Abstract

The 2024 Presidential Election has produced three pairs of presidential and vice presidential candidates, namely Anies Rasyid Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar, Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud M.D, and Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka, each of whom is supported by a coalition of parliamentary political parties resulting from the 2019 election and non-parliamentary political parties. Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka was promoted and supported by the coalition of 7 parliamentary and non-parliamentary political parties with 261 seats equal to 45.39% proposing the vision and mission of ASTA GITA and the Best Results Fast program, which is the implementation of the national ideology based on Article 33 of the Constitution with the principles of kinship and identity politics based on popular democracy and economic identity with a middle way economic school. This study is to elaborate on Prabowo Subianto's understanding, commitment, thoughts, and actions as stated in his vision, mission, and programs. Explanatory descriptive methods with a qualitative approach and interpretive analysis in a biographical model are used to obtain meaning and connections between national ideology and multidimensional political and economic identities. The results of the study show that ideology, political identity, and economics are interrelated between the figure of the Presidential candidate and the political work of political party machines and community choices which strengthen the legitimacy of identity, or give rise to resistance to different identities as a rejection of various forms of domination and hegemony from social actors in society. Abstract

Tari topeng kacirebonan adalah salah satu peninggalan tradisi kebudayaan nenek moyang kita semenjak abad ke 12 di era kerajaan Majapahit, Pada saat tersebut tari topeng mulai diperkenalkan kepada keluarga kerajaan-kerajaan di daerah Majapahit dan sampai ke Demak. Dari Demak tarian ini terbawa bersama penyebaran pengaruh politik Demak. Demak yang pesisir ini memperluas pengaruh kekuasaan dan Islamisasinya di seluruh daerah pesisir Jawa, yang ke arah barat sampai di Keraton Cirebon dan Keraton Banten. Inilah sebabnya berita-berita Belanda menyebutkan keberadaan tarian in di Istana Banten. Banten dan Cirebon, sedikit banyak membawa kebudayaan Jawa-Demak, terbukti dari penggunaan bahasa Jawa lamanya. Tari topeng Cirebon mengundang tanda tanya akibat daya pesonanya yang tinggi, tidak saja di Indonesia tetapi juga di luar negeri. Tari Panji, yang merupakan tarian pertama dalam rangkaian Topeng Cirebon, adalah sebuah misterium. Sampai sekarang belum ada koreografer Indonesia yang mampu menciptakan tarian serupa untuk menandinginya. Penulis dalam artikel kebudayaan ini membatasi metode penelitian artikel ini dalam kajian teori kebudayaan analisis Text berdasarkan teori kebudayaan Prof. Mudjahirin Thohir dan permasalahannya tentang seputar pencarian makna dari simbol pada tari kacirebonan dengan menggunakan teori yang terkait serta bagaimana symbol-symbol itu di narasikan secara empiris terbatas pada tari topeng Cirebon. Abstract

Tanah longsor adalah gerakan lapisan tanah, batuan, dan material lainnya di suatu lereng menurun ke bawah secara tiba-tiba. Kabupaten Pasuruan termasuk dalam kategori 3 besar daerah rawan longsor di Jawa Timur. Kerugian materiil akibat longsor di Kecamatan Prigen pada Februari 2019 menjadi dasar diperlukannya analisis kerawanan longsor sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan untuk pencegahan dan mitigasi. Penelitian ini disusun untuk mengetahui dan memetakan tingkat kerawanan longsor di Desa Jatiarjo, Kecamatan Prigen, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode overlay di mana hasil pembobotan dari setiap parameter dihitung untuk menentukan kelas kerawanan longsor di daerah yang terdapat pada peta. Parameter penentu tingkat kerawanan longsor meliputi kemiringan lereng, curah hujan, tutupan/penggunaan lahan, jenis tanah, dan jenis batuan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa wilayah di Desa Jatiarjo, Kecamatan Prigen dengan penggunaan berupa kebun campuran, tegalan dan semak belukar dan kelas kelerengan 25%-45% memiliki potensi kerawanan longsor. Potensi kerawanan longsor tertinggi terdapat pada wilayah dengan semua jenis penggunaan lahan dan kelas kelerengan lebih dari 45%.

Abstract

Bullying adalah fenomena sosial yang semakin marak terjadi di sekolah. Ketidakseimbangan kekuasaan antara pelaku dan korban sering kali menjadi pemicu terjadinya bullying. Berdasarkan data PISA 2018, Indonesia menduduki peringkat kelima dari tujuh puluh delapan negara di dunia, dengan dampak yang sangat merugikan bahkan berakibat pada kematian korban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan peer support kolaboratif dalam bimbingan konseling untuk mereduksi bullying di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah literatur review dengan menganalisis 11 artikel ilmiah yang relevan yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2019-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peer support kolaboratif yang melibatkan kolaborasi antara siswa, guru, orang tua, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya dapat secara signifikan mengurangi bullying. Peer support kolaboratif membantu membangun solidaritas, keterampilan sosial, dan memperkuat intervensi yang melibatkan berbagai pihak. Pendekatan ini dapat menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang lebih aman, inklusif, dan mendukung kesejahteraan siswa. Dengan demikian, penerapan peer support kolaboratif dalam bimbingan konseling di sekolah dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk mereduksi bullying di sekolah.

