Abstract

Tata kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang efektif merupakan faktor krusial dalam menunjang efisiensi operasional dan keberlanjutan layanan pada sektor transportasi publik. PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI), sebagai penyedia layanan transportasi berbasis rel, menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan tata kelola TI agar selaras dengan standar industri dan regulasi yang berlaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan tata kelola TI di KCI menggunakan framework COBIT 2019 serta merumuskan strategi peningkatan yang relevan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik konten dan gap analysis untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan antara kondisi eksisting dengan target kematangan. Evaluasi mencakup 22 domain COBIT 2019 yang terbagi dalam lima area utama: EDM, APO, BAI, DSS, dan MEA. Hasil asesmen menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar domain berada pada tingkat Defined (Level 3) dengan rata-rata maturity level sebesar 3,27, menandakan proses telah terdokumentasi namun belum optimal. Beberapa kesenjangan yang diidentifikasi meliputi rendahnya tingkat automasi, keterbatasan kompetensi SDM, serta pengelolaan risiko TI yang belum sistematis. Strategi peningkatan yang diusulkan meliputi penerapan IT Service Management (ITSM), adopsi teknologi cloud, pelatihan dan sertifikasi COBIT 2019, serta penerapan manajemen risiko berbasis ISO 31000. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam membantu KCI mencapai tata kelola TI yang lebih matang dan menjadi referensi pengembangan tata kelola TI di sektor transportasi lainnya.

Abstract

Teknologi Informasi (TI) menjadi tulang punggung operasional perusahaan transportasi modern, termasuk PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI). Tantangan digitalisasi dan tuntutan regulasi mengharuskan tata kelola TI yang matang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan tata kelola TI KCI berdasarkan framework COBIT 2019 untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan area perbaikan. Metode penelitian menggabungkan kuesioner (57 responden), wawancara mendalam dengan stakeholder TI, dan analisis dokumen kebijakan. Hasil menunjukkan tingkat kematangan Defined (3,27) dengan capaian tertinggi pada manajemen risiko (EDM03/nilai 80) dan keamanan informasi (DSS05/nilai 90), sementara arsitektur enterprise (APO03/nilai 65) dan manajemen data (APO14/nilai 55) perlu peningkatan. Analisis mengungkap keselarasan dengan standar BUMN meski terdapat empat rekomendasi strategis: (1) penyelarasan arsitektur TI-bisnis, (2) penguatan kerangka manajemen risiko, (3) implementasi kebijakan keamanan siber terpadu, dan (4) pengembangan program pelatihan SDM berbasis kompetensi. Temuan ini menjadi panduan bagi KCI dan operator transportasi sejenis dalam memperkuat tata kelola TI menghadapi era digital.

Abstract

The Nyadran ritual at the tomb of King Mataram Kotagede is the focus of this research, with the aim of explaining and analyzing the activity through the lens of theological theory. Every Ruwah month, Nyadran ceremony is held by Surakarta Hadiningrat Palace, where the theological aspects are analyzed with descriptive method to reveal the values systematically, integrally, and comprehensively. The main purpose of this ritual is to honor the spirits of the ancestors who played a role in establishing the Mataram Kingdom. The method used is field research. Data collection by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The result of this research is that the Nyadran ritual activities at the tomb of King Mataram Kotagede strengthen the efforts to extract local wisdom values. Exemplary is realized by respecting the struggle of the founders of the Mataram kingdom. Nyadran ceremony at the Tomb of King Mataram Kotagede is not only a customary tradition, but also a commemoration that contains historical, cultural, and spiritual values. The younger generation can emulate the main behavior. Javanese beliefs believe that the spirits of ancestors can provide blessings. Children and grandchildren are also expected to have a purposeful life.

