Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pengembangan media promosi gizi dengan huruf braille menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam menunjang pembelajaran siswa tunanetra. Media promosi dengan huruf braille mungkin sangat mendukung kemampuan teknis yang memungkinkan siswa tunanetra membantu mengatasi hambatan akibat kebutaan dan mungkin sangat bermanfaat dalam upaya pembelajaran bagi penyandang tunanetra. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media promosi gizi dengan huruf braille bagi penyandang tunanetra. Metode: Artikel yang disajikan dalam bentuk literature review, pemilihan literatur menggunakan mesin pencarian Google Scholar. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah “gizi”, “braille” dan “tunanetra”. Pencarian literatur dilakukan pada artikel berbahasa Indonesia yang diterbitkan dalam rentan waktu mulai dari 2012 - 2022. Hasil: Terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media promosi gizi dengan huruf braille bagi penyandang tunanetra. Pemanfaatan media dengan huruf braille sebagai pengganti huruf latin dalam sistem pembelajaran dapat mendorong minat, meningkatkan inspirasi dan menghidupkan pembelajaran bagi siswa tunanetra. Keefektifan pembelajaran melalui media dengan huruf braille meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, merespon stimulus belajar, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, secara umum mereka lebih kreatif dan tidak kalah dengan anak normal umumnya. Kesimpulan: Pemberian edukasi gizi melalui media promosi gizi dengan huruf braille secara efektif memberikan pengaruh bagi penyandang tunanetra.

Abstract

Fruits and vegetables consumption are important for our health but its consumption is low especially for teeneger. High school student are the vulnerable age group for consumption of fruits and vegetables. Their eating habits will give the impact for their growth, development and health in the future. SMAN 1 Telukjambe students tend to eat fast food and rarely consume fruits and vegetables. The purpose of this activity is to motivate and increase the awareness and comsumption of fruits and vegetables of the participants. The method used in this activity was counseling using food model and questionnaire on pretest and posttest with category of knowledge, preference, and consumption of 28 students SMAN 1 Telukjambe Timur. The result of this activity will be descriptive analysis. The result showed that after counseling, students knowledge about fruits and vegetables were increase by amount 80%. Students preference of fruits were 92% positive and students preference of vegetables were 79% positive. But in contrast, their consumption just 4% for fruits and 25% for vegetables. So, it is expected to increased students awareness and students consumption of fruits and vegetables after this activity.

Abstract

Konsumsi ikan di Indonesia masih terbilang rendah dibandingkan dengan negara kepulauan lainnya. Salah satu olahan ikan yang dapat dimodifikasi dan dijangkau oleh masyarakat adalah bakso. Penggunaan ikan kembung dan tepung daun kelor dapat meningkatkan nilai kandungan gizi dalam bakso. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis substitusi tepung daun kelor pada bakso ikan kembung terhadap karakteristik organoleptik dan kandungan gizi. Desain penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga perlakuan yang berbeda. Dengan proporsi ikan kembung dan tepung daun kelor perlakuan 711 (95:5), perlakuan 824 (90:10), dan perlakuan 930 (85:15). Analsis uji organoleptik menggunakan uji Kruskal Wallis dan uji lanjutan Mann-Whitney. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang nyata pada uji mutu hedonik dan uji hedonik (p<0.05). Perlakuan terbaik yaitu perlakuan 711 dengan proporsi ikan kembung 95 g dan tepung daun kelor 5 g. Substitusi tepung daun kelor secara nyata mempengaruhi karakteristik organoleptik bakso ikan kembung di setiap kategori (p<0.05). Kandungan gizi per 100 g bakso terbaik memiliki kadar air 62,77%, kadar abu 1,56%, kadar protein 11,71%, kadar lemak 0,97%, kadar zat besi 0,0155% (15,5 mg) dan kadar kalsium 0,4809% (480,9 mg). Dapat disimpulkan, proporsi bakso ikan kembung 95 g dan tepung daun kelor 5 g lebih baik dibandingkan dengan proporsi lainnya.

