Problem-solving skills are essential to help students in expressing their ideas. However, problem posing is a method that can empower problem-solving skills. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of mind mapping assisted with a problem-posing method in online Schoology-based learning. This experimental research used the posttest-only control group. The subject of this study were students of the Department of Biology Education, 2020/2021 academic year, Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka. The sample was divided into an experimental class and a control class. The research instrument was post-test questions that were made based on the indicators of problem-solving skills. The result showed that the experimental class has the highest score on each indicator of problem-solving skills. In addition, the hypothesis testing result with a significance p-value was 0.025 (<0.05). It can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class. The average value of problem-solving skills in the experimental class is also higher than in the control class. These results indicated that the mind mapping assisted with a problem-posing method in online Schoology-based learning is effective in improving students' problem-solving skills.

This study aimed to determine the representation ability of students in learning chemistry. The ability of representation consists of three levels, namely macroscopic level, submicroscopic level, and symbolic level. This study was a descriptive study. The subjects in this study were 53 XI grade students. The study instrument was in the form of a description test compiled based on indicators of representation ability. The results showed that the average score of students’ representation ability at the macroscopic level is 66.94, and is in the good category. The average score of students’ representation ability at the submicroscopic level is 47.17, and is in the medium category. The average score of students’ representation ability at the symbolic level is 64.30, and is in the good category.

This study aimed to determine the effect of animation media in discovery learning model on the students’ representation ability on chemical equilibrium materials. This study was an experimental study using post-test only group design. The study population consisted of 6 classes or 127 students. The sampling technique was done by using purposive random sampling, and 2 classes were chosen consisting of 53 students. Data were collected using a representation ability test which included macroscopic ability, submicroscopic ability, and symbolic ability. By using the inferential analysis of the Mann Whitney test, it was obtained that the significance value for the macroscopic ability was 0.003, the submicroscopic ability was 0,000 and the symbolic ability was 0.041. The significance value is smaller than α = 0.05. Referring to that, it can be seen that there is an influence of animation media in discovery learning model on the students’ representation ability on chemical equilibrium material.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, lectures must be conducted online. This research is a survey research to find out the perception of students in participating in online learning. Survey of Musamus University students in 6 faculties with a total of 262 respondents. Respondents were selected by proportionate stratified random sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire made in google form with a total of 21 questions. Data analysis was carried out by calculating the percentage of each answer for each question item. Through this research, the results obtained are (1) Students realize online learning is a learning solution during the Covid-19 pandemic; (2) Students are happy with participating in online learning; (3) Students are enthusiastic to complete assignments; (4) Students realize that through the assignment of lecturers their knowledge is increasing; (5) Students find online learning beneficial for them; (6) Students have mastered the use of online learning platforms; (7) Students hope that online learning will no longer be carried out in the future. Students also prefer face-to-face learning compared to blended learning and online learning, but some students have realized that the blended learning model is an alternative in learning that can be applied in the future

Currently, there are many raw food products circulating in traditional markets, one of which is salted fish. The Covid-19 pandemic has changed economic life, including salted fish traders at the Lamekongga market, Kolaka Regency. The revival of the salted fish business is considered very important because this source of livelihood experienced a decline in income during the COVID-19 outbreak that entered Kolaka Regency. The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of partner support (X1) and mental attitude (X2) on the economic recovery (Y) of salted fish traders in Lamekongga traditional market. This research is an ex-port facto research which is causal associative. The subjects of this study were 19 sellers of salted fish in the Lamekongga traditional market. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression. The implication of the research is to describe the recovery economy after the peak of COVID-19. The results of the inferential analysis of the influence of partner support (X1) and mental attitude (X2) on economic recovery (Y), obtained information on the value of sig.2-tailed is 0.000 < 0.05, the test results are statistically significant, thus there is an effect of partner support ( X1) and mental attitude (X2) towards economic recovery (Y).
