Abstract

The emergence of interesting content through Instagram accounts managed by a person or a certain group representing a family law is important to discuss. One of the discourses that appears in these contents is related to the advice of husband and wife in building their household, then brings up tips for husband and wife to pay attention to each other. The husband and wife can apply the contents which are posted on the instagram account to create a harmonious household life. This paper aims to see the narratives that appear in the posts of intagram accounts through a discourse analysis approach. This research data is focused on 3 Instagram accounts with a selection of many followers on the Instagram account. The 3 Instagram accounts are @suami.istri.bahagia, @nasihatsuamiistri, @suamiistriromantis. This research leads to Netnographic studies or digital-based research. Then, because the data obtained is in the form of written content narratives, pamphlets, and videos posted on Instagram, it will be analyzed using discourse theory. The results showed that the content of the program gave rise to two studies that represented family law. First, it relates to the husband's obligation to the wife and the wife's obligation to the husband by posting content in the form of advice for the husband and wife. Second, post content about parents' obligations to children by posting narratives in the form of tips and procedures. Furthermore, the author found that the problem that occurs in these Instagram accounts is the existence of gender bias, this means that posts that represent family law are more content intended for the Wife and their content reflects the business of selling Products.

Abstract

The sample includes all employees at the Kyriad Muraya Hotel, totaling 110 uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Job Performance. There is a positive and significant influence of Perceived Organizational Support and Psychological Empowerment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. There is a positive and significant influence of Perceived Organizational Support on Job Performance which is mediated by the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable. And there is a positive and significant influence of Psychological Empowerment on Job Performance which is mediated by the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable. Sampel penelitian ini seluruh karyawan Hotel Kyriad Muraya yang berjumlah 110 orang dengan metode SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Perceived Organizational Support dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap Job Performance. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Perceived Organizational Support dan Psychological Empowerment terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Job Performance dimediasi oleh variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Psychological Empowerment terhadap Job Performance dimediasi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

PT. BEPP adalah sebuah perusahaan yang berlokasi di kota Tangerang. Proses rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan masih menghadapi permasalahan, dengan kualifikasi dan persyaratan yang belum sepenuhnya sejalan dengan kebijakan perusahaan. Selain itu, penempatan kerja yang buruk dan gaji tidak disertai bonus atau uang lembur, sehingga dapat berdampak negatif pada kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis yaitu regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian pada uji t variabel rekrutmen diperoleh ada pengaruh secara negatif dengan kinerja karyawan, untuk variabel seleksi diperoleh ada pengaruh secara negatif dengan kinerja karyawan, untuk variabel penempatan diperoleh ada pengaruh secara negatif dengan kinerja karyawan, untuk variabel gaji ada pengaruh secara negatif dengan kinerja karyawan . Perhitungan uji f menunjukkan pengaruh variabel bebas (rekrutmen, seleksi, penempatan dan gaji) secara bersama sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keterikatan (kinerja karyawan).

Abstract

Abstrak Melihat perselisihan suami istri yang berujung perceraian yang disebabkan karena kurangnya rasa memiliki dan menghargai satu sama lain, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan bentuk maupun usaha solidaritas suami istri dalam mewujudkan keharmonisan pada mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan normative sosiologis. Selanjunya penelitian ini akan dianalisis menggunakan teori solidaritas Emile Durkheim. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keharmonisan keluarga dapat diperoleh melalui kedekatan dan keterbukaan suami dan istri. Kedekatan dan keterbukaan disini menurut Emile Durkheim dalam teori solidaritas sosial diperoleh melalui gotong royong dan kerjasama. Selanjunya dalam penelitian ini menunjukan terkait perwujudan keharmonisan melalui solidaritas mekanik dimana setiap pasangan suami istri memiliki rasa kesadaran bersama atau saling tolong menolong dalam mencapai tujuan bersama. Kemudian bentuk-bentuk usaha dalam mewujudkan keharmonisan keluarga yang dapat dilakukan suami istri melalui gotong rotong dan kerjasama ialah Melakukan pekerjaan rumah bersama, saling keterbukaan dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga, saling terbuka dalam berkomunikasi serta memahami peran masing-masing   Abstract Seeing husband and wife disputes that lead to divorce caused by a lack of belonging and respect for each other, this study aims to describe the form and efforts of husband and wife solidarity in realizing harmony with them. The method used in this research is a literature study with a sociological normative approach. Next this research will be analyzed using Emile Durkheim's theory of solidarity. The results showed that family harmony can be obtained through the closeness and openness of husband and wife. Closeness and openness here according to Emile Durkheim in the theory of social solidarity is obtained through mutual assistance and cooperation. Furthermore, this study shows the realization of harmony through mechanical solidarity where each married couple has a sense of mutual awareness or mutual help in achieving common goals. Then the forms of business in realizing family harmony that can be done by husband and wife through mutual assistance and cooperation are Doing housework together, mutual openness in managing family finances, being open to each other in communicating and understanding each other's roles

