Abstract

Marketing communication is a process carried out by a company in coordinating several promotional elements and other marketing activities so that communication is established with the company's consumers. Currently, there are many websites that have been widely used as promotion media of a product to find out the problems in the marketing management information system that has been implemented in the company. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out further analysis using PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency and Service). The PIECES method is used to analyze marketing management information systems that have been implemented previously. After analyzing the existing marketing management information system, it is necessary to optimize it using the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) method to increase website visitor traffic. From the results of the analysis and application of the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) method, it was found that there were 892 visitor traffic in 1 month, 729 users obtained from Direct, 245 Referral users, 31 Organic Social users, and 17 Organic Search users. The impact of this SEO method can only be felt after 4 to 6 months ormore with the implementation of SEO methods and activities carried out continuously as long as the website still exists so that the traffic continuously increases. Based on the results obtained, sites with SEOimplementation have a much higher amount of traffic and have great potential to be used as marketing websites with a wider customer reach compared to sites that do not implement the SEO method

Abstract

Pengelolaan lalu lintas maritim yang efektif menjadi tantangan penting dalam dunia modern, terutama dengan meningkatnya volume transportasi laut yang membutuhkan sistem navigasi yang aman dan efisien. Automatic Identification System (AIS) berperan penting dalam memantau pergerakan kapal, namun kemampuan sistem ini dalam mendeteksi perilaku anomali dan mengelola zona geografis tertentu masih terbatas. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem AIS berbasis teknologi Geovience dan Anomaly Detection dengan memanfaatkan kerangka kerja Angular pada front-end dan Node.js Express TypeScript pada back-end. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memproses data AIS yang diterima dalam format NMEA dari port maritim, yang kemudian didekode dan disimpan ke dalam basis data MongoDB. Teknologi geovience digunakan untuk menentukan zona navigasi yang aman, sementara deteksi anomali berbasis aturan diterapkan untuk mengidentifikasi aktivitas kapal yang tidak wajar, seperti pelanggaran rute atau kecepatan melebihi ambang batas. Hasil pemrosesan data divisualisasikan melalui antarmuka berbasis peta interaktif yang memungkinkan operator memantau lalu lintas kapal secara real-time dan menerima notifikasi terkait anomali. Pengembangan sistem ini mencakup beberapa langkah utama, mulai dari pemrosesan data AIS, implementasi geovience, pengembangan algoritma anomaly detection, hingga integrasi komponen back-end dan front-end. Hasil akhir dari tugas akhir ini adalah sebuah sistem yang mampu memberikan solusi terpadu untuk mendukung efisiensi dan keamanan navigasi maritim, dengan potensi aplikasi lebih lanjut pada pengelolaan wilayah perairan skala besar.

Abstract

With the integration of IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology), the data generated by the OT system can be easily processed and analyzed using the IT system, thereby synergistically increasing the efficiency and productivity of the company. In addition, to maximize machine performance, the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method can be applied to monitor production results. Therefore, the authors designed an integration system based on a software connector to connect the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Odoo. This system facilitates three communication protocols, namely Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, and Profinet. As proof of the success of the connector software, a bottle-sorting plant controlled by PLC was made. The data from the plant is acquired by the connector software and sent in real-time to ERP Odoo. In ERP Odoo, an analysis is carried out through manufacturing modules that are custom-made by applying the OEE method as a step in monitoring the production process. Through research conducted, this integration system has been successfully designed and implemented in a bottle-sorting plant. The results of a comparison between manual OEE calculations and OEE calculations in ERP Odoo found an error of 0.161%. Thus, the IT and OT integration system created has been successful and has made the production process more efficient and has provided significant benefits to the company

Abstract

This study proposes an ESP32-based system integration for real-time weather monitoring using meteorological sensors including wind speed, wind direction, and rainfall sensors. ESP32 is chosen as the main platform because of its capability in wireless communication (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth) and its efficiency in processing sensor data with low power consumption. This system combines meteorological sensors to measure wind speed, wind direction, and rainfall, which are then displayed directly on the Nextion screen. The collected data will be updated in real-time, providing easily accessible information. The purpose of this study is to develop an effective and integrated weather monitoring system. The test results show that this system can collect and display data accurately on Nextion, providing an efficient and practical weather monitoring solution.

Abstract

Delays in delivering aid, especially medicines, to areas affected by natural disasters can prolong the suffering of victims and increase the risk of death. Therefore, in this study we propose the creation of a fixed-wing (FW) UAV prototype that is capable of carrying emergency aid in the form of medicines to remote or isolated areas after a natural disaster. This type of UAV is capable of flying long distances with sufficient payload to deliver emergency aid to remote areas that are difficult to reach. This prototype is made with a balsa wood frame and a Styrofoam aircraft body. In addition, the prototype is equipped with a number of sensors such as GPS, altitude, speed, and digital cameras. To monitor the condition, position, and communication of the UAV while carrying out a mission, the operator on the ground is equipped with Ground Control System (GCS) software. The results of testing both mechanically, electrically, and software showed good performance so that this prototype is ready to be operated in areas affected by natural disasters.

Abstract

Krofta is a water purification technology widely used in industries, particularly in paper and tissue manufacturing. In this study, a Fuzzy logic-based control method is applied to the input and output parameters of the system. The developed system utilizes a Sugeno Fuzzy system with three main inputs: TSS (Total Suspended Solids), pH, and temperature, and an output parameter in the form of PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) to control the booster pump for injecting chemicals to maintain water quality. The water purification process involves the injection of a chemical agent, specifically a fennopol solution, which is pumped by a booster pump. The booster pump is controlled by an AC Dimmer module driver based on the PWM output generated by the Fuzzy method. During this process, data from each parameter is recorded in real-time using a MySQL database and displayed via a web interface, with both components interconnected. Based on the research findings, the accuracy results for the sensors are as follows: the temperature sensor has an average error of 2.736%, the pH sensor has an average error of 1.742%, and the TSS sensor has an average error of 4.10%. For the PWM parameter, the system achieves highly accurate PWM values, effectively optimizing the tested water parameters. In conclusion, the Sugeno Fuzzy method demonstrates an average accuracy of 97.1% in monitoring and controlling the system to support decision-making processes.

