Abstract

Ekstrakurikuler merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang diadakan oleh sekolah untuk para siswa untuk mengasah kemampuan siswa dalam kegiatan pendidikan non akademik. SMAN 1 Kota Solok merupakan salah satu sekolah yang aktif mendukung para siswa dalam kegiatan pendidikan non akademik ini. Tujuan dari perancangan sistem informasi ini adalah untuk mempermudah dalam pengelolaan pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMAN 1 Kota Solok. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem informasi ini adalah metode prototype yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan diantaranya : (1) pengumpulan data, (2) membangun dan memperbaiki sistem, dan (3) uji coba dengan pelanggan. Perancangan sistem informasi ini menghasilkan sistem yang berupa website yang menggunakan framework laravel dan berfungsi dengan baik, dan menghasilkan efektivitas bagi pengguna dalam menjalankan proses pengelolaan data ekstrakurikuler SMAN 1 Kota Solok.

Abstract

The assessment process carried out by lecturers for students still uses previous utilization procedures, such as processing grades with Microsoft Excel, so it is less effective. This research aims to analyze system-based student assessments based on the perspective of learning motivation and the influence of system use. This type of research is quantitative research. The total research population is 100 students. The research sample was 55 students using random sampling techniques. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire sheet. The technique used to analyze the data is inferential statistics with Pearson correlation calculations used to analyze the relationship between the two variables. The analysis results show a strong positive correlation between learning motivation and the effect of using the assessment system. The correlation value is close to perfect, indicating that the higher the student's learning motivation, the greater the positive effect of using the assessment system on learning outcomes. These significant results emphasize the importance of a transparent assessment system in increasing student learning motivation. Students who clearly understand how assessments are carried out and how grades are assigned tend to be more motivated to achieve higher academic achievements. The contribution of this research is that innovation in the development and improvement of technology-based assessment systems is very relevant in supporting the achievement of better learning outcomes.

Abstract

Dinas Kehutanan Sumatera Barat merupakan pemerintah daerah yang bertanggung jawab memantau dan mengelola produksi kayu di Sumatera Barat. Dinas Kehutanan Daerah Sumatera Barat memerlukan suatu sistem monitoring untuk memantau hasil produksi kayu pada instansi dan perusahaan perkayuan di Sumatera Barat. Tujuannya adalah untuk memastikan bahwa kayu tersebut berasal dari sumber kayu yang sah dan tidak melanggar peraturan atau undang-undang yang berlaku. Pelanggan hanya dapat mendefinisikan apa yang dibutuhkan secara umum, tanpa menyebutkan proses input/output dari sistem yang diterapkan. Sistem pemantauan kayu bulat dan kayu olahan Departemen Kehutanan Sumatera Barat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan Departemen Kehutanan, dengan mengacu pada standar yang berlaku, untuk mendorong kinerja pengelolaan dan pemantauan produksi kayu hutan di Sumatera Barat. Dengan sistem yang dikembangkan, pendataan produksi kayu hutan dapat dilakukan melalui sistem tanpa perlu melakukan kunjungan lapangan secara langsung. Dengan sistem yang dikembangkan, proses pengolahan data dapat dilakukan lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem yang dikembangkan akan memungkinkan seluruh lapisan masyarakat melihat data produksi kayu hutan di wilayah Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan terhadap lurah dan warga di Kelurahan Limau Manis Selatan, terdapat beberapa permasalahan prioritas yang dapat diselesaikan melalui program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yaitu mengatasi masalah polusi udara dan volume sampah yang tinggi, serta meningkatkan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui sampah yang berdayaguna. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi, pelatihan dan  pelayanan terhadap masarakat. Sedangkan untuk mengevaluasi kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan, dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket untuk melihat tingkat pemahaman dan perubahan prilaku masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan dan pendayagunaan sampah. Terdapat empat program yang telah dilaksanakan yaitu 1) Edukasi dan Pelatihan pengelolaan sampah berbasis 3R (Reduce, Reuse dan Recycle) 2) Revitalisasi dan manajemen Bank Sampah melalui pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen pengelolaan sampah berbasis website, 3) Peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat memalui edukasi dan pelatihan budidaya maggot BSF dan 4) Membangun kerjasama dalam pemodalan dan pendirian koperasi daur sampah di bank sampah pondok permai Kelurahan Limau Manis Selatan. Hasilnya adalah terdapat peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap program 3R sebesar 76,64% (Baik), dan terdapat perubahan prilaku masyarakat sebesar 72,85%  (Baik) dan peningkatan ekonomi serta kesejehteraan dari daur ulang sampah sebesar 75,70 %. Pengujian performance sistem informasi yang telah dikembangkan dalam memanajemen bank sampah pondok permai mencapai 97% (Grade A).

