Penelitian ini menganlisis pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Gowa, sehinga tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, dengan locus penelitian pada Kantor Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Gowa. Untuk mengungkap tujuan penelitian tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 33 responden dengan menggunakan Teknik random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhada produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Gowa. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, dan Produktivitas Kerja

Two mass organizations that have long existed in the archipelago, including in South Sulawesi is the Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah. Both of these mass organizations has been involved in the spread of Islam and even the pre - independence Indonesia. One thing that is unique and differentiates it from other missionary movement is preaching cultural synergy between Islam and local culture. This article examines the hadiths (the educational perspective) in view of the existence and power of preaching is done either by the Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah. This paper other than using textual approach (hadith) also uses historical analysis critical to see more about the hadiths is justified by both organizations (Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah) in carrying out the vision of his message.

This article discusses about the Effectiveness of Learning Student Team Achievement Division in Improving Student Learning Outcomes in SMK Negeri 1 Parpare. The importance of this research is done because of the essence of learning trough student team achievement division and the implementation steps have not been done on the research object. The level of learning decided of student still need to be maximized to achieve the minimum completion criteria established by the school. The objective of the research is to know the form of implementation and effectiveness of learning trough Student Team Achievement Division in improving the outcomes (result) of learning Islamic Religion Education for the eleventh grade on SMK Negeri 1 Parepare.The research setting used in this research is a classroom action research which was conducted cyclically with experimental approach. The subjects of this research are the eleventh grade (class) on SMK Negeri 1 Parepare and the numbers of the subjects are 25 student. The method of data collection as research instrument is test, participant observation sheet, and documentation, the data analysis technique used frequency distribution analysis.The research result found that: (1) the implementation of learning student team achievement division has a positive impact on the cooperation among student which is shown by the responsibility of the students in the group, in the learning process by using the learning student team achievement division that is done in cyclical technique student activeness has improved better than using lecturing method. (2) The results of learning Islamic Religion Education have been increased after using the learning student team achievement division. This can be shown from the average score of the students test, the average of pre test is 70,4; in the first cycle the score average of the post test increased up to 85,80; and in the final test (post test) of the second cycle the score average increased up to 96,60. As cocnclusion, Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) as learning strategy is effective to improve the students learning outcomes of the eleventh grade of SMK Negeri 1 Parepare.

Sheikh Qutbhi in interpreting the verses of divorce in the interpretation of Fi Zilalil Qur'an is in the form of literature and amaliyah. Presenting the inspirations of the Qur'an, concluding the instructions, presenting the principles and values, and explaining the very vital function of the Qur'an by being moving and containing miracles. In addition to the method adopted by linking one verse to another, the discussion of one verse requires another verse that has a correlation (tahlili) is also needed. Meanwhile, Sheikh Quraish Shihab in interpreting the verses of divorce in the interpretation of Al-Mishbah uses the maudhu'i method by focusing on the theme of a verse which is interpreted in detail and with a hermeneutical approach (nuzuli).

Inheritance is the essence of causality (the main cause) in owning property, while property is the bandage of life, both individually and universally. With that treasure the soul of life always revolves. The results show that the practice of distributing inheritance that occurs in the community of Jangkar village, especially in the hamlet of the mosque, is distributed before the muwaris dies. This is done so that when the heirs have died, there will be no quarrels or disputes and enmity, so that between members who are considered heirs still have a good and connected relationship without any problems. According to the view of Islamic law, the distribution of inheritance that occurs in the hamlet community of the Masjid village of Jangkar is not the distribution of inheritance, but in practice it is more directed to grants, because the distribution of assets is given when the muwaris have not died. On the other hand, it is said to be a will, if the heir has the right to own the property given by the muwaris when the muwaris has died. So with regard to the distribution, it can be interpreted that if the distribution is carried out before the muwaris dies, there are two possibilities, namely the distribution is included in the category of grants or wills. And if the distribution is carried out after the muwaris dies, then it also has two possibilities, namely the division of the property is included in the category of wills or inheritance distributions.

The Pancer customary law in Pesucen village, Kalipuro sub-district, Banyuwangi sub-district, such as marrying a cousin from a father whose brothers are both male, is a prohibition that has become a rule. However, in Islamic law, it is permissible to marry cousins, and there is no evidence against it. The purpose of this study is to describe the traditional practice of Pancer in marriage and to describe the views of Ulama' Fiqh on the Pancer custom in Pesucen village, Kalipuro district, Banyuwangi district. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive exposure. The results show that the Pancer custom in Pesucen village is considered to have violated the rules by not allowing marriage to occur between cousins, even though marriage between cousins is allowed. Adat which usually can be used as a reference for a particular case means that it can also be used as a syar'i argument. However, if it is against the text, it can no longer be used as a reference. Because basically custom is not allowed to justify the haram and it is also not allowed to justify the halal.

Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana niat beli konsumen kelas menengah di Kecamatan Rappocini Kota Makassar dipengaruhi oleh pemasaran digital, kepercayaan konsumen, kualitas produk dan informasi produk. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Dokumen, kuesioner dan observasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 partisipan dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian (1), digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebiasaan pembelian konsumen kelas menengah di Kecamatan Rappocini Kota Makassar. (2) Di Kecamatan Rappocini Kota Makassar, niat beli konsumen kelas menengah dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh kepercayaan konsumen. (3) Di Kecamatan Rappocini Kota Makassar, kualitas setiap produk berpengaruh positif dan cukup besar terhadap niat beli konsumen kelas menengah. (4) Konsumen kelas menengah di Kecamatan Rappocini Makassar tidak dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh informasi produk. This study is entitled The Effect of Using Shopee Paylater on Impulsive Purchases for Students of the Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of using the shopee paylater on the consumptive behavior of students at the Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were active students of the Faculty of Economics, totaling 4000 students, while the sample in this study was 115 students. Data analysis used is the assumption test, simple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Judging from the results of calculations through SPSS, the coefficient of determination using Shopee Pay has a significant effect on impulsive purchases of 43.8%. While the remaining 56.6% is the influence of other factors not examined in this study. The results obtained are ???? ℎ???????????????????? 0.00 < ???? ???????????????????? 0.05. This shows that ???????? is rejected and ???????? is accepted. Keywords: Use of Shopee Paylater, Impulse Purchases.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tenaga kerja, luas lahan, modal, dan pakan terhadap nilai produksi ayam petelur di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Metode kuantitatif dan strategi deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, survei, dan dokumentasi. Dengan bantuan SPSS 26, uji asumsi konvensional, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji f adalah teknik analisis data yang diterapkan. Berdasarkan kesimpulan penelitian, nilai produksi ayam petelur di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh modal, tenaga kerja, luas lahan, dan pakan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kata Kunci: Modal, Tenaga Kerja, Luas Lahan, Pakan, Nilai Produksi, Usaha Ternak Ayam Petelur
