Abstract

The organization is a place for several people or groups of people who carry out activities in achieving goals. In achieving its goals, the organization consists of organizations that have profit and non-profit goals. The development of both profit and non-profit organizations requires a leader with leadership skills. This study analyzes Servant Leadership in non-profit organizations. The method used is qualitative with a case study in a non-profit organization in the South Tangerang area. The study involved four informants with focus group discussions. Each informant gave a statement on the questions posed. The results of this focus group discussion obtained 5 categories of servant leadership in non-profit organizations. The five categories of servant leadership are (1) delegation, (2) integrity, (3) motivation, (4) human resource development, and (5) open communication.Keywords: Servant Leadership, Leadership, Non-Profit Organization

Abstract

The research aims to identify the inhibiting factors for budget implementation and improve financial management through the development of an information system on budget realization at Universitas Berbasis Teknologi Modern (Modern Technology Based University - UBTM), a university in Banten focusing on modern technology. This is an applied research type with primary data obtained through focused group discussion using fishbone diagram analysis involving eleven informants. Based on the research, conditions and recommendations for improvement have been identified, which will then be prepared for the budget management flow process as the basis for preparing the budget realization information system. This system has set a monthly budget execution schedule, adequate internal control, and identified 34 work units with 91 users involved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application and conformity of the sharia musharakah contract with the DSN fatwa at Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) Al-Munawwarah, using a qualitative case study approach. The data used in this study used primary and secondary data by conducting direct interviews with branch managers, tellers, and customers at BMT and searching for data sources in journals, books, and literature. The results of this study explain that BMT has several savings products and financing products in it for customer needs. In conducting Musyarakah financing, customers need to fill out a form and complete the requirements set by the BMT. In its implementation, BMT Al-Munawwarah has run musharakah financing following the DSN-MUI Fatwa with the principle of profit sharing. The ratios that are usually used for BMT are 50%: 50%, 60%: 40%, and 70%: 30%. The marketing strategy used by BMT in marketing its financing products is through print media such as brochures, and banners

Abstract

This study aims to solve payroll problems at Universitas Binamika Tangerang (UBT) by identifying factors that are considered to play a role in the preparation and determining the stages of the payroll system on the remuneration basis. Data collection and processing were carried out by means of focused group discussions using fishbone diagrams to obtain data related to the old payroll system and the new payroll system with the remuneration model. Discussions involving fifteen personnel as informants, documentation studies and observations were also carried out to complete data acquisition. The results of the study identified eight elements that are key to the successful preparation and implementation of a remuneration payroll system, namely type of employment, staffing level, payroll information system, layer determination, payroll element, performance indicator, system models, and implementation stage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan strategi bisnis Kopi Kinant melalui analisis business model canvas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kopi Kinant belum mengadaptasi model bisnis tertentu, 2) business model canvas Kopi Kinant digambarkan melalui 9 blok, yaitu customer segment untuk kalangan menengah ke bawah, value proposition Kopi Kinant adalah price dan convenience, channels menggunakan penjualan offline, pemasaran di media sosial dan promo, customer relationship yang diterapkan yaitu pendekatan personal dengan customer, revenue streams terdapat pada penjualan, key resource yang digunakan yaitu sumber daya manusia dan kualitas produk yang ditawarkan, key activities adalah pengontrolan kualitas kopi, penjaminan kualitas bahan baku, dan pelayanan barista, key partnership yang digunakan adalah supplier, agen/mitra, cost structure pada Kopi Kinant yaitu biaya variabel dan biaya tetap. Berdasarkan hasil analisis BMC, Kopi Kinant perlu memperluas segmentasi customer, meningkatkan kualitas produk dan pegawai, juga menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan mitranya. 3) Dalam usahanya, Kopi Kinant juga menerapkan beberapa nilai islami, yaitu bersedekah dari hasil pendapatan, berbagi kopi di hari Jum’at, serta menyediakan tempat ibadah bagi umat muslim.

Abstract

In collaboration with the Sharia Economic Community (MES), Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) launched a new Islamic index called IDX-MES BUMN 17 on 29 April 2021. This study aims to investigate market reaction to the issuance of the IDX-MES BUMN 17 index. This study employs event study methodology. The market-adjusted model measures the abnormal return. The results show that overall, the market reacts negatively around the launch of the IDX-MES BUMN 17 index. The negative and significant abnormal return was only found on the eighth day after the index launch. This study has important implications for investors and regulators.

