Transformational leadership style can increase employee motivation and job satisfaction. Job stress has the potential to decrease employee satisfaction and increase intention to leave the company. Job satisfaction can be a determining factor in retaining employees to remain committed to the organisation. This study aims to analyse the effect of transformational leadership style, job stress, and job satisfaction on turnover intention; as well as the role of stress and job satisfaction as intervening variables. This type of research is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to employees of Public Company Jasa Tirta I, with a sample of 109 people. Regression test to see the direct effect between variables and mediation test to determine the role of job satisfaction and job stress in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on turnover intention. The results showed that transformational leadership style has a positive effect on job satisfaction and a negative effect on turnover intention. Job stress has a positive effect on turnover intention, while job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention. Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyse the impact of cyber-attacks on the performance stability of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) on  financial and non-financial performance indicators, including Capital Adequacy, Asset Quality, Management Quality, Income, and Liquidity. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, with trend analysis conducted based on secondary data from BSI's annual and quarterly reports prior to and following the cyberattack incident. The findings indicated an upward trend in several performance indicators, reflecting the resilience of the financial performance despite the cyber-attack. BSI was able to maintain customer trust and recorded an increase in both sources of funds and assets. Furthermore, the research evaluated BSI's Shariah compliance and its contribution to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16, which focuses on strengthening inclusive, transparent, and accountable institutions. BSI's risk management was found to be at the composite level 2 (low-moderate). It is recommended that improvements be made to the cybersecurity systems, risk management, and the supervision of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) in order to ensure the sustainability of Sharia compliance in every aspect of operations.

Abstract

The deterioration of the natural environment has become a significant global issue, Green Banking is a program where financial institutions prioritize environmental concerns within their operations and business activities. This research aims to examine and compare the progress of Indonesian banks and Singaporean banks in implementing green banking. This research employed  ROE annual report, digital banking record, and green projects that banks participated in from 2019 to 2023. The analysis revealed that Indonesia and Singapore experienced a loss in 2019, but subsequently recovered their equity footing in 2020 and continued to do so through 2023. A statement from the banks' annual report indicated that digital banking played a role in maintaining banks' equity throughout the year, demonstrating the successful implementation of digital banking in both Indonesia and Singapore. A While Indonesia's green investment and loans prioritize supporting small green businesses, Singapore's approach is to assist larger enterprises that aim to adopt environmentally friendly practices. This research has revealed that both Indonesia and Singapore have successfully implemented green banking, and each country has developed its own approach to this implementation.

Abstract

Food delivery applications (FDAs) have become an essential part of modern student life, providing convenience and accessibility in daily consumption patterns. This study aims to examine the factors influencing user satisfaction and how they contribute to students’ dependence on FDAs. Five key variables were analyzed: time saving, price saving, information quality, security system, and safe packaging. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through structured questionnaires from 244 active student users and analyzed using regression analysis. The results reveal that all five factors positively affect user satisfaction, with time saving (? = 0.313) showing the strongest influence, followed by price saving (? = 0.245), security system (? = 0.211), safe packaging (? = 0.151), and information quality (? = 0.074). These findings suggest that practical efficiency and economic benefits play a more significant role in shaping satisfaction than informational aspects. The study provides valuable implications for FDA providers and app developers to improve service efficiency, enhance user satisfaction, and foster long-term app engagement.

Abstract

Plastic pollution and rising sustainability awareness have shifted consumer expectations toward environmentally responsible packaging. This study examines how green packaging influences brand equity and customer loyalty, focusing on Quaker Oats Malaysia. It specifically investigates the roles of environmental awareness, customer perception, willingness to pay, and brand image, with brand equity serving as a mediating variable. A quantitative survey of 150 Malaysian consumers aged 18–44 was conducted and analyzed using multiple regression in SPSS. The results indicate that willingness to pay (? = 0.323, p 0.01), brand image (? = 0.745, p 0.001), and brand equity (? = 0.367, p 0.01) significantly affect customer loyalty and brand strength. Environmental awareness also positively affects brand equity (? = 0.161, p 0.05) but has no direct effect on loyalty. Mediation analysis confirms that brand equity fully mediates the effects of environmental awareness and brand image on loyalty, explaining 64.6% of the variance in loyalty and 73.4% in equity. These findings emphasize that sustainability-driven brand equity transforms ethical initiatives into customer trust and long-term loyalty, making green packaging both an environmental and strategic advantage for consumer brands.
