Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif strategi pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dasar yang efektif melalui tinjauan sistematis terhadap literatur yang ada. Pemilihan artikel yang mengandung informasi tentang strategi pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dasar melalui dua basis data (Scopus and Web of Science). Pencarian dilakukan sesuai dengan pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Setelah kriteria eksklusi, hanya 13 artikel yang disertakan, semuanya diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 dan 2024. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran yang tepat dengan perkembangan anak sekolah dasar adalah strategi pembelajaran dengan pendekatan bermain, strategi pembelajaran dengan pendekatan kolaboratif, ekploratif, dan interaktif, strategi pembelajaran dengan pendekatan inovatif. Berbagai strategi tersebut dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar, kesenangan, kesejahteraan psikologis para siswa sekolah dasar. Terungkap bahwa secara garis besar terdapat 3 strategi pembelajaran yang tepat dengan perkembangan anak sekolah dasar. Dalam tinjauan literatur strategi itu adalah pembelajaran dengan pendekatan bermain, pembelajaran dengan pendekatan kolaboratif, ekploratif, dan interaktif, pembelajaran dengan pendekatan inovatif. Dampaknya penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi guru-guru Pendidikan Jasmani di Sekolah dasar dalam merancang pembelajaran, membangun suasana belajar, dan berkomunikasi dalam mengoptimalkan perkembangan anak-anak di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Tempat atau lokasi penelitian adalah di SDN 112312 Simpang Empat, Jl.Besar Simpang Empat Dusun 1. Penelitian akan dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2024. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa Sekolah Dasar di kelas VI SDN 112312 Simpang Empat beserta wali kelasnya. Obyek dalam penelitian ini yaitu penyebab terjadinya keterlambatan membaca pada siswa sekolah dasar.. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi Pustaka serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu data reduction, data display, Conclusion Drawing and Verification. Berdasarkan hasil dan analisis dalam penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterlambatan membaca pada siswa kelas VI di SDN 112312 Simpang Empat disebabkan oleh kombinasi berbagai faktor, yaitu rendahnya kemampuan fonemik dan dekoding, kurangnya pendampingan di rumah, rendahnya minat serta motivasi membaca, pengaruh lingkungan digital yang mengalihkan perhatian siswa dari aktivitas literasi, serta aspek psikologis seperti rasa malu dan takut diejek saat membaca di depan umum. Selain itu, keterbatasan program khusus dari sekolah dan waktu belajar yang terbatas juga menjadi faktor keterlambatan membaca. Meskipun guru telah menerapkan metode interaktif dan memberikan perhatian individual, pendekatan ini belum sepenuhnya efektif tanpa adanya sinergi yang kuat antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua. Dengan demikian, penyebab keterlambatan membaca tidak bersifat tunggal, melainkan multidimensional dan memerlukan penanganan yang terpadu dari berbagai pihak.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of big book media in reading learning for first-grade beginners of the Karimah Quran Memorization Elementary School, Berastagi. This research was R&D using the ADDIE development model. The subjects were 20 first-grade students. Data collection techniques included interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The instruments used in this study included interviews, expert instruments (tests, media, and materials), practical instruments (teacher response questionnaires), and student learning outcome tests. Data analysis techniques used in this study included qualitative and quantitative data. The results showed that the product's feasibility achieved a percentage of 85% and was categorized as feasible. The product's practicality score was 92%, categorized as very practical. The product's effectiveness score was 0.75, categorized as effective. It can be concluded that the use of Big Book as a reading medium for first-grade beginners at Tahfiz Quran Karimah Elementary School in Berastagi is feasible, practical, and effective.

Abstract

Warming up is a routine that should be carried out before doing more intense activities. Warming up serves to prepare the body to be better able to perform activities with less risk of injury. This research was conducted to analyze the importance of warm-up activities in supporting the success of sports activities in elementary schools. This research is processed by the literature review method to analyze the importance of warming up activities in supporting children's success in sports in elementary schools. The results of the analysis show that this research has various aspects, namely: the benefits of warming up in sports activities in elementary schools, effective warm-up methods for children, and the suitability of warm-up methods for elementary school children.

