Abstract

The company is expected to be able to compete with other companies that market the same product and be able to manage the company well. Companies that are just developing need to develop service regulations to sustain companies that can compete in quality and quality. Because looking at a sale will be good if a business or concrete steps taken can reach the target and can be seen from how to move a product, whether in the form of goods or services, from producers to consumers as the target can be said that sales are one of the activities in the process of fulfilling the needs of sellers and buyers, both in cash and on credit, which companies can carry out to maintain their business so that they develop and to get the desired profit or profit. The primary purpose of sales is to bring profit or profit from the products or goods produced by the producers with good management. Conducting sales is an activity aimed at finding buyers, influencing and giving buyers so that purchases can adapt their needs to the products offered and enter into agreements offered and enter into agreements regarding prices that benefit both parties. In general, sellers or entrepreneurs aim to get a sure profit and maintain or even try to increase it for a long time. This goal can be realized if sales can be carried out as planned

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of science teaching methods and digital literacy on the development of science literacy among junior high school students in Indonesia. A quantitative analysis employing structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) was conducted on a sample of 150 students. Descriptive statistics revealed moderate science literacy levels, preferences for hands-on experiments, and a high proficiency in digital literacy. SEM-PLS results demonstrated significant positive relationships between science teaching methods, digital literacy, and science literacy. The bootstrapping analysis confirmed these relationships, emphasizing the importance of both factors in shaping science literacy outcomes. The model exhibited a strong fit, and coefficients indicated substantial explanatory and predictive power for Developing Science Literacy. These findings contribute to the understanding of effective educational strategies for science literacy in the Indonesian context.

Abstract

This bibliometric analysis delves into the literature on hybrid and distance learning within the digital age, examining its evolution, trends, and impact. Through systematic retrieval and analysis of scholarly outputs from 1980 to 2024, key bibliometric metrics, network visualizations, and citation analyses were conducted. The findings reveal a significant transition from traditional to technical research themes over time, reflecting broader societal shifts towards data-driven decision-making. Highly cited works underscore the enduring relevance of foundational concepts and the timely exploration of emergent topics, particularly in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Moreover, future study directions identified through network visualization offer promising avenues for advancing research agendas in education. This analysis provides valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and researchers, informing evidence-based decision-making and fostering interdisciplinary collaborations in educational innovation.

Abstract

In order to maintain growth and competitiveness in the modern business environment, digital marketing must be strategically integrated, especially for Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) that conduct business-to-business (B2B) transactions. This study looks into the potential and difficulties that come with B2B digital marketing as well as how to measure return on investment (ROI) for MSMEs in Indonesia. Surveys and in-depth interviews were used in a mixed-methods approach to collect both quantitative and qualitative data. The results show that MSMEs have widely adopted digital marketing tactics, with social media and content marketing being the most popular. There are still issues like tight budgets, hard ROI calculations, and fierce market competition. The report makes actionable suggestions, such as group marketing campaigns, the creation of uniform ROI measurements, and a focus on innovation via emerging technologies and niche targeting. The insights provide practitioners, policymakers, and industry stakeholders with practical advice for improving the knowledge of the dynamics in B2B digital marketing for MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study explores how technological developments in Artificial Intelligence (AI) decision support systems within Indonesian manufacturing organizations interact with the intricate dynamics of trust, accountability, and technology. The study employed a cross-sectional quantitative research approach to gather responses from a representative sample of professionals spanning different organizational levels, age groups, and functions. The results show that there is a high degree of trust in AI systems, which is largely impacted by dependability and transparency. Strong perceived accountability frameworks encourage prudent decision-making. Technological developments have a big impact on trust and responsibility, especially in Explainable AI and bias prevention. A nuanced interpretation is ensured by the study's demographic analysis, which provides practitioners and policymakers with practical insights to support ethical AI integration in Indonesia's industrial sector.

