Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of Investment Decisions, Solvency, Profitability, Structure Capital Faced by the Company Values Manufacturing Industry Consumer goods sector listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia Securities Period 2019-2022. The research approach used in this research is research Quantitative, this type of research is descriptive and the nature of the research is casual. Method This research is a documentation method. The data analysis model used is the analysis double linear. The population of this research is the manufacturing industry companies sector 50 consumer goods registered on the Indonesian Securities Exchange for the 2019 - 2022 period company. The determination of samples using Technical purposive sampling was obtained as many as 30 companies. The value of the determination coefficient using the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.025. The results of the study show that partially, investment decisions with a value of 0.019 has no effect on the company's value, solvency with a value of - 0.351 has no effect on the company's value. Profitability with a value of 2,459 has an effect and significant on the value of the company and capital structure with a value of 1,421 has no effect on the company's value. Simultaneously with a score of 1.749 indicates that investment decisions, solvency, profitability and capital structure are not affect the value of companies in the manufacturing industry companies in the goods sector consumption listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period.

Abstract

The research aims to examine effect of accountability, individual morality, suitability of compensation, internal control and community participation on potential for fraud in managing village funds. The population in this research is aimed at village officials in Playen Distict, Gunung Kidul Regency with a sample of 92 participants. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method. The data use is primary. Analysis research data use multiple linear regression. Based on test results, it shows that the variables of accountability (X1), individual morality (X2), suitability of compensation (X3), internal control (X4) and community participation (X5) have a negative influence on potential for fraud in village fund management (Y).

Abstract

This activity aims to understand the impact of e-commerce developments on MSME players, especially in the aspects of market access, operational efficiency, business growth and the challenges they face. This activity provides insight for MSME players in making more informational and strategic decisions in facing the e-commerce era. In this mini research, we used the qualitative activity method. Where for these activities we go directly to the field to see the actual situation, then we can conduct interviews directly with MSME actors. In this activity, we interact directly with our respondents and the situations we observe. We chose this research method because we can see directly the facts about the material we want to research. The results of our activities reveal that not all MSME business owners experience positive impacts or good changes in the development of e-commerce. In this activity, it was also found that e-commerce, which was supposed to provide changes in the national economy, instead turned around by plunging several MSME players into tight and dangerous competition. Uneven penetration or introduction of business technology, limited capital, ideas, innovation and lack of digitalization in some MSMEs make this problem complex and complicated. Another thing that needs to be highlighted is that intense competition and changes in models and people's tastes are quite complex challenges for MSME players.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of organizational culture on internal communication and team performance in multinational companies. The research adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative interviews with managers and employees and a quantitative survey to examine the relationships between organizational culture, communication, and team performance. The findings reveal that a strong organizational culture positively affects internal communication effectiveness, with clear and consistent communication channels enhancing collaboration and alignment among team members. Additionally, the study highlights the significant role of trust, leadership, and cultural integration in fostering effective communication and high team performance. Multinational companies with a unified organizational culture demonstrated higher levels of teamwork, cooperation, and overall performance, while fragmented cultures led to communication breakdowns and reduced team effectiveness. The results emphasize the importance of cultural cohesion, inclusivity, and adaptability in creating a conducive work environment for global teams. This research provides valuable insights for managers in multinational organizations, suggesting that cultivating a strong, trust-based, and inclusive organizational culture can improve communication, enhance collaboration, and drive team success across diverse cultural contexts.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung pembangunan nasional melalui pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi: pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian, serta pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Salah satu bentuk nyata dari pengabdian masyarakat adalah kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Lapangan (KKL) yang wajib diikuti oleh mahasiswa sebagai bagian dari proses pembelajaran kontekstual di luar kelas. Universitas Graha Nusantara (UGN) Padangsidimpuan berkomitmen mengoptimalkan KKL sebagai sarana pengembangan kompetensi akademik dan sosial mahasiswa melalui keterlibatan langsung di tengah masyarakat. Pada tahun 2024, kegiatan KKL dilaksanakan di Desa Siamporik Lombang, Kecamatan Angkola Selatan, Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang dikombinasikan dengan prinsip service learning, mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi melaksanakan program lintas bidang, meliputi pendidikan, pertanian, ekonomi, sosial-politik, dan teknik. Kegiatan-kegiatan ini mencakup peningkatan literasi anak, inovasi pertanian berbasis sumber daya lokal, pelatihan ekonomi kreatif, pendataan kependudukan, serta perbaikan infrastruktur dan pengenalan teknologi edukatif. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan partisipatif efektif mendorong keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dan penguatan kapasitas mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan. Mahasiswa tidak hanya menerapkan ilmu yang diperoleh di bangku kuliah, tetapi juga mengembangkan empati, kepemimpinan, serta kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kolaboratif. Pelaksanaan KKL ini menegaskan bahwa perguruan tinggi mampu berkontribusi secara konkret terhadap pembangunan masyarakat melalui model pengabdian yang kolaboratif dan transformatif. Harapannya, model ini dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain untuk mendorong masyarakat yang mandiri dan berdaya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and financial management on financial well-being in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Medan Helvetia District. This study uses a quantitative approach method and primary data, where the research data is in the form of survey results on MSMEs in Medan Helvetia District and uses a saturated sample of 60 samples. Data analysis and testing consist of validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneous (F test). The results of the validity and reliability tests indicate that the research instrument is valid and reliable. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a significant effect on the financial well-being of MSMEs in Medan Helvetia District with a calculated t value of 3.927 > t table 2.00172. Financial management has a significant effect on the financial well-being of MSMEs in Medan Helvetia District with a calculated t value of 2.250 > t table 2.00172. Financial literacy and financial management have a significant simultaneous effect on the financial well-being of MSMEs in Medan Helvetia District with a calculated F value of 16.326 > F table 3.16. The coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.363 indicates that 36.3% of the variation in financial well-being can be explained by financial literacy and financial management, while the remaining 63.7% is explained by other factors outside this research model.

