Abstract

Kemandirian belajar adalah aktivitas belajar yang dilakukan oleh siswa dengan tidak bergantung pada orang lain dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugasnya. Selain itu, kemandirian belajar juga mempengaruhi kepada hasil belajar siswa, karena apabila rendahnya sikap kemandirian siswa maka hasil belajar yang akan didapatkan juga rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa melalui layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik ability potential response pada siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 25 Banjarmasin. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling dan dilaksanakan dalam III siklus. Adapun hasil penelitian yang berhasil dicapai pada siklus III, yaitu aktivitas peneliti mencapai kategori sangat baik, aktivitas siswa mencapai kategori baik, dan peningkatan kemandirian belajar siswa mencapai kategori berhasil.Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII yang berjumlah 8 orang siswa. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi disertai rubrik penilaian, wawancara, dan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik ability potential response dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar pada siswa.____________________________________________________________________ Independent learning is a learning activity carried out by students by not depending on others in completing their tasks. In addition, learning independence also affects student learning outcomes, because if the student's attitude is low, the learning outcomes that will be obtained are also low. The purpose of this study is to increase student learning independence through group counseling services with the ability potential response technique for seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 25 Banjarmasin. The type of research used is guidance and counseling action research and is carried out in cycle III. The results of the research that were successfully achieved in the third cycle, namely the researcher's activity reached the very good category, the student's activity reached the good category, and increased student learning independence reached the successful category. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data instrument used is an observation sheet accompanied by an assessment rubric, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis used is qualitative data and quantitative data. The results showed that group counseling services with the ability potential response technique could increase students' learning independence.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang secara teoritis memberikan pengaruh terhadap pembentukan kepribadian individu adalah pola asuh. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengkaji hubungan pola asuh otoriter dengan kepribadian introvert. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 829 siswa SMP Negeri 9 Banjarmasin dengan sampel 196 siswa yang diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik angket dalam skala Likert, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis korelasi bivariat setelah sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas yang masing-masing diuji menggunakan rumus Pearson Product Moment dan Cronbach Alpha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pola asuh otoriter dan harga diri secara bersama-sama dengan kecenderungan siswa untuk menjadi introvert

Abstract

During the Covid 19 pandemic, lecture activities in the Guidance and Counseling study program were transferred to online media through the e-learning platform of the Integrated Lambung Mangkurat University Information System (SIMARI). This study aims to produce collaborative digital modules through the zedemy platform used in lectures in the Guidance and Counseling study program, determine the feasibility of collaborative digital modules and determine the level of student engagement in using collaborative digital modules. ASSURE model development research (Analyze Learner, State Objective, Select Methods, Media and Materials) choosing to conducted on students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program at Lambung Mangkurat University to determine student engagement with the use of modules. Module validation is carried out by material experts, media experts, and students. The feasibility of collaborative digital modules through the zedemy platform was assessed using a media expert eligibility sheet, material expert, and student involvement questionnaire in using the module. The results indicate the feasibility of the collaborative digital module shows a very feasible category in terms of media with a 103 of a maximum score of 116. Feasibility on the material aspect shows a very feasible category with a score of 97 out of a maximum score of 108 (89.81%). Student engagement showed a significant increase as indicated by the t-test results, obtained sig = 0.000. The mean of pretest = 55,35 and at posttest = 73.97. There is an increase in student engagement when using collaborative digital modules through the zedemy platform.

