Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine parents' awareness of Islamic education for farmer children, parents' strategies regarding Islamic education for farmer children, and the problems and solutions related to parents' awareness of Islamic education for farmer children in RT 03, Persiapan Pinang Raya Village, South Sangatta District. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The data sources are farmer parents in RT 03, Pinang Raya Village, Sangatta Selatan Sub-district, and religious leaders or community figures. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that: 1) parents' awareness in supporting their children's religious education is categorized as good. 2) awareness strategies are implemented by teaching religious practices at home, involving children in religious activities at the mosque and TPA, and integrating religious values into daily life. 3) there are major challenges, such as limited understanding of holistic religious education, economic challenges, and time constraints. Proposed solutions include structured training to enhance parents' understanding and flexible religious programs that align with farmers' schedules.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil belajar siswa di SDN 007 sangkulirang serta bagaimana Implementasi Metode Talking Stick dalam peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Mixed Metods ( metode campuran). Sementara jenis penelitian ini termasuk Penelitian Tindak Kelas (PTK) ada. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara, Tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif dan teknis analisis data kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) sebelum diterapkannya metode talking stick hasil belajar siswa masih tergolong rendah. Faktor utama yang menyebabkan rendahnya hasil belajar ini adalah dominasi metode ceramah yang membuat siswa menjadi pasif. 2) Setelah diterapkannya metode talking stick, terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa, ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya tingkat ketuntasan serta rata-rata nilai siswa. Dari analisis rata-rata hasil belajar dan ketuntasan hasil belajar secara klasikal diperoleh data yaitu pada pra siklus 46,66 dengan presentase ketuntasan hasil belajar secara klasikal 20,83%, pada siklus I rata-rata nilai 51,25 dengan presentase ketuntasan belajar 45,83%, pada siklus II nilai rata-rata 80,41 dengan presentase ketuntasan 75%. Metode ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, menumbuhkan motivasi belajar, serta memperdalam pemahaman konsep melalui interaksi sosial.

Abstract

This dedication is carried out in the form of a religious competition in order to commemorate the Maulid of Prophet Muhammad SAW. The purpose is to increase the love of the Prophet, to promote Islamic pride, to educate the young generation, to motivate children to study religion, and to spread the good message to the wider community. The method used in this dedication is the participatory action research method (PAR). The place of worship was held in the Ar-Ra’uf Sangatta South Mosque, East Kutai. The target is primary school-age children in the village of South Sangatta. It is the prophecy of the prophet Muhammad SAW that the prophets of the people of the world, the Prophets of Allah SWT and the Prophet (SWT), should read the Qur'an, the Quran, the Koran, and the Scriptures. Thus, devotion through the implementation of the Islamic race in order to commemorate the Maulid of the Prophet Muhammad may include various aspects that contribute to the improvement of the spirituality, faith, and quality of life of the Muslims.

Abstract

Women's leadership in the public sphere is an interesting discussion. This article takes an inventory of the hadiths about women's leadership thematically (maudhu'i), describes the quality of the sanad and its matrices through takhrij hadith, and analyzes its content using a textual and contextual approach. The results show that there are 20 hadiths about women's leadership spread over five standard hadith books, namely Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abu Daud, Sunan Tirmidhi, Sunan Nasa'i, and Musnad Ahmad. Analysis of the quality of the sanad and matan hadiths that have been inventoried shows that all of them meet the qualifications of authenticity. The meaning contained in the hadiths about women's leadership is divided into two categories, namely the category of not allowing a woman to be a leader and the category of allowing a woman to be a leader with their respective arguments. If understood textually, then women are prohibited from being leaders, but if understood contextually then there is no prohibition for a woman to become a leader in the public sphere.