Abstract

Memasuki era kebiasaan baru, aplikasi pesan antar makanan online semakin marak digunakan termasuk oleh pekerja kantoran. Maraknya promo, kinerja  layanan, dan  kemudahan akses  menjadikan  aplikasi  tersebut semakin  banyak  digunakan. Aplikasi pesan antar makanan online yang   memberikan   akses   dan kemudahan dapat berdampak pada tidak terkontrolnya jenis dan jumlah makanan yang dibeli dan dikonsumsi masyarakat. Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang kebutuhan gizi dan pemilihan makanan yang kurang tepat dapat menyebabakan  peningkatan status gizi berlebih. Hal ini yang mendasari tim pengabadi memberikan edukasi gizi kepada pekerja kantor mengenai kandungan gizi makanan yang banyak dipesan melalui aplikasi pesan antar online dengan media linktree. Kegiatan ini sepenuhnya dilaksanakan secara daring. Subjek yang berpartisipasi adalah 62 pekerja kantor. Pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi webinar, pengisian pre test, pemberian edukasi gizi menggunakan media linktree, dan pengisian post test. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner pengetahuan setelah itu dilakukan uji statistik. Hasilnya terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan pekerja kantor mengenai kandungan gizi makanan yang banyak dipesan melalui aplikasi pesan antar online dengan media linktree.

Abstract

Pendidikan gizi yang diberikan kepada anak usia sekolah dasar diberikan dengan media yang menarik sehingga materi yang diberikan dapat diterima dengan baik dan lebih mudah. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengingkatkan pengetahuan gizi seimbang adalah dengan metode Nutriedutainment yang merupakan kombinasi antara nutrisi, pendidikan dan hiburan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendidikan gizi dengan media Nutriedutainment terhadap pengetahuan gizi seimbang anak Sekolah Dasar.Penelitian ini merupakan studi kuasi eksperimen dengan desain one group prepost test. Jumlah subjek penelitian ada 40 siswa kelas 4 SDN Palumbonsari 1 Karawang. Metode Nutriedutainment mencakup 3 sesi pemberian materi melalui menonton video PUGS, mendengarkan dongeng tentang gizi seimbang, dan bermain kartu kuartet. Perbedaan pengetahuan tentang gizi seimbang pada anak sekolah dianalisis dengan Uji t berpasangan.Nilai rerata pengetahuan anak SD sebelum intervensi adalah 43,625 + 18,57 Hasil tersebut meningkat menjadi 68,5 + 13,2 setelah dilakukan edukasi dengan media Nutriedutainment.Pendidikan gizi dengan menggunakan media Nutriedutainment meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi seimbang anak sekolah dasar secara bermakna.

Abstract

Background: knowledge of hypertension in adolescents. Education is one way that can be used to increase one's knowledge. Educational games are games designed to increase one's knowledge. Educandy is a web-based game application that can be used as a medium for learning. The educational games used are multiple choice. Objective: The study was conducted to determine the effect of using game media on knowledge of Hypertension in Adolescents. Methods: pre-experimental design research with one group pretest-posttest design. The number of samples was determined by purposive sampling as many as 18 teenagers aged 18-24 years in Telaga Murni Village. Results: the results of this study indicate that there is an increase in knowledge from 12.78 to 14.28. Based on statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test, it was proven that there was an increase in the average score of knowledge before and after being given nutrition education with the "multiple choice" educandy game. This increase in knowledge is caused by the method used, namely nutrition education with educandy games. Conclusion: The use of game media in education has a good effect on increasing knowledge in adolescents. The use of unique and interesting game media will make someone comfortable in using it so that knowledge will be conveyed properly. The weakness of game media requires good internet to access it and its effectiveness is not guaranteed if it is used for areas that have difficult internet access. Abstract

