Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran hukum adat Bali dalam penyelesaian sengketa perkawinan dengan pendekatan filosofi Tri Hita Karana. Hukum adat yang tertuang dalam Awig-Awig tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai aturan normatif tetapi juga mengandung nilai-nilai spiritual yang berakar pada tradisi Hindu Bali. Perkawinan dipahami sebagai peristiwa multidimensional yang menyatukan dua keluarga besar, sehingga konflik perkawinan berdampak signifikan terhadap struktur sosial masyarakat. Penelitian menggunakan metode kajian literatur kualitatif untuk menganalisis mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa dan tantangan penerapan hukum adat di era kontemporer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelesaian sengketa mengutamakan musyawarah dan mediasi berdasarkan prinsip Tri Hita Karana, yang menekankan harmoni antara manusia dengan Tuhan, sesama, dan alam. Pendekatan ini terbukti efektif dalam memelihara keseimbangan sosial dan spiritual. Penelitian ini menegaskan relevansi hukum adat sebagai bagian integral dari sistem hukum nasional yang pluralistik, sekaligus sebagai benteng pelestarian kearifan lokal di tengah arus modernisasi. Temuan penelitian memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan hukum yang responsif terhadap keragaman budaya.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penanaman nilai-nilai karakter mahasiswa melalui ekstrakurikuler pramuka di Prodi PGSD Universitas Muhammadiyah Kupang. Melalui pendidikan karakter, diharapkan mahasiswa mampu secara mandiri meningkatkan dan menggunakan pengetahuannya, mengkaji dan menginternalisasi serta mempersonalisasi nilai-nilai karakter dan akhlak mulia sehingga terwujud dalam perilaku sehari-hari. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Alam Manusak Kabupaten Kupang dengan peserta adalah mahasiswa ekstrakurikuler pramuka Prodi PGSD Universitas Muhammadiyah Kupang berjumlah 60 orang. Materi dalam kegiatan ini tentang cakupan karakter bangsa yang wajib ditanamakan terhadap mahasiswa, yang meliputi 18 karakter. Adapun seluruh karakter tersebut adalah: religius, jujur, toleransi, displin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, menghargai prestasi, bersahabat/ komunikatif, cinta damai, gemar membaca, peduli lingkungan, peduli sosial, dan tanggung jawab. Kegiatan ini memiliki banyak manfaat untuk mahasiswa yaitu membentuk karakter mahasiswa, membuat mahasiswa menjadi lebih menghargai sesama, melatih mental dan juga moral dari mahasiswa.

Abstract

This E-Module implementation training aims to provide solutions to problems faced by partner schools as well as providing training in improving digital literacy competencies based on applications that are easy to use in learning. This application is in the form of a Canva-based e-module that is easy for students to use. This training and mentoring was carried out at SD Inpres Oeba 2 Kupang. The method for implementing this training is through discussions with all lecturer teams and partners and produces E-Modules that can be used by students effectively

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan huruf kapital dalam karangan narasi Siswa Kelas VII/B SMP Muhammadiyah Kupang, Mendeskripsikan penggunaan tanda baca titik (.) dan tanda Koma (,) dalam karangan Narasi Siswa kelas VII/B SMP Muhammadiyah Kupang, danMendeskripsikan penulisan klitikakau-,-ku,-mu-, dan-nya dalam karangan narasi Siswa Kelas VII/B SMP Muhammadiyah Kupang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian adalah hasil tes menulis karangan narasi Siswa Kelas VII/B SMP Muhammadiyah Kupang Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018, sebanyak 26 siswa.Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan cara; (a) membaca dan memahami karangan siswa. Data yang sudah diperoleh melalui tes, dibaca dan dipahami satu per satu, (b) mengidentifikasi unsur-unsur kesalahan ejaan, terkait dengan penggunaan huruf kapital, penulisan tanda baca titik dan koma, serta klitikakau, ku, mu, dan nya, (c) menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kesalahan penggunaan ejaan dalam karangan narasi siswa, (d) membahas dan menyajikan bentuk-bentuk kesalahan penggunaan ejaan; dan (e) Menyimpulkan hasil analisis data berupa penyimpangan berbahasa yang terdapat dalam karangan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesalahan ejaan dalam karangan siswa kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah Kupang berjumlah 525 kasus kesalahan, yang meliputi: (a) kesalahan pemakaian huruf kapital berjumlah 235 data kasus kesalahan, (b) kesalahan pemakaian tanda baca titik berjumlah 93 data kasus kesalahan, (c) kesalahan pemakaian tanda baca koma berjumlah 197 data kasus kesalahan, (d) kesalahan penulisan klitikakau;-ku;-mu;-dannya berjumlah 12 data kasus kesalahan.

