Abstract

This study aims to apply the Simple Moving Average (SMA) method in sales forecasting to determine the optimal level of raw material inventory at Rumah Jahit RiBi. The problem faced by this business is the fluctuation in demand for sewing services that causes inaccuracy in inventory management, thus potentially causing excess or shortage of raw materials. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quantitative descriptive design. The data used is historical data on sewing service sales for one year obtained through documentation and interviews with the business owner. The analysis method used is the Simple Moving Average to forecast sales in the next period. The results of the study show that the SMA method is able to produce more stable sales forecasts compared to actual data which is fluctuating. The forecast results can be used as a basis for determining raw material inventory needs in a more planned and efficient manner. Thus, the application of the SMA method can help Rumah Jahit RiBi in optimizing inventory management, reducing the risk of excess stock, and minimizing raw material shortages that can hamper the production process.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of operational management at Apotek Farma, located in Montong District, Tuban Regency, and identify obstacles that arise during its implementation. The research method used was field research with a qualitative approach. Informants included responsible pharmacists, technical staff in the pharmaceutical field, and pharmacy employees. The findings indicate that operational management at Apotek Farma has been implemented, but has not yet reached optimal levels in all sectors. Drug inventory management applies the FIFO and FEFO principles, although stock recording remains rudimentary and not fully computerized. Human resource management is considered good, but the number of pharmacy staff is limited during peak hours. To improve service, various improvements have been made to prescription processing procedures, drug counseling, and collaboration with distributors. The main obstacles encountered include delays in drug delivery, the presence of drugs nearing their expiration date, and changes in patient needs.

Abstract

Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Sumatera Utara memiliki peran strategis dalam menjaga stabilitas politik dan sosial di daerah, termasuk memastikan alokasi anggaran program secara tepat sasaran. Tantangan yang dihadapi adalah kompleksitas program yang harus didanai dengan sumber daya terbatas, sehingga proses penentuan prioritas anggaran rentan terhadap subjektivitas dan ketidakefisienan. Maka dari itu, Penelitian ini menawarkan solusi melalui pengembangan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode Preference Selection Index (PSI) dan Rank Order Centroid (ROC). Metode PSI digunakan untuk melakukan perengkingan alternatif berdasarkan nilai preferensi tiap kriteria, sedangkan metode ROC digunakan untuk menghitung bobot kriteria secara objektif dari urutan kepentingannya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode PSI dan ROC dapat meningkatkan keakuratan, efisiensi, dan transparansi proses penentuan prioritas alokasi anggaran.

Abstract

Candi Sukuh, located on the slopes of Mount Lawu, is a late Majapahit monument that prominently displays Tantric symbolism. Its terraced pyramid architecture, lingga–yoni reliefs, and erotic iconography reveal the dominance of Tantric teachings in the candi’s cosmological narrative. This study aims to examine the relevance of Tantra in Hinduism as embodied in the architecture, iconography, and symbolism of Candi Sukuh, while also uncovering its contribution to the enrichment of Hindu philosophy in the Indonesian archipelago. The method employed is qualitative-descriptive analysis with a literature review approach, utilizing studies in archaeology, history of religion, and Hindu philosophy. Data are drawn from journals, books, and prior research on Tantra and Candi Sukuh. The analysis indicates that the candi’s symbols are not merely erotic but represent the unity of body, cosmos, and spirit. The lingga–yoni reliefs emphasize the balance of masculine–feminine energies (Śiva–Śakti) sustaining the cosmos, where sexuality is understood as a sacred power leading toward mokṣa. The findings affirm Candi Sukuh as both a symbolic text and a philosophical heritage enriching the dynamics of Hindu thought in Java.

Abstract

Basic CNC learning in vocational high schools faces challenges including limited practical facilities and low student procedural understanding of CNC machine programming. This study aims to analyze the effect of Swansoft CNC Simulator-based video tutorial media on improving student cognitive learning outcomes. The research employed a one-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design. The research subjects consisted of 10 students in grade XI of the Machining Engineering program at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Malang City, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through cognitive tests (30 multiple-choice items based on Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy covering C1–C5 levels) and analyzed using paired samples t-test. The results showed a statistically significant improvement in student learning outcomes (t(9) = −2.674, p = 0.025, Cohen’s d = 0.99), with a mean score increase from 73.60 (SD = 7.20) on the pretest to 81.30 (SD = 8.25) on the posttest, yielding a mean normalized gain (N-Gain) of 0.29 (low-moderate category). These findings indicate that simulation-based video tutorial media integrating visual and auditory channels effectively enhances conceptual understanding and programming accuracy in CNC machining. This study concludes that Swansoft CNC Simulator-based video tutorial media is effective as an instructional alternative for Basic CNC courses at the vocational secondary school level.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted local economic activity and exposed vulnerabilities in subnational public finance. However, limited empirical evidence explains how the structure of the local tax base influences fiscal resilience to mobility shocks in developing countries. Drawing on tax handle theory, this study examines the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on local tax revenue in Indonesia, focusing on heterogeneity across tax types and the moderating role of pre-pandemic fiscal vulnerability, defined as dependence on mobility-based taxes. Using a fixed-effects model on panel data covering 3,136 observations from 448 regencies and municipalities over 2017–2023, the results show that the aggregate decline in local tax revenue was primarily driven by contractions in mobility-sensitive taxes, particularly restaurant and entertainment taxes. This relationship is confirmed by the main moderation results, which show that regions with high pre-pandemic fiscal vulnerability exhibit a significantly stronger negative relationship. Although weakened, the effect persisted into the recovery period (2022–2023). This study provides empirical evidence that the local tax base structure determines fiscal resilience to mobility shocks more than the general level of fiscal autonomy, highlighting the need for local governments to diversify their revenue sources toward those that are relatively more resilient to external shocks.

Abstract

Hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Sulangai masih tergolong rendah akibat pembelajaran yang didominasi metode ceramah, kurang melibatkan siswa secara aktif, serta belum mengaitkan materi dengan konteks kehidupan sehari-hari. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, diperlukan penerapan model pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Sulangai melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share dengan pendekatan kontekstual. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 21 siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Sulangai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes hasil belajar dan observasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata siswa dari 68,10 pada siklus I menjadi 80,71 pada siklus II, serta peningkatan persentase ketuntasan belajar dari 61,90% menjadi 85,71%. Dengan demikian, penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share dengan pendekatan kontekstual efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Sulangai.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationships between digital literacy, self-efficacy, and decision-making and career adaptability, with learning agility as a mediating variable among vocational high school students. A quantitative design was employed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The sample comprised vocational students majoring in automotive engineering who had completed fieldwork practice. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using AMOS. The findings reveal that digital literacy, self-efficacy, and decision-making significantly predict learning agility. However, these variables do not exert a significant direct effect on career adaptability. Learning agility fully mediates the relationships between digital literacy, self-efficacy, decision-making, and career adaptability. This study contributes to the literature by highlighting learning agility as a critical mechanism for enhancing career adaptability in vocational education contexts, emphasizing its role in bridging key individual competencies and adaptive career outcomes.
