This research is aim to know the effect feeding of cloves powder (Syzygium aromaticum ) to the performans of the chickens. This research involved 84 broiler chickens that are divided into 4 (four) treatments by the addition of cloves powder of Syzygium aromaticum 0,5%, 0,75%, 1,0%, and 1,25% to the ration. Each treatment was repeated 3 (three) times. Each treatment contain 7 (seven) chickens. Performans that measured are feed consumption, body weight rate and carcas percentation. Data analysis using variance/anova of the Completely Randomized Design (CRD). These results indicate that the addition of cloves powder (Syzygium aromaticum) has no real effect of the Performans of the chickens (P>0,05)

Deficiency of iron intake and folic acid intake can cause a shortage of concentration and studentachievement. The purpose of this study explains the effect of giving fortified rice with folic acid on concentrationand Student learning outcome. This study is an experimental using the Double-Blind Randomized ControlTrial Design. The population is students in the Annihaya boarding school is 603 people. The sample is 80male students of aged 12-15 years. The sample was divided into four groups, namely groups given fortificationrice (anemia and non-anemia) and groups given non-fortification rice (anemia and non-anemia). The resultsshowed that the greatest decrease in concentration scores in the intervention group was -2,75, while in thecontrol group, it decreased by -1,65 and there was no significant difference either in the group or the differencegroup with p value> 0,05. The increase in student learning outcomes in the intervention group was 0,11while the control group had decreased by -0,44. The results show that there were significant differences in theintervention group before and after the intervention. But statistical tests showed there were no differences instudent learning outcomes scores between the intervention group and the control group (p>0,05). The conclusionis that the concentration of students decreased in all groups after the intervention and the greatest decreaseoccurred in the group given non-anemic fortified rice. Student learning outcomes increased in all groupsafter the intervention and the largest increase occurred in the anemic group who were given fortified rice.

Acceptance receipts for the Director General's e-filing system ask for online services. The data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that totaled 250 which were distributed in Batam City to all the people. The samples used were selected randomly from the public who have used the system and have not used the e-filing system. Due to the results of the testing in this study, it shows that the variable intent. erformae exрeсtаnсy, exрeсtаnсy effоrt and fасilitаting оnditiоn are very hard Meanwhile, what will happen in the test on variable social influenza does not affect the desire to use the e-filing system.

Nurse is a job susceptible to occupational stress for timing pressure and high burden of workload. Occupational stress of nurses could force them into presenteeism behavior, the condition when employee push themself to still working although not in good and healthy condition. The aim of this study was to find correlation between occupational stresses with nurses presenteeism. Samples of this study were 50 nurses of inpatient room of X Hospital in Makassar which taken by using total sampling method. Measuring instruments used in this study were nurses job stress scale (α = 0,859) and presenteeism scale (α = 0,816). Using hypothetical test of Spearman correlation, results found r = 0,653 and p = < 0,05. The result means there was positive correlation between occupational stresses with nurses presenteeism on X Hospital in Makassar. Presenteeism can affect the productivity of nurses, so it is important for hospitals to control the nurses occupational stress to reduce the appearance of presenteeism and avoid the negative impact of presenteeism.

Model pembelajaran koperatif bertujuan memotivasi mahasiswa dari sisi kerja samanya dalam menciptakan situasi dimana keberhasilan individu yang dipengaruhi oleh keberhasilan kelompok dalam mencapai tujuan rumusan pembelajaran. Sangatlah tepat apabila model pembelajatan kooperatif ini diterapkan dalam menunjang pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Penelitian lebih dominan memilih jenis metode penelitian true eksperimental design dengan menggunakan tiga tipe dalam model pembelajaran kooperatif, kemudian menganilisis dan mendeskripsikan hasil temuan di lapangan, selanjutnya menemukan tingkat dominasi dari tiga tipe dalam model pembelajaran kooperatif yang diterapkan. Implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif Prodi Bahasa Arab STAIN Parepare sudah relatif dipergunakan, namun tidak secara prosedural dan sistemik sesuai dengan latar belakang dan tingkat keragaman kemampuan mahasiswa. Tampak adanya pengaruh hasil belajar yang mengalami peningkatan setelah menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif, utamanya pada aspek kecenderungan motivasi dan inovasi mahasiswa untuk mengevaluasi hasil belajarnya, melalui proses dialogi (diskusi) dalam mengetahui benar dan tidaknya, cocok dan tidak cocoknya, serta mapan dan tidak mapannya nilai hasil yang diperoleh dari evaluasi hasil belajar masing,masing. Namun taraf pengembangannya, tentunya diharapkan adanya relevansi dan terjadinya pola kerjasama dalam KBM pada masing-masing mata kuliah serumpun Bahasa Arab.