Abstract

Pengelolaan usaha kelapa sawit menghadapi tantangan utama dalam fluktuasi harga, yang sering menyebabkan ketidakakuratan pembayaran kepada petani serta mengganggu kepercayaan dan hubungan antara pemilik usaha dan petani. Untuk menjawab tantangan ini, dikembangkan aplikasi berbasis mobile dan website pada UD Sawit Dongan menggunakan framework Laravel untuk website dan Flutter untuk aplikasi Android dengan metode pengembangan prototype. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pemilik usaha untuk mengelola penjualan, pembelian, dan penggajian karyawan, sementara petani dapat memantau harga kelapa sawit secara real-time, melihat data penjualan, mengatur jadwal panen, dan mengajukan pinjaman. Hasil uji validasi menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan aplikasi sebesar 88%, yang berarti “sangat layak untuk diuji coba.” Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan usaha kelapa sawit meningkat, sekaligus memperkuat transparansi serta hubungan baik antara pemilik usaha dan petani.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has significantly enhanced information management capabilities in various institutions, presenting opportunities for developing technology-based systems, particularly in information technology and data processing. Efficient information systems are crucial for progress in both business and educational sectors. A school inventory management system is one such application designed to manage inventory data more efficiently and systematically. State Senior High School 1 Padang Ganting, a high school under the Ministry of Education and Culture, currently uses a manual method for inventory management, leading to data duplication, data loss, and inefficiency. To address these issues, this research proposes developing a web-based inventory management application aimed at improving data management, speeding up information access, and enhancing service quality within the school. The development methodology adopted is the waterfall model, which involves structured phases from requirement analysis to system maintenance. The system design utilizes PHP with the Laravel framework, JavaScript, Laragon as the web server, MySQL as the DBMS, and Visual Studio Code as the editor. This study aims to design and build a web-based inventory management application for State Senior High School 1 Padang Ganting, providing a structured and easily accessible system.

PT HPS Painan Padang, previously relying on manual ticket bookings, faced challenges in efficiency and susceptibility to brokering practices. To address this, a web-based travel ticket booking application was developed, enabling customers to book tickets online more practically, quickly, and conveniently, anytime and anywhere. The integration of Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology in the form of a chatbot further enhances service efficiency and responsiveness. This feature provides real-time information on departure schedules, seat selection, and payment transactions while also supporting sentiment analysis and swift responses to customer feedback, ultimately improving service quality. The application, built using PHP, MySQL, and CodeIgniter with a Prototype development approach, adapts to changing market demands. Testing via GTmetrix on the https://desistravel.xyz/backend page demonstrated excellent performance with an 88% Performance score, 95% Structure score, and optimal Web Vitals metrics, indicating a fast, responsive, and stable platform. The final product is a user-friendly web-based ticket booking application supported by an intelligent chatbot, offering a seamless user experience, enhancing customer satisfaction, and streamlining the travel booking process efficiently.

Abstract

The increasing demand for effective school-to-work transition mechanisms in vocational education highlights the need for integrated digital platforms. At State Vocational High School 2 Padang Panjang, the dissemination of job vacancy information and alumni data management remains manual, fragmented, and inefficient. Traditional communication channels, such as WhatsApp groups and direct phone calls, often fail to reach all alumni, while data collection via Google Forms lacks automation, scalability, and security. To address these challenges, this study developed a web-based Special Job Fair Information System using the Prototype development model. The system was implemented using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, allowing for real-time data management, secure job vacancy submissions, automated alumni tracking, and dynamic report generation. Performance testing using GTMetrix demonstrated strong system reliability, with a performance score of 94%, structure score of 97%, and favorable metrics including 1.5 seconds for Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), 0 milliseconds Total Blocking Time (TBT), and a Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) score of 0. These results indicate a fast, stable, and responsive user experience. The system offers a scalable solution for improving graduate employability services in vocational education institutions, particularly in resource-constrained environments.

Abstract

The internship licensing process at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) was previously managed through manual procedures, leading to inefficiencies such as delayed processing, data redundancy, and lack of real-time status tracking. This study aimed to develop a web-based internship licensing system to improve administrative efficiency, transparency, and user experience. The development process employed the waterfall model, covering five stages: requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance. The system was implemented using Laravel for the backend, Flutter for the frontend, and MySQL for the database. Key features include digital permit submission, weekly and final report uploads, role-based dashboards, and real-time status notifications. System validation involved black-box testing and expert evaluation using a 5-point Likert scale, yielding a 94.66% feasibility score categorized as very feasible. The results demonstrate that the application fulfills core functional requirements and addresses the previously identified administrative limitations. The study concludes that the system is effective for managing internship processes in public institutions. Future improvements include broader system integration with academic information systems and enhanced mobile compatibility.
