Abstract

Mathematicsi isi ai sciencei thati is usefuli ini iall fields, and is also useful in many other sciences. Mathematical models are useful, for example, in ieconomics. One of them uses matrix theory and Gauss-Jordan ielimination in iinput-output ianalysis ito studyi the inter-sectoral iinterconnectedness iof the economy. This study describes the input-output ianalysis. This isi thei implementationi ofi matrixi materiali wherei each sector usesi as inputi the output produced by the output of other sectors, on the other hand the output produced is also the input of other sectors. This research is a qualitative research (library research) with a literary approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by reviewing various books, journals, articles, information or sources deemed appropriate and relevant to the research. Content analysis is used as a data analysis technique whose purpose is to maintain research accuracy and prevent errors in data sources. This is followed by a literature review and a literature review. The results of this study are the transaction matrix, value added ratio of economic activity, technological input-output coefficient matrix, interdependence coefficient matrix and finali demandi usingi the iGauss-Jordani eliminationi method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of using the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model in improving students' mathematical communication skills at the junior high school level. This research took place at SMP Muhammadiyah 01 Medan. The population of this study was all students in class IX and the research sample was students in class IX-T1 at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Medan, TA 2022/2023. This study used a quantitative pre-experiment design one-group pretest-posttest method. The test of mathematical communication skills is the instrument of this research. The research data was tested for its hypothesis using the paired sample t-test with the normality assumption test. While testing the effectiveness of increasing their mathematical communication skills using the N-Gain test.

Abstract

Kemampuan siswa untuk menganalisis, menalar, serta merumuskan, memecahkan, dan menginterpretasikan masalah matematika dalam berbagai bentuk dan konteks merupakan inti keterampilan matematika. didalam  mengajarkan matematika di Sekolah Menengah Pertama hal yang tidak mudah, bahkan rintangannya sangat banyak sekali dan kendala yang dialami oleh para pendidik. terkhusus pembelajaran yang dapat mendukung keterampilan numerasi, dan memiliki manfaat secara kontekstual dalam memecahkan masalah didalam kehidupan. untuk mengevaluasi dampak dari model pembelajaran berbasis masalah akan kecakapan matematika dan numerik siswa kelas VII di SMP Muhammadiyah 51 Sidikalang merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini memakai metode eksperimen semu serta metode survei kuantitatif dan desain pre-test dan post-test group. dengan mengikutsertakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik analisis inferensial merupakan bagian dari analisis dalam penelitian ini. analisis data awal memakai statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa sebelum diterapkannya model pembelajaran berbasis masalah di SMP Swasta Muhammadiyah 51 Sidikalang, kinerja siswa dalam kategori rendah sebesar 24% dan kategori sedang atau tercapai sebesar 76%. Namun, setelah penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah, terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam kinerja siswa. Proporsi siswa dalam kategori sedang meningkat sebesar 20%, sementara proporsi siswa dalam kategori tinggi meningkat sebesar 80%. hasil dari analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan paired sample T-test terlihat kalau nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari 0,05. Hal ini mengindikasikan jika penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah berdampak positif terhadap kemampuan matematika dan numerik siswa setelah dilakukan pengujian statistik. Dengan demikian, dapat ditarik kesimpulkan kalau pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah di SMP Swasta Muhammadiyah 51 Sidikalang Kelas VII memiliki dampak yang positif terhadap keterampilan matematika dan numerik siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam pembelajaran relasi dan fungsi menggunakan platform alef education. Platform alef education merupakan salah satu platform yang dapat membantu siswa memahami relasi dan fungsi lebih mudah. Konten digital yang tercakup dalam  platform  alef  education antara lain video pendek, permainan dan penilaian yang dirancang sangat menarik dan interaktif bagi siswa. Dengan menerapkan metode GASING (gampang, asyik dan menyenangkan) sebagai dasar pembelajaran menjadikan matematika menyenangkan dan siswa lebih termotivasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan belajar matematikanya. Bahkan Platform alef education ini juga dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran bagi guru dalam mengajarkan berbagai materi matematika. Adapun hasil dari penggunaan Platform alef education untuk pembelajaran relasi dan fungsi mampu meningkatkan kemampuan siswa.

