Abstract

This study aims to give a thorough synthesis of the state of the art in the subject by methodically reviewing the literature to identify important leadership philosophies that impact employee creativity. The PRISMA procedure was adopted to carry out a systematic literature review (SLR). In order to find relevant peer-reviewed papers released between 1995 and 2023, the study performed a systematic search of scholarly databases, including Sciencedirect, Emerald, and MDI. Recognition, screening, qualification assessments, and inclusion phases were all part of the selection process. To find recurrent patterns and connections, the data taken from the chosen studies was subjected to theme synthesis and coding analysis. The findings reveal that transformational and participative leadership styles are the most influential in fostering employee IWB. Key factors contributing to this relationship include leader support, motivation, and an organizational culture that encourages risk-taking and knowledge sharing. Additionally, transactional leadership was found to have a mixed impact depending on organizational context and employee autonomy levels. The study reveals that employee IWB is greatly influenced by leadership styles, with transformational leadership having the most beneficial benefits. By providing perspectives into organizational policies and leadership development initiatives targeted at generating innovation, the research advances both theory and practice. The moderating effect of industry-specific factors and organizational culture should be investigated in future studies. By using a methodical and rigorous approach, this study fills gaps in the literature and lays the groundwork for future empirical research by offering a thorough synthesis of leadership styles in relation to IWB into the relationship between innovation and leadership styles.

Abstract

Makalah ini membahas tentang penanganan Sign On dan Sign Off buku pelaut crew kapal Cavalo Marinho 11 oleh PT. Samudera Sukses Indonesia Batam. Kesimpulannya, penanganan Sign On dan Sign Off buku pelaut crew kapal Cavalo Marinho 11 oleh PT.

Abstract

This study investigates how entrepreneurial marketing and digital engagement influence innovative work behavior in Indonesian tourism MSMEs, while also examining the moderating role of social media algorithms. Drawing on the Resource-Based View, the study conceptualizes entrepreneurial marketing and digital engagement as critical intangible resources that potentially drive firm-level innovation. Employing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling with data from tourism MSMEs, the findings reveal that digital engagement significantly enhances innovative work behavior, whereas entrepreneurial marketing shows a marginally significant impact. Contrary to expectations, the moderating effects of social media algorithms were not statistically significant, indicating these external digital dynamics may not meaningfully shape the resource-innovation linkages. These insights extend theoretical discussions by emphasizing the differentiated contributions of internal capabilities and the limited moderating role of external algorithmic factors. Practically, the study highlights the necessity for MSME managers to invest in robust digital engagement strategies to cultivate innovation. Future research could explore additional moderating variables or adopt cross-industry perspectives to enrich the understanding of innovation dynamics in small enterprises. This research thus provides both theoretical and practical contributions, underscoring how internal digital competencies predominantly drive innovative behaviors within the context of Indonesia’s evolving tourism sector.

Abstract

This study conducted a sentiment analysis on 100,000 user reviews of the Kredivo app to assess user satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in the context of digital finance. Leveraging Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) for feature extraction and employing Logistic Regression and Support Vector Machine (SVM) models, the analysis revealed a predominantly positive user sentiment, with 62% of the reviews classified as positive, 25% as negative, and 13% as neutral. Positive reviews frequently highlighted the app's ease of use and quick access to credit, indicating high satisfaction with its functionality and convenience. In contrast, negative reviews commonly cited issues with customer service responsiveness and transparency around fees, suggesting areas where the app could enhance user experience. Visualizations, including a confusion matrix and sentiment distribution charts, further illustrated the model's accuracy and user sentiment patterns. The study’s findings align with previous research in digital finance, which emphasizes the critical role of user feedback in app development and user retention. However, unique insights regarding the challenges faced by buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) platforms like Kredivo were also observed, notably around customer service and fee transparency. The study highlights the potential of sentiment analysis as a tool for digital finance app developers to continuously improve service quality. Limitations include potential biases in the dataset and model limitations, suggesting future research directions that incorporate additional data sources and advanced NLP models.

Abstract

Underweight among children under five remains a major nutritional problem that affects physical growth and cognitive development. One of the non-pharmacological approaches to improve appetite and digestion is Tuina massage, a traditional Chinese therapy that stimulates specific meridian points related to the digestive system. However, empirical evidence on its effectiveness in improving dietary patterns among underweight children is still limited. This study aimed to determine the effect of Tuina massage on improving eating patterns among underweight children under five years old in 2024. This research employed a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest approach conducted from October to December 2024 across seven health centers in Banten Province, including Cisimeut Health Center, Azzahra Maja Primary Clinic, Pasar Baru Health Center, Tambak Menteng Hospital, Cipanas Inpatient Health Center, and two private midwife clinics (PMB Desy Sri Latipah and PMB Iis Parhati). The Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used to analyze pretest and posttest differences in dietary patterns. Statistical analysis showed a significant improvement in dietary patterns after Tuina massage intervention (p < 0.05) across all study sites. Tuina massage effectively enhances eating behavior among underweight children and may serve as a complementary, non-pharmacological therapy for improving nutritional intake in early childhood.

Abstract

This study explores community empowerment and nutritional interventions to address stunting in Purangi Subdistrict, Sendana District, Palopo City, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The primary objective is to enhance community capacity and improve the nutritional status of children under five years of age using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. This method leverages local assets, including community seed gardens and the transformation of land into nutrition gardens. Interventions included the provision of nutrition packages, caregiving, and the introduction of moringa leaf pudding as an innovative complementary food. Nutritional progress was monitored through the EPPBGM application provided by the local health center. Implemented from September to October 2024, the program yielded promising outcomes. Community assets were effectively mobilized through coordinated efforts with the local government and related agencies. As a result, one child successfully transitioned out of the stunting category. Nevertheless, further investigation is required to analyze the nutritional composition of the moringa pudding and evaluate its long-term effectiveness as a dietary intervention.
