Abstract

Loneliness merupakan gangguan perasaan yang dirasakan individu yang disebabkan oleh keinginan untuk memiliki hubungan sosial yang tidak tercapai sesuai harapan. Sementara itu, quarter life crisis merupakan krisis emosional yang ditandai dengan perasaan tidak yakin akan masa depan disertai kecemasan dan rasa terbebani. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh loneliness terhadap quarter life crisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pengaruh. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yang terdiri atas 291 mahasiswa angkatan 2023 Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan yang positif antara variabel loneliness dengan variabel quarter life crisis, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,772 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti hipotesis penelitian diterima. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat loneliness, maka semakin besar kemungkinan individu tersebut mengalami quarter life crisis, begitupun sebaliknya.

Abstract

Fenomena Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) kian marak di kalangan mahasiswa seiring meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-esteem, self-regulation, dan self-concept terhadap FoMO pada mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling FKIP ULM. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan teknik sampling jenuh, sebanyak 270 mahasiswa dijadikan responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel self-esteem, self-regulation, dan self-concept memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap FoMO. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa individu dengan harga diri, regulasi diri, dan konsep diri yang tinggi justru dapat lebih rentan mengalami FoMO. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami dinamika psikologis mahasiswa dalam konteks media sosial, serta menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan strategi bimbingan dan konseling yang relevan.

Abstract

The difficulties experienced by students often make them want to give up or even run away from a problem. If someone wants to achieve success, he must have high fighting power in order to get maximum results. The ability of students to survive in difficult times is needed to be able to overcome these challenges.The purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of optimism and social support to the adversity quotient of SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin students. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of correlational research. The data collection tool used a social support and adversity question scale questionnaire, a sample of 306 was obtained from 1,039 students of SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that the contribution of optimism and social support to the adversity quotient was 70.9%, meaning that students had an optimistic attitude due to social support so they were able to show their adversity questient. If students are able to face and the environment provides encouragement or assistance then they have an optimistic attitude and high social support.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the impact of gadget use on the imitative behavior of early childhood in Santa Maria Integrated Preschool and Kanaan Christian Integrated Preschool Banjarmasin. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to multi-site design, with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis stage involves two stages, namely site data analysis and cross-site data analysis. The results of the research are 1) positive impact: increased imagination and self-confidence; hone cognitive and social intelligence; and develop reading, numerical and problem solving skills. 2) negative impact: decreasing concentration and feeling lazy about learning to write and read without gadgets; worsens sociability; harm health and trigger addiction; and hinder progress in cognitive and language development.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis keefektifan Teknik sosiodrama dalam menumbuhkan sumber daya sosial remaja. Metode yang digunakan jenis eksperimen dengan desain one group pre test-post test, dengan populasi 35 siswa dan sampel 5 siswa. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket dengan skala likert beserta pedoman eksperimen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Paires Sample T- Test, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 kurang dari taraf signifikan (a) = 0,05. Hasilnya menunjukkan setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama mampu menumbuhkan sumber daya sosial siswa. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan teknik sosiodrama melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok efektif dalam menumbuhkan sumber daya sosial peserta didik kelas XI C Jurusan Akuntansi di SMKN 1 Banjarnnasin. Abstract

Orang tua mempunyai banyak kesempatan berinteraksi dan komunikasi dengan anak. Bentuk dan cara-cara interaksi dengan anak di dalam keluarga akan mempengaruhi tumbuh kembangnya karakter baik dan budaya prestasi anak. Penelitan ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menemukan strategi pelaksanaan kemitraan, upaya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kemitraan satuan PAUD dan keluarga. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu suatu metode mengamati, menganalisa dan menggambarkan fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan. Hasil analisis data penelitian disimpulkan bahwa strategi pelaksanaan kemitraan satuan PAUD dan keluarga yaitu  perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Upaya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kemitraan satuan PAUD dan keluarga dapat dilakukan dengan menyampaikan laporan hasil belajar kepada orang tua, menggunakan dokumen dan media sebagai wadah komunikasi dengan orang tua, dan melibatkan orang tua aktif dalam mendukung pembelajaran.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify the influence of intelligence and social self interest on the adaptation skill of the department of guidance and counseling students. This quantitative research used the multiple regression analysis. It used purposive total sampling technique, with sample of 38 students of Department of Guidance and Counseling, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM). The results show that intelligence and social self interest of the department of guidance and counseling students simultaneously influence the adaptation skill of 35.9%, while the remaining 64.1% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how to contribute each variable to the resilience of working and whether the two variables of optimism and social support together will contribute to the resilience of working on the thesis. This study aims to analyze the contribution of optimism and social support to the resilience of working on a thesis for the 2016-2017 Faculty of Educational Sciences Students, FKIP ULM. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of contribution research. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire with a purposive random sampling technique. This research was conducted on students of the Department of Education, FKIP ULM, Class of 2016-2017. The population in this study found 1,307 people, and a sample was obtained using an error rate of 1%, namely 440 students. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect; this means that there is a positive influence made by optimism and social support on the resilience of working on the thesis can be given in this study and so it is possible, valid, and generalized to the population of optimism and social support for resilience. working on a thesis for students of the Department of Education, FKIP ULM. The contribution of optimism and social support to the resilience of doing the thesis is 8.2%.