Abstract

The conditions that occurred in the Sentani–Papua Religious Court experienced the limitations of a judge who had a dual role as a mediator. of course, these conditions will have an impact on the application of the Principle of Justice which is fast, simple and low cost in the Sentani-Papua Religious Court. So this study aims to find out how the strategy carried out by the Sentani Religious Court in implementing the Judicial Principle with these conditions and sites. This research was conducted through interviews, observations and documentation. If we look at this research shown to an institution, this research is a field study based on Qualitative research. The results showed that the Sentani Religious Court in implementing the Judicial Principle (Fast, Simple, Low Cost) with existing limitations has several strategies for how the judicial principle must be enforced. The strategy carried out is first, the application of the single judge in Examining, Adjudicating, advocating and deciding. Second, the Placement of Legal Aid Institutions to Manage Legal Aid Posts located in the Sentani Religious Court. Third, the acceptance of certified non-judge mediators so that judges in the Sentani Religious court no longer need to concurrently serve as mediators.

Abstract

The crisis of tolerance between religious communities in various parts of the world is increasing, including in Indonesia. So it needs to be reaffirmed, with the existence of religious community organizations such as Nahdlattul Ulama which has a high flow of tolerance between religious communities, it must be used as a mecca/role model for tolerance. This study uses the literature search method combined with the latest information on religious tolerance. The results of the study stated that inter-religious tolerance can be achieved by implementing hablum minallah hablum minannas hablum mina nas and hablum minal alam as religious teachings in community empowerment, opening up business fields, trying to maintain the nation and state together, and maintaining relationships among people. In Indonesia, it seems that there will be no difficulties if all parties are aware of the religious values being taught, especially within the Nahdlatul Ulama environment which can be taken out and become a mecca for tolerance in various matters and various fields of life.

Abstract

This study aims to identify digital leadership strategies that are effective in improving employees' work innovation behavior at Sinar Murni Banten Savings and Loan Cooperative. Using a quantitative approach with survey techniques, data was collected from 100 cooperative employees who have at least one year of work experience and are involved in the use of digital technology in their daily work. The results showed that digital leadership has a significant influence on employees' creativity, proactivity, and ability to implement new ideas. Regression analysis revealed that digital leadership strategies contributed 37% to the variability of employees' innovative work behavior. Leaders who integrate digital technology in their managerial strategies can encourage employees to be more creative and proactive in completing their tasks. In conclusion, an effective digital leadership strategy can improve operational efficiency and create added value for cooperatives through the development of employee work innovation behavior. This research suggests that cooperatives should continue to develop technological infrastructure, initiatives to face challenges and capitalize on opportunities in the digital era

Abstract

Autoassociative Memory (AM) is one of the artificial neural network methods and is a special of Heteroassociative Memory network. AM saving one or more vectors using matrics by the training process. Vectors that have been stored can be recognized by computing the weight matrix and in the activation process this method can be done very easily because it does not require calculation of the target value like other artificial neural network methods. The target is identical to the input so that if the input is identical to the output then the input is a pattern is a recognized object. AM ability to recognize patterns can be used for User and Password Authentication in an information system, so as to increase security in applications. The application of AM on a website-based application can reduce direct interaction between the database on the system and users who are not authorized, because the authentication process only involves a weight matrix. To apply the AM method, combine user and password then converted into binary to making a vector to using AM processed. In this research, AM ability to recognize user and password is 88% with a total of 100 data and is able to recognize users and passwords by 60% with an entropy value of 0.29, it can be concluded that the AM method can be used in the authentication process but has not optimal because it has not correct 100%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how managers, team leaders, and supervisors can evaluate top performers with the aid of simple additive weighting in decision support systems. In this study, interviews, observation, and related literature reviews were employed as data collection techniques. This system employs fuzzy simple additive weighted (FSAW) as its approach. Two techniques, AHP and WP, were used to develop the system. Rapid Application Development, or RAD, is the system development methodology employed in this study. The findings of the study led to the following deductions: The results of this application calculation do not directly determine when assessing the best employee; you must wait for a decision from the team leader, supervisor, manager or meeting. The results provided by the best employee assessment decision support system method can be implemented using dynamic or changeable criteria to determine the best alternative. There are seven criteria used for research on evaluating the best employees in this application, namely: average process. Processes include: quantity; quality; on time; and teamwork. Productivity, which includes days in and days out/holidays. These criteria are only a basis for research in writing about the best employees, but to add or subtract criteria, you can add or subtract them in the best employee assessment application system using SAW.

Abstract

This community service initiative by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University, aimed to enhance the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) owned by university students. Utilizing the Service Learning method, the program focused on improving operational efficiency through training in time management, inventory control, product quality enhancement, and technology application. The initiative culminated in an international product exhibition at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, providing MSMEs with opportunities for global market exposure. Post-evaluation demonstrated a significant increase in productivity among participants, evidenced by improved time management and product quality. The project's success highlights the positive impact of holistic approaches that integrate training and international marketing efforts on local economies. Future initiatives should explore deeper aspects like innovation and advanced marketing strategies for sustained MSME growth