Abstract

A highly productive workforce is essential for a construction project to be successful because worker productivity has a significant impact on the final outcome, especially in the construction industry. Wall plastering is an example of a profession that requires hard work. The aim of this research is to calculate the productivity coefficient for plastering work and compare it with the 2022 Indonesian National Standard Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP SNI) in order to measure the efficiency of wall plastering at work sites. This research was carried out by collecting primary data regarding the efficiency of plastering work at the Basic Laboratory Building at Samudra University through field observations and interviews. Productivity factor analysis of wall plastering work shows an average of 47.61 m2 per day for foremen and head craftsmen, 13.88 m2 per day for craftsmen, and 22.72 m2 per day for assistant craftsmen. Apart from that, the foreman and head craftsman produce 66.66 m2 per day, the craftsman produces 6.66 m2 per day, and the assistant craftsman produces 3.33 m2 per day according to SNI AHSP. Thus, the difference in percentages obtained for the foreman and head craftsman respectively is 28.57%, for the craftsman 52.01%, and for the assistant craftsman 85.34%. Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti faktor penting dalam berwakaf uang milenial Jakarta. Dimana Generasi Milenial adalah generasi terbanyak dan berumur produktif yang berpotensi dapat berkontribusi terhadap perekonomian negara dengan berwakaf. Wakaf adalah sumber daya ekonomi berkelanjutan, sebagai ibukota negara dengan jumlah manusia dan pendidikan yang tinggi, potensi wakaf di Jakarta juga tinggi, data menunjukkan masih minim wakaf uang di Jakarta. Kebaruan: Penelitian ini melengkapi kajian preferensi milenial berwakaf uang di Jakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan sumber data yaitu masyarakat milenial di Jakarta, data dikumpulkan dengan menyebar kuesioner, data diolah dengan SPSS 2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilaiR Square atau R2 pada koefisien determinasi Uji MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) sebesar 0,399 hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa variabel religiusitas, pelayanan, kepercayaan dan promosi yang berinteraksi dengan pendapatan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap minat berwakaf uang. berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi, Uji-t parsial dan Uji F simultan, variabel yang diuji memberikan pengaruh yang tidak signifikan, artinya diperlukan riset mendalam untuk mengetahui determinan lainnya.

Abstract

The importance of dance in Makassar museum is to introduce a culture held in South Sulawesi, which can be known by all foreign countries, as well as parawisatawan and everyone to visit. The research objective non architecturally it is featuring elements of culture, history and introduce Traditional Dance in South Sulawesi, while the purpose of the architectural is to determine the location that corresponds to the existence of the museum of dance, designing spaces required in accordance with the standards Museum as well as the need for space for art museum dance, design a museum of dance that is associated with exposure to the facade structure and merger with fractal theory, designing the use of facades of buildings, structures, utilities, appearance of the building, as well as the transformation of the museum forms of dance and design the masses on the dance museum. This report is the result of designing the museum building in Makassar dance with exposure approach to the structure of the building facade and application of fractal theory adapted to the standards and needs of the space.

Abstract

Abstrak_ Masjid kecil di Makassar memiliki keanekaragaman arsitektur pada fasadnya. Akan tetapi munculnya masjid-masjid kecil yang sangat mirip dengan arsitektur fasad Masjid Raya Makassar menimbulkan pertanyaan permasalahan adanya keterpengaruhan masjid kecil oleh Masjid Raya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan  fasad Masjid Raya dan masjid kecil di Makassar, mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen fasad masjid kecil yang dipengaruhi oleh fasad Masjid Raya dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi. Penelitian ini menggunakan  metode  deskriptif dengan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas Masjid Raya dan 4 (empat) masjid kecil di Makassar yaitu, Masjid Jendral Sudirman, Masjid Pondok Pesantren Nahdatul Qurra’a Walhuffadz, Masjid Shihatul Iman dan Masjid Lantja Abduh Massi yang dipilih secara teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Masjid kecil yang ada di Makassar yang dianggap mirip dengan Masjid Raya Makassar dipengaruhi oleh Masjid tersebut, berdasarkan Elemen fasad  menurut Utami, dkk (2013), Perlengkapan visual bentuk menurut Ching (1996) dan Utami, dkk (2014). Keterpengaruhan masjid kecil dipengaruhi oleh hasil desain Arsiteknya, keinginan pengurus, dan masukan dari bebrapa jamaah. Kemiripan Masjid-masjid yang diteliti terletak pada bentuk lengkungan pada gerbang-gerbang Masjid, penggunaan kolom-kolom besar, atap plat, bentuk yang simetris dan mudah dibentuk sesuai dengan ukuran lahan, bentuk kubah yang berasal dari satu pabrik, ornamen dan irama yang mirip dengan Masjid Raya Makassar.Kata Kunci: Pengaruh Fasad; Masjid Raya; Masjid Kecil di Makassar.Abstract_ Small mosques in Makassar have a variety of architectures on the facade. However, the appearance of small mosques that are very similar to Makassar Raya Mosque’s facade, it occurs the question of the existence of the small mosque influenced by Raya mosque. This study aimed to describe the facade of Raya Mosque, and the small mosques in Makassar, to identify the facade elements of the small mosques that influenced by Raya Mosque’s facade and to explain the influencing factors. The research used a descriptive method with a qualitative and quantitative data. The research sample consisted of Raya Mosque and 4 small mosques in Makassar were Jendral Sudirman Mosque,  Pondok Pesantren Nahdatul Qurra’a Walhuffad Mosque, Shihatul Iman Mosque  and  Lantja Abduh Massi Mosque  which selected by purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the small mosques in Makassar which considered similar to  Makassar Raya  Mosque indeed influenced by that  mosque, based on facade elements according to Utami et al (2013), Visual equipment form according to Ching and Utami et al (2014). The influence of small mosques influenced by the architect's design results, the wishes of the board, and input from some worshipers.The similarities of the façade are in the form of arches at the gates of the mosque, the use of large columns, roof plates, symmetrical shapes and easily formed according to the size of the land, the shape of the dome which indeed came from one factory, similar ornaments and rhythms with Makassar Raya Mosque.Keywords: Influence Façade; Grand Mosque; Small Mosque Makassar.