Abstract

This research analyses consumer perceptions of using QR Codes in promotional activities and digital payments implemented at Rumah Makan Surya Rezeki "Tahu Gimbal" Tlogosari-Semarang.  The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a questionnaire analysis approach given to consumers who have completed transactions at the restaurant. The result of this research is a change in how restaurants serve consumers with the introduction of QR Code technology as an alternative to provide information on the available menu items along with their prices and enable digital payments. The QR Code information provided is sufficient when printed as an image, and consumers focus their smartphone camera on scanning it until it connects to the needed information. The implementation of QR codes impacts the improvement of customer service through more straightforward, faster, and safer service. The obstacles encountered in implementing this QR code technology are unstable network access, which causes the application communication to malfunction, and many consumers still do not understand how to use the QR code.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa persepsi konsumen terhadap penggunaan Kode QR dalam kegiatan promosi dan pembayaran digital yang diterapkan di Rumah Makan Surya Rezeki “Tahu Gimbal” Tlogosari-Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisa kuesioner yang diberikan kepada konsumen yang selesai bertransaksi di rumah makan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya perubahan dalam cara pelayanan rumah makan kepada konsumen dengan terbentuknya teknologi Kode QR sebagai alternatif untuk memberikan informasi daftar menu yang tersedia untuk dipesan beserta harganya serta pembayaran yang dapat dilakukan secara digital. Informasi Kode QR yang diberikan cukup dengan dicetak dalam bentuk gambar, kemudian konsumen memfokuskan kamera smartphone untuk memindai kode QR hingga terkoneksi pada informasi yang dibutuhkan. Penerapan kode QR ini berdampak kepada peningkatan layanan konsumen melalui pelayanan yang lebih mudah, cepat, dan aman. Hambatan yang dirasakan dalam penerapan teknologi kode QR ini adalah ketersediaan akses jaringan yang tidak stabil menyebabkan komunikasi aplikasi tidak berjalan dengan baik dan masih banyaknya konsumen yang belum memahami cara menggunakan kode QR tersebut.

Jeeni Shop merupakan toko yang menyediakan berbagai macam kebutuhan elektronik dan fashion. Umumnya, JeEni Shop lebih mengutamakan kebutuhan untuk para remaja hingga dewasa. Saat ini sistem di JeEni Shop untuk melakukan promosi barang masih menggunakan facebook dan instagram tidak adanya penjualan jarak jauh yang bisa mempermudah perusahaan dalam memperluas wilayah pemasaran. JeEni Shop merupakan toko yang menerapkan model bisnis B2C (Business to Customer), dan konsumen harus datang sendiri ke lokasi dan pembayaran dilakukan secara tunai. Hal ini tentu menyulitkan para calon konsumen dari dalam dan luar kota, dikarenakan harus mengeluarkan biaya untuk mengunjungi JeEni Shop. Sehingga calon konsumen membutuhkan layanan pembelian dan pembayaran secara online dan transfer melalui rekening. Melalui pemanfaatan sistem informasi website ini, diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kebutuhan akan data dan informasi kepada calon konsumen JeEni Shop, dimana calon konsumen dapat melakukan pertukaran data dan informasi hingga transaksi tentang segala produk yang ada pada JeEni Shop

Abstract

Innovation performance measurement is an important aspect of understanding and improving entrepreneurial success, which has implications for economic development, organizational growth, and community welfare. This study uses comprehensive bibliometric analysis to systematically review and analyze the literature on innovation performance measurement in entrepreneurial business. The research covers startups and established companies, aiming to uncover key themes, influential works, and an ever-evolving research landscape in this dynamic field. His methodological approach integrates bibliometric analysis and visualization using VOSviewer, which provides a holistic view of the intellectual structure in the domain. Key findings include the identification of thematic groups, influential authors, and important works, which provide valuable insights for academics, practitioners, and policymakers involved in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research presents a bibliometric exploration of publication development in entrepreneurship education, aiming to elucidate trends, research focuses, and emerging opportunities within the field. Entrepreneurship education has gained prominence as a crucial discipline in academia and practice, reflecting the growing recognition of entrepreneurship's role in economic and societal advancement. Through bibliometric analysis techniques, including citation analysis, keyword analysis, and visualization methods, a comprehensive examination of scholarly publications related to entrepreneurship education from 1977 to 2023 was conducted. The findings offer insights into publication metrics, such as citation counts, author productivity, and impact indices, providing a nuanced understanding of the scholarly landscape. Visualization of term networks and trends revealed dominant research themes, evolving concepts, and potential research directions within entrepreneurship education. Practical implications derived from this study inform educators, policymakers, practitioners, and other stakeholders about curriculum design, policy formulation, and program implementation strategies to foster collaboration, innovation, and excellence in entrepreneurship education research and practice.