Abstract

In the natural language processing field, there are several sub-fields that are very closely related to information retrieval, such as the automatic text summarization sub-field. obtained from the convolutional T5 and Seq2Seq models in summarizing text on hugging faces found features that can affect text summary such as upper- and lower-case letters which have an impact on changing the understanding of the text of the document. This study uses a combination of parameters such as layer dimensions, learning rate, batch size, and the use of Dropout to avoid model overfitting. The results can be seen by evaluating metrics using ROUGE. This study produces a value of ROUGE-1 on 4 documents that are tested which produces an average of 0.8 which is the optimal value, for ROUGE-2 on 4 documents that are tested which results in an average of 0.83 which is an optimal value while ROUGE-L on 4 documents conducted tests that produce an average of 0.8 which is the optimal value for the summary model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of the variables in the study model, named clime, culture and organizational structure performance on the quality of education in SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak. This research took place at SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak which was carried out from November 2020-March 2021. The research population was all 62 educators, teachers and school principals and the sample used was 62 people from the total population in SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak. In this study, the instrument used to obtain data and information about the object of research was using a questionnaire with a Likert scale approach. The analysis used is path analysis. From the results of the research data analysis shows that the influence of clime, culture, and structure performance variables on the quality of education is 0.749 or the equivalent of 74.9% is significant at the significant level of 0.0 Furthermore, the results of the study show that the influence of organizational clime variables on the quality of education shows that there is a significant influences. a significant amount is 3,531. Then the result of the influence of organizational culture variables on the quality of education showed a significant effect of 2.53. And the results of the study shows that the effect of the organizational structure performance variables on the quality of education showing a significant influence of 4.33

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa serta interaksi antara kemampuan matematika awal dan model pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan populasi siswa SMP Darussalam Medan Instrumen yang digunakan: (1) tes kemampuan matematika awal siswa, (2) tes kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa dengan materi Teorema Phytagoras. Data inferensial dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis kovarians (ANACOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Dari kedua model pembelajaran Problem Based LearningdanDiscovery Learningmemiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa. (2) Kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan model problem based learning lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan model discovery learning. (3) Kemampuan awal matematika dan model pembelajaran memiliki interaksi yang baik dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The low motivation of students to learn resulted in low KKM scores achieved. Field facts show that many students have not achieved the set KKM scores. Therefore, the use of demonstration methods is considered as a solution to increase student learning motivation, especially in mathematics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Stabat.This study uses classroom action research methods. The observation results showed an increase from cycle I to cycle II, reaching the high category between 65% to 84%. In cycle I, student motivation was 65.52%, increasing to 86.25% in cycle II, in a very high score range. There was an increase in student learning motivation by 20.73% from cycle I to cycle II.In conclusion, the application of demonstration methods is effective in increasing student learning motivation, both individually and classically. This is evident from the increase in the percentage of student learning motivation from 65.52% (cycle I) to 86.25% (cycle II), which is in the very high score range. Thus, it can be concluded that the demonstration method is effective in increasing students' motivation to learn mathematics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi absensi karyawan berbasis Face Recognition pada Universitas Harapan Medan. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kurangnya efektivitas sistem absensi yang saat ini digunakan, yaitu menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp dengan foto wajah dan nama pegawai. Dalam kondisi bekerja dari rumah selama pandemi Covid-19, sistem absensi tersebut tidak akurat dan efektif. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan absensi berbasis identifikasi wajah atau Face Recognition diusulkan. Metode kerja penelitian ini mencakup tahapan persiapan bahan dan alat, pelaksanaan prosedur penelitian, analisis sistem absensi berbasis Face Recognition, serta pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi perancangan sistem absensi berbasis Face Recognition menggunakan UML dengan Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, dan Activity Diagram. Selain itu, dirancang juga antarmuka pengguna berupa halaman web yang meliputi halaman login, dashboard admin, data karyawan, data departemen, data kehadiran, laporan, setting, dashboard user, dan halaman absensi. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), dengan tahapan perencanaan, analisis, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Setelah implementasi sistem, dilakukan pengujian untuk memastikan bahwa semua kebutuhan fungsional terpenuhi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengujian sistem, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi absensi berbasis Face Recognition ini dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan akurasi proses absensi karyawan di Universitas Harapan Medan.