Abstract

Pendidikan dasar merupakan fondasi utama dalam pembangunan individu dan masyarakat. Kualitas pendidikan dasar memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk karakter, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan generasi masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana mutu lembaga pendidikan di MIN 1 Kutai Timur, proses peningkatan mutu lembaga pendidikan di MIN 1 Kutai Timur melalui implementasi manajemen strategik, dan problem serta solusi peningkatan mutu lembaga pendidikan di MIN 1 Kutai Timur. Metode Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. dan analisis datanya menggunakan model analisis data kualitatif Miles Huberman. Hasil penelitiannya yaitu: mutu lembaga pendidikan MIN 1 Kutai Timur telah mencapai mutu yang baik, walaupun masih terdapat kekurangan yang masih terus dibenahi. Adapun proses peningkatan mutu dilakukan melalui implementasi manajemen strategis yang terdiri dari: pembaharuan kurikulum, pelatihan guru, investasi teknologi dan meningkatkan kemitraan. Sementara problemnya adalah: keterbatasan sumber daya, anggaran dan fasilitas; kurangnya pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional, pelibatan orang tua siswa dan komunitas lokal. Solusinya adalah melakukan pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional untuk guru, revisi kurikulum, investasi dalam fasilitas dan sumber daya, keterlibatan orang tua dan komunitas, dan manajemen keuangan yang efisien. Solusi-solusi ini juga dapat membantu lembaga untuk menjadi pusat pembelajaran yang inklusif, inovatif, dan berorientasi pada hasil.

Abstract

The library is a vital information center for educational institutions and the general public. In today's information age, the role of management in optimizing library services is becoming increasingly important. This literature review aims to identify and analyze the crucial role of management in an effort to optimize library services. This research uses a library research approach. The results show that library management plays a crucial role in coordinating the human, financial, technological, and collection resources of the library to meet the needs of its users. This requires effective management strategies in resource management, service planning and development, performance evaluation, and adaptation to environmental change. In addition, other findings indicate that there are challenges facing library management, including financial constraints, technological change, the need for a skilled workforce, and demands for service innovation. In conclusion, library management has a crucial role to play in optimizing library services. With a good understanding of the principles of effective management, libraries can become more responsive to the needs of users and play an active role in supporting the achievement of educational and community development goals through the provision of access to quality information.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force in strategic innovation management, reshaping decision-making, competitive advantage, and long-term strategies. This narrative review aims to synthesize evidence on AI’s role in fostering innovation while addressing the challenges of its adoption. Literature was systematically retrieved from major academic databases including Scopus, PubMed, and Google Scholar, using targeted keywords such as Artificial Intelligence, Strategic Innovation Management, Predictive Analytics, and Dynamic Capabilities. Inclusion criteria prioritized peer-reviewed studies published between 2014 and 2025 in English, with exclusions applied to non-empirical and non-accredited sources. The findings reveal that AI enhances organizational competitiveness through predictive analytics, optimizes innovation processes in the Fuzzy Front End, and supports long-term strategies when integrated with blockchain and the Internet of Things. Comparative perspectives demonstrate that developed countries leverage robust infrastructure for rapid adoption, while developing nations increasingly use AI-driven mobile solutions to overcome traditional barriers. However, persistent challenges including privacy concerns, data security risks, and algorithmic bias threaten equitable adoption, with organizational dynamic capabilities emerging as crucial determinants of success. Policy implications emphasize the need for regulatory frameworks, investment in digital infrastructure, and workforce reskilling. Future research should address underexplored contexts such as small and medium-sized enterprises and conduct longitudinal studies to assess AI’s enduring impact on organizational resilience. Overall, AI’s transformative potential can only be realized through responsible, context-sensitive, and ethically informed strategies that balance innovation with sustainability.

