Abstract

Students at Asrikaton 1 Elementary School in Malang Regency exhibit diverse learning needs shaped by family background and environment, making learning style differentiation crucial. This study aims to analyze how learning style differentiation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) influences students' cognitive understanding. A quantitative approach was used, correlating learning style differentiation with cognitive achievement. The population included 173 students, with 115 samples. Data were tested for validity and reliability, and analyzed through normality, linearity, and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The results indicate that differentiation has a positive impact on students' cognitive understanding. Hypothesis testing yielded a significance value below 0.05, meaning the alternative hypothesis—learning style differentiation is effective in PAI—is accepted while the null hypothesis is rejected. Cognitive understanding increased by an average of 26.3%, indicating that tailored instruction supports better understanding. This study highlights the importance of tailoring instruction to students' diverse learning styles for improved outcomes. However, there are several limitations, particularly the failure of the validity test that may have led to the underrepresentation of certain research indicators, requiring caution in interpreting the findings. Overall, this research supports the role of differentiation strategies in improving student performance, especially in subjects that require conceptual understanding such as Islamic Religious Education. Peserta Didik di Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 1 Asrikaton Kabupaten Malang, menunjukkan kebutuhan belajar beragam yang dibentuk oleh latar belakang keluarga dan lingkungan, sehingga diferensiasi gaya belajar menjadi penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana diferensiasi gaya belajar dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memengaruhi pemahaman kognitif siswa. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan, yang mengkorelasikan diferensiasi gaya belajar dengan pencapaian kognitif. Populasi mencakup 173 siswa, dengan 115 sampel. Data diuji validitas, reliabilitas, dan dianalisis melalui uji normalitas, linearitas, dan hipotesis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa diferensiasi memiliki dampak positif pada pemahaman kognitif siswa. Pengujian hipotesis menghasilkan nilai signifikansi di bawah 0,05, yang berarti hipotesis alternatif—diferensiasi gaya belajar efektif dalam PAI—diterima sementara hipotesis nol ditolak. Pemahaman kognitif meningkat rata-rata 26,3%, yang menunjukkan bahwa pengajaran yang disesuaikan mendukung pemahaman yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya menyesuaikan instruksi dengan berbagai gaya belajar siswa untuk hasil yang lebih baik. Meskipun demikian, terdapat beberapa keterbatasan, terutama kegagalan uji validitas yang mungkin menyebabkan indikator penelitian tertentu kurang terwakili, sehingga memerlukan kehati-hatian dalam menafsirkan temuan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini mendukung peran strategi diferensiasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja siswa, terutama dalam mata pelajaran yang membutuhkan pemahaman konseptual seperti PAI. Abstract

Karakter merupakan salah satu hal penting yang ada dalam kehidupan manusia. Karakter tentunya dapat dibentuk oleh banyak hal, salah satunya yakni pengalaman dan pendidikan. Pendidikan harus mampu merubah setiap targetnya, entah dari segi kognitif, afektif maupun psikomotorik. Madrasah Diniyah Nurunnadhoh adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan nonformal yang juga mengutamakan tujuan pendidikan tersebut. Implementasi nilai karakter adalah salah satu cara yang dilakukan oleh madrasah ini untuk menciptakan generasi yang beriman dan intelektual. Letak yang strategis untuk menanam menjadikannya efektif untuk tempat bercocok tanaman hias yang mudah dibudidayakan. Bantaran sungai memiliki struktur tanah yang baik dan memiliki unsur tanah yang tinggi. Dalam kegiatan KSM Tematik UNISMA yang kami lakukan di wilayah Kelurahan Madyopuro ini, metode observasi dan pastifipatif kami gunakan dalam setiap kegiatan, khususnya kegiatan bercocok tanaman hias ini. Bercocok tanaman hias sangat tepat dilakukan untuk menumbuhkan kebersamaan dan juga rasa cinta akan makhluk Allah.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of the principal in improving teacher discipline at SMAS Tauthiah Arongan. This research uses a field research approach. The nature of this research is qualitative descriptive research. In the data collection process, researchers used observation, interviews and documentation methods found at SMAS Tauthiah Arongan. Research findings inform: That the principal as a leader balances various tasks such as leader, manager, supervisor. The principal's main role is to build leadership capacity in the school in creating and maintaining study groups and the principal must also set an example that can be imitated by teachers, staff and students. The existing discipline is also good, teachers who are late in teaching are certainly given a personal approach and coaching. Apart from that, the evaluation provided is in the form of coaching so that this can be a focus to further improve discipline. Meanwhile, the punishment given when teachers or employees violate existing rules is gradual coaching.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Sustainable Economic Growth (SGR) on the financial performance of family businesses in Indonesia. The research aims to understand how governance quality and sustainability-oriented growth contribute to improving profitability and long-term performance within family-owned enterprises. Methods: This study employs a quantitative research approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The data were collected from 65 family businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018–2023 period. Results: The analysis reveals that GCG has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, demonstrating that effective governance enhances company efficiency and profitability. Similarly, SGR also significantly influences financial performance, suggesting that sustainable economic practices-integrating social and environmental considerations-contribute to long-term business success. Together, GCG and SGR explain 50.7% of the variation in the financial performance of family businesses, indicating a strong combined influence of governance and sustainability factors. Conclusions: The findings emphasize the importance of implementing Good Corporate Governance and sustainability-oriented growth strategies in family businesses to ensure both financial success and long-term viability. Originality/value: This study provides new empirical evidence on the dual role of GCG and sustainable economic growth in shaping the financial performance of family businesses in Indonesia-a sector that plays a central role in national economic development. The research contributes to the literature by combining governance and sustainability perspectives, offering insights for business owners, investors, and policymakers in promoting responsible and sustainable family business management.

