The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price, and place on the purchase decision of Meatballs Ikhtiar. The research method used was quantitative research in the form of a survey. The research sample of 100 consumers Meatballs Tofu Ikhtiar. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression tests, partial hypothesis testing using t-test and simultaneous test using the F test. The results of this study are that there is a significant influence on product quality on purchasing decisions. There is a significant effect on price decisions. There is a significant influence of place influence on purchasing decisions. There is a significant influence on product quality, price and place simultaneously on the decision. The magnitude of the effect of product quality, price and place simultaneously on purchasing decisions. The conclusion of the study is that there is a significant influence on product quality, price, and place on the purchasing decision of Ikhtiar Meatballs Tofu.

Swimming crabs (Portunus pelagicus) is a fishery commodity that has high economic value in excess of a fairly high protein content and is composed of amino acids patterned approach needs amino acids in the human body The process of pasteurization is one way to maintain quality and prevent decayon crab meat. Object of research is crab meat (Portunus pelagicus). Research conducted a completely randomized study design (CRD) of one factors with the treatment combination of temperature and time of pasteurization as much as 12 levels. Dependent variable is the total number of microbes, whereas thecombination of pasteurization temperature and time as independent variables. Each experiment performed a total of three replications, in order to obtain 36 units of the experiment.The results showed that microbial heat resistance value of D 80 C, D 85 o C, 90 o C D and z values crab meat are 5.16; 3.67; 3.32 minutes and 52.63 o C. Heat resistance (P value) with sterile 5D level of 30.37 minutes. The combination of temperature and time of pasteurization with a P value of 30.37 minutes of pasteurization temperature of 80 C for 37.80 minutes, temperature 85 C for 30.37 minutes, the temperature of 90 C for 24.40 minutes. In the organoleptic properties of color, aroma, flavor and texture, heating at 80, 85, 90 oC for 5, 10, 15 minutes down a score of 7.0 (before pasteurization) to 5.0 to 7.0 (after pasteurization). The combination of temperature and time of pasteurization appropriate conclusions can be applied to crab meat processing industry. Need for additional research about the combination oftemperature and time of pasteurization and the effect on the subjective and objective quality as well as further research about the value of D of microbial pathogens in crab meat. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketertarikan peneliti terhadap masalah bagi hasil simpananberjangka yang ada pada KJKS BMT Bina Umat Mandiri (BUM) Cabang Adiwerna.Yang menjadipermasalahan ini adalah bagaimana perhitungan bagi hasil simpanan berjangka pada KJKS BMT Bina UmatMandiri (BUM) Cabang Adiwerna.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahobservasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisisdeskriptif dimana penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas mengenai suatukeadaaan berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dengan cara menyajikan, mengumpulkan dan menganalisis datatersebut sehingga menjadi informasi baru yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisa mengenai masalah yangsedang diteliti.Salah satu aktivitas BMT BUM adalah menghimpun dana dari anggota nasabah melalui simpanandiantaranya yaitu simpanan berjangka. Dalam menghimpunan dana BMT BUM sangat diperlukan penerapanpenerapan yang mencerminkan keadilan, kejujuran dan kejelasan untuk melakukan sistem bagi hasil keuntungankepada nasabah. Untuk menghitung bagi hasil dari dana yang disimpan BMT BUM dari nasabah didasarkan atasnisbah keuntungan yang disepakati antara kedua belah pihak yaitu BMT BUM dan nasabah.Hasil penelitian inimenyimpulkan bahwa perhitungan bagi hasil simpanan berjangka pada KJKS BMT Bina Umat Mandiri (BUM)Cabang Adiwerna sudah sesuai dengan Fatwa Dewan Syariah Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI).Kata kunci :Bagi Hasil, Simpanan, Simpanan Berjangka, BMT BUM Adiwerna

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the existence of good service quality and price can affect GRAB customer satisfaction, especially in 2016 students of S1 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Singaperbangsa Karawang. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods, namely: collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, as well as making conclusions and suggestions. The sample used was 193 respondents. Methods of data analysis using validity, reliability and normality tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of statistical testing, the following results were obtained: Service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality and price Simultaneously using the F test is known to have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in using GRAB online transportation services for students of the 2016 S1 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Singaperbangsa Karawang. THE CORRELATION BETWEEN COPING STRATEGY AND ACADEMIC RESILIENCE IN MEDICAL FACULTY STUDENTS Nida Muhlisa; Nur Aeni

The aim of this study was to examine the correlation between coping strategies and academic resilience in medical faculty students. The research subjects in this study were 70 active students of the Medical Faculty of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto who were selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. The data were analysed using the Analysis of Product Moment through the help of SPSS 22 for Windows. Correlation values r = 0.615 and p = 0.000 (p<0.01) was obtained in this study which indicated that there was a positive and significant correlation between coping strategies and academic resilience. Coping strategies provide an effective contribution of 37.8% to academic resilience. However, there are 62.2% of other factors such as strong social skills, interpersonal skills and social support that affect academic resilience.

