Abstract

Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi permasalahan rendahnya tingkat hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV di UPTD SD Negeri 1 Margajaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning menggunakan media Quizizz terhadap hasil belajar IPAS pada peserta didik kelas IV. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental design dengan desain penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik tes, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 55 peserta didik dan sampel yang yang diambil meliputi 28 peserta didik kelas IV A (kontrol) dan 27 peserta didik kelas IV B (eksperimen). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang termasuk dalam kategori non probability sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji t dan diperoleh nilai thitung (7,6770) > ttabel (1,6746). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning menggunakan media Quizizz berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPAS pada peserta didik kelas IV di UPTD SD Negeri 1 Margajaya.

Abstract

The problem in this study was the low learning outcomes in IPAS for students of grade V at SD Negeri 1 Teluk Pandan. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the RADEC learning model (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, and Create) on the learning outcomes in IPAS. This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental method. The experimental design used was a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study consisted of 83 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 55 students. Data collection techniques included tests and observations. Data analysis was performed using the t-test. The results of the study showed that (1) there was an effect of the RADEC learning model on IPAS learning outcomes, as evidenced by the t-test result of t = 10.7 > t-table = 2.021. (2) There was an effect of the problem-based learning model on IPAS learning outcomes, as evidenced by the t-test result of t = 5.487 > t-table = 2.021. (3) There was a difference in the effect between the RADEC learning model and the problem-based learning model on IPAS learning outcomes, as evidenced by the t-test result of t = 2.2 > t-table = 2.021.

Abstract

Introduction: Primary education plays an important role in shaping students' character, literacy, and skills. However, limited literacy facilities, technological skills, and spaces for creative expression remain challenges at SD IT Ibnu Abbas Lampung. Objective: The purpose of this service was to optimize student literacy, basic technology skills, creativity, and discipline at SD IT Ibnu Abbas through the Kampus Mengajar program while maintaining the school's Islamic values. Method: This community service was carried out from February to June 2024 through collaborative activities, including creating reading corners, literacy training, basic computer and Canva workshops, interactive numeracy sessions, creative classroom projects, and environmental literacy programs. The participants were students in grades 5 and 6, teachers, and the broader school community. Result: The program successfully established a functional reading corner with 73 books, improved student literacy through storytelling activities, introduced basic computer and Canva skills, revitalized classroom bulletin boards with student creations, developed a multilingual educational garden, enhanced numeracy understanding through interactive media, and fostered entrepreneurial skills through student projects. Students showed increased confidence, creativity, and digital literacy. Conclusion: The Kampus Mengajar program made a significant contribution to improving literacy, technology, and student creativity at SD IT Ibnu Abbas Lampung while remaining aligned with the school's mission of Islamic character development. Sustainable collaboration between students, teachers, and the Kampus Mengajar team is crucial for long-term improvements in educational quality.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Kepemimpinan menjadi salah satu hal yang harus dimiliki oleh kepala sekolah. Guru memiliki peran penting dalam pendidikan. Kinerja guru pun perlu ditingkatkan. kepala sekolah memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk sekolah, terutama dalam mendorong tingkat kemandirian kelembagaan yang lebih tinggi. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini menganalisis kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) jenis descriptive review. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang berasal dari artikel ilmiah nasional dalam rentang tahun 2019 hingga 2023. Basis data yang digunakan yaitu Google Scholar. Kata kunci yang digunakan yaitu, kepala sekolah, kepemimpinan, kinerja guru. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Hasil reviu menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara positif dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui fungsi manajemen yang tepat, aplikasi gaya kepemimpinan yang sesuai dan juga pemberian motivasi kepada guru. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, adanya keterbatasan metode yang dilakukan dalam studi yang dilakukan dan juga perlunya pengembangan keilmuan yang signifikan untuk studi lebih lanjut dalam bidang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah.Kata kunci:  kepala sekolah, kepemimpinan, kinerja guruDOI: 10.23960/jmmp .v11.i2.2023.03