Abstract

Transformasi pembelajaran abad ke-21 menuntut siswa memiliki kompetensi digital yang mencakup literasi digital, keamanan siber, dan etika digital sebagai bekal menghadapi perkembangan teknologi yang semakin kompleks. Namun, kenyataannya masih banyak siswa SMA Negeri 18 Pekanbaru yang belum memiliki pemahaman yang memadai mengenai penggunaan teknologi secara kritis, aman, dan bertanggung jawab. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam mengidentifikasi informasi digital, memahami ancaman keamanan siber, serta menerapkan perilaku etis dalam aktivitas daring. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui workshop interaktif, simulasi kasus digital, pelatihan deteksi informasi palsu, serta praktik pengamanan data pribadi yang melibatkan 30 siswa sebagai peserta. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa, terlihat dari kenaikan skor pre-test dan post-test pada aspek literasi digital, keamanan siber, dan etika digital. Program ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam membentuk siswa sebagai warga digital yang cerdas, kritis, dan bertanggung jawab, serta menawarkan model pembelajaran yang dapat direplikasi di sekolah lain sebagai bagian dari upaya mendukung transformasi pembelajaran abad 21.

Abstract

MI Ya BAKII 01 Kesugihan is a madrasah where some of the students live in Islamic boarding schools and some live at home. With the existence of Islamic boarding schools, it is likely that students who live in Islamic boarding schools will be better and excel in learning the Qur'an and Hadith. However, it does not rule out the possibility that students who live at home are actually superior to students who live at home, due to several factors. The objectives of this study are 1) to determine the cognitive learning outcomes of grade 5, 2) to determine whether there are differences in the cognitive outcomes of students who live in Islamic boarding schools and students who live at home, 3) to determine what factors influence students' cognitive learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative approach with a comparative type. The population in this study were 124 students of grade 5 MI Ya BAKII 01 Kesugihan. Furthermore, the data obtained were tested using the analysis prerequisite test with the normality test and the homogeneity test. The research data were tested using the independent sample T-test. Testing in the research showed that there was no significant difference in the scores of students who lived at home and students who lived in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the digital capabilities of MSMEs and rice field tourism managers in Pematang Johar Village, Deli Serdang Regency, through the implementation of digital marketing to support sustainable tourism development. This village has significant potential in the agrotourism and local product sectors, but has not been fully optimized through technology-based promotional strategies. The activity was implemented using a participatory and educational approach, including preparation, training, mentoring, and evaluation. A total of 30 participants consisting of MSMEs and village tourism managers participated in training on creating digital business accounts, designing promotional content, and implementing marketing strategies through social media and marketplaces. Evaluation was carried out through pre- and post-tests to measure participants' understanding, as well as field observations of the practical application of the training outcomes. The results showed significant improvement, with 87% of participants able to operate digital promotional media independently. The implementation of digital marketing strategies had a positive impact on increasing local product sales by 40% and tourist visits by 25%. This activity demonstrated that digitalization of tourism promotion and MSMEs can strengthen the synergy between sustainable tourism and community economic empowerment, as well as create a technology-based, inclusive and sustainable tourism village development model.

Abstract

This study examines the role of KKN students in supporting the economic development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through bazaar activities in Selayang Village. The bazaar programs facilitated by KKN students proved effective in improving product marketing, expanding business networks, increasing public awareness of local products, and ultimately raising the income of MSME actors. In addition to their economic impact, the bazaars functioned as promotional platforms and spaces for social interaction that strengthened relationships between community members and local entrepreneurs. Despite facing internal challenges such as limited funding, inadequate human resources, and a lack of product innovation, the initiative demonstrated positive outcomes. Collaboration among KKN students, local government, and the community is considered essential to ensure the sustainability of such empowerment programs. Overall, the findings indicate that bazaar activities represent an effective strategy for rural economic empowerment, contributing to the long-term competitiveness and growth of MSMEs while fostering community participation and local economic resilience.