Abstract

This research evaluates an automatic cash payment system using an ESP32 microcontroller integrated with a bill acceptor, a Rp1000 coin acceptor, and a coin hopper. The system is designed to accept banknote and coin payments and dispense change automatically. The system was fully tested for 40 transactions. Results showed a success rate of 87.5% with the most problems being the incorrect reading of banknotes and coin positioning. Abstract

Perusahaan Pengolahan Kelapa Sawit di Surabaya merupakan perusahaan manufaktur. Organisasi ini berpegang pada Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 50 Tahun 2012 dengan menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja. Sebagai bagian dari sistem ini, penilaian kinerja (Key Performance Indicators) dilakukan setiap bulan selama satu tahun. Penilaian kinerja atau yang dikenal dengan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) merupakan aspek penting yang memerlukan pertimbangan matang dalam perusahaan. Namun penilaian kin erja di perusahaan ini dirasa kurang efektif karena hanya terkonsentrasi pada satu departemen saja. Akibatnya, proses penilaian kurang efektif karena masing-masing departemen harus menunggu jadwal yang telah ditentukan untuk melakukan penilaian sehingga menghambat efisiensi. Evaluasi kinerja yang disebut juga dengan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) memerlukan pengembangan sistem informasi penilaian kinerja berbasis web berdasarkan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja yang dituangkan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 50 Tahun 2012. Perancangan website menggunakan HTML sebagai dasar dasar untuk memfasilitasi pengembangan situs web dan manipulasi database, menggunakan PHP dan MySQL secara bersamaan. Kemanjuran dan kesesuaian sistem informasi ini dinilai dengan memberikan Kuesioner USE kepada 40 peserta. Para peserta dipilih berdasarkan respon skala Likert yang berkisar antara 1 sampai 4. Berdasarkan studi Kuesioner efektivitas yang dilakukan terhadap 40 peserta, penilaian tingkat manfaat dan kegunaan adalah 88%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang diusulkan sangat layak dan dapat dimanfaatkan secara efektif.

Abstract

Laboratorium memiliki aset berupa alat praktikum dan penunjangnya yang dapat dipinjamkan kepada mahasiswa untuk keperluan operasional. Saat ini, teknisi laboratorium masih menggunakan pencatatan peminjaman alat laboratorium secara manual menggunakan buku kemudian akan diinput data tersebut ke program Microsoft Excel. Hal tersebut akan menimbulkan kurangnya efisiensi proses peminjaman dan lamanya proses pelaporan data. Oleh karena itu, solusi penanggulangan masalah tersebut yaitu membuat sistem peminjaman otomatis inventaris laboratorium menggunakan RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) yang terintegerasi dengan database menggunakan Website yang berfungsi menampilkan interface data peminjaman alat laboratorium sehingga proses peminjaman menjadi lebih efisien dan terstruktur. Sehingga pada penelitian waktu performa kecepatan pengiriman pada alat ini menghasilkan proses pemindaian RFID dapat dilakukan pada jarak 5-50mm dengan kecepatan penerimaan rata-rata 1,2 detik. Dan kecepatan akses website memiliki rata-rata 32 mili detik. Sedangkan kecepatan penerimaan data tag dari alat ke website memiliki rata-rata 3.73 detik. Waktu performa penerimaan pada sistem dipengaruhi oleh cepat atau lambatnya jaringan dan kemampuan device yang sedang digunakan.

Abstract

Kualitas standarisasi kelayakan kemasan menjadi parameter utama pada bidang industri untuk mencapai visi dan misi perusahaan dalam memastikan produk yang dihasilkan telah memenuhi standar yang diharapkan. Sistem pemilahan produk umumnya masih dilakukan dengan cara manual dengan pengamatan visual yang rentan terhadap ketidakakuratan dan interpretasi subjektif oleh operator yang menyebabkan kesalahan dalam mengenali produk. Penelitian ini melakukan perancangan sistem sortir produk dengan penambahan arsitektur UNet-Inception pada model CNN. Arsitektur UNet-Inception yang dikembangkan peneliti memiliki konstruksi layer konvolusi sebanyak 5 layer, pooling layer sebanyak 2 layer, up sampling 1 layer, serta pola concatenate sebanyak 1 layer, penambahan layer inception convolutional (Concv2D) dengan neuron hidden sebanyak 128 neuron. Model dengan penambahan arsitektur UNet-Inception berhasil mencapai tingkat akurasi training yang lebih tinggi daripada model tanpa arsitektur UNet-Inception dengan perbandingan yakni 98,39% berbanding 71,47%. Pada pengujian deteksi real-time didapatkan akurasi sebesar 93,34%. Sistem yang diciptakan mampu melakukan klasifikasi produk dengan sangat baik berdasarkan karakteristik bercak pada panjang bercak 3 cm, 5 cm, dan 7 cm, dengan akurasi keberhasilan mencapai 100%. Sistem integrasi dalam bentuk sortir yang telah diimplementasikan berhasil memberikan respons aksi reject yang sesuai dengan hasil deteksi produk cacat dengan akurasi keberhasilan mencapai 100%.