Abstract

This study examines the role of knowledge management (KM) in enabling open innovation (OI) networks. The review synthesizes existing literature and analyzes the systemic barriers that constrain effective KM practices. A systematic narrative review methodology was adopted, drawing on peer-reviewed studies from databases including Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and PubMed. Keywords such as “knowledge management,” “open innovation,” “digital platforms,” and “communities of practice” guided the literature search. The findings reveal three dominant themes: the integration of digital technologies to facilitate knowledge sharing, the establishment of collaborative environments through Communities of Practice, and the importance of organizational adaptability in dynamic contexts. Organizational, technological, and cultural factors strongly influence KM effectiveness, with significant variation across regional contexts. Developed economies benefit from robust infrastructures, while developing regions face resource constraints that limit participation in innovation networks. Comparative insights highlight best practices such as corporate accelerators, digital collaboration platforms, and multicultural leadership training. This review concludes that advancing KM in open innovation requires investments in digital infrastructure, inclusive leadership, and collaborative frameworks

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the commendable morals that are taught through moral aqidah lessons, and the habituation strategies for students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method. This research was carried out at MI Hajar Abyadl, North Sangatta. There were ten subjects consisting of school principals, teachers and students. The results of the research show that the commendable morals that are taught through moral aqidah subjects are; Shaking hands by kissing older people (polite), praying before and after studying, praying before and after eating (tawakkal), performing the Dluha prayer, performing the midday prayer in congregation, muroja'ah memorize the Al-Qur 'an and Hadith (diligent), cooperation (helping each other), apologizing when you make a mistake (humble), sharing food with friends (generous), doing assignments (responsible), not cheating on exams (honest), and not mocking friends (tolerance). The strategies for habituating commendable morals through the Moral Aqidah subject are: providing an example, giving advice, making habits, and giving punishment. This strategy then collaborates in moral learning, science, leadership, entrepreneurship, and school programs.

Abstract

This research examines building educational independence through management innovation. The aim is to analyze the concept of management innovation, management innovation in building the independence of educational institutions, as well as problems in building the independence of educational institutions. The method applied in this research is the library research method. The research results are: The concept of management innovation often emphasizes the importance of innovation as the key to improving organizational performance and maintaining competitiveness in a dynamic environment. Meanwhile, building the independence of educational institutions can be done by: developing vision, mission, and strategy; efficient resource management; developing leadership and managerial skills; using technology to improve performance; and developing strategic partnerships. The problems are: limited financial resources, dependence on government funds or donors, limited access to technology and infrastructure, lack of managerial skills among staff and leaders of educational institutions, changes in government policy, and lack of community support. It is hoped that this research will provide valuable insight for education policy makers, teaching staff, and other stakeholders in their efforts to strengthen the educational institution system and prepare educational institutions that are strong and competitive. Keywords: Innovation, Management, Independence, Educational institutions Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang membangun kemandirian pendidikan melalui inovasi manajemen. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis konsep inovasi manajemen, inovasi manajemen dalam membangun kemandirian lembaga pendidikan, serta problem dalam membangun kemandirian lembaga pendidikan. Metode yang diaplikasikan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian yaitu: Konsep inovasi manajemen sering kali menekankan pentingnya inovasi sebagai kunci untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dan mempertahankan daya saing di lingkungan yang dinamis. Sementara dalam membangun kemandirian lembaga pendidikan dapat dilakukan dengan: pengembangan visi, misi, dan strategi, pengelolaan sumber daya yang efisien, pengembangan kepemimpinan dan keterampilan manajerial, penggunaan teknologi untuk peningkatan kinerja, penggunaan teknologi untuk peningkatan kinerja, dan pengembangan kemitraan strategis. Adapun problemnya adalah: keterbatasan sumber daya finansial, ketergantungan pada dana pemerintah atau donatur, keterbatasan akses terhadap teknologi dan infrastruktur, kurangnya keterampilan manajerial di antara staf dan pimpinan lembaga pendidikan, perubahan kebijakan pemerintah, dan kurangnya dukungan masyarakat. Harapannya, penelitian ini akan memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para pengambil kebijakan pendidikan, tenaga pendidik, dan stakeholder lainnya dalam upaya mereka untuk memperkuat sistem lembaga pendidikan dan mempersiapkan lembaga pendidikan yang tangguh dan berdaya saing.