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model pembelajaran Inquiry Social Complexity (ISC) terhadap keterampilan menulis cerpen peserta didik kelas IV. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-eksperimental dengan one-group pretest-posttest design. Populasi berjumlah 40 peserta didik kelas IVA dan IVB, serta sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 peserta didik kelas IVA di sebuah SD di Kabupaten OKU Timur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes menulis cerpen sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model Inquiry Social Complexity (ISC). Analisis data menggunakan paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan pada keterampilan menulis cerpen peserta didik setelah penerapan model Inquiry Social Complexity (ISC). Nilai rata-rata hasil menulis cerpen meningkat dari 56,1 menjadi 84,55. Hasil output independent samples test (uji-t) menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Nilai 0,000 merupakan nilai yang lebih kecil atau kurang dari 0,05. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan model Inquiry Social Complexity (ISC) memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan menulis cerpen peserta didik.

Abstract

Post-pandemic Transformational leadership on Learning Loss Quality of Education. Objectives: The main problem of the research is a learning loss. The research aims to determine the effect of principal’s transformational leadership to solve learning loss problem. Methods: The research type was a quantitative. The population in this study was 1997 state junior high school teachers in Bandar Lampung. This research uses cluster random sampling with a total sample of 226 teachers. The data collection technique used questionnaire with a likert scale. The data were analyzed by using Pearson's Moment Product, Coefficient Correlation Pearson in SPSS and Kolmogorof Smirnov test. Findings: The results showed that each variable of transformational leadership could solve the problem of learning loss with a positive effect by 9,7%, while 90.3% was influenced by other unexamined variables. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of principal supervision on the performance of State Elementary School teachers in SD Negeri Sekecamatan Metro Barat. This type of research is ex post facto. The research population is 103 teachers and the research sample is 82 teachers. The sampling technique in this study uses a non-probability technique, namely cluster sampling. The data collection technique uses questionnaires. The data analysis uses a simple linear regression formula. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the supervision of the principal on teacher performance with an F count of calculation = 74.533 with a significance level of 0.001< 0.05. Thus, the contribution of variable X to variable Y is 48.2%, the remaining 51.8% is influenced by other factors outside the study.

Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 1 Sumberagung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan concept mapping terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 1 Sumberagung. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian adalah penelitian eksperimen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimental desain dengan nonequivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 45 peserta didik dengan sampel sebanyak 45 peserta didik yang ditentukan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan non tes. Dari pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t (independent sampel t-test) hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) 0,037 < 0,05 maka ditolak dan diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan concept mapping terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 1 Sumberagung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a learning model that not only improves students' understanding of inquiry innovation on the concept of recycling and organic waste management but also builds environmental awareness and responsibility. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research sample used purposive sampling; junior high school students at this school were selected because they have a vegetable garden, in accordance with the needs of the investigation activities. Data were collected through an inquiry sheet, then analyzed descriptively, and environmental actions were reviewed for gender differences through a questionnaire tested with MANOVA, with the results of Sig. 0.023 < 0.05 for student attitudes and Sig. 0.083 > 0.05 for knowledge, which means that only gender influences students' environmental actions. In the context of ESD, which demands social action and environmental responsibility, it turns out that female students can be more prominent in attitudes. This explains why gender can influence attitudes. Furthermore, this study is a reflection on the relationship between environmental awareness and real actions. The implications of research activities that involve students in observing, researching, and analyzing the life cycle of BSF maggots and their role in decomposing organic waste create a learning experience oriented towards sustainability awareness.

Abstract

Teaching strategies implemented by educators in elementary schools have not yet fully addressed the diverse disciplinary characteristics of students. This study aims to describe educators’ understanding of variations in students’ disciplinary character, identify the teaching strategies employed, analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in their implementation, and explain the impact of these strategies on the development of student discipline. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, strengthened by source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that educators understand differences in students’ disciplinary character, as reflected in aspects such as attendance, compliance with rules, and responsibility in completing tasks, and respond to these differences by applying positive reinforcement, individual approaches, role modeling, habituation, and flexible learning methods. The effectiveness of these strategies is supported by parental cooperation and school policies, while the obstacles include differences in students’ backgrounds, uneven learning motivation, and limited time for classroom management. Overall, the implementation of adaptive and consistent teaching strategies has been shown to have a positive impact on improving student discipline, particularly in terms of rule compliance and task completion.
