Abstract

Pendidikan gizi yang diberikan kepada anak usia sekolah dasar diberikan dengan media yang menarik sehingga materi yang diberikan dapat diterima dengan baik dan lebih mudah. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengingkatkan pengetahuan gizi seimbang adalah dengan metode Nutriedutainment yang merupakan kombinasi antara nutrisi, pendidikan dan hiburan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendidikan gizi dengan media Nutriedutainment terhadap pengetahuan gizi seimbang anak Sekolah Dasar.Penelitian ini merupakan studi kuasi eksperimen dengan desain one group prepost test. Jumlah subjek penelitian ada 40 siswa kelas 4 SDN Palumbonsari 1 Karawang. Metode Nutriedutainment mencakup 3 sesi pemberian materi melalui menonton video PUGS, mendengarkan dongeng tentang gizi seimbang, dan bermain kartu kuartet. Perbedaan pengetahuan tentang gizi seimbang pada anak sekolah dianalisis dengan Uji t berpasangan.Nilai rerata pengetahuan anak SD sebelum intervensi adalah 43,625 + 18,57 Hasil tersebut meningkat menjadi 68,5 + 13,2 setelah dilakukan edukasi dengan media Nutriedutainment.Pendidikan gizi dengan menggunakan media Nutriedutainment meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi seimbang anak sekolah dasar secara bermakna.

Abstract

Background: knowledge of hypertension in adolescents. Education is one way that can be used to increase one's knowledge. Educational games are games designed to increase one's knowledge. Educandy is a web-based game application that can be used as a medium for learning. The educational games used are multiple choice. Objective: The study was conducted to determine the effect of using game media on knowledge of Hypertension in Adolescents. Methods: pre-experimental design research with one group pretest-posttest design. The number of samples was determined by purposive sampling as many as 18 teenagers aged 18-24 years in Telaga Murni Village. Results: the results of this study indicate that there is an increase in knowledge from 12.78 to 14.28. Based on statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test, it was proven that there was an increase in the average score of knowledge before and after being given nutrition education with the "multiple choice" educandy game. This increase in knowledge is caused by the method used, namely nutrition education with educandy games. Conclusion: The use of game media in education has a good effect on increasing knowledge in adolescents. The use of unique and interesting game media will make someone comfortable in using it so that knowledge will be conveyed properly. The weakness of game media requires good internet to access it and its effectiveness is not guaranteed if it is used for areas that have difficult internet access. Abstract

Consumption of fruit and vegetables according to the 2018 Riskesdas data shows that the Indonesian population aged 10 years has a tendency to consume less vegetables and fruit according to the standard balanced nutrition guidelines, which is less than 400 grams/person/day consisting of 250 grams of vegetables and 150 grams of fruit in a day. 95.5%. This study aims to analyze the effect of fruit and vegetable nutrition education using nutrition disc media on improving adolescent nutritional knowledge and attitudes at SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Barat. This study used a quasi-experimental design using pre-test and post-test using a control group with 42 respondents. The results of the study on the age of the majority of the respondents were 17 years old (61.9%), in the gender the majority were women (64.3%). The majority of respondents' knowledge of fruit and vegetable consumption in the pre-test of the intervention group was in the sufficient category (61.9%), and the post-test was in the good category (85.7%), and the behavior of fruit and vegetable consumption of the respondents in the pre-test of the intervention group. included in the poor category (95.2%), and the post-test was in the good category (71.4%). Significant test results were obtained, namely knowledge of fruit and vegetable consumption with a value (p = 0.01), and fruit and vegetable consumption behavior with a value (p = 0.01). The conclusion of this study showed that there was a significant change in knowledge and behavior of fruit and vegetable consumption after being given an intervention using nutritional disc media compared to the control group

Abstract

Hypertension is a degenerative disease that is often referred to as the silent killer because people with hypertension do not know if they have hypertension. The cause of hypertension in the elderly generally comes from the condition of the blood vessels. Hypertension is mostly suffered by the elderly age group because with age, the arteries will become harder and inelastic. There are many factors related to the incidence of hypertension, one of which is due to diet, diet is a way to regulate the type or amount of food in order to maintain health, nutritional needs and prevent disease. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between diet (sodium, fat and potassium) on the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. This study uses a cross-sectional research method, this research is a qualitative study whose data were obtained by using FFQ questionnaires and interviews. Respondents in the study amounted to 156 people aged over 60 years with hypertension who visited the Sukatani Health Center. This study showed that there was a significant relationship between sodium and fat consumption and the incidence of hypertension as indicated by p value = 0.009 for sodium consumption and p value = 0.018 for fat consumption, while there was no significant relationship between potassium consumption and the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. indicated by p value = 0.157 with an error rate of 5% or 0.05. Therefore, it is important for the elderly to maintain their diet to prevent the incidence of hypertension.