Abstract

Fenomena learning loss dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan hasil belajar atau dapat juga diartikan sebagai penurunan minat maupun kemampuan belajar. Pandemi Covid-19 mempunyai risiko terjadinya learning loss, dikarenakan penutupan sekolah untuk menghindari virus. Siswa yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam jaringan internet sebagai fasilitas pembelajaran online, akan lebih rentan untuk mengalami learning loss, seperti keterbatasan kuota internet atau kurangnya fasilitas perangkat elektronik untuk mengakses internet. Pembelajaran daring di SMP Negeri 1 Kapuas Barat dilaksanakan melalui aplikasi Whatsapp dan penyetoran tugas secara langsung di sekolah pada hari-hari tertentu sesuai peraturan yang disusun oleh sekolah. Berdasarkan Fenomena learning loss ini terutama permasalahan mengenai minat belajar, maka diperlukan program layanan bimbingan dan konseling berupa layanan informasi dengan menggunakan media video pembelajaran tentang informasi mengenai cara meningkatkan minat belajar siswa sehingga dapat menumbuhkan rasa antusias terhadap kegiatan belajar di masa pademi Covid-19. Layanan informasi dilakukan menggunakan strategi bimbingan kelompok dengan protokol kesehatan yang ketat dan diijinkan oleh orangtua siswa.

Abstract

Students who come from various regions with their own culture need self-resilience to be able to adjust to the conditions in their new environment. Self-resilience is the ability of individuals to face difficulties or obstacles become natural to live. Every Guidance and Counseling student has self-resilience different; this can be seen from the way students deal with and react to problems in a new environment, one of which is shock culture. This study por to determine the self-resilience of guidance and counseling students in terms of their area of origin. This research uses a quantitative approach with comparative research types. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire. with a random sampling technique that is taking a random sample from the existing population. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and analysis test chi-square. The focus in this study is to determine the differences in self resilience in terms of regional origin. Based on the results of the data analysis test, it was found that 91% of self-resilience was distinguished by regional origin. Based on these results it can be concluded that there are differences in self-resilience in terms of regional origin in the guidance and counseling students.

Abstract

Pemilihan peminatan karir yang tepat mempunyai arti penting bagi prospek kehidupan peserta didik di masa depan. Namun layanan peminatan karir yang dilaksanakan oleh guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) masih belum optimal karena masih menggunakan instrumen dan cara analisa manual. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat adalah memberikan keterampilan penggunaan dan kebermanfaatan layanan peminatan karir berbasis digital kepada guru BK di kota Banjarmasin. Mitra dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah guru BK yang tergabung dalam MGBK Kota Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 23 orang. Pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan tanggal 27 Juli 2022 yang bertempat di Gedung FKIP II ULM. Kegiatan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan bentuk cermah, pelatihan, diskusi dan tanya jawab serta evaluasi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukan bahwa layanan peminatan karir berbasis digital dapat memberikan keterampilan guru BK dalam menggunakan teknologi dan memberikan kebermanfaatan khususnya dalam penggunaan layanan peminatan karir berbasis digital sehingga bisa diterapkan pada sekolah masing-masing. Hasil tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) oleh tim pelaksana memberikan dampak kepada peningkatan kompetensi guru BK di kota Banjarmasin. Implikasi dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah layanan peminatan karir berbasis digital bisa digunakan oleh masing-masing guru BK di sekolah.Selection of the right career specialization has an important meaning for students' future life prospects. However, career specialization services carried out by Guidance and Counseling teachers are still not optimal because they use manual analysis methods and instruments. Community service aims to provide training on using digital-based career specialization services for counselling teachers in Banjarmasin. Partners in implementing this activity are counselling teachers who are members of the Banjarmasin City MGBK, a total of 23 people. The community service was held on July 27, 2022, at the ULM FKIP II Building. Community service activities are carried out in the form of lectures, training, discussions, questions and answers, and evaluations. The results of the implementation of this community service activity show that digital-based career specialization services can help counselling teachers work in using technology, especially in using digital-based career specialization services, so that they can be applied to their respective schools. These results indicate that the implementation of Pkm by the implementing team increased BK teachers' competence in Banjarmasin. This activity implies that each counselling teacher at school can use digital-based career specialization services.

