Abstract

Penerapan teknologi dalam ranah pendidikan khususnya pembelajaran menjadi perhatian khususnya dalam memberikan evaluasi pembelajaran yang menarik dengan menggunakan aplikasi Quizizz. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru sekolah dasar melalui kegiatan terintegrasi proses penggunaan pedagogi, teknologi dan materi ajarnya. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah guru sekolah dasari di SD Kemala Bhayangkari 5 Cipinang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahap seperti sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan keberlanjutan program. Pelaksaaan kegiatan ini diselenggarakan melalui proses memberikan pelatihan mengenai bagaimana mengintegrasi TPACK memiliki konsep dari 3 komponen yaitu pengintegrasian TPACK dalam rancangan belajar, teknologi yang diimplementasikan untuk mengomunikasikan dalam kegiatan mengajar, dan exploratory practice  dan reflective practice melalui pembelajaran aktif. Hasil Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini guru sekolah dasar memiliki kemampuan dalam mengevaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan Quizzizz. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pedagogik guru setelah mendapat pelatihan dengan materi TPACK

Abstract

This research aims to determine the leadership role of school principals in improving teachers' professional competence at SDN Kota Baru IV. Using a qualitative case study approach, this study involved key stakeholders, including the principal and teachers from various grade levels. The subjects used in this research were the Principal and Class VI A Teachers, Class II B Teachers, Class C- D Teachers, Class III B Teachers, Class VI C Teachers, Class VI B Teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and accompanied by documentation. The methods used in data analysis were data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The triangulations used were source triangulation and method triangulation. Results reveal that the principal effectively embodies multiple leadership roles educator, manager, administrator, leader, and motivator to foster teacher competence. For instance, as an educator, the principal cultivates a positive learning culture and encourages professional development through workshops and seminars. As a manager, the principal ensures systematic planning and optimal utilization of resources. Furthermore, as a motivator, the principal inspires teachers to embrace innovation and continuous improvement. This research underscores the pivotal influence of leadership in achieving educational excellence, emphasizing the integration of strategic management and professional development to overcome challenges and enhance teacher performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini agar mengevaluasi kemajuan penelitian dengan mengidentifikasi dan mengumpulkan temuan terkait model pembelajaran Discovery Learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar. Model pembelajaran Discovery Learning merupakan pendekatan yang efektif karena dapat mendorong siswa mencari ilmu secara mandiri, meningkatkan partisipasi dan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Artikel ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dan kajian pustaka untuk menganalisis literatur yang relevan dengan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning yang menekankan dalam pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan memeriksa penelitian sebelumnya dan buku-buku yang relevan. Kemudian, data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Sekitar 30 artikel dari jurnal nasional yang terindeks Sinta ditemukan melalui Google Scholar. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Discovery Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study was conducted to examine the relationship between teachers’ exemplary attitudes and the character development of fifth-grade students at Sepanjang Jaya IV Public Elementary School. Methodology: This study employed a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The sample consisted of 56 students selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert scale and analyzed through the Pearson Product Moment correlation test with the assistance of SPSS software version 21. Main Findings: The research findings revealed a relationship between teacher role modeling and the character of fifth-grade students. The stronger the role modeling demonstrated by the teacher, the more positive the character development in the students. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study presents a novel element by specifically examining the relationship between teacher role modeling and character development in fifth-grade elementary school students, who are at a developmental stage where the teacher figure has significant influence. Furthermore, this research highlights the concrete forms of teacher role modeling that align with the conditions of the elementary school environment and analyzes them through an approach that directly examines the relationship between variables. Thus, this study provides an important contribution to the development of character education in elementary schools, especially in the implementation of teacher role modeling values in daily practice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran CTL (Contextual Teaching And Learning) Terhadap Kemampuan Kognitif IPAS Siswa Kelas IV Materi Kegiatan Jual Beli. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Mustikasari I Kota Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain quasi experimental design dengan jenis pre-test post-test nonequivalent kontrol group diterapkan pada penelitian ini. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas IV yang berjumlah 30 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 30 siswa kelas kontrol. Pengukuran kemampuan kognitif siswa berdasarkan pada instrumen penelitian berupa tes berbentuk pilihan ganda sebanyak 10 soal dengan penskoran 0-1. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji Mann Whitney diperoleh dari nilai posttest sebesar 0,02 yang dimana lebih rendah dari taraf signifikan yaitu 0,05 artinya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh terhadap kemampuan kognitif IPAS siswa kelas IV materi kegiatan jual beli.Kata Kunci: CTL, Kemampuan Kognitif, IPAS

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of openness to experience and knowledge sharing on learning innovation and teacher resilience affected by the eruption of Mount Semeru in Lumajang Regency, East Java Province. This research is a non-experimental quantitative research with a survey design. A total of 180 teachers selected by purposive sampling participated in this survey research. The data that has been collected was then analyzed using the WARP PLS 7.3 application and the IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23 application. The results of the analysis using WARP PLS 7.3 found values indicating that: 1) teacher resilience has an effect on knowledge sharing of 74.4 %., 2) teacher resilience has an effect on openness to experience of 71.6%. 3) teacher resilience has no effect on innovation learning. 4) knowledge sharing has an effect on innovation learning by 28.6%. 5) openness to experience affects innovation learning by 66.4%. 6) teacher resilience has an effect on innovation learning through knowledge sharing of 44.0%. This means that knowledge sharing can become a mediator variable in influencing the innovation learning model of the teacher resilience variable. 7) teacher resilience has an effect on innovation learning through knowledge sharing of 66.8%. This means that openness to experience is able to become a mediator variable in influencing innovation learning from teacher resilience variables.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need in education, especially Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta, for quality human resources to improve the quality of education. The performance of PGSD lecturers still needs to be optimal in terms of improvement, even though the demand for superior human resources is necessary for the university's goal of becoming exceptional. Attention to lecturer performance is the aim of this research, where the application of 3 Miles Stone Improvement strategic management is a solution to improve the performance of PGSD lecturers, especially in sustainable professional competence. This research is qualitative research with a case study method. Data was collected using interview instruments, observation guidelines, and document review guidelines. This research consists of 2 stages: the implementation of the 3-mile stone improvement model to improve lecturer performance, and the second stage is follow-up in the form of evaluation of the implementation and modification of the model or program therein. The research results reveal that implementing the model increases lecturer performance, seen from 1-semester running, and a 50% increase in performance, seen from the achievement of the lecturer certification process and promotion of lecturer academic positions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the importance of strengthening national identity in education to manage character building in the alpha generation. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach in one of the public schools. The participants in this study amounted to 4 students and 8 teachers. Data analysis used an interactive model from Miles and Huberman through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that strengthening national identity in education has a positive impact on character building for the alpha generation. This can be seen from the increase in student characters such as being independent, caring for friends, being able to work together and also being able to respect and appreciate religious differences and manners that are increasing. These characters are formed through culture-based learning at school.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that cause identity crisis among Generation Z. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The informants in this study consisted of 6 junior or senior high school students who experienced an identity crisis, 2 junior or senior high school teachers, and 2 parents of students located in Bekasi City and DKI Jakarta. Data analysis in this study used Milles and Hubermen's theory through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Generation Z students experience identity crisis due to two factors, namely internal factors which include inadequate emotion control and insecurity, and external factors which include non-supportive family background, social pressure, and the influence of social media.