Abstract

Consumption of Fruits and Vegetables which are a source of vitamins and minerals can optimize growth and development in children. The low consumption of fruits and vegetables in children can be caused by a lack of education on knowledge about fruits and vegetables for children. This research is a pre-experimental research with one-group pre-test post-test design. This research was conducted for three days which took place online at SDN Karawang Wetan 1, Karawang Regency on April 20 - April 23, 2021 using the gform application. This study aims to determine the differences and effects of the Tiktok video as a learning medium on the knowledge and attitudes of students' fruit and vegetable consumption at SDN Karawang Wetan 1. There are differences in knowledge and attitudes of fruit and vegetable consumption among students of SDN Karawang Wetan 1 after giving TIKTOK video learning media. There is an effect of providing TIKTOK video learning media on the knowledge and attitudes of fruit and vegetable consumption among SDN Karawang Wetan 1 students after.

Abstract

Obesitas dan overweight ditimbulkan karena asupan energi yang berlebih dibandingkan dengan energi yang dikeluarkan. Pada tahun 2018 angka prevalensi kelebihan berat badan pada remaja (16-18 tahun) sebesar 13,5% di Indonesia. Faktor penyebab terjadinya obesitas adalah kurangnya pengetahuan gizi. Upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dilakukan melalui pemberian pendidikan gizi dengan berbagai media komunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas media komunikasi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan tentang obesitas pada remaja. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen (quasy experimental design) dengan rancangan pretest-posttest control group design. pemberian media leaflet, audio visual dan teka-teki silang merupakan cara yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi pada remaja.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, people began to take better care of their health by consuming nutritious food. Cookies are one of the most popular types of snacks wich we can easily to find it wherever and whenever now. There are many kinds of cookies sells in the market by offering flavors and variants, but no one has offered cookies by adding animal ingredients and fiber that can increase the nutritional content for their product. One of the ingredients that can be added in making cookies is chicken claws and moringa leaves which are made into flour before. The addition of chicken claws flour and moringa leaves is expected to increase the selling value and can utilize local food from underutilized ingredients but have high nutritional content such as protein, calcium and antioxidants. The research products in the form of claw cookies and moringa leaves have been tested in the IPB laboratory and tested organoleptically on semi-trained panelists. In addition, "celor cookies" were also distributed to local residents as a form of community service. Community service activities are also carried out through educational webinars on the use of claws and moringa leaves which include hundreds of participants and are assisted by several students.