Consumption of fruit and vegetables according to the 2018 Riskesdas data shows that the Indonesian population aged 10 years has a tendency to consume less vegetables and fruit according to the standard balanced nutrition guidelines, which is less than 400 grams/person/day consisting of 250 grams of vegetables and 150 grams of fruit in a day. 95.5%. This study aims to analyze the effect of fruit and vegetable nutrition education using nutrition disc media on improving adolescent nutritional knowledge and attitudes at SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Barat. This study used a quasi-experimental design using pre-test and post-test using a control group with 42 respondents. The results of the study on the age of the majority of the respondents were 17 years old (61.9%), in the gender the majority were women (64.3%). The majority of respondents' knowledge of fruit and vegetable consumption in the pre-test of the intervention group was in the sufficient category (61.9%), and the post-test was in the good category (85.7%), and the behavior of fruit and vegetable consumption of the respondents in the pre-test of the intervention group. included in the poor category (95.2%), and the post-test was in the good category (71.4%). Significant test results were obtained, namely knowledge of fruit and vegetable consumption with a value (p = 0.01), and fruit and vegetable consumption behavior with a value (p = 0.01). The conclusion of this study showed that there was a significant change in knowledge and behavior of fruit and vegetable consumption after being given an intervention using nutritional disc media compared to the control group

Abstract

Hypertension is a degenerative disease that is often referred to as the silent killer because people with hypertension do not know if they have hypertension. The cause of hypertension in the elderly generally comes from the condition of the blood vessels. Hypertension is mostly suffered by the elderly age group because with age, the arteries will become harder and inelastic. There are many factors related to the incidence of hypertension, one of which is due to diet, diet is a way to regulate the type or amount of food in order to maintain health, nutritional needs and prevent disease. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between diet (sodium, fat and potassium) on the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. This study uses a cross-sectional research method, this research is a qualitative study whose data were obtained by using FFQ questionnaires and interviews. Respondents in the study amounted to 156 people aged over 60 years with hypertension who visited the Sukatani Health Center. This study showed that there was a significant relationship between sodium and fat consumption and the incidence of hypertension as indicated by p value = 0.009 for sodium consumption and p value = 0.018 for fat consumption, while there was no significant relationship between potassium consumption and the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. indicated by p value = 0.157 with an error rate of 5% or 0.05. Therefore, it is important for the elderly to maintain their diet to prevent the incidence of hypertension.

Abstract

Consumption of Fruits and Vegetables which are a source of vitamins and minerals can optimize growth and development in children. The low consumption of fruits and vegetables in children can be caused by a lack of education on knowledge about fruits and vegetables for children. This research is a pre-experimental research with one-group pre-test post-test design. This research was conducted for three days which took place online at SDN Karawang Wetan 1, Karawang Regency on April 20 - April 23, 2021 using the gform application. This study aims to determine the differences and effects of the Tiktok video as a learning medium on the knowledge and attitudes of students' fruit and vegetable consumption at SDN Karawang Wetan 1. There are differences in knowledge and attitudes of fruit and vegetable consumption among students of SDN Karawang Wetan 1 after giving TIKTOK video learning media. There is an effect of providing TIKTOK video learning media on the knowledge and attitudes of fruit and vegetable consumption among SDN Karawang Wetan 1 students after.

Abstract

Obesitas dan overweight ditimbulkan karena asupan energi yang berlebih dibandingkan dengan energi yang dikeluarkan. Pada tahun 2018 angka prevalensi kelebihan berat badan pada remaja (16-18 tahun) sebesar 13,5% di Indonesia. Faktor penyebab terjadinya obesitas adalah kurangnya pengetahuan gizi. Upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dilakukan melalui pemberian pendidikan gizi dengan berbagai media komunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas media komunikasi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan tentang obesitas pada remaja. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen (quasy experimental design) dengan rancangan pretest-posttest control group design. pemberian media leaflet, audio visual dan teka-teki silang merupakan cara yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi pada remaja.
