This study aims to determine the condition and management of the Laguna beach tourist destination and describe the socio-economic impact of Laguna beach tourism on the social changes of the people of Pao-Pao Village, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. This research was conducted in January-February 2022. The sampling method used was the purvosive sampling method with the following criteria, informants and the entire community who were considered to know in-depth information and problems and could be trusted as valid data sources and were willing to be interviewed. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. In Laguna beach tourism there are socio-economic impacts that affect the survival of the community which are felt by managers, traders/business actors and the local community, where the social impact on Laguna beach tourism, the community experiences changes in people's thinking patterns in responding to education and the times so that social interaction develops. over time, but it can still be monitored and overcome if it is negative and the economic impact that occurs, the community can open a business/sell-sell so as to increase their income. In improving the social welfare of the community, it can be done by developing lagoon beach tourism with the support of good facilities and infrastructure, cleanliness and safety as well as socio-economic impacts that provide social change for the community, whether it is a decent and harmonious life, even though the changes require a long period of time.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence fresh fish purchasing decisions and determine the characteristics of fresh fish consumers at TPI Paotere during the Covid-19 pandemic, Makassar City using the factor analysis method. This research was conducted at Paotere Fish Auction Place in Makassar City from March to April 2021. The sampling method uses nonprobability sampling technique with accidental sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis used is factor analysis and the KMO and Barlett's Test. The results showed that there are 6 dominant factors consisting of 18 variables that influence the decision to buy fresh fish at TPI Paotere during the Covid-19 pandemic. The dominant factors influencing fresh fish purchase decisions at TPI Paotere during the Covid-19 pandemic consist of personal factors consisting of lifestyle variables, role and status in the family, price, social class standards, easy payment, and habits; Covid-19 pandemic factors consisting of supply variables during the pandemic, New Normal, and nutritional needs during the pandemic; location factors consisting of the largest fish market variables, fish quality, convenient location; and diversity of fish types, social environment factors consisting of family influence and friend influence variables; respondent characteristics factors consisting of age and occupation / position variables; and service factors consisting of service variables.

Tracer study dijalankan dalam rangka mengevaluasi program studi agar berjalan dengan baik sesuai ketentuan-ketentuan yang sudah ditetapkan. Ketentuan-ketentuan tersebut dibuat dalam rangka menciptakan lulusan dari suatu program studi yang unggul dan memiliki dampak bagus bagi perkembangan institusi. Hal ini tentu berlaku juga untuk program studi Perbankan Syariah Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof DR HAMKA yang menginginkan program studi ini bisa berkembang dan memiliki kualitas yang bagus, maka tracer study adalah langkah terbaik dalam mencapai hal tersebut. Dalam melakukan tracer study ini ada empat tahapan yang perlu dilakukan, yaitu mulai dari pengembangan konsep dan instrumen, dilanjutkan dengan pengumpulan data, kemudian analisis data yang sudah terkumpul, dan terakhir adalah penyusunan laporan hasil tracer study. Kegiatan ini dilaksanan dari bulan Agustus sampai awal oktober 2023. Penelusuran yang dilakukan kepada alumni jurusan Perbankan Syariah Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof DR HAMKA yang lulus pada tahun 2022. Tracer study yang dilakukan pada program studi Perbankan Syariah Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof DR HAMKA menggunakan metode survei kepada para alumni yang sudah lulus dan kepada para pengguna lulusan. Pendalaman hasil survei dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam kepada beberapa alumni dan pengguna lulusan terpilih untuk memperkuat temuan hasil tracer study untuk perbaikan layanan pembelajaran di program studi Perbankan Syariah Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof DR HAMKA. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof DR HAMKA khususnya program studi Perbankan Syariah telah terlaksana dengan baik, namun ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan yaitu peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa Perbankan Syariah dalam menerapkan Al Islam Kemuhammadiyahaan dan juga keterbatasan dalam berkomunikasi untuk menjalin kerjasama sehingga mampu memperoleh pekerjaan terbaik.