Abstract

Elementary school students are students aged 6-12 years. Education can increase a person's knowledge, with an increase in knowledge it is expected that there will be changes in better behavior towards nutrition and health. A person will have good knowledge if that person can use his five senses to the maximum extent possible. To determine the effectiveness of nutrition education media on the knowledge and attitudes of elementary school students about Balanced Nutrition. The use of Android and the website is devastating for elementary school students in nutrition education so that it can have a positive impact on the use of smartphones and the internet. The use of puzzles as a medium for balanced nutrition education can generate high interest for students. The use of wayang media and booklets can easily identify and understand the role of each character in delivering nutrition education. The use of comics has various interesting animation images so that nutrition education delivered to elementary school students can be accepted more easily. The use of video on balanced nutritional behavior in students is because videos can be more easily accepted by students because they relate directly to their senses of sight and hearing. Several studies have shown that nutrition education media can change the behavior of elementary school students for the better. Each balanced nutrition education media is on average effective for use by elementary school student. ABSTRAK Siswa sekolah dasar merupakan siswa yang memiliki jenjang usia 6-12 tahun. Pendidikan dapat meningkatan pengetahuan seseorang, dengan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan diharapkan akan terjadi perubahan perilaku yang lebih baik terhadap gizi dan kesehatan. Seseorang akan memiliki pengetahuan yang baik apabila seoseorang tersebut dapat menggunakan panca indranya dengan semaksimal mungkin.Untuk mengetahui efektivitas media edukasi gizi terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap pada siswa Sekolah Dasar tentang Gizi Seimbang. Penggunaan Android dan website sengat efektif digunakan untuk siswa Sekolah Dasar dalam edukasi gizi sehingga dapat memberikan dampak positif dari penggunaan smartphone dan internet. Penggunaan puzzle sebagai media edukasi gizi seimbang dapat menimbulkan minat yang tinggi bagi siswa. Penggunaan media wayang dan booklet dapat dengan mudah untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran masing-masing tokoh dalam menyampaikan pendidikan tentang gizi. Penggunaan komik memiliki berbagai animasi gambar yang menarik sehingga edukasi gizi yang disampaikan kepada siswa Sekolah Dasar dapat diterima dengan lebih mudah. Penggunaan video terhadap perilaku gizi seimbang pada siswa karena video dapat lebih mudah diterima siswa karena mengaitkan langsung dengan indera penglihatan dan pendengarannya. Beberapa studi membuktikan bahwa media edukasi gizi mampu mengubah perilaku siswa Sekolah Dasar menjadi lebih baik. Setiap media edukasi gizi seimbang rata-rata efektif untuk digunakan oleh siswa Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Obesity is a problem that worries adolescents. Obesity can occur due to consumption patterns and wrong food selection behavior, resulting in an imbalance between nutritional intake and nutritional adequacy. This study aims to determine the effect of nutrition education using leaflets and animated videos on increasing knowledge in preventing obesity in adolescents at MTs Al-Khairiyah. This type of research is a quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest design. The research sample amounted to 40 respondents with 20 respondents in each treatment group. The results showed an increase in the average value of nutritional education knowledge in the leaflet group from before 11.60 to 13.95 and in the animation video group from before 10.80 to 14.25. There was a difference in the average value of nutritional education knowledge in the leaflet and animated video groups (p<0.05). It can be concluded that nutrition education using leaflets and animated videos has an effect on increasing knowledge in efforts to prevent obesity in adolescents.

Abstract

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly affected life habits, one of which is changes in eating habits. The COVID-19 pandemic makes it easy for students to order fast food through online applications, it's not uncommon to buy them directly. The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic makes students often stare at laptop screens and the lack of physical activity so that they do not move and consume fast food too often will greatly affect their health. Indonesia consumes fast food which consists of 33% for lunch, 25% for dinner, 9% for snacks and 2% for breakfast. Objective: To find out the relationship between fast food consumption habits and nutritional status. Methods: The research design was a cross sectional design with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. This research was conducted at SMP PGRI 8 Bogor City with the sample of the research being students of class VIII at SMP PGRI 8 Bogor City as many as 110 respondents. Data collection was obtained using a food frequency form questionnaire. The analysis used is bivariate by looking for the relationship between fast food consumption habits and nutritional status using the gamma correlation test. Result : There is no relationship between fast food consumption habits and nutritional status as evidenced by the p-value (0.012<0.05). Conclusion : There is no significant relationship between fast food consumption habits and nutritional status in SMP PGRI 8 Bogor City. AbstrakLatar Belakang : Pandemi COVID-19 telah banyak mempengaruhi kebiasaan hidup salah satunya perubahaan kebiasaan makan. Pandemi COVID-19 memudahkan pelajar untuk memesan fast food melalui aplikasi online, tidak jarang juga untuk beli secara langsung. Adanya pandemi COVID-19 membuat pelajar sering menatap layar laptop dan kurangnya melakakukan aktivitas fisik sehingga kurang bergerak dan terlalu sering mengkonsumsi fast food akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan tubuh. Indonesia mengkonsumsi fast food yang terdiri dari 33% untuk makan siang, 25% untuk makan malam, 9% untuk makanan selingan dan 2% untuk sarapan. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahuan hubungan kebiasaan konsumsi fast food dengan status gizi. Metode : Desain penelitian dengan rancangan cross sectional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP PGRI 8 Kota Bogor dengan sampel penelitian adalah siswa-siswi kelas VIII di SMP PGRI 8 Kota Bogor sebanyak 110 responden. Pengumpulan data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner form food frequency. Analisa yang digunakan yaitu bivariat dengan mencari hubungan antara kebiasaan konsumsi fast food dengan status gizi menggunakan uji korelasi gamma. Hasil : Tidak ada hubungan antara kebiasaan konsumsi fast food dengan status gizi yang dibuktikan dengan nilai p-value (0.012<0.05). Kesimpulan : Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan konsumsi fast food dengan status gizi di SMP PGRI 8 Kota Bogor.