Abstract

This research article aims to describe communities' participation through direct elections, citizen agreement, and the mandate of representatives with actor interaction in the 2018 Papua gubernatorial election. The regional heads who elected democratically manifest the implementation of direct elections mandated by Acts of 1945 with community participation. The participation of communities in gubernatorial elections comes to the polling places and then casts/elects the desired candidate. More than that, communities' participation explains in-depth the form of involvement and typology of community participation in organizing the Papua Gubernatorial Election. Political participation of Papua communities in terms of political participation related to elections (voting/electing). The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a case study method to explain the Papua communities' awareness at the Papua gubernatorial election. The data was collected using three methods, namely, the documentation study method, interview method, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with respondents from the General Elections Commission (KPU), the Regional Government of Papua Province, the Legislative and the Papuan People's Assembly (MRP), traditional figures, religious figures, academics, and Papua communities. Based on the quantitative calculation of communities participating in the gubernatorial election, it reached 88.44% of the total voters of 3,447,008 people who entered the final voter list, meaning that many communities used their voting rights. There were three mechanisms to facilitate community political participation in the Papua gubernatorial election, including direct mechanisms, citizen agreement, and representative mandates. Increasing the quality of political participation of communities in gubernatorial elections begins with regulations governing the legal norms of gubernatorial elections. It needs adjustment to the paradigm, and various experiences of holding Papua gubernatorial elections have been running to date. The standards that must be considered starting from the system, model, mechanism, and form of involvement of gubernatorial election organizers, so that the absolute and actual political participation of the community is formed.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the design of extreme poverty reduction policies in West Lombok District. The design of the policy refers to the substance/content of the policies developed for the reduction/prevention of extreme poverty used by the regions. A case study research approach is used to explore the design of extreme poverty alleviation policies. The West Lombok Regency government's policy on poverty alleviation contains various local government programs synergized in accelerating the acceleration of extreme poverty reduction. In addition, it is in the form of efforts to assist the poor for a movement that is actualized in bridging aid recipients to get out of poverty immediately. The construction of extreme poverty reduction policies in West Lombok Regency adopts the concept of an innovation hub to accelerate cross-government programs that target basic services (health and education) in interventions for individual/family change as well as increasing the business capacity of community groups.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat mengetahui secara mendalam mengenai penyakit PMK dan LSD dan peternak memiliki pengetahuan tingkat lanjut mengenai pencegahan dan pengobatan penyakit PMK dan LSD pada ternak. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2023 di Kecamatan Tamansari Kabupaten Boyolali. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah warga masyarakat dan kelompok ternak di Kecamatan Tamansari. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode focus group discussion dengan jumlah peserta 35 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Tamansari Kabupaten Boyolali menghasilkan peningkatan pengetahuan pada masyarakat dan kelompok ternak tentang penanganan ternak di masa wabah penyakit PMK dan LSD.

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes to the dynamics of this nation’s life. Its utilization can transform societal habits, as it not only increases efficiency within work frameworks but also demands the application of professional ethics through more advanced computational linguistics in a digital society. This research aims to analyze the role of information technology in supporting the implementation of professional ethics and to identify the challenges and opportunities arising from the integration of technology in professional practices using computational linguistics. The methods used include literature studies, document analysis, and case reviews related to professional ethics in the digital era. The findings show that information technology contributes to strengthening ethical values such as transparency, accountability, and information openness. However, technology also presents risks, including privacy violations, data misuse, and decreased professional integrity if not accompanied by adequate supervision and digital literacy. These findings affirm that the implementation of professional ethics must progress in tandem with technological development through clear regulations, increased ethical awareness, and secure digital infrastructure support. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of synergy between information technology and professional ethics to create a work environment that upholds integrity and earns public trust.

Abstract

The Sungai Pelang Village Forest, Block 11 Sub-block G, possesses a diversity of vegetation consisting of various species with different growth stages and has the potential to store carbon stocks. This research aims to estimate the biomass and carbon stocks of various woody plant species. The estimation uses a non-destructive method. The sampling method employed was the transect line method with a 10% sampling intensity, resulting in 13 observation plots with a distance of 63 meters between plots. The data collected included diameter, tree height, and the specific gravity of the species found. The results showed that the estimated total biomass is 87,40 tons/ha, and the carbon stock is 41,08 tons/ha, which is dominated by the tumih wood (Combretocarpus rotundatus (Miq.) Danser) and Geronggang (Cratoxylum arborescens).

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a web-based currency converter application that utilizes an Application Programming Interface (API) to provide real-time and accurate exchange rate data. The increasing intensity of global economic activities has created a growing need for fast and reliable currency conversion, while manual conversion methods are prone to errors and data inconsistencies. This research employs the Research and Development (R&D) approach using the waterfall development model, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The developed application provides two main features: an exchange rate calculator that performs automatic currency conversion based on real-time data, and a currency exchange history feature that presents exchange rate trends in graphical form within a selected period. Testing results indicate that the application runs reliably, delivers fast responses, and consistently displays up-to-date exchange rate information. In conclusion, the proposed application serves as an effective web-based solution for accessing accurate currency exchange information to support international financial activities.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has increased the use of email as a primary digital communication medium, while also contributing to the growing volume of spam emails that threaten productivity and information security through phishing and malware. An accurate and adaptive email spam classification system is therefore required. This study aims to analyze and compare the performance of BERT and RoBERTa transformer models for email spam classification. An experimental research approach was employed using an email dataset consisting of spam and non-spam (ham) classes. The research process includes data collection, text preprocessing, model fine-tuning, and performance evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and confusion matrix metrics. The results show that both BERT and RoBERTa achieve high classification performance. However, RoBERTa demonstrates superior results, particularly in terms of spam recall and overall accuracy, indicating a stronger ability to detect spam emails. This advantage is attributed to RoBERTa’s optimized pre-training strategy, which improves contextual semantic understanding of email content. In conclusion, RoBERTa is more effective than BERT for email spam classification and can serve as a reliable model for developing robust transformer-based spam detection systems.