The habit of watching English movies provides an opportunity to learn language skills. Movies can be difficult for students to understand because they speak more quickly than they do in everyday conversation or English, but they can also be entertaining and help to improve specific English language skills, like listening. To measure English language skills, especially listening, reading, and structure, the English language test or TOEFL has recently become a very important thing to master in facing global competition and has become a prerequisite for graduation on various campuses in Indonesia. The study aimed to determine whether students' habits of watching English-language films and their listening comprehension on the TOEFL were related. The students were members of the English Education Department at UIN Alauddin Makassar.The study design used a quantitative approach and the correlation method. The researcher employed tests and questionnaires to gather data. The study's participants consisted of third-semester English Education Department students at UIN Alauddin Makassar. There were one hundred students in the study's sample. Random sampling was used for this study.The method of using a questionnaire to gather information about students' viewing habits of English-language films. The TOEFL exam was the method used to gather listening data. This data analysis method made use of the Pearson product-moment correlation. The results of the study indicate a significant positive correlation (rxy = 0.826 > rtable = 0.196) between students' listening and watching habits in English during the TOEFL exam at UIN Alauddin Makassar. As a result, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This statement indicates that there is a positive and significant relationship between students' habit of watching English-language movies and their ability to listen on the TOEFL exam.

The Real Work Lecture Program carried out by Group 4 aims to increase public awareness in Sumber Jaya Village, especially in RW 033 regarding clean living behavior and prevention of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). The KKN program that willbe carried out consists of the main activities in the form of carrying out community service work, socializing about a healthyenvironment and dengue fever as well as giving lavender plants, naming plants around the RW 033 post with a QR Code,socializing children with the media of painting piggy banks, and making a bank. inorganic waste. Through these programs, it is hoped that it can increase people's awareness of healthy living in a clean environment, broaden people's knowledge aboutdengue fever in a deeper way, use technological media in the form of SCcan QR Code as an educational development for localresidents regarding plants and their uses, increase awareness of life. cleanliness for children from an early age, and fostering awareness of the importance of waste management to support efforts to improve healthy living in preventing dengue fever. From the activities that have been carried out, it turns out that the KKN carried out by Group 5 in Sumber Jaya village has succeeded in having a positive impact on the community and the environment.

This study aims to investigate the influence of discipline on teacher motivation in public elementary schools in Makassar. The research employs descriptive and confirmatory approaches. The descriptive approach seeks to explain the data presented in tables, figures, and graphs, while the confirmatory approach is used to confirm the influence of exogenous variables (discipline, competence, and leadership) on the intervening variable (motivation) and the endogenous variable (performance). The research was conducted in 58 public elementary schools across three districts: Tallo, Ujung Tanah, and Wajo, with the study period estimated to last three months, from April to July 2024. The data types include primary data obtained through observations, questionnaires, and interviews with respondents, as well as secondary data from documents, reports, books, the internet, and related journals. From 300 respondents, the results indicate that the overall perception of motivation is positive, with an average score of 3.68. The indicators of attendance and active involvement received the highest score (3.75), followed by enthusiasm in teaching (3.77), while the indicators of energy in teaching (3.59) and the drive for student progress (3.64) received lower scores. These findings suggest that, although the majority of respondents agree that motivation is an important factor in performance, 18.48% of respondents do not fully agree. The study also found a positive and significant relationship between teacher discipline and their performance, mediated by motivation. Discipline helps teachers manage tasks and time effectively, which in turn enhances both motivation and performance. In conclusion, to improve teaching quality, it is essential for schools to support teacher motivation and discipline through professional development programs and to create a conducive environment.

Salah satu kompetensi guru yang belum terlaksana dengan baik adalah keterampilan dalam kegiatan pengajaran yaitu pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan aplikasi Canva bagi guru. Kesulitan ini disebabkan karena guru kurang memiliki kemampuan penggunaan aplikasi Canva tersebut. Oleh karena itu, perlu diadakan kegiatan pelatihan media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan aplikasi Canva pada guru Pondok Tahfidz Ahlul Jannah Paddinging. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini, kompetensi guru dalam media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan aplikasi Canva diharapkan dapat semakin meningkat. Berdasarkan analisis situasi, permasalahan yang dirumuskan: 1) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dirasakan kurang menarik bagi peserta didik dan cenderung membosankan, 2) Motivasi guru untuk melaksanakan inovasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran sangat rendah, 3) Pengetahuan para guru dalam merancang dan menggunakan media pembelajaran menggunakan Aplikasi Canva sangat kurang. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan selama 3 hari tatap muka, dengan mengundang 15 guru Pondok Tahfidz Ahlul Jannah, dengan frekuensi 3 kali kunjungan. Adapun luaran yang antara lain: meningkatnya kompetensi guru dalam bidang media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan Aplikasi Canva.