The importance of this research was the essence of learning trough student team achievement division and the implementation steps that have not been done on the research object. The level of learning was decided by students that still need to be maximized to achieve the minimum completion criteria established by the school. The objective of the research is to know the form of implementation and effetiveness of learning trough Student Team Achievement Division in improving the outcomes (result) of learning lslamic Religion Education for the eleventh grade on SMK Negeri 1 Parepare. The research setting used in this research was a classroom action research which was conducted cyclically with experimental approach. The subjects of this research are the eleventh grade on SMK Negeri 1 Parepare and the numbers of the subjects were 25 student. The method of data collection as research instrument was tes, participant observation sheet, and documentation, the data analysis technique used.frequency distribution analysis. The research result found that Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) as learning strategy was effetive to improve the students learning outcomes of the eleventh grade of SMK Negeri I Parepare

Syekh Qutbhi dalam menafsirkan ayat-ayat talak dalam tafsir Fi Zilalil Qur’an adalah dalam bentuk sastra dan amaliyah. Menghadirkan inspirasi-inspirasi al-Qur’an, menyimpulkan petunjuk-petunjuk, menampilkan prinsip-prinsip dan nilai-nilai, serta menjelaskan fungsi al-Qur’an yang sangat vital dengan bersifat gerak dan mangandung kemukjizatan. Di samping metode yang ditempuh dengan cara mengaitkan ayat satu dengan ayat yang lain, pembahasan satu ayat membutuhkan ayat lain yang ada korelasinya (tahlili) juga dibutuhkan. Sedangkan Syekh Quraish Shihab dalam menafsirkan ayat-ayat talak dalam tafsir Al-Mishbah menggunakan metode maudhu’i dengan memfokuskan terhadap tema suatu ayat yang ditafsirkan secara detail serta dengan pendekatan hermeneutika (nuzuli).

ABSTRACT INTRODUCTIONEmployee’s turnover is caused by intention to leave the job voluntarily based on their decision. Job embeddedness is one factor of turnover intention. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job embededness to turnover intention of Caroline Officer’s employee in PT. Infomedia Nusantara. METHODThe study subjects were 60 employees of Caroline Officer in PT. Infomedia Nusantara. The research design used quantitative design. The data was collected by using two instruments. The information being collected was turnover intention and job embeddedness. They were analyzed by using simple regression technic. RESULTSThis analysis found coefficient value was 0,662, and R square value was 0,439, significance value was 0,000<0,005. This negative result indicates a negative correlation between turnover’s intention and job embeddedness. Contribution of job embeddedness to turnover intension is 43,9%. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMENDATIONSHypotesis test result shows that HO is rejected. It means that there is negative effect of job embeddedness towards turnover intentioin to the employee of Caroline Officer PT. Infomedia Nusantara. The higher job embeddedness possessed by employee, the lower turnover intention. Based on the conclussion above, the researcher offers seme suggestion for the employee as follow; Employee who has found appropriate company for themselves is better to have relationship or good network with boss as well as friend who relates directly with his job or community in the work place and supervisor or head manager always keep a good relationship with all the employee and to notice about the suitability of the employee with their job and neighbourhood to build the employees ‘ embeddedness. This research focuses on studying the meaning of Mappadendang tradition, how the method of communicating the message of the communication to the tradition of Mappadenddang and how the value of Islamic communication in the Mappadendang tradition is found in Lancirang village. The purpose of this study is to find out the meaning of Mappadendang tradition, to know the method of delivering Islamic communication and to know the value of Islamic communication in the tradition of Mappadenddang in Lancirang village The results of the study show that the Mappadendang tradition is a hereditary tradition and thanks to the community in the village of Lancirang, which has a meaning to strengthen the relationship between the community and farmers. So that the delivery of the traditional communication message can be known by the community around Lancirang village by implementing tudang sippulung and circulating invitations from the formation of the committee, which has the value to introduce and preserve the cultural values of these children towards the relevant in accordance with Islamic teachings.

Motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja sangat berkaitan langsung dengan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja yang dirasakan oleh karyawan dapat menurunkan kinerja ataupun meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja yang nyaman akan membuat karyawan termotivasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja sehingga akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja suatu instansi secara keseluruhan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode kuantitatif melalui pendekatan asosiatif. Lokasi penelitian, yakni Dinas Komunikasi Informatika dan Statistik (Diskominfo) Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni seluruh karyawan berjumlah 39 orang. Metode pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini berupa sampel jenuh (sensus). Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji-t, dan uji-f. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; dan (3) Motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pemerhati kebersihan dan pemerhati ruang kerja agar tugas yang diberikan karyawan yang dikerjakan dengan baik dan diharapkan dengan adanya motivasi kerja akan meningkatkan gairah dan semangat karyawan dalam sebuah organisasi.