Abstract

Children have a strong affinity for games. In daily life, they frequently engage in both traditional and modern forms of play. These games are often viewed as essential tools for promoting children's physical and motor development, which is a critical aspect of early childhood growth. Developing motor skills is a fundamental requirement for young children, and one effective approach to fostering this development is through traditional games. This study examines the role of traditional games in enhancing children's motor skills. By engaging in these activities, it is anticipated that children will not only improve their motor abilities in a more effective and enjoyable manner but also benefit in other areas. Traditional games contribute to a child's development by: 1) promoting physical fitness, resilience, competitiveness, and overall well-being; 2) fostering mental attributes such as sportsmanship, tolerance, discipline, and a sense of democracy; 3) nurturing moral qualities including responsiveness, sensitivity, honesty, and sincerity; and 4) enhancing social skills, enabling children to compete, collaborate, practice discipline, exhibit friendliness, and develop a sense of national identity.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of physical education on the physical and mental development of elementary school students. Physical education plays an important role in supporting children's growth and development, both physically and mentally. Through structured and directed physical activity, students can develop motor skills, physical strength and improve general health. Apart from that, participation in physical education also has a positive impact on mental aspects, such as increasing concentration, controlling emotions, and social development. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires filled out by students and teachers. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant positive correlation between participation in physical education and improvements in students' physical and mental conditions. These findings emphasize the importance of physical education as an integral part of the primary school curriculum to support students' holistic development.

Abstract

This research uses the ADDIE development model to develop sparkol videoscribe learning media on the description text material for grade V students at SD Negeri 066650 Medan City in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. This research involved 23 class V students as research subjects, 2 expert validations with the aim of testing the validity of sparkol videoscribe learning media and 1 teacher to test the practicality of sparkol videoscribe learning media in Indonesian language subjects in the independent curriculum. Validation by material experts and media design experts showed that this sparkol videoscribe learning media scored high, material experts gave a score of 83 from a maximum score of 100 with a percentage (83%) and a media design expert gave a score of 174 from a maximum score of 180 with a percentage (96.66%). The teacher also gave a high score for the practicality test with a score of 53 from a mascsimal score of 55 with a percentage (96.36%), with all aspects such as appearance, presentation, material, and language getting the categories "very decent" and "very valid". The evaluation results show a significant improvement in the learning results of students seen from the comparison of pretest and post-test scores of students, the pre-test result score is 60.17 while the posttest result score reaches 85.13 with an increase of 24.96. It can be concluded that the videoscribe learning media sparkol is "very feasible" to be used as a learning medium in Indonesian language learning and can improve students' writing skills.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low science learning outcomes of elementary school students, particularly on the topic of characteristics of living things. Based on preliminary observations at SDN 066053 Medan Denai, most fourth-grade students had not yet achieved the Minimum Learning Mastery Criteria (KKTP). This condition is influenced by conventional learning practices in which students tend to be passive during the learning process. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the effect of the Talking Stick learning model assisted by KaCiMa (Characteristics of Living Things Cards) media on the science learning outcomes of fourth-grade students. This research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using the nonequivalent control group design. The population consisted of all fourth-grade students at SDN 066053 Medan Denai in the 2025/2026 academic year, totaling 44 students. The sample included two classes, namely class IV-B as the experimental class that applied the Talking Stick learning model assisted by KaCiMa media and class IV-A as the control class that used the Snowball Throwing learning model. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The research instrument consisted of 25 multiple-choice test items that had been tested for validity, reliability, difficulty level, and discrimination power. Data analysis was conducted using the Shapiro–Wilk normality test and hypothesis testing using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed that the application of the Talking Stick learning model assisted by KaCiMa media had a significant effect on improving students’ science learning outcomes on the topic of characteristics of living things.