This study aims to analyze the impact of virtual team dynamics on organizational performance in sharia, with a remote work optimization strategy as a mediating variable at Bank Muamalat Padang City. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through a survey of employees who work in virtual teams in sharia economy-based organizations with a sample of 85 respondents. The analysis model used is structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the relationship between virtual team dynamics, organizational performance, and the moderation role of remote work optimization strategies. The results showed that collaboration and communication have a significant influence on Optimizing Remote Work Strategies, while trust has no significant effect on Optimizing Remote Work Strategies. Collaboration and communication have a significant influence on Organization Performance, while trust has no significant effect on Organization Performance. In addition, Optimizing Remote Work Strategies has not been shown to have a significant effect on Organization Performance. The results of the study show that Optimizing Remote Work Strategies does not mediate the influence of organizational performance trust, The results of the study show that Optimizing Remote Work Strategies can mediate the influence of Collaboration on Organization Performance and the results of the study show that Optimizing Remote Work Strategies cannot mediate the influence of Communication on Organization Performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh handling of complaint, persepsi terhadap teknologi informasi dan risiko terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan internet banking di Bank Syariah Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis regresi linear berganda dan dibantu dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil penilitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Handling of Complaint (X1) nilai signifikansinya 0,040 < 0.05 (lebih kecil). Hal ini menunjukkan Handling of Complaint (X1) memiliki pengaruh secara signifikansi terhadap minat nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia dalam menggunakan internet banking. Persepsi teknologi informasi (X2) nilai Signifikansinya 0,010<0.05 (lebih kecil). Hal ini menunjukkan Persepsi Teknologi Informasi (X2) memiliki pengaruh secara signifikansi terhadap minat nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia dalam menggunakan internet banking. pada variabel risiko (X3) nilai signifikansinya 0,041<0.05 (lebih kecil). Hal ini menunjukkan Risiko (X3) memiliki pengaruh secara signifikansi terhadap minat nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia dalam menggunakan internet banking. Pada variabel (simultan) Handling of Complaint (X1), persepsi teknologi informasi (X2), risiko (X3) terhadap minat nasabah (Y) memiliki signifikansi sebanyak 0.000<(lebih kecil) dari 0.05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa handling of complaint (X1), persepsi teknologi informasi (X2), risiko (X3) memiliki pengaruh secara signifikansi terhap minat nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia dalam menggunakan internet banking.

This study aims to understand the extent of the influence of understanding of Financial Literacy and Digital Financial Literacy on the Customer's decision to use financial services, especially considering the role of Social Media as a medium of information delivery and interaction. Using quantitative method, this study examines the effect of one variable on another, where there are three types of variables involved, namely independent variables in the form of financial literacy and digital financial literacy, dependent variables in the form of financial inclusion, and moderator variables in the form of social media. Sharia Bank customers in Tangerang City were the object of this study, with data collected through a Likert scale questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the variables used are able to explain the intention of Islamic Bank Customers towards Financial Inclusion with a good level of accuracy. The direct effect of digital financial literacy and social media variables on financial inclusion is significant, while moderation by social media is only significant in the relationship between financial literacy and financial inclusion.

This research aims to measure the implementation of environmentally friendly human resource management. The role of environmentally friendly human resource management in sustainable performance which includes environmentally friendly lighting which currently does not use physical documents in this process, work management and completion in the process has minimized the use of paper because in the current era digitalization is used. , as well as in the training process in research. The research method used is this research uses qualitative descriptive research. This research design was carried out by collecting secondary data to review several journals and publications related to the objectives of this research. The research results show the success of an organization in implementing environmentally friendly human resource management based on Riveuw literature which can be implemented with a Green Recruitment and Selection program, apart from that there is Green Training and Development as well as a Green Performance Management program and finally the Green Reward and Compensation program..

Indonesia has a diversity of destinations and natural and cultural wealth; major assets that other countries might not have. Tourists' desire to travel is undoubtedly diverse. Hence, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia carried out promotions to increase the number of tourist visits by providing halal tourism locations that promoted the Muslim-friendly concept. This study determines the impact of halal awareness, service quality, and promotion on visitor decisions through destination imagery. The research method was descriptive quantitative, incorporating a purposive sampling technique to select participants who are visitors or people who have visited Kota Tua. The present study data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents who had visited Kota Tua tourist attractions in the past six months. The data analysis technique used was path analysis using SPSS software. The Cronbach's Alpha value for every variable was greater than 0.60, which implies the questions were trustworthy and it was possible to use each one. Based on the path analysis, halal awareness, service quality, and promotion impact on destination imagery has an R Square (R2) of 0.364 or 36.4%. The impact of halal awareness, service quality, and promotion on visitor decisions has an R2 of 0.548 or 54.8%. The findings indicated that halal awareness has a significant impact on destination imagery. Service quality promotion did not have a significant impact on destination imagery. Halal awareness and service quality did not significantly impact visitor decisions. Promotion and destination imagery had a significant impact on visitor decisions.

This study aims to determine and analyze Digital Financial Literacy and Financial Stress and Hardship: Mediation Analysis of Positive Financial Behavior Using Digital Finance on Financial Well-Being in Young Muslim Married Couples in Tangerang. This type of research uses quantitative with a causality approach using primary data in the form of questionnaires as a source of data collection. This study used Random Sampling of Young Muslim Married Couples in Tangerang with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the help of SmartPLS software version 4. The results showed that 1) DFL has no positive effect on FWB. 2) DFL has no positive effect on PFBUDF. 3) FSH has no positive effect on PFBUDF. 4) FSH has a positive effect on FWB. 5) PFBUDF has a positive effect on FWB. 6) PFBUDF does not play a significant role in mediating DFL and FWB. 7) PFBUDF plays a significant role in mediating FSH and FWB.