Abstract

Students in higher education often face dual academic and non-academic demands, which require the ability to manage time, energy, and responsibilities in a balanced manner. The inability to set priorities often triggers academic procrastination, namely the tendency to delay completing college assignments, which results in decreased academic achievement. Therefore, students need to have a clear scale of priorities to balance college activities with organisational involvement or other additional activities. One concrete form of this priority scale is goal setting, which plays a role in helping students formulate goals, manage responsibilities, and minimise academic procrastination behaviour. This study aims to analyse the effect of goal setting on the academic procrastination of students who participate in organisations. The method used in this study is quantitative with a type of influence research. The sample consisted of 280 students involved in organisations and was selected through a simple random sampling technique. Data were analysed using simple linear regression. Based on the simple regression analysis results, it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This indicates that goal setting (X) affects academic procrastination (Y) in students who participate in organisations. This is supported by the F-count value of 222.019 with a significance level of 0.001, which means it is less than 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that goal setting (X) influences academic procrastination (Y).

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and test the effectiveness of a Think-Pair-Share (TPS) guideline to enhance empathic communication as a preventive effort against bullying among junior high school students. The study employed the Borg and Gall Research and Development model, limited to the initial product trial stage because the guideline was not yet ready for broader dissemination. Participants consisted of seven ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 24 Banjarmasin who were selected based on low to moderate levels of bullying behavior, recommendations from the school counselor, and willingness to participate. The instruments included expert validation sheets, an empathic communication questionnaire based on Adler and Towne’s indicators, process evaluation, outcome evaluation, and a student satisfaction questionnaire. The feasibility test showed that the guideline was valid, with scores of 79.6% from the material expert, 91.5% from the media expert, and 97.9% from the practitioner. Normality testing indicated that the data were not normally distributed; therefore, the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test was used. The results showed a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), which indicates a significant increase in students’ empathic communication after participating in group guidance using TPS. In addition, process, outcome, and satisfaction evaluations were in the very high category._____________________________________________________________Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji efektivitas panduan model Think-Pair-Share (TPS) untuk meningkatkan komunikasi empatik sebagai upaya pencegahan bullying pada siswa SMP. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development model Borg dan Gall, namun hanya dilaksanakan sampai tahap uji coba produk awal karena produk belum siap disebarkan secara luas. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari tujuh siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 24 Banjarmasin yang dipilih berdasarkan tingkat perilaku bullying rendah–sedang, rekomendasi guru BK, serta kesiapan bekerja sama. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi validasi ahli, angket komunikasi empatik berdasarkan indikator Adler & Towne, evaluasi proses, evaluasi hasil, dan angket kepuasan siswa. Hasil validasi menunjukkan kelayakan panduan dengan persentase 79,6% (ahli materi), 91,5% (ahli media), dan 97,9% (praktisi). Uji normalitas menunjukkan data tidak berdistribusi normal sehingga analisis efektivitas menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil uji menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05), menandakan adanya peningkatan komunikasi empatik setelah layanan diberikan. Evaluasi proses, hasil, dan kepuasan juga berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, masing-masing 90%, 91,4%, dan 94%. Dengan demikian, panduan TPS dinyatakan layak dan efektif digunakan dalam bimbingan kelompok untuk meningkatkan komunikasi empatik siswa sebagai upaya pencegahan bullying.