Abstract

First-year students who were declared accepted in 2021 during the pandemic are high school alumni who did not choose their majors in higher education optimally because of the sudden and inadequate student admission procedures that also affected career aspirations. The purpose of this study is to describe the career aspirations of first-year students who enter as new students during the pandemic. The research method used is cross-sectional survei research method with data collection method using a problem checklist instrument developed by Ross L. Mooney. This study took respondents by random sampling and obtained 103 students who were declared accepted at Lambung Mangkurat University in 2021, filling was carried out in January-February 2022. The results showed that the learning and career aspects were in the below-average category, especially the sufficient category and the less category which shows the low career aspirations of students who are accepted into universities during the pandemic. Future researchers can then formulate, either in-depth exploration of career aspirations or planning interventions related to service management related to career aspirations. _____________________________________________________________ Mahasiswa tahun pertama yang dinyatakan diterima ditahun 2021 pada masa pandemi, adalah alumni sekolah menengah atas yang memilih jurusan di perguruan tinggi tidak secara maksimal karena prosedur penerimaan mahasiswa yang dikembangkan secara mendadak dan tidak memadai yang juga berpengaruh dengan aspirasi karier. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan aspirasi karir mahasiswa tahun pertama yang masuk sebagai mahasiswa baru pada masa pandemi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen problem checklist yang dikembangkan oleh Ross L. Mooney. Penelitian ini mengambil responden secara random sampling dan diperoleh 103 mahasiswa yang dinyatakan diterima di Universitas Lambung Mangkurat pada tahun 2021, pengisian dilakukan pada bulan Januari-Februari 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aspek belajar dan aspek karier yang berada pada kategori di bawah rata-rata, terutama kategori cukup dan kategori kurang yang menunjukkan rendahnya aspirasi karier mahasiswa yang diterima di perguruan tinggi pada masa pandemi. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat kemudian merumuskan, baik eksplorasi mendalam tentang aspirasi karier ataupun merencanakan intervensi terkait pengelolaan layanan terkait aspirasi karier.

Abstract

The difficulties experienced by students often make them want to give up or even run away from a problem. If someone wants to achieve success, he must have high fighting power in order to get maximum results. The ability of students to survive in difficult times is needed to be able to overcome these challenges.The purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of optimism and social support to the adversity quotient of SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin students. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of correlational research. The data collection tool used a social support and adversity question scale questionnaire, a sample of 306 was obtained from 1,039 students of SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that the contribution of optimism and social support to the adversity quotient was 70.9%, meaning that students had an optimistic attitude due to social support so they were able to show their adversity questient. If students are able to face and the environment provides encouragement or assistance then they have an optimistic attitude and high social support.

Abstract

Choosing the right career specialization significantly affects students' future life prospects. However, the career specialization service provided by the Guidance and Counselling (GC) teachers remains suboptimal due to the continued reliance on manual instruments, which results in protracted analysis periods. One challenge GC teachers face is their limited proficiency in utilizing technology to digitize instruments. The objective of providing training on digital-based career guidance services is to assist counseling teachers in analyzing career guidance instruments. Digital-based career guidance service training was provided to 26 counselling teachers who are MGBK SMP Barito Kuala Regency members with brain storming and hands-on practice methods guided by the Mandatory Research Lecturer Program team. The training yielded a 75% improvement in technology-related proficiencies, meaning counseling teachers are capable of implementing this digital career specialization service within their respective academic institutions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis keefektifan Teknik sosiodrama dalam menumbuhkan sumber daya sosial remaja. Metode yang digunakan jenis eksperimen dengan desain one group pre test-post test, dengan populasi 35 siswa dan sampel 5 siswa. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket dengan skala likert beserta pedoman eksperimen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Paires Sample T- Test, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 kurang dari taraf signifikan (a) = 0,05. Hasilnya menunjukkan setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama mampu menumbuhkan sumber daya sosial siswa. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan teknik sosiodrama melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok efektif dalam menumbuhkan sumber daya sosial peserta didik kelas XI C Jurusan Akuntansi di SMKN 1 Banjarnnasin. Kata kunci: bimbingan kelompok, teknik sosiodrama, sumber daya sosial