Abstract

Matematika merupakan ilmu pengetahuan yang mempunyai kedudukan penting dalam ilmu pengetahuan dasar yang menjadi pendukung bagi kemajuan teknologi dan juga pendukung bagi ilmu lain. Meskipun matematika sangat penting dipelajari, akan tetapi kenyataannya masih banyak masalah yang muncul dalam matematika, fokus pada lemahnya kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal kontekstual atau soal cerita, dan salah satu cara mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan membelajarkan melalui model Problem Based Learning. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal kontekstual yang diajarkan dengan model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Rancangan penelitian dengan rancangan Quasi eksperiment. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Dari populasi seluruh siswa kelas VIII MTsN 2 Aceh Besar. Sampel terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas kelas VIII/2 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas VIII/3 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes yang berisi soal kontekstual berbentuk uraian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan uji-t, maka diperoleh dan . Karena sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal kontekstual yang diajarkan dengan model PBL lebih baik daripada siswa yang diajarkan dengan model konvensional

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the corporate income tax rate and tax planning have a significant effect on earnings management in agricultural companies in the plantation sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 19 companies. The research sample was 6 companies with purposive sampling technique. The results showed that corporate income tax rates had no significant effect on earnings management in plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while tax planning had a significant effect on earnings management in plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The results of the F test show that the variables of Corporate Income Tax Rate and Tax Planning have a significant effect on Earning Management in plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the coefficient of determination test indicate that the Earnings Management variable can be explained by the Corporate Income Tax Tariff and Tax Planning variables, while the remaining Earnings Management variables can be explained by other variables not examined in this study such as Leverage and Financial Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of Tax Sanction and Service Quality against Compliance of Vehicle Tax Payment partially and simultenously on STIE Eka Prasetya Students Majoring in Management 8th Semester. The population for this research are STIE Eka Prasetya 8th Semester students which is 153 students. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. By using purposive sampling, a total of 64 students is chosen. The results of the research analysis showed that Tax Sanction and Service Quality has a significant effect on Compliance of Vehicle Tax Payment. F test shows that Tax Sanction and Service Quality has a significant effect on Compliance of Vehicle Tax Payment. The result of determination coefficient (R Square) shows that Compliance of Vehicle Tax payment can be explained by Tax Sanction and Service Quality. As of the remaining can be explained by other variable which is not included on this research such as Tax Knowledge, Taxpayer Awareness, and Taxation Socialization.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat Serbelawan tentang manfaat Layanan Gadai yang ditawarkan oleh Pegadaian Cabang Serbelawan. Banyaknya masyarakat di daerah ini yang belum sepenuhnya memahami potensi Layanan Gadai sebagai solusi pemberdayaan mikro. Melalui program edukasi, sosialisasi dan pendampingan,masyarakat didorong untuk memanfaatkan layanan Pegadaian,seperti gadai BPKB dan kredit mikro, guna mendukung pengembangan usaha kecil dan menengah serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan literasi keuangan dan pemanfaatan layanan pegadaian dikalangan masyarakat setempat, terutama bagi pelaku usaha mikro.

Abstract

The results of the research show that the marketing of the batik industry is an effort to increase labor income in Danau Teluk District, Jambi City by looking at market needs, current trend needs both among students and also among workers so that consumers who come must be met according to their needs. Obstacles in increasing the income of batik workers in Danau Teluk District, Jambi City are caused by employee negligence in working because they do not comply with the instructions given, income according to work ability and difficulties in marketing.

Abstract

Audit quality, good corporate leadership, and liquidity are factors influencing the acceptance of a concerned audit opinion. In this capital market, both large companies and small companies are listed. Companies large and small alike have assets. Large companies usually have more access than small companies. Large companies often get going concern audit opinions because of the ease of obtaining funds. This study aims to evaluate the effect of company size, audit quality, good company management, and liquidity on the concern audit opinions of consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2021.Financial report data is the source of data used in this study. This. This study analyzes consumer goods companies Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2021. During the 2019–2021 research period, a purposive sampling technique was used to select 61 companies. The results of the study show that the Audit Opinion of Going Concern Consumer Goods Companies Registered on the IDX for 2019-2021 is not affected by Audit Quality, Good Corporate Governance, and Liquidity. Data analysis was performed by logistic regression analysis in SPSS.