Abstract

This study is designed to examine Corporate Social Responsibility within Shariah-compliant banking institutions. based on the Islamic Social Reporting (IISR) index. This research analyzed the content of annual reports issued by Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. Thirteen Islamic commercial banks registered with the Financial Services Authority in 2024 served as the objects of this study The research utilized the content analysis approach, where CSR reports of Sharia-compliant commercial banks were analyzed by the researcher in accordance with the IISR. Based on secondary data obtained from each bank's website, namely the annual financial reports of Sharia-compliant commercial banks in 2024. The conclusions drawn from this study indicate that Bank Muamalat Indonesia has the highest disclosure percentage with 74%, while Bank Victoria Syariah has the lowest disclosure percentage with a percentage of 16%. The study explores the level of CSR with the Islamic Social Reporting Index in 13 Sharia-compliant commercial banks based on the 2024 annual reports. The conclusions of this study may be employed to determine how Islamic commercial banks report their social funds.

Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) menyebutkan jumlah penderita hipertensi akan terus meningkat seiring dengan jumlah penduduk yang bertambah pada 2025 mendatang diperkirakan sekitar 29% warga dunia terkena hipertensi. Dalam penanggulangan kejadian penyakit hipertensi, masyarakat di desa Lumbumpetigo Wani Kecamatan Tana Ntovea Kabupaten Donggala jarang terpapar dengan penyuluhan terkait hipertensi memeriksakan tekanan darahnya apabila sudah mengalami hipertensi. Sehingga masyarakat perlu dilakukan melakukan pelatihan kader posyandu tentang teknik dasar penggunaan alat pengukuran tekanan darah. Tujuannya adalah untuk melatih kader posyandu tentang teknik dasar penggunaan alat pengukuran tekanan darah di desa Lumbum Petigo Kecamatan Tanantove. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah seluruh kader ILP dan sasaran lansia di Desa Lumbum Petigo Kecamatan Tanantove sebanyak 37 sasaran. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan simulasi pengukuran tekanan darah dengan benar sesuai SOP kepada kader ILP dan melakukan pendampingan kepada kader dalam memberikan edukasi kepada lansia di Posyandu Lansia tentang perilaku gaya hidup dalam mencegah penyakit hipertensi. Hasil pelatihan dan praktik simulasi kader Intergasi Layanan Primer (ILP) Kesehatan dan karang taruna di Desa Lumbum Petigo Kecamatan Tanantove berjalan dengan baik, para kader ILP dan karang taruna sudah mampu mengukur tekanan darah dengan benar sesuai SOP, memberikan edukasi tentang deteksi dini Penyakit hipertensi kepada lansia dengan lancar. Disarankan kepada pihak puskesmas Wani untuk selalu memberikan pelatihan dan penyegaran kader ILP dan karang taruna tentang 25 kompetensi kader ILP sehingga dapat menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat khusunya lansia.

Abstract

Newtonian mechanics remains a fundamental yet conceptually challenging domain for high school students. Numerous studies have shown that students consistently hold alternative conceptions that contradict scientific understanding, particularly in relation to Newton’s laws of motion. This study aimed to explore senior high school students’ misconceptions in Newtonian mechanics through a qualitative investigation. Data were collected from 28 Grade 11 students in an Indonesian high school using open-ended diagnostic tests, semi-structured interviews, and classroom observations. Thematic coding identified four major categories of misconceptions: inertia, force–motion relationships, action–reaction interactions, and free-body diagram representations. Among these, misconceptions of Newton’s third law were the most dominant, with the majority of students believing that the object with greater mass exerts a greater force during interaction. Inertia misconceptions, such as the belief that motion requires continuous force, were also widespread. The findings confirm that students’ misconceptions are robust cognitive frameworks reinforced by everyday experiences and traditional teaching practices. Pedagogically, the results highlight the importance of incorporating inquiry-based learning, multiple representations, and cognitive conflict strategies to promote conceptual change. This study contributes to the literature on physics education by providing context-specific insights into persistent misconceptions in Newtonian mechanics and suggesting implications for more effective teaching practices.

Abstract

In the context of preventing radicalism, it is important to research educational institutions that have implemented multicultural Islamic education. This article explains how deradicalization is pursued through Multicultural Islamic Education at Universitas Islam Malang (UNISMA. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to understand the role of Islamic religious education in shaping students' multicultural attitudes. Data were collected through observations, interviews with 15 alumni from three cohorts, and documentation, focusing on the integration of multiculturalism concepts in the course materials. The findings indicate that the Multicultural PAI doctoral program at UNISMA significantly contributes to preventing radicalism by promoting tolerance and inclusive religious education. The program encompasses both theological and socio-cultural aspects, which help transform students' mindsets to become more open and reinforce the values of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika and Pancasila within the framework of Islamic education. The curriculum serves as a deradicalization tool by deepening the understanding of diversity and encouraging positive interactions within and between religious communities. However, its effectiveness is influenced by students' subjective factors, such as their attitudes, and external factors like the sociopolitical context. Further research is needed to assess the program's long-term impact and refine the curriculum based on student feedback.
