfaction will affect the level of absenteeism, labor turnover, morale, complaints and other vital personnel problems. This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, physical work environment, occupational safety and health on employee job satisfaction at CV. Bali Image Collection in Batubulan, Gianyar . The number of samples in this study were 46 employees of CV. Bali Image Collection in Batubulan, Gianyar. The sampling technique used in this study is the census/saturated method (saturated sample). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job stress had a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at CV. Bali Image Collection in Batubulan, Gianyar. While the physical work environment, occupational safety and health have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction at CV. Bali Image Collection in Batubulan, Gianyar. These results indicate that employee job satisfaction in CV. Bali Image Collection In Batubulan, Gianyar must be maintained and cared for, especially related to work stress, physical work environment, and employee safety and health.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important thing for an organization because good employee performance will affect the progress or survival of an organization in achieving goals. The existing human resources in the company must be utilized as well as possible so that they are able to provide maximum results for the company and can improve the quality of human resources, namely by making every employee have good and quality performance. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment and work culture on the performance of employees of PT. Raditya Dewata Enriches Gianyar Branch. The location of this research was conducted at PT. Raditya Dewata Enriches Gianyar Branch. This research is a quantitative research using primary data sources. Primary data used in the form of distributing questionnaires as many as 32 employees at PT. Raditya Dewata Enriches Gianyar Branch. The sampling technique in this research is saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the influence of leadership style, work environment and organizational culture had a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Raditya Dewata Enriches Gianyar Branch. The suggestions that can be given to further researchers who conduct similar research can use or add other independent variables and further researchers are advised to expand the object of research.

Abstract

Performance is the result or level of success of a person as a whole during a certain period in carrying out tasks compared to various possibilities, such as work standards, targets or goals or criteria that have been determined in advance and mutually agreed upon. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance. directly or indirectly through employee job satisfaction as a mediating variable at The Tanis Express Denpasar. Sampling was carried out using saturated sampling technique with a total of 42 employees at The Tanis Express Denpasar. Data processing uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 For Windows program. The results of the analysis conclude that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And employee job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. There are limitations to the research object used only focusing on organizational culture and employee job satisfaction so that it cannot analyze or reach deeper into the factors that can affect employee performance

Abstract

Performance is the result of work that is produced as a measure of the success of an agency in achieving the set targets. Employee performance can be affected by job training, work discipline and self-efficacy. Each of these factors are interconnected with each other, when employees often receive appropriate training, good employeediscipline and self- efficacy are well formed, the resulting performance will be good too. These three factors must work in a balance to create the employee performance expected by company. The research population was employees of the Gianyar Regency Social Service with a sampling techniqueusing a saturated sample technique, so the total population is the number of samples. The sample used was 40 respondents. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. The results showed that job training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Further research can develop this research by using other variables which in theory have aninfluence on employee performance.

Abstract

Nowadays, government institutions or organizations are required to improve their performance more effectively and efficiently. Institutions or organizations must also pay attention to human resources to increase effectiveness and efficiency. The quality of its human resources strongly influences the progress of an organization. Human resources are an important factor in an organization or agency. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Agriculture, Gianyar Regency. The number of samples used in the study was 89 people using the saturated sample method. Data collection has been done using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the t-test, and the data was tested through the classical assumption test stages. The results showed the transformational leadership style with a regression coefficient of 0.240 and significance to employee performance. Motivation with a regression coefficient of 0.261 and significant to employee performance. The work environment with a regression coefficient of 0.172 is significant to employee performance. It is recommended that leaders look for new ideas, find creative solutions, and provide opportunities for employees to socialize more freely. It is hoped that the agency will complete the work needs of employees.

Abstract

Suatu organisasi atau instansi pemerintahan didirikan kerena memiliki suatu tujuan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kecakapan dan kemampuan yang mencukupi untuk mencapai tujuan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Tembuku Kabupaten Bangli. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Kecamatan Tembuku, Kabupaten Bangli dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 40 orang pegawai sebagai responden penelitian. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Tembuku Kabupaten Bangli. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Tembuku Kabupaten Bangli. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Tembuku Kabupaten Bangli.