Abstract

Abstract Through the character of discipline, children can learn the rules that exist in the family, school, and community environments. This study aims to analyze the application of the character value of discipline through the extracurricular activity of drum band at Semesta 3 Kindergarten B in Semarang. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The observation was carried out on 8 children, directly by observing the children's disciplined character through interactions between the teacher, the children and the trainer. Interviews were conducted with 1 drum band trainer and 4 classroom teachers. Interviews were conducted to find out how teachers discipline children. Documentation was carried out with notes, photos and videos. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman's data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. Triangulation of sources, techniques and time is used to verify the accuracy of the information. From the results of the study, the application of the character value of discipline through extracurricular activities such as drum bands was obtained, (1) Teachers make children get used to being on time, (2) Teachers make children get used to tidying up, (3) Teachers make children get used to lining up in front of the class, (4) Teachers make children take turns when taking drums, (5) The coach makes the children get used to performing drum band movements simultaneously or in unison, (6) The teacher makes the children get used to listening to directions. The researchers' advice is directed at schools to keep innovating and emphasizing character values in every extracurricular activity at school.   Abstrak Melalui karakter disiplin, anak dapat mengetahui aturan yang ada dilingkungan keluarga, sekolah, maupun masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan nilai karakter disiplin melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler drumband di TK-B Semesta 3 Semarang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Observasi dilakukan pada 8 anak, dilakukan secara langsung dengan melihat karakter disiplin anak melalui interaksi antara guru, anak dan pelatih. Wawancara dilakukakan dengan 1 pelatih drumband dan 4 guru kelas. Wawancara dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya guru dalam mendisiplikan anak. Dokumentasi dilakukan dengan catatan, foto serta video. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data Miles dan Huberman yaitu data collection, data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing/verification. Triangulasi sumber, teknik dan waktu digunakan untuk memverifikasi keakuratan informasi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh penerapan nilai karakter disiplin melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler drumband  seperti, (1) Guru membiasakan anak tepat waktu, (2) Guru membiasakan anak tidy up (3) Guru membiasakan anak baris di depan kelas, (4) Guru membiasakan anak bergiliran ketika mengambil drum, (5) Pelatih membiasakan anak melakukan gerakan drumband secara bersamaan atau serentak, (6) Guru membiasakan anak mendengarkan arahan. Saran peneliti ditujukan kepada sekolah agar tetap melakukan inovasi serta menekankan nilai-nilai karakter pada setiap kegiatan ekstrakulikuler disekolah. Abstract

Community forests in Gunungkidul have developed for a long time and are managed in a traditional way, known as pekarangan, moor and wono. Most of the community forest planting patterns found in Semoyo Village are agroforestry patterns, where trees are planted with a mix of various tree species and one type is dominated, for example teak or mahogany. This study aims to determine the differences in the shape of the diameter distribution of mahogany and teak in dry fields and yards which are dominated by one tree species. The method used is quantitative analysis to produce diameter distribution and draw a curve to describe the stand structure. The results showed that for the type of mahogany in the yard and moor in all class diameters, the number of trees was higher than teak. The diameter distribution of mahogany and teak both in the yard and dry land both showed a shape that resembled an inverted J and was successfully modeled using the exponential model.

Abstract

Inventory on Plantation Monitoring Assessment (PMA) Eucalyptus pellita at the aged of 30 months, measuring total height (h) and diameter at breast height (dbh). Height measurements were done using the Vertex. Measuring the total height of a tree whose crown has started to close (overlap)  requires more time to find the highest point of the tree, it is necessary to overcome it with a tool that is a height estimator model through the relationship between height and diameter at breast height (h-dbh). The study was conducted using two compartments of Eucalyptus pellita stands at the aged of 30 months. Sampling conducted by Systematic Sampling with Random Start. The data measured were total height (h) and diameter at breast height (dbh). Simple linear regression modeling h-dbh compiled for each compartment then carried out a goodness of fit test and validation using the Bias, SA and SR values, after that the regression line similarity was tested. The results showed that the two compartments have regression equations with the same slope and intercept, so that the two compartments can be threated as one dataset and the total height in the two compartments studied can be estimated using the equation h = 6,968 + 0,844 dbh.

Abstract

Guru memiliki peran strategis tidak hanya dalam aspek akademik, tetapi juga dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Pelatihan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PTCK) dirancang untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter ke dalam proses pembelajaran, sejalan dengan semangat Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan PTCK terhadap kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan pendidikan karakter serta dampaknya terhadap perkembangan karakter siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi-eksperimen dengan melibatkan dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen (guru yang telah mengikuti pelatihan PTCK) dan kelompok kontrol (guru yang belum mengikuti pelatihan). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol dalam hal peningkatan karakter siswa. Guru yang mengikuti pelatihan PTCK mampu menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis karakter secara lebih efektif. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa PTCK berkontribusi positif terhadap implementasi pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar pelatihan serupa dapat diakses secara lebih merata oleh seluruh guru, serta diiringi dengan kolaborasi antara sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Social engineering-based phishing is increasingly rampant in Indonesia, exploiting victims' psychological weaknesses to access illegal and spread false information. The main legal problem is the imperfection of regulations, such as the ITE Law and the Criminal Code, which do not accommodate the psychological manipulation aspect of this crime. This study aims to identify regulatory gaps related to the legal responsibility of phishing perpetrators and the effectiveness of regulations in dealing with this crime. The method used is normative juridical, with analysis of laws and regulations, literature studies, and reviews of court decisions. The findings show that the ITE Law focuses more on technical-based crimes, while the psychological aspect of phishing has not been explicitly regulated. failed to prove the perpetrator's intent (dolus) is an obstacle to law enforcement. The implication of this study is the need to revise the ITE Law to expand the scope of "illegal access" and integration with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDP Law). This reform is expected to improve legal protection for victims and strengthen the effectiveness of law enforcement against cybercriminals.
